Does anyone has a solution for the import of the 360 degree footage from my insta 360 camera? Since the new update I am unable to import my .insv footage into Premiere and also all my old projects are not working anymore. Its quit a problem, since I have to redo everything. Is there anything I am missing? [typo edited by moderator]

I see the great guides for how to fix the missing fonts in a .mogrt, where I assume my missing font error is coming from. I just have NO idea which .mogrt uses the missing font (b/c the project i am working on using a dozen across multiple sequences -  and the ones i've checked don't use the font). Is there a method to search the project to identify which clip uses the missing font? (i searched for the font in finder already and it's not registering a match). Last bit o' troubleshooting I did which deepens the frustration / mystery. When I do GRAPHICS>REPLACE FONTS the missing font is not listed. It is 100% just an annoyance - but one that I deal w/ every time I open the project and for every export - so yeah...

I have used this effect hundreds of times with no issue, but on this new project, this weird thing happens (and not all the time):I add Alpha Glow to a .png file that is an overlay. Most of the time, no problem. Most of the time in this project, no problem.Sometimes, it makes the .png file blow up in size (even though it doesn't show it on the Effects Control percentage). (These are not all the same .png file, but they are all the same size and made the same way.)Add the Alpha Glow - ..png file blows up.Undo it - .png file stays the appropriate size. Add the Alpha Glow - .png file blows back up. I try deleting the .png file and dropping it back into the timeline and rarely does it work. I want all these overlays to be consistent, but I can't when intermittently - and never before, only on this new project - the file to which the Alpha Glow is applied gets blown up in size.  It's frustrating because it shouldn't happen. Hello all, when I was troubleshooting this I couldn't find a similar problem so I'm hoping this is helpful to others.  I’ve had this problem a couple times and I think I’ve found a workaround. Here’s what happens: I’m working in a project with 59.94 footage that is interpreted at 23.98 to create a slow motion effect when the footage is dropped into the timeline. However, since audio from the same footage is used separately in the same timeline, the audio has a 250% speed effect so that it plays back at the correct speed and pitch.  This project was created by another person using Premiere on a different machine (iMac 5k). When I open up the project (also an iMac 5k), most (but not all) of these audio clips play back at the wrong pitch, even though the 250% speed effect (without the “maintain pitch” option) is applied. Hello,I have recently updated my Premiere Pro version to the newest one and discovered the new caption tool.I started working with it and I realized that it is extremely laggy and slow. Every time I put a new caption or change a style, it almost feels like I need to way 30 seconds to 1 minute until the changes are processed and I can continue working. And this can become extremely tedious if there are a lot of captions to do for a longer piece of content.I have heard different feedback on working with this tool, where some people really like it and others find it as buggy as I do.My PC specs are also pretty good, this is not something that should slow down my work process. Maybe there are some settings I am using incorrectly? I am not really sure what is the problem.Can anyone help? 🙂 

guys, I don't know what I click wrong,I can't see a clips name in timeline.it might be disappeared after I click "show clip keyframes> time remapping".

Hello,As the title states, I have a multi-camera sequence and I have rendered the audio to show the waveforms, which works fine.However, if I close and restart Premiere, I lose those previews, every single time. I just get the audio track with a red line through it, and no waveform.I have my Audio Previews scratch folder set to Same as Project, and I don't see any permissions issues with that folder.I am on CC 2017.0.2. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

Bonsoir, Je ne comprends pas comment convertir le projet, il m'ouvre une premiere fenêtre me disant que je dois le convertir car c'est un ancien projet et quand je clic "ok" il m'ouvre une deuxième fenêtre me disant qu'il manque plusieurs médias. Je ne sais pas comment m'y prendre car il y a pas mal d'informations dans cette deuxième fenêtre. ( Only this problem actuall for Premiere Pro 2024 and Beta versions.. )      When I minimize my Premiere Pro, I see this... at the top my windows...     By the way, I don't download any programms, I just format my PC, install drivers, some times ago now I see this glitch / bug.     Please help me...   I Reset the settings on Premiere Pro 10 times... after 3/4 openings I see that bug.   when I click the captions, I can't edit that... and many panels are bugging, and doesn't works. When I use the gaussian blur in premiere pro it automatically crops the edges of my video. Any idea how to fix this issue? bonus points if your fix keeps it from doing this in the first place.

