Ich kann im Premiere Elements leider kein Filmmenu (bei früheren Versionen unter "Werkzeugen"), auch keine Menumarken, mehr finden ?! Wie erstellt man denn nun ein Film- bzw. Disc-Menu ?Und weiters habe ich gesehen, dass man auch nicht mehr auf eine Disc exportieren kann !? Wie kann ich mein fertiges Projekt dann auf eine BluRay brennen ?Früher war das alles einfach und unkompliziert ....Vielen lieben Dank für Eure Unterstützung !LG, Michalea

Hello community! I currently use Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 and I am considering purchasing (/ upgrading to) Adobe Premiere Elements 2024. Should I go for the Full License or the License Upgrade? Please explain clearly your recommendation, including the differences between the two (Full License and the License Upgrade). Cheers.

After my upgrade to premiere elements 2024, I noticed that when importing slideshow projects created in an earlier version (15) several jpg have not the correct orientation.In earlier versions of premiere elements, there was a setting (Rotate JPEG using Orientation Metadata) which is not present in premiere elements 2024. I know I could rotate the files manually after importing, but this is a huge effort both to adjust existing projects and to create new ones.Is the option still available (in another menu) or is there an easy workaround. If not, I feel this should be re-introduced as it is quite fundamental.Thanks,Mark

Just purchased Premiere Elements Version 21.0Platform Multiple Registration Date Oct 6, 2023And it not open on Mac 14.0 (23A344) Photoshop Elements works but not Premiere.How do you get a assistance or a refund or should I simply cancel the credit card order?

I have 2 video files .MOV and .MP4, that play outside the elements software fine. Once I add them to the timeline of a project, the playback becomes slowed. I did time remapping to 155% and this sound can be understood but does not sound like the original audio. Any steps that I can take to further address this issue?

In a 2023 version I had no problem with us as if I was trimming a clip the left or the right the frames would show in the monitor next to the starting point indicating how far I was going with the trim. Now I don't get that at all. I just get some flickering of the image in the monitor, but no indication of where I am in the trimmed clip. I'm using a latest model MacBook Pro with a M3 chip.  Is there a setting that I don't know about that I should be paying attention to?

I finished a video program on Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 and pushed "Export and Share".  I indicated I wanted to send it to YouTube in a Standard format. The software did not render the video, but a box popped up asking for Name of program, Description, and Tags.  I filled everything out, and then tried to push the big red "Upload" button on the bottom. The Upload button does not respond at all, doesn't click. There are no error messages.  I reinstalled Adobe Premiere Elements 2021 and installed the update.  I tried it again and the button still would not move. I've uploaded 13 previous programs and have not had this problem.  Any ideas?

Content from DVD (PAL) through Handbrake and then first pass through PE2020 to clip content and crop tape noise using PAL DV Standard profile throughout. Editing is all cuts only using advanced mode and the preview window to mark in/out. After 15mins actively editing a new project playback becomes fast and choppy and quickly the app freezes. After forced close of PE2020 it hangs when restarting unless I restart Windows first. I have previously edited other (HD) content using this app & laptop w/o seeing this problem.I can edit this DVD content on my old Win10 laptop using Premiere Elements 12 without any problems. My Laptop is Win11 fully up to date, Dell XPS 9510 i7, 16GB RAM, SSD has 800G free.I have disabled Adobe autogenerate to keep a better margin of RAM freeI have checked the media files I am editing which all play normally in WMP and using MediaInfo they look normal 720x576 (1.85:1) MPEG 4 files. I just started using Premiere Elements 2024.  I split a clip, and applied the Dip to Black transition, and centered it at the split.  As desired, the video on the left of the split faded out to black, and the video on the right faded in from black.  But the audio attached to the video (original recorded audio) didn’t get touched.  There were no fades at all, in or out.  Is this the way this transition works?  Do I have to fade the audio track separately?

In Premiere Elements 2024 on Mac, I know how to split a clip.  How do I get rid of the split?  I know I can do an “undo” if i just split the clip.  But what if I want to remove the split sometime later after doing the split?

