I am trying Premier elements.I am getting an error saying my clip needs to match settings dimetions (see attached screen shot) but how?Help does not guide me to do and get rid of error.How do I get the settings to match?
Hi All,This question might have been asked before but i cant seeme to get an answer for Premiere Elements (2020) only PRO. I'm trying to sync up my audio with diffrent video clips for interviews that was done but one can only move 1 full frame front or to the back and makes the lipsync look weird. Can this be done in "less than a frame" in Elements?Thank you!!Louis from South Africa

Hey there,While I'm editing in Premiere Elements 2019 (and this doesn't always happen), the playback window will invert the video color to negative. It exports just fine and has the correct colors once it is published, but it's kind of annoying not to be able to see what I've got until after publishing, even if I'm not adjusting the saturation or anything like that. As you can see, the originals are in the normal colors. Any ideas for me?
I have Premiere Elements 15 and would like to create a DVD slideshow for one of my older friends... I would like to create several different slideshows, one for each day of a five day trip in Europe. Each day has mostly pictures, but a couple of days include some short movies... For the DVD I would like to have menu that allows me to select Day 1, Day 2, etc... Is this possible in Premiere Elements? If not, how can it be done?
Hello, I am using Adobe Premiere Elements 2021. Whenever I export my video, it has jitters and shaking that isn't visible during playback prior to exporting. Each time I export these issues appear in different places. I have tried deleting transitions and features (now just video clips), restarting the pc, reinstalling, clearing the media cache, and I've tried with several different export settings. My computer is running Windows 10 64 bit with an AMD Ryzen 4700U and AMD Radeon Graphics. It has 16gb of ram and is a fairly new PC, so does not have any excess software or files taking up space. I have mostly been trying to use the Quick Export in this menu here:I have tried exporting in several different settings, such as the 1080p and 720p settings. I have also tried playing with the advanced menu for exporting. When I go to the advanced menu I see this, I'm not sure if it helps: Please let me know if you require any additional information! I am
Hi, I'm writing from Italy, I'm new in the video editing software works and I was looking for an easy software to create footages and soft editings.I'm using Premiere Elements 2021's free trial period; my CPU is i9-9900K and my GPU is RTX2070, I'm usign 32GB of RAM.My problem looks like being related to the lack of RTX 2070 GPU support from Adobe: the video preview is very slow, sluggish, everything is slow and lagging compared to other softwares (even the micro preview of some effects to add to the video), when I simply delete some characters from the text I'm experiencing a lag of more than one second.Is everyone else having the same problems?Is there a way to fix it?Thanks.
I have a short section of video in a longer project that has a blemish from the camera lens. I can't see an effective way of covering this up or removng it without leaving a worse 'hole'.I've tried a clumsy mask but Motion Tracking says theres nothing to track.Can anyone suggest a solution please.I'm using Premiere Elements 2020.
So, I have Adobe Premiere Elements 2020. I saved a file for a video I was editing to it, took a break from editing for a few days, but when I decided to do some more, it wouldn't let me open the file. Nothing happened. The same thing happened when I tried to click on the video editor button to start a new video. Can anyone explain how to fix this problem?
Hi, I am totally new to this whole Adobe thing. I bought a product version of Adobe Elements 2021 1 week ago on Amazon and have been actively using it since then. It was no test version or anything. I even used it until a few hours ago. No Elements wants to to login and use the serial number again but when I do it just asks me to login again so it locks me in this process. I restarted my Laptop and removed a few things to see if that helps but it did not. Is there any way to fix this quickly? Adobe seems to be one of those companies which have FAQs for a few topics but provides no support address though I would love to be wrong about that.
I feel like I'm the only person on the planet having this issue. Contacted support but they are useless. Hoping someone here can offer wisdom. First off here are the specs of the computer. MSI GS66 Stealth Laptop. Running latest version of Windows, Intel Core i7-1075H @ 2.60GHz. 16GB DDR4 Ram, 64but OS, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070. 1TB SSD and has over 400gb available. Using most recently updated Premiere Elements 2020. When editing footage the CPU and memory usage is low and running cool okay now that that is out of the way. When I render normal footage it takes about as long as I'm used to. If I took a 10 second clip of unrendered footage it would usually take 10-15 seconds depending what it is. However I tried rendering a reversed clip that was 10 seconds and it's telling me that it's going to take upwards of 10 minutes??? Why is that? Appreciate anything y'all got for me.
I'm using Premiere to edit some drone videos. After I export the video and it's converted to an MP4 when I play the video it continues far longer than the actual video image and shows a blank screen for another 3-4 minutes. How do I end the file size where the video images stop. Very frustrating. Thanks for any help.

