I have two valid serial numbers for Premiere Elements 15 on Windows. Now that I'm trying to reinstall, I'm told that the serial is invalid. Adobe confirmed for me this morning the serials are good. Please help?

Bonjourquels sont les bons réglages pour visionner sans pixelisation une vidéo de voyage sur Youtube ? j'ai essayé plusieures résolutions, principalement du 1440/60. Sur le PC tout va bien, mais sur Youtube il y a énormément de pixelisation. On me parle également du codec VP9. Y a-t-il ce format sur Première elements 2021 ? merci

Bonjour a tous, je constate après l'installation de la version d'essai de adobe premiere element 2022 en version d'essai il m'ai impossible de lancer l'éditeur de vidéos. j'ai un message d'erreur comme sur la capture d'écran suivante alors que je suis bien authentifier avec mes credentials adobe ID et mdp. Que faire dans ce cas de situation. quelqu'un aurait deja été confronté a cette situation ? je rappelle que je suis sur windows 10 64 bits.      

My old computer is gone and I do not have any DVD / CD player on my new computer so how can I install Premiere Elements 14 which I bought on a DVD and the serial number is labeled on the DVD disc?

On a desktop system, I have APE 15 installed and when playing video in APE, it plays fine. When I plugin headphones, audio plays fine on the headphones.I'm told because of Windows updates, I could no longer sign in to APE 15 on my laptop because IE was too new..... so I purchased APE2022. When I open and play a video in APE, it plays through the speakers fine. When I plugin headphones, sound continues to play out of speakers UNLESS I go in to APE preferences and select headphones as sound destination? On the same laptop, I can do the same steps in Shotcut video editor and it detects the headphones and plays through them the eay it should be..... it does not make any sense at all to have to tell APE where to play the sound..... Windows takes care of that for all programs usually..... I guess I am mostly venting and don't really expect a solution..... I've searched here and found similar symptoms but no solutions as of yet..... If you plug in headphones, and Windows detects them, and pla

J'ai ouvert, sous Adobe premiere  élements 7, un nouveau projet... par "Nouveau projet", J'ai alors constaté qu' "Ouvrir un projet", ne me permettait plus d'accéder qu'à ce seul projet, qui était le quatrième,  les 3 précédents  n'étant plus proposés...  Pourtant, jusqu'alors, j'y accédais régulierement... ils étaient donc bien sauvegardés... Je n'ai pas eu de message me disant que la création d'un quatrième projet supprimait les trois premiers !Comment est-il possibe de récuérer ces trois projets (dont un montage 90 minutes)Merci d'avance pour votre aide.   

Hello, I just started a free trail period for Adobe Premiere Elements 2022 for my macbook pro.After installation the program loading screens shows and after a few seconds loading it shuts down and gives an error. What can i do to fix this? When the program is good i will purchase the full version. I already installed insta360 studio with the adobe premiere addon.. but i also uninstalled this app and it stil doesn't work. Greetings Tycho Corstens

Hallo zusammen,ich habe eine kurze Frage zu "Premiere Elements 22".Ich habe in einem Video Texte eingefügt. Nur passt mir die Länge nicht, also die Dauer wo der Text in meinem Video angezeigt wird. Einige sind mir sowohl zu kurz als auch zu lang. Wie ändere ich das? Also wie verlängere oder verkürze ich die jeweilige Textspur? Klicken und länger- oder kürzerziehen geht ja leider nicht. Bitte um Hilfe. Liebe Grüße und bleibt alle gesund!

I upgraded from the old version 15 after reading the sales pitch for Adobe Photoshop and Elements 2022. What a disappointing experience. First I hate when programs install JUNK that I have no use for and then I am not able to delete or disable it. I have no need for Adobe Creative Cloud. I find that my obsolete Camtasia Studio Version 7 more user friendly that Adobe. It easier to insert transitions and manage the video segments - easy two step to delete a segment of video. Futhermore, I created a mp4 file with Adobe and then opened it with Camtasia. To my surprise the file that I then saved from Camtasia was more than half the size of the Adove original. And I did nothing to reduce the file size. Why is that? Adobe creates a slew of folder that are left behind clutering my computer. WHY? If you need scratch pad space, use the TEMP folder that is available in all computrers. And once you finish, delete the folders. Its called "simple house keeping". I see it as sloppy pro

When I open Premier Elements 14 it asks me to sign in.  However then the dialogue box tells me the browser/OS im using is incompatible. Im running Windows 10 64bit I downloaded Internet Explorer 11 as that is compatible, I also set it to my defualt. But the problem persists.  

I can load new video and audio and open old premier projects but nothing runs. The video and audio tracks are visible. I can also click along the timeline to different points but when I click the play button, nothing happens. I have also tried downloading and running premier again, but still no response. I have been making videos with premier without problems for almost 2 years. Please help. Thanks. Cliff

Elements 2021 Photo Editor is fine....but Video Editor will not load...any ideas?