Trying to import mp4 files from an external hard drive plugged to my MAC by USB. When attempting to use the Video importer function it only gives me the option to use 'Source - PremiereElemente_2024_MacLBS'Doesn't allow to find the external hard drive. See below.Have also tried importing via 'Files and Folders' but it gives me the below fail message and to use the Video importer function.I'm failing on the 1st step of trying to makle videos....any assistance would be great? Rendering some clips just to see my temp status after undervolting my CPUBut i got a BSOD and rested my values. Now when i try to start Elements it doesnt start up.I can see that the task is in the Task Manager, but nothing startsHave reinstalled it, cleaned the cacheI feels like something happened when the crash occured that forces the program to not start properly.Anyone got similar problem with task manager showing the program?

Just got Elements 2024, I liked the previous versions of this tool anyhow,i purchased my key,downloaded the installer and every time i try to run it,this screen appears in attached.Tried it as admin!Turned off Firewall,i got no antivirus atm.Used Creative tools removal thingy.tried to fix my hosts file (Saw some threads saying that needs to be set to default so i did it with instructions from Microsoft website)Collected Logs for support. Tried to contact support but virtual bot says "Sorry we're closed" I dont know how to fix this,what do i do?Attached is the error in question along with these collected logs. 

In Adobe Premiere Elements 2023, when I use "Add Media" to add any iPhone Prores video with a H.264 format, it shows up with diagonal lines distorting it. Also, if I export that same file from Elements, it continues to have the same heavy distortion after export. This same file plays fine in Windows Media player. I'm on Windows 11 fully updated and I've updated my NVIDIA drivers to the latest version.  Also this same file works fine in Shotcut video editing program, which ironically is free.  Attaching photo of what it looks like in playback.  From reading help, this file format should be supported. Any ideas?

I confidently purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 after using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2022 as an educator, teaching video production. Now retired, I am using the same laptop to create family documentaries.  There was no problem until I tried to export a 1 hour project. The system froze and after painful research discovered that Premiere Elements 2023 is allergic to the Intel HD Graphics 3000 system onboard.  I am wondering how Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2022, a more advance product worked and not the inferior Adobe Premiere Elements 2023. How did the Adobe installation not highlight this incompatibility?I would like to know if I can purchase, ideally exchange Adobe Premiere Elements 2023 for and older version that will work with my fixed hardware.

Is the new premier elements 2024 able to read the video codex for samsung galaxy 23 ultra? I have premier elements 2019 and when I try to add video media which is from my 23 ultra a get a message that it can't read the file. I am wondering if it is now readable in the new 2024 version.

I'm working in Expert view but it only displays the last five projects on the home page - how do I find older ones that I want go back and update?

I don't thisnk that PrE supports sub titles or any type of closed captions.  Has anyone figured out a work around.  I found that I can import a video that I produced in PrE 2022 into Youtube.  Youtube allows me to create subtitles that I can export in an *.SRT file, but I cannot find a way to import it back into my PrE video?  Has anyone figured out a way to do this.  I am trying to add subtitles to the video of my son's wedding vows.  The sound on the video is terrible and the vows almost impossible to understand - adding closed caption or subtitles would be perfect!  Any suggestions warmly welcomed.  I have seen some sights online that may accomplish this for a fee, but (a) I'd rather not pay a fee, and (b) it is not clear how or if these services would actually work on my poor audio video.  Thanks

My Premiere Elements 15 video-editing interface will not get big on my external monitor. When I try to enlarge the window, it jumps over to my laptop screen. (My monitor is a Dell U2515Hc, which is supposed to automatically arrange windows. I'm running Windows 10) Does anybody else have this problem, or know of a way to fix it?

I have a slideshow. I've written multiple captions for the clips. The normal white bar above the clips has disappeared, leaving a solid tan bar from the beginning to the end of the slideshow. I cannot add, delete, or move captions. How do I make the captions toolbar reappear?
