I am using Photoshop Elements 2022 on Windows 11. My monitor has a resolution of 5.120 x 2.160 pixels (5K2K) and my font scaling is set to 175% in my Display Settings.When I open Photoshop Elements 2022 then I am seeing black bars (see screenshot) which make the software unusable for me. Does anyone else has this problem?

My photo folders contain apprx 50'000 photos.  When I updated from PS organizer (PSO) 2018 to 2022 the PSO shows apprx 150'000 photos.  The original photos have been duplicated or triplicated with a different file names like this "4DD810B5-73C7-45CE-9554-DD8CB2428814_4_5005_c.jpeg" .  Why this has happended and What should I do to eliminate the excess photos?

Hello:  I am using Photoshop Elements 2020 and a Ugee M708 drawing tablet.  I have the tablet software installed.  When I click the pen button that is set for either paint/eraser or B and E, Photoshop quickly selects brush then eraser.  This is on just one click.  When it's set to B and E, clicking onto a text document only returns a B with one click and an E with the next click and then B then E...  So the input into the computer is good.  Weirdly, when I click B or E on the keyboard, Photoshop properly switches to B or E as expected. Suggestions?

I just downloaded Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 (30-day trial)I'm running a Mac Mini with Monterey MacOS 12.4I launch Premiere Elements > Click "VIDEO EDITOR" > click "EXPERT" (at the top) > click "ADD MEDIA" > click "WEBCAM" ....then CRAISH!**CRASH** Adobe Premiere Elements quit unexpectedly. **CRASH**Click Reopen to open the application again. Never used Elements, but want to.  Got 2020 w/Dell computer.  I want 2022 version upgrade so I can learn on the latest version.  How to do this?

I have both Photoshop 2019 and Phtoshop 2022 installed on my laptop. I want to get rid of Photoshop 2019 but i don't know how. There was an item in it's folder to "uninstall"it but it doesn't work. What do I do?

Suddenly I cannot use the lasso tool to add or subtract from a selection.  I have shut down and restarted my computer and it still will not work.  The quick selection tool will add or subtract from a selection but I cant use the lasso tool to do this. Mary Lou 

A number of users in a fb group have been talking about how they have a hard time seeing the "marching ants"- the outline of anything that is selected- with a quick selection brush for example.   I notice in many of the adds Adobe posts when they select something, such as when using select > subject the outline is rather thick, along the line s of 5 pixels.  Adjusting the thickness of the outline should be an option. 

PS Elements appears to open normally and the UI loads up immediately, however I cannot interact with ANY part of PSE for at least 30-45 seconds. This happens each time I try to open it, even If I close and immediately re-open two seconds later. Normally PSE would open within 5 seconds or less, and you could immediately open a photo and start working on it. This is a problem that recently popped up, and not longstanding issue.Any suggestions on how I can get PSE to work the way it did before?-No I don't have a Potato PC. I have A Lenovo Legion 5 Pro, with 32GB of ram, and a SSD. and a decent Ryzen Processor.-Yes, I have tried completely uninstalling PSE with Revo Uninstaller, and reinstalled to find I still have the problem.-I open the file "PhotoshopElementsEditor.exe" via a pinned icon on my taskbar, in order to bypass the unnecessary welcome screen.-I use Windows 11.

When I try to rearrange folders within the Folder Tree view of Organizer, I get the error message "You don't have permission to move the selected items to the location you have chosen." I am logged in as Admin, and none of the folders or files have in permission restrictions checked in the "Info" box.  I have no idea what to try next, please help!  Mac 12.1, Elements 2022.

Hi all,I have been using Photoshop Elements 2018 on Windows PC. Now I am planning to upgrade to version 2022. In doing that I would like to move the databases and catalogues to my NAS because I want to be able to access them from my Windows PC as well as from my wife's new Macbook. Now I need to know if the Mac OS version of Photoshop Elements 2022 can access catalogues on a NAS drive? Ralph

PSE 2020 organizer is now freezing with .mov files, even files that I could previously preview. I have to restart the program. Regular jpg pics display without an issue. Any suggestions? BTW, I still cannot use the Orgnizer uploader from Iphone pics.  Seems like PSE is getting behind the curve and possibly obsolete?

I can't seem to figure out the Replace Color Function. I am following the instructions, but when I say, replace white with blue, all I get is a darker shade of grey rather than blue. I Opent the Replace Color window, use the eydropper to pick my colour to be replaced, pick a new color at the bottom of the window, but all i get is various shades of Grey. What am I doing wrong?Alan

I use Windows 11. Today I downloaded Elements 2022 and updated the Camera Raw plug in to 14.1.0.993. I cannot open CR3 files from my Canon R7. I get a message "Could not complete your request because it is not the right kind of document" How do I fix this?

I have a copy of Elements 8 which is linked to an old email address which is no longer active. I try to log into my account via that email but it wants to send me a code to verify my identity to this email which I can't receive. How do I access this account email so i can change it to one that is in use.RegardsPeter

Hi I am trying to upgrade as above in the title. Problem is once I put in my details the country/region stays greyed out to the US. I don't live there answer hence can not enter a Zip code and complete the purchase. Chat support keep sending me a link to the same page I am having issues with. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Hi there,   No, this isn't a crash on opening problem, but I am having all sorts of issues with it crashing when I try to adjust the clone or brush tool size. I am in the middle of a large project and doing alot of cloning, but for any intricate work or adjusting of the tool size, I am having to save just prior to adjusting the size becasue I am sure it will crash. I have noticed at times that upon opening the tool stamp page, the sliders for Size and Transparency aren't there. They disappear. I might open another tool come back to them and then they settle but it seems there are gremlins that are not helping. I have tried a complete re-intall. No help. I am running OS 12.4 Monterey on a Mac Studio 2022 with an M1 Max chip.   Any help appreciated.   Mark       {Title edited by Moderator}

Anyone know if the HP Pen should work with Photoshop Elements?  It seems to work with all my Apps but Photoshop Elements 2021.   It wont paint or draw at all.

Can I use a lens manufacturer's correction file in Photoshop Elements?  In the editor I set plug-in preferences to the folder I downloaded from the manufacturer, but it does not show up in the drop down list of available filters.  What, if anything, should I be doing?

Will PSE,2020 support Lumix GX80/85 raw files? Will I need to download a plugin? Will Adobe provide plugin support for "old" 2020 version? 

Nach der Deinstallation von Acrobat Pro (mit Tiefenreinigung) ließ sich Photoshop  Elements 2018 nicht mehr öffnen, habe dann auch Elements deinstalliert und wollte es neu installieren. Jedoch kommt jetz immer ein Fesnter (bei der Installatiin) dass ich den Browser bzw. windows auf den neusten Stand bringen sollt. Dies ist aber alles bereits Neu und aktuell, aber bei jedem Versuch die gleiche Meldung. Ich kan Elements 2018 nicht installieren Hat jemend eine Idee, was läuft hier schief
