Hey,I had imported 4k files in premiere attached proxies and start editing, saved it at a moment and start it again after some time and now all the video files seemed to be scaled down in preview. I tried putting new shot on timeline also but it gets scaled down also. The only option I see now is to make another project and do all the work again. Please help if anyone can.Thank you

 

Text layers not visible in program monitor or in the exported file. I tried opacity and sizes etc...Also reinstalled twice. What could be the problem?

Somehow my upgrade to Premiere Pro 2025 is just not seeming to be working.Either on my macbook pro or on my mac studio.   

Hello there.The title says it all...1st, I need to change the language from that PSEUDO-Portuguese to English.I don't see ANY way I can do that, nor do the tutorials I've already watched solve the problem, or help with anything, which leads me to conclude those tutorials must be for earlier versions and not for this latest one.2nd, I really HATE that Black, which highly strains my eye-sight and I need to change it to either White or Grey, or whatever else that is NOT Black, so I don't get vertigo after looking away from the screen or get a visual shock when changing to a white/grey window.This is something CRITICAL for anyone who suffers from Migrains, specially when they're particularly agressive and intense, like mine.Is there any way to do both of those things?Because it there's no way of doing both of those things, then I'll fix the problem myself, in less than 2 minutes: COMPLETE UNINSTALL!!!I hope I wont have to resort to that, specially because this is a Student Account, but hey

A "pop" or "boom"-like noise overlays the dialogue, even though the original file has no such noise. Hey! So I'm experiencing the same issue as several others have been reporting, and from my viewpoint there seems to have been no real fix to this.  When exporting my project crashes, doesn't help to use media encoder, nor clearing cash or any of the suggested solutions. This has now affected all my projects and I'm unable to export anything.  I've tried different projects that previously worked, re-importing, re-installing, etc.. This does seem to be a problem tied to the H.264 codec. I'm using a M1 Macbook Pro (12 gb ram)Somona 14.7.4  

Hi, I am trying to find an old project of mine but the autosav file will not open because of this error code. I suspect it is because the file was saved on last years version of premiere pro. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

Default Premiere Motion Graphic Templates with a "." at the end of the name (e.g. in the German Version "Web-Beschriftung, einf.") create a folder within in the project's "Motion Graphics Template Media"-folder, that can't be deleted or even opened by Windows. (error: can't delete, file not found)Renaming the template within premiere (deleting the "." at the end) fixes that insofar, as those "illegal" folders are not created anymore. But the previously created folders will probably remain on your harddrive until you re-format it. If I had to guess, I'd say that the "." at the end suggests to windows that it's a file with an extension - which it isn't, so windows can't handle it. Renaming the folder in windows is also not possible.(Version 25.2.3 (Build 4), Windows 10

Hi, All the Adobe Stock free templates do not allow media replacement on my system.Replace from explorer,  Reveal in Project and Open in timeline are all greyed out. Im running latest versions of PP and AE. Any ideas what Im doing wrong? Thanks.   

Hi, I'm trying to find a way of searching through multiple transcripts in different sequences at the same time? Ive got around 80 hours of interviews in 40 different sequences, and pulling my hair out trying to figure a way of searching through all transcripts at once, rather than one at a time - which I'm currently doing. Any thoughts greatly appreciated. 🙂

One two of three tracks I'm seeing "join through edit" grayed out. I know 100% these are through edits I'm attempting to joing, but I can make a cut in a piece of the affected audio track and then right click and see "join through edit" not available. The third track of audio I still can join through edits on... Anyone experiance this or know what to do?

Hola a todos, mi problema es que en premier pro en la pista de audio 1 solo escucho del lado izquierdo y en la pista 2 solo del lado derecho, tendria que duplicar el audio en la pista 1 y 2 para que se escuche correctamente, entonces no puedo escuchar nada si agrego algun audio en las pistas 3 y 4, y si agrego algo en la pista 5 en adelante se escucha bien todo sin tener que duplicar nada, el tema de la pista 1 y 2 no lo pude resolver con la opcion de canales de audio y seleccionar las casillas L y R.

When I move my Premiere Pro 15.4.1 project from my Macbook Pro to my Mac Pro, the MP4 clips from my Sony A7SII are being read differently, which in turn throws off my color corrections. For all intents and purposes, everything on the two machines is the same (Premiere settings & version, GPU settings, etc.) As you can see from the attached images, this is not an issue with my monitor. The differences are also seen in the exported file. Any ideas on what may be happening are appreciated.

