I had setup a timeline, in which I haven't color grade or use of lumetri color on any video.I rendered the video.After that I got washed out footages. If you see the screenshot that I have attached, in the source window it is original footage and in the program window it is a washed out footage after render.

Hi,Premiere Pro used to run fine on my PC, but one day it just stopped working and it’s been months since. Now, every time I try to launch it, it hangs with a “Not Responding” message and a black or grey screen (before any UI loads). I've tried everything I can think of: System: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G (no dedicated GPU) Windows 11  16GB RAM Premiere Pro (tested multiple versions: latest, 2023, older that used to work) What I’ve already tried: Reset preferences Deleted media cache + App Data folders Clean reinstallation (tried at least 5 different versions) Updated Windows Updated and rolled back AMD graphics drivers Disabled GPU acceleration manually Ran as admin / Safe mode No third-party plugins Nothing has worked. It just opens, shows a gray or black window, and gets stuck as "Not Responding" forever. Would really appreciate any help — or even confirmation if others on AMD iGPU setups are seeing this. I am currently running into a huge issue with my adobe premiere application. (Version 23.6)*(and yes I have edited footage at the same resolution and lenth as current problem project)* The best way to explain is the app is running really slow, playback taking several minutes to start (almost frozen) and scrubbing through the timeline is laggy. Task manager shows it using barely and cpu/gpu and not even close to the memory I set it to use. I have tried deleting the media cache files, cloud cleaner, switching cuda off, using proxys, switching to ASIO and even checking my ram health. The closest thing to a fix is turning off cuda then setting playback to 1/4 but then it starts doing it after a bit. I have tried so many fixes and I am lost, any ideas will be helpful.General Specs:Win 10GTX 1080tiAMD Ryzen 2700x32gb RAM  

Dear all, I shot some behind-the-scenes work for an ongoing project with the setting of 25fps / 100M / 4K for high-quality video footage. However, when I exported the videos to my laptop and tried to edit them in Premier Pro, it looked like slow motion with blurry movements. I have set my sequence at 25fps so that it matches the video frame rate, but it still has the same issue. Does anyone know what the reason is behind this and how I can fix it when I edit them in Premiere Pro? I didn't want to speed up the footage to make them normal cause I needed the audio from the footage, and speeding it up would make the voices sound very funny.  I've shot with the same camera before using the same setting, and this has never happened to me so I'm not sure what is going on. Thank you.Karen

Hi.I've had this problem for a while now and every fix I've tried haven't helped.When I work in premiere and drag to make clips longer or shorter the screen freezes, the gpu goes to 100% and then shortly after the screen can go black and after that inside Premiere the program panel, source panel and scrubbing through thumbnails are all black.After this I have to restart the software for it to work again.This issue can happen at any time, it can happen 10min in to working with a project or 1h into it. PC specs.i9 9920xRTX 2080 Super 8gb128gb ramI have the latest gpu drivers etc.I mostly edit mp4 footage from a GH5, DJI Mavic 3 Pro.

I am running Windows 11 with a Logitech K350 Keyboard.  I can configure F5 to Transmit to Monitor, but it does not work in the program. Although Alt-Shift-T does.In other words, F5 will configure and show up on the keyboard configuration layout.None of the function keys other than F1 - Help work. 

I have a video clip converted to AVI with the UT codec.Viewing this file in Premiere is awfully slow (and the file is on HDD).Can Premiere handle any lossless codec in AVI relatively quickly? Will every AVI file work this slowly?

This is annoying me greatly. I don't use the Preview Area in the project panel. I never have done. It just gets in the way. In all the years I've worked on Premiere, whenever I've opened a project, it's not there. Bliss. But now, for some reason, whenever I open a project it's there...big and obnoxious and cluttering my screen. I know how to turn it off, but I have to do this each and every time I open something. I've persued the settings menus, the project settings menus and I can't for the life of me find the check box to make this preview area off by default!!! Please help before I lose my mind.    Thanks x   [abuse removed by moderator]  

Hi!I updated today from version 25.2.3 to 25.3, and in two different projects with different setups I detected the same bug. Transcripting an audio in Spanish with "different speakers" enabled only detects Speaker 1.In both cases, it's only one audio file with all the speakers blended into it. I found the error in the first project I was working on, and went back to another one, which was correctly transcribed in version 25.2.3 (with 6 speakers) and found the same problem.I'm on Windows 10. Let me know if there's any more information I can give to solve the issue.Thank you!

Ik heb een tijdje mijn Premiere Pro niet gebruikt, maar moet dit nu weer doen vanwege een opdracht. Nu krijg ik uit het niets opeens dat geen enkel audiobestand te horen is in Premiere Pro. Ik heb het al geüpdatet met de nieuwste versie, maar ook dat haalde niets uit. Ik krijg wel steeds de onderstaande melding wat met audio te maken heeft, dus het zou kunnen dat het daarmee te maken heeft. Het rotte alleen is dat het niet uitmaakt of ik nu kies voor ja of nee, want beide punten werken niet.Voor de zekerheid laat ik ook maar de settings zien zoals ze staan wanneer ik op ja druk:Het gekste is nog wel dat ik heb geprobeerd wat er gebeurt als ik in deze situatie een video exporteer, maar dan is het geluid er opeens gewoon, dus het moet iets zijn in Premiere Pro zelf. Als iemand mij kan vertellen hoe ik het op kan lossen om ook in de bewerkfase het geluid te horen (wat natuurlijk wel fijn is om de video's zo nauwkeurig mogelijk te bewerken) zal dat enorm fijn zijn. Mvg, Serg

Hello, i am facing issues with my premiere pro.I recently reset my laptop and downloaded Adobe Creative cloud again. Everytime i open my Premiere pro, it loads fast right until "Loading ImporterWindowsMedia.prm" and then it just says "premiere pro has encountered a problem and needs to close". I am really not sure what to do.