Yesterdayday I purchased the program “Adobe Premiere elements 2022”. When I bring in an existing film the preview of the program is  unclear and only shows green and red colors, while the two colored images do not fall together. One way or another the basic colors are mixed up and when I export the film, these colors are still divided.Please help me in what to do.  

I have Adobe Premier Elements 2021 version. I am trying to download video from my Sony TRV14 Camcorder uisng the Cameras iLink DV output connection to the 1394A port on my LinksTek card in my PCIe slot in my Asus Z170A Motherboard. Device Manager sees bothe the added 1394A card, and, the Sony TRV17 Camera. I have bothe Legacy driver and the card Driver installed, and neither one works to allow me to input video to Adobe. NO eror messages either. Windows 10 and Adobe are not speaking to each other. Others on Utube have stated that the 1394A card does work with their video software, so why doesn't Adobe Premier Elements work? I have tried TWO different IEEE 1394A cards, a three Firewire cables, every Driver listed for windows 10 IEEE card and still no video capture. Frustration is too mild a word for how I feel right now, is there ANYONE out there that knows how to fix this? 

why am i always told no disc burners available

I am trying to create a .iso DVD file in Premiere Elements 2018, and it just creates a "VIDEO_TS" folder and an "OpenDVD" folderinstead. If I open that "VIDEO_TS" folder with VLC media player, it 100% acts properly as I click on scene selections, watch movie, etc. But I don't know what to do with this folder as far as making an actual DVD. I haven't done this stuff In a few years. I was hoping to get a regular .iso file so I could use that to create my DVD from it. But I have no idea what I am supposed to do with this folder. When exporting, I even have .iso selected as my output type, yet I still get this unusable folder instead. Any ideas? 

Hi all,I need help with the Premiere Elements 2020 video editor under Win10.The problem is that selecting the export and share menu - the next screen freezes.1) First select export and share (here screenshots in German) 2) getting an error on the new export and share screen.Additional info:Loading and working with videos are no problem in the Video Editor.I tried different videos with different formats - all the same.If I select the export and share menu without loading any video, this error appears too. Environment: i9 / Win 10 Pro / 32 GB Ram / 500 GB free on HDToday I ran an update on from Adobe, no change on thie behaviour.Current Version on Premier Elements Video Editor is: 18.0 (20201207.daily.2234367) Any hints for a solution or a place I can check (special logfiles etc.) would be great? Best  Roland

Picture quality issue importing analog videos I am using the Basetech USB 2.0 Video-grabber BR116 to import my 25 y old Hi8 Videos into Premiere Elements 2022 (appers as "webcam or WDM device"). My still going strong Hi8 camera has made analog videos with 25 fps. The resulting imported AVI videos have only 20 fps: this results in 1 frozen frame out of 5, greatly impairing the movie quality. How can I setup PrEl 2022 to import those videos correctly with 25 fps? With the included software (honestech VHS to DVD 3.0) I get PAL standard .mpg files (720 x 576) with 25 fps; that means it's not a problem of the video grabber. I can import the MPG files in PrEl 2022; however, that software has some bugs that make working more difficult.   Moved into a new thread: different issue [mod]

Hallo zusammen. Ich versuche ein MP3 File zu exportieren, aber die dauer des Exports ist extrem lang. Für 5,2 MB mus ich mindestens 3 Minuten warten. Ich hatte das Media Plugin File runtergeladen und installiert, damit Windows 11 die Media Files verwallten kann, aber es bringt nichts. Ist das normal, oder muss ich noch ein Plugin runterladen ? Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen dsas es wirklich so lange dauert.

I recently installed Premiere Elements 2022. On the initial install, the colors were not displaying correctly on my imported media. After reading a similiar community post, I updated and installed a new GPU driver. This fixed the problem at the time. I was able to import, edit, and export normally. I go back into the program today, and the same problem comes back. I searched for updates on the GPU, and my driver was up-to-date. I restarted the computer, and still no fix. IOS Windows 10 21H1GPU Intel UHD Graphics 620Video shot on iphone 

Changed the 1080p25.sqpreset DSLR file to 1920p25.sqpreset with wordpad to handle 9:16 video with Adobe Premiere Elements 2018 and then added a folder under the 1920p DSLR with the new file. The program does not see it. Can anything be done?

I have just updated my Windows 10 system successfully, but now Premiere Elements won't allow me to sign in. I have also noticed other irregularities since updating Windows 10. Any suggestions on what to do to fix this problem? I have read other posts where the same problem seems to exist, but I have not gotten a sufficient or understandable explanation of what is causing this problem, or how to fix it.