Aqui no meu premier, quando eu fixo a janela de Texto na área de trabalho ela fica preta, sem visualização alguma, quando eu digito o efeito que eu quero na aba de efeito, simplesmente não consigo visualizar o que estou digitando, e por último na aba de Exportação simplesmente não consigo ver nada tenho que ficar clicando na tela e por ja conhecer onde ficam os presets de exportação e nome do arquivo eu consigo alterar, além de enviar para o media encoder ou exportar direto do premier sei onde fica, mas nao consigo visualizar nada na tela.

And as I wrote in the previous post... Premiere pro v25 - ALL CONGRATULATIONS  one question for engineers and all Pp lovers... is it possible to return the gray color for the GUI on Pp... I see that in v 25 white has been inserted, which to be honest I don't know will anyone use it...but it's not up to me to decide..it's an ideal color (gray) for a light theme on win 10/11...and even old veterans like me would be delighted with that color that goes with the light and dark theme of win 10/ 11...so why not make it the fourth color in Pp...big greetings and please pass this on to the engineering team..they are young people,ha,ha,ha...and they don't remember this color from pp , and we're feeling nostalgic...go ahead..Pp v25 is great...look at the picture on the full screen and you will see how beautiful the color is ...     look at the picture on the full screen and you will see how beautiful the color is...

Whether it is Adobe Premiere Pro 25 or the current Beta, the program will not open for me.Beta at all, without any message or error. and Adobe Premiere 25, with an error message when I put in a new project. It's been going on for over weeks. Reinstalling, updating drivers, nothing helps. Adobe Premiere 24 works fine.

Something I've noticed semi-consistently is when using enhance speech in the essential sound panel (which 95% of the time is amazing) is that it will create words or sounds out of either a background noise, such as an object being tapped, or a breath by the talent.  I know the machine learning is still coming along, but would like to see this addressed in the future so I don't need to cut the audio separately to remove the enhance for that instance and try to replicate the enhancement on the rest of the clip.

I have had big performance issues since upgrading to the latest version of Premiere. In preferences I have reserved 39 (out of 64) GB of memory for Premiere, but my Activity Monitor is showing 105+ GB of memory in use by Premiere. The app is running incredibly slowly and is basically unusuable. My timeline is fairly simple with just three files, although on file is 7gb. I am using a proxy. The project file is 205mb. The program monitor is often unresponsive, and sometimes even blank. I am running:- Apple M1 Max- 64 GB memory- Version 25.0.0 Is this a known issue? Something I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

・日本語設定で文字起こしをしたものの、ヒンズー語になってしまいます。 試しに他の動画で同様に文字起こしをするといつも通り日本語で表されます。いつもと同じ話者、同じ喋り方の動画にも関わらず、なぜかその動画だけヒンズー語で表示されます。（その動画で何度も始めからプロジェクトを作り直してみたのですが毎回自動文字起こしでヒンズー語表記になります。）原因がわからないので、ご教授いただけますと幸いです。 ・ちなみにその動画は、プレミアプロ内で他の動画（いつもと同じ話者、同じ場所、空間）より画質が明るく表示されている気がするのですが、、これに関してはもしかしたら気のせいかもしれませんが、もし何かしら↑の文字起こしと絡んで原因があるのならば教えていただけたらと思います。 どうかお願いいたします

Hello dear We are a company that makes video servers.We confirmed that the length is automatically updated when we load the file we are recording in MXF (XDCAMHD422 50Mbps) into Premiere Pro.However, files recorded in ProRes (MOV) could not even be loaded. What formats (Wrapper) can Premiere Pro load for the growing up file? Thanks.!!

Hi, I sync my files with multicam but I find some mystery.  First : If I create a "single timecode" multicam source sequence with differents camera angles, this will work. BUT If in an other time I do the same thing to create each multicam for each file, Premiere Pro doesn't care. Sometimes I could have several files for one sound on an unique multicam and each file is on a different track while they are the same camera label. Two : If I create for exemple a multicam preset with 23 sound tracks to be sure to have all of my sounds from differents cameras and at the end, the multicam contains only 10 tracks, even if I change that, Premiere doesn't care and will stay on 23 tracks when I will use it in a sequence.Three : In my multicam of 23 sound tracks but for real 10 tracks, If I delete empty tracks and even change the order of my sounds, Premiere doesn't care and will show me the order of sound's creation when I will use it in a timeline. BUT if I use the flatten op

la opacidad de la capa no se desvanece. Quiero hacer un fundido transparente al final de una capa para que se desvanezca y de paso a otra que ya he situado justo por debajo pero al hacerlo. la capa cae en error y se queda la pantalla del monitor de reproduccion en negro. Esto no solo me pasa en la ultima version de 2025, si no que me pasa en muchas versiones anteriores.
