I've bought Photoshop Elements-13 in November 2014 and I still have it's serial number. Today SSD-disc on my computer was formatted due to some problems with computer, and Windows was reinstalled. And now I can't reinstall Photoshop. I entered serial number, I agreed with licence, but Photoshop doesn't open and doesn't work. When I try to start Photoshop or try to open with it some picture, the programm offer to visit Adobe's web-site, to log-in there and then to agree with licence again and again. I use Photoshop Elements only at one additional computer.

I take a lot of animal photos.  sometime at night. their eyes are glowing, not red.  I have version 2021 and there is no  "perfect pet" option in Guided Mode - Special Edits.  thank you for your help.

I wanted to use Liquefy in PS Elements 2021. But all of the searches that tell me where it is in PS, its not there. For example Filter/Distort/liquefy its not there.Is there a replacement or am I missing somethings. I want to upturn a face so that it smile. And also to take a few pounds off. This version does not have a quick edit to do this automatically, and besides its a little on the side view so Im not sure it would work.

When I open a .NEF RAW file in Elements 2025 it only fills 1/4 of the window. I am on Windows 11 and a 4500x3000 monitor which I'm sure is a factor. I have spent over 3 hours in chat and in remote sessions with 4 different agents and it's only gotten worse. Program was reinstalled and GPU driver updated. See screenshot. I'm supposed to geta a call Friday from the Sr. Tech team. Anyone else had this issue? 

Freshly installed Elements 10.  Can not use the option-mouse click to define an area for the clone stamp.  The error I get is:Could not use the clone stamp tool because the area to clone has not been defined (option-click to define a source point).New Mac Mini.  Had the same problems in Elements 9 so I installed the 10 trial.  Is this a key binding error?  Did not have this issue with Elements 9 on my Mac Air or my Windows 7 system.  I'm not a newbie and know how to use the clone tool.  I won't say I'm an expert so if it's something related to layers please throw out some ideas.

Hello,   Please help. 🙏   I have photoshop elements 2025.   I try to batch processing RAW files, but want to edit the photos myself using "quick" mode, and not "advanced" or the limited options which are set under "actions".   How can I edit RAW file, change it by using "quick" mode, and apply the same changes to multiple files?   "Automated tools" is grayed out.   Thank you!   [Mod: Moved to the Photoshop Elements forum]  

Bonjour,Je ne parviens pas à supprimer les créations automatique : lorsque je décoche la case "Générer des créations automatiques" dans le menu "Préférences/Analyse des supports" de l'organizer, elle se recoche toute seule après fermeture du menu (autrement dit, elle apparaît de nouveau cochée lorsque je rouvre le menu) !

Is there a way to create actions or macros that can universally change photos in an album?

I was under the impression that I could find and download Photoshop Elements 15 but after searching all that was offered was 2024 and 2025.

Elements 2020 - Actions does not allow recording a series of keystrokes.I need to reduce file size of large photos (ex Galaxy S20) to enable thumbnails in Organiser.   (Even the NEF from my SLR show a thumbnail OK)Currently I do the following1) Image / Resize / (knock a 0 off the pixels) / OK2) File / Save as / (Save in version set with Original) / OK3) CloseNot sure if that is the best way, but I have a few hundred to do and it is going to take a long time.Is there a way to do that a) to a batch, or b) repeatedly with one or two  clicks

Neues Photoshop zeigt Bilder vom Scanner nach Scanvorgang nicht an. Scanvorgang wird angezeigt, aber nicht das Ergebnis. Sanner ist OK, Betriebssystem auch. Ein altes Programm macht das alles einwandfrei. Wo ist nun das Problem?

Je n'arrive pas à installer la version 17.2 de CamearaRaw comme plugin de Photoshop elements version 25.Hors cette version doit permettre de supprimer les reflets. Je la télécharge sur le site, mais elle ne s'installe pas. Seule la version 17.1 est utilisable ddans PSE 25.

Tengo Photoshop Elements 11 y veo que en el Photoshop Elements 2025 hay una opción más barata que es "actualizar" ¿Puedo usar esa en mi caso? Incluso ¿Si actualizo mi Photoshop Elements 11 al 2025, que tiene licencia solo por 3 años, pasados esos 3 años volvería al 11 o me quedaría sin nada? Gracias

Some years ago, I bought and registered PSE 13. I have now switched to a new Windows 11 PC, downloaded and installed PSE 13 without problems.When I execute PSE for the first time Adobe tells me that “Sign in Required” Enter Adobe ID to register your product. But it is already registered! That’s how I got it in the first place. So I’m stuck!   

I have Elements 2025. In the organizer when I try to delete a keyword tag completely - not just from a photo it is on, but the complete tag under my tag hierarchy it just sits there. I can delete a tag that is on say 100 photos, but for tags on many, say 200,000 photos it doesn't do anything. Even after 30 minutes it is just sitting there.  I just upgraded and never had this problem on my previous version.The only way I can continue the PC working is to move the mouse a bit to get the message it is not responding and then close the program. But the tag and all the photos it's on have not changed.

Most of the time when using the text tool in this version, it only writes text in all caps, despite not having caps lock on.  Every now and then it will write text correctly.  Any ideas on how to fix this so I can use upper and lower case letters consistently?   [Typo in title fixed by moderator]

When opening an image, the program jumps quickly all over the place, making it impossible to work.  I've tried force quitting and then reopening, but this problem keeps happening.

I am trying to recreate the look of old comic book covers. These covers appear to be dots. Is there way to accomplish that with Elements 2025 ? Thanks

I'm primarily a Photoshop (Beta) and ACR user but for many years I've used the Photoshop Elements Organizer to catalog my large image collection.  For the last 3 years I've used the Organizer 2022 version.  It has mostly worked well, suits my needs and has a nice, compact screen layout.  Its UI is intuitive.  Once in a while it has some quirks that screw up a few entiries in the catalog, which take a trial and error approach to resolve, but so far I've had success restoring items.  I thought that if I upgraded to PSE 2025 maybe those problems would go away and that maybe performance would improve a little. Unfortunately it seems that I was wrong, unless I've totally missed something that should be obvious.  The UI has taken a step backwards, maybe a decade or more.  The use of display real estate is terrible.  What used to be nice, compact displays of the folder lists and tags now uses twice as much space per entry as they did in the 2022 ve

I bought elements 25 some days ago and all was well. After 3 days it suddenly stopped working. I have reeinstalled it but the result is the same, not working. Help please. Oddvar

I tried installing an old copy of Photoshop Elements 9 on my new Dell (Windows 11). Once done I was prompted to restart, but I was then unable to reboot and couldn't get past the Dell logo Having found similar posts on here I see I'm not the only one to have this problem. After several hours of troubleshooting I was able to regain access by reverting to the last repair point.Elements is now there in my apps, but when I try to open it just crashes. When I try and go through the uninstall process I get the message "this action is only valid for products that are currently installed". I've tried running Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, but that doesn't seem to have helped. I'm not really sure what to try next so would appreciate any guidance! Also, I know I should probably consider an upgrade, but is it possible to get Elements 9 working on Windows 11?

Hello and Thanks  What are the proper dimensins to post photo on facebook ? My photos which are reworked comicbook covers are getting cut off with initial post. . However when one is clicked on it is fully visable. Someone here suggested I drag a photo onto a standard sized clean page from photo bin to the working area. The working area suggested was 1200 px width and  1630  px high unless I got it wrong. Thanks