Hi there,an issue that's really annoying and bothers me a lot: Due to a new system setup I reinstalled Adobe Premiere and now I'm no longer able to import AVI files anymore. These files contain screen recordings. This also means a loss of already done work for me. (Installed v13, didn't work, installed v12 and v11, but doesn't work either with the older versions.) I found older threads, but they were a few months old.Is there any solution yet? - If you need more info, please let me know.Thanks

Hi everyone  I don't know why this project runs extremely low?the clips are in 1920 x 1080 and the graphics are about 4,5 gb...My colleague said that from is Aplle computer everithing runs fine, but from my desktop pc it's all a lag, even in timeline, so it's difficult to edit the video I've already put the reproduction resolution at 1/4 but the timeline is costantly yellow...  I'm working with a i7 12700, 32 gis of ream and a RTX 3070. Could it be the external hard disk that suks? It'a a Western Digital 5 terabite HD drive (a meachanic one)   Thx! 

Hello Everyone, I have an issues with my Adobe Premiere Pro playback that is really costig me time.  When I first open my system, my playback is perfectly fine, but when I stop the playback, perform an edit as simple as a cut or duplicate my sequence, and then continue again, my the playabck in the Program window will drop frames and freeze entirely.  I have been on the chat with Adobe Customer service 5 times, as well as with NVIDIA directly once and each person tried a different method of fixing my problem and my playbac will be fine during the call, but persist afterward we disconnect, or the next time I turn on my computer.  here is the steps that they took that temporarily fixed the problem... First Customer Service REP 1) Clean reinstall of Premiere before directing me to contact NVIDIA directly about my Graphics Card.  I spoke to NVIDIA and they did a clean reinstall of my NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB drivers.  The problrme persisted the aft

Hi all, thanks in advance for any help people may be able to offer. I've been working on a feature documentary for what seems like an eternity but, certainly since before the production workflow existed. It's now hit a point where the project file is so unmanageable that I have little choice but to convert it into production. Yes, I wish it existed when I started. In the main this has gone very well, but I've hit a snag, some of my multicam sequences aren't reassociating even though others have and I can't figure out why as they were all to my knowledge made in the same way. So basic question is does anyone know why certain clips or sequences don't reassociate? I thought it might be to do with having effects on them in the timeline, but tests I've done on that front are inconclusive. What I've done so far for the production. I have imported the needed sequences from my old project file into new individual projects. This is a thing that's been bugging me for a really long time but I never bothered to ask about... I've noticed that the volume of a clip drops a few db if I nest it. This is really annoying because if I get the audio just right and then nest it later, I need to adjust the levels again. It's also annoying if audio has come from the same source and I want to nest one small piece of it, because then I need to manually balance it so it doesn't sound like the audio source suddently got quieter as the play head hit the nested clip. If I end up nesting something inside a nested clip, things can get extremely frustrating to work with. Why is Premiere pro doing this? Is there a setting somewhere to make nested clips and subsequences play at full volume?

hola a todos,  desde hace 2 semanas, premiere dejó de reconocer mi tarjeta grafica. es una nvidia gtx1650. es un problema de premiere, ya que after effects, lightroom, illustrator, reconocen bien la tarjeta. ya probé desinstalando la versión actual y poniendo una mas antigua (me mandarón una del 2023 y se solucionó), pero no es la solución real, no creo pagar para tener una versión de hace 2 años atras. instalé en forma limpia los drivers de nvidia, pero el problema sigue.   tengo windows 11 pro.  32gb de ram 2133 mhz ddr4.  un procesador intel I9-10900 KF y la tarjeta grafica que mencioné. ojalá puedan ayudarme...ya que los agentes de premiere son incapaces de hacerlo.   gracias

I have a important question! How can I copy the keyframes of the time remapping, when I hit CTRL + C and move forward and then press CTRL + V then nothing happens, even when I rightclick the keyframes and click copy and then I click paste nothing happens, please help, I don't want to make so many speed ramps per hand!

Since the last update, Premiere Pro deletes all my effects Presets every time I close it/reopen it, and I have to import them all over again.   I don't know what to do to resolve this, any help would be appreciated.

I'm trying to investigate if this is an issue with Adobe or my computer itself. Bascially whenever I launch Premiere Pro, especially when I have Photoshop opened as well, the whole computer starts lagging, all of the other background apps crash and computer goes black screen and comes back. Occasionally it will also log me out of all the chrome logins (youtube, twitch, LastPass extension, twitter...) so it's very weird. This hasn't happened outside of using Adobe apps, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC and all of the apps (I kept preference), but it only worked for the first time opening, now it's happening again. Need some eyes on this to see if it's a bug. These shapes are for masking. All shapes have "mask" word added to it's name, except Free draw bezier. What is the reason for that?        

I've found that any time I create a text box in the essential graphics panel, my text keeps getting cutting off, as you can see here. I don't have any masks involved or anything like that, and I'm assuming this is a glitch rather than a feature. This has happened across multiple projects multiple times. Anyone have a solution/workaround for this? Is Adobe aware of the issue? This is really making my job difficult.For reference, I'm running the lastest version of Premiere Pro CC on the lastest version of Windows 10 (1709). My hardware is a 2017 Surface Book 2, and I'm running on an i7-8650U, 16GB RAM, and a NVidia GTX 1060, so this isn't a power issue.Here are my sequence settings as well--although this is happening across multiple sequence types.
