Hello! So it seems that many tablets aren't displaying Express correctly. Premium features are missing, and the main menu differs than on mobile devices. I found a quick fix and hopefully isolated the problem so that Adobe can fix it?? On my Galaxy Tab S9FE, all of the missing menus and features suddenly return when I set my screen zoom to full (in the android system display settings) and restart the app. It's like the app flips back to the "mobile version" on the zoomed-in tablet view. I personally don't think that the "tablet view" is actually launching the premium version of the app, this is very reminiscent to how Photoshop Express looked on my phone before I started paying for a subscription. Hope this helps, and that it gets fixed soon. This was the main reason I got the tablet in the first place, it sucks to have to lose the functionality of a larger viewing surface just to get the features that I pay for back.

I am adding an overlay over a distance photo, however although I rotate or resize the overlay, one part of it covers my original photo which is something I don't want. While using android app, how can I edit an overlay and "erase" some parts of it so it won't cover my background/original photo?

Adobe, please offer PS Express in Mac OS so I can use it on my desktop .  I have cc but for snapshots I'd prefer to use the streamlined PSExpress workflow and it also has features like selecting subjects, eye whites, hair, etc. along with healing tools and filters not availble (for some inexcusable reason) on the full version of Photoshop.  The fact that PS Express is available for Windows and not Mac is inexcusable.  

Adobe premium customer in the US here. I've installed the latest version of Android Photoshop Express on my Samsung phone (Z Flip 4) and Samsung tablet (S9 FE+). Both devices are running OneUI 6.1. The phone version of the app has an informative front page that leads me toward some neat AI features like Expand Images and Remove Objects. For various ergonomic reasons, I'd like to use these features on my tablet. The tablet version does not have this front page - it only takes me to a gallery view of images on the tablet and asks me to select a photo to edit. Selecting a photo does not show me any of the AI features I'd expect to see. When can we expect to see feature parity between different modern Android devices? Is there a roadmap somewhere that I can see?

What the heck? I've had the Photoshop Express app on my iPhone for many months. I use the "Lens" menu a lot, for portraits. This menu stopped working two days ago. Crashes the app. Restarted my phone etc, and still crashes. Only this menu. All other menus like adjustments etc are all OK. So I went to iPhone's App Store app to confirm if there's some kind of an update for this idiotic little issue with an otherwise working app. Now the app is totally gone from Canada! Hi! Suddenly I can not change the grids to 1 cm... It changes back to 2 right away.I need to make a grid with 1x1 cm, for a painting... Excuse my bad english 😃

Can anybody please help.I've been using PSexpress on my iPhone for the past few years without any issue, the past year I was trying out the premium upgrade but decided not to continue and so I cancelled the premium subscription when the renewal was due.The issue now is that  every time I save an edit a Scan Me watermark similar to a QR Code is automatically added to the image and a notification informing me to upgrade to premium to remove the watermark.In preferences., watermark feature is not activated.I've uninstalled and re-enstalled the app but the problem is still there. I've been informed that the problem is a subscription issue and I need to subscribe again to remove the watermark. I'me not sure wether this is how it is now ?subscribe or use another photo app ? Regards, Paul..   

Upgrade to Premium version? I keep getting continuous reminders to upgrade to Express Premium and it says not compatible with my device. But the reminder window continues and can't be closed permanently. So annoying.

Adobe has charged me 27.41€ twice and when i go to their website it shows nothing in there .. no orders .. so i cant cancel it so what to do i really dont have money for this ?? Can some one help

Hi! Struggling to get help from Adobe on this one. I have an annual subscription to the Photoshop Express app. For the last maybe 8-10 days, it will not open: Just opens on the white screen with the logo and then crashes. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, shutting down/reopening my phone, made sure it's up to date... and nothing. Any help would be seriously appreciated! Cheers.

Before they took away my Photoshop Mix, I was able to use a copy mask to layer feature to create minimalistic art or basically a black (or other color) silhouette of person or object etc.   I'm not a professional graphic designer etc, everything I do for my art is self taught so can someone please let me know if there is a way to do this in adobe photoshop express or adobe express?  Or point me to an app that does this now?  It's been hard. So many features I knew how to do I'm relearning in new apps.. but I hate that Mix is gone. any help is appreciated 

I am unable to use the Mobile version on my iPhone (latest iOS installed).I start the app and am presented the following:I select "Keep Current Selection" and then the app freezes. I am unable to tap anywhere. A loading icon is displayed (circled in red). I have waited over 10 minutes and nothing happens.More info:I have attempted the following without any success:- I have deleted the app and reinstalled.- Force closed ALL apps before opening PS Express.- Opened the app in Airplane mode (including no WiFi).- Turned off "Background App Refresh"- Selected "More Photos" option- Selected Photos "Full Access" Any suggestions?

Hi, I can't find how to delete a photo with adobe photoshop express. How do I do that? I am using to review photos from a trip and there are many very similar that I need to delete best, JF

I just paid for premium yesterday and the payment definitely went through, I see the subscription active on my apple account but when I log into PS Express and try to use a premium feature I am taken to a white screen that says pending fulfillment.  I have waited for a full day to see if it just needed time to show up on your guys account but no progress yet.  I already tried to restore purchases like 5 times. I just get an error message saying no purchases were restored.  I have bank statements and the apple subsricptions page as evidence that the payment definitely went through.  Can someone help me solve this issue please?PS I am using an iphone 11

Anyone else disappointed that Adobe discontinued PsExpress, which is being replaced by PS (photoshop) for iPhone? Personally I don't see how PS can replace PsExpress because the tools they offer are very different. I have been using PsExpress as my go to photo editing tool for years along with the "combine photos" tool to create composite images and collage is another useful tool! While PS can create composite images using layering, the learning curve is fairly steep for beginners. It seems like they want users to migrate to Adobe Express, which in my opinion is more for social platforms than photographers. Therefore I am grieving the loss of PsExpress. Who knows how long I will continue to be able to use it but it appears I will need to transition to PS for composites, Lr (Lightroom) for photo editing and Adobe Express for social platform needs. I hope Adobe realizes what a loss discontinuing PsExpress is for those of us who were using it exclusively for our iPhone photography needs.&

Hello, I hope you're going great and that everything is going great for you. Excuse me, I have a current Premium subscription on Adobe Photoshop Express, but when I log in, I get a notification telling me that I need to subscribe to the Premium service to benefit from its features, I would like to have a solution to this problem.

Where is the clone option?  There is only the spot heal option?  I have to use another app to clone. 

 In the old version, you could crop the image and the image section remained the same for further image adjustments so that you could compare them nicely. In the current Version this is no longer possible and the image section is also changed which makes it impossible to compare the settings correctly... Watch the attached video.

Hello,  I have a Premium subscription. I mainly work in the app on my iPhone 14, and it works well. Now I have a new iPhone 16 and have installed the app, but it doesn’t start. What should I do? thom

Anyone else have an update on this?  I assume if I ask Adobe I'll just be connected to an agent in Bangalore or somewhere else...