Hallo Ihr Lieben, Ich habe seitdem ich Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 benutze, ständig die Probleme beim exportieren von Videos, die für das Handy bestimmt sind. Die Videos werden auf dem Handy in einer Minimalen Größe abgespielt und wenn ich sie am Handy zuschneide, damit das Bild größer ist, wird die Qualität dadurch um ein Vielfaches schlechter. Ich habe auch schon den gestrigen Tag damit verbracht, mein Anliegen mit dem Support zu klären. Erst versucht auf englisch und dann noch mal mit einem anderen Support auf deutsch, da sich der erste Support nicht mehr gemeldet hat und der zweite nach mehreren Optionen, die leider vergebens waren auch einfach verabschiedet hat und die Unterhaltung beendet hat.Ich habe auch diverse Seiten gelesen von Adobe, die leider für mich ziemlich ´´japanisch´´ sind, habe auch alles Mögliche versucht, aber bis jetzt hat es noch nichts gebracht. Kann mir einer hier helfen? Ich bin langsam echt am Verzweifeln…
When I put my video with a sound attached to it into the timeline it only plays the music and background noise, but when I play the video file on my computer the audio is fine. When I check the properties on the video after inserting it into the timeline it says the audio is compressed so guess this could be why, but I don't know how to decompress it or get the full audio to play.
I have Smart Sound disks. Can this music be used with this version of elements?
When I import an audio file into the timeline, it messes it up. It sort of sounds like the audio is either echoed or is being fast forwarded. I've included a quick video. It's an MP3 file. Any ideas on what the issue is?
When burning multiple discs, the last disk fails to burn correctly. It doesn't matter whether I burn 2 or 10, it is always the last one that is ruined. I am running Win 10 w/8GB ram. Thank You
A big thank you to Adobe for fixing my issue with Premiere Elements. My problem was that Premiere Elements would not launch on my Mac. It was showing up in activity monitor and sometimes on my applications title bar but it was not functioning normally. TBH i did give in after reading similar complaints on the web and uninstalled it. Some even suggested that using it on a Mac was my problem. However I have had versions 2011, 14, and 15 and no previous issues. So today I used the vertual assitant and one of Adobe's technicians sorted it out for me using remote access. It all works flawlessly now and I am really pleased with the outcome. A big thumbs up from me! I just wanted to share my positive expereince with the community. As much as we pay for things and expect them to work, I think it important to thank others for their help when problems arise.
I have just downloaded Premiere Elements 2021 V 19.0. When I add media, the clip displays properly in the time line, but is a horizontally striped image broken up in the screen above the timeline. I have attaced a screen image for you to see. Upon loading I am getting this error prompt I've also attached:Failed to Open CatalogThe catalog could not be opened. It is either corrupt, or the version is out of date and cannot be updated. This computer has Premier Elements 2015 Installed but not active. I also formerly attempted to downloaded an Elements 2019 Trial version last year, and see that a 2019 catalog is still in the computer even though the Elements 2019 version was deleted. How should I proceed to get the video image displaying properly? Thanks!
A year or so ago I bought Adobe Premiere Elements 2019, installed it and it worked find. Then a few months ago I starged getting green stripes across the preview screen. I updated all my drivers and that did nothing. Finally I uninstalled Premiere Elements and tried to re-install with the disk I'd bought. That didn't work so I downloaded it to install it and got a screen that says I have the 30 day free trial or I can buy it right now. I uninstalled that since I'd already paid for it and tried installing with the disk again. It installed fine but then said I had to sign in and again presented the pop-up that I could start a 30 day free trial and then purchase it or purchase it right now. Since I already purchased it, why is it giving me this false message? How do I use my paid for and installed Adobe Premiere Elements 2019 without this happening? Attached is a screen shot of the message I keep getting.
Hello, It seems I chose wrong project type, instead of DSLR 30p, it's 1080i 29,97. Source is 1080p and 30fps. I've spent long hours to finish my project and I have a real problem during export. Default interlaced export is disater - quality is really low, and interlaced effect is visible. I can choose in export options progresive, but source is still seen as 1080i and y resolution is wrong, what is visible in quality (especially bias lines). How can I cange project type, when it's ready? In project properties 1080i and 29,97fps are locked.
I have installed Photoshop Elements 2020. Now when I try to install Premier Elements 2020, from the same email, "Elements.exe" shows in the tray at the bottom but when I click on it, it installs regular elements again (and again, and again, no matter how hard I try.) What am I missing in the install steps that I need in order for Premier to install?
It's been a while since I've been on this forum.I used ProShow Producer for many years to make slideshows. It's not functioning well now, and I need another program.I want to make a slideshow, using pictures, create transitions from one image to another. Then, save the image as an ISO.One file I created with ProShow Producer was nearly 45 Gb. It rendered the ISO fine, which I was able to burn to a 50 Gb Blu-Ray.Can I do this same thing with Premiere?