Me again - the guy who just upgraded from CS 5.5 to CC 2018.  I am working with a mulit cam sequence and one thing is frustrating me.  It seems the only way to create camera switch cuts in the sequence is to use the keyboard or mouse to switch cameras *while the sequence is playing*.    To me, this is a frustrating way to work.  In CS 5.5, I could scrub to the exact point I wanted the camera to switch, press the number corresponding to the camera, and a cut would appear in the sequence with the new camera selected going forward.  As far as I can tell, this doesn't work in CC 2018.  So I have to scrub to my switch point, manually make a cut with the razor tool, and then choose my camera.  Am I missing something or is there a way to do what I want in CC 2018?  Incidentally, I just submitted this as a feature request to Adobe.

Hey Premiere Gurus,Lets see if you can help me solve this problem.  I just created a multi cam sequence for a one camera interview with four audio tracks.  When Premiere is finished doing the work, I playback the audio and all I can hear is the LR track on A1 and none of the others on A2, A3, & A4.  I see waveforms and the meters are bouncing.  I also do not have them on Mute.  When I use the Solo Track function on A2-A4 I also hear nothing.  So my question is, how can I hear all these tracks playback to decide which audio file works best for my edit?Thanks.

Run through all the fixes, read all the forums.  Still can't seem to conquer this one:Have tried the following:  cleaning all caches, renaming the common folder, re-installing the software, changing the audio files from wav to several others, copied the project and did it from multiple locations, right clicked the audio to render & replace...nada...Anyone have a better grasp on what to do with this one?Many Thanks!

Software lags when I use triming footage by shortcut keys Q and W.

I'm trying to open Premiere Pro and it keeps with a blank page. I already reseted the computer, logged of from creative cloud and logged in again, uninstalled and stalled again, tried to instal a previous version, but nothing solved the problems. All other softwares are working fine. I used Capcut to edit some videos and it was ok. But, I still have projects on Premiere that I need to open and I can't. The support isn't giving me an human answer and I don't know what else to do to work. It's been very frustrating to work with Premiere Pro! 

Premiere pro v25.2.3 is crashing on startup. I have reset the prefences, del the cache and have unstalled and re-installed multiple time, but the problem is still the same. I have installed the downgraded version Premiere pro v24.6.5. In that version trascription is not working.I looking for possible solution

Hey guys im stuck here.  I cant load a graphics effect in premier pro. This error comes every time i try and drag the graphic onto my project. It was working fine acouple of days ago. 'unknown error while loading the motion graphics template'. I dont know how to fix it. All my other purchased graphics work fine. This certain graphic i use alot so i really need it to work. Its call Hand drawn elements. Anyone know a fix?

Hi there,I've created some cpations for a film, using the CC 608 option, (as that's what's required). I embed them when exporting.I import them in to the project and drag on to the timeline and the font and grammar has altered?  See attached pics.They are created using Arial, but display as Monaco font. It has also changed the 3 dots to a white square.Obviously I just want them to be how they look when I created them.Any help would be appreciated.Regards,Phil   

Hi, the latest version of Premiere is quite buggy, crashing occassionally. But the one thing that is truly challenging is the way Project Manager works, for a multi-nested, Large project, with hundreds of nests and timelines.Also with graphic files, certain files do not get copied (when use the copy function), even when they are in the timeline. Multi nests - are just impossible to find, when every clip is multi-nested, in a project with 100s of edit timelines. As such, I feel, that Premiere needs to look into this, Just like after effects, be more efficient at media managing, when we handover timelines to Online. Hope your team would consider this crucial! 

So, I'm not 100% sure what update changed this, but for close to 16 years of using Premiere, double clicking on a video/audio layer would expand that layer and show you the add keyframe button and advance/go back to next keyframe buttons.  Now, when you double click a layer, none of that shows. In just messing around today, I found that holding Ctrl while you double click will replicate that same affect that used to happen, but is there some way to just default the layer to show you the keyframe buttons WITHOUT having to hold Ctrl?
