Questions

I am am having this issue for a couple of months now, but I finally decided to be vocal about it. I am working on a project with several sequences, and I like to organize those into a folder. However, the premiere doesn't let me move certain sequences into bins, doesn't matter which bin is. In this picture, I am trying to move the sequence SizzleReel_v7 to the folder 03. SEQUENCE, but premiere doesn't let me.I noticed the same issue on this post here,  but it was not solved at all, the answer there is wrong and doesn't work.I really need a solution for this issue and I would like Adobe or someone out there to help me fix this. My settings:Premiere v14.4System: macOS Cataline 10.15.6Computer: iMac 2019 - 3.6 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 Best,Ed. 

I’m showing a one-minute animated film in an art gallery at the following dimensions.8277px x 1200pxFrame rate 25, 30 or 60My current workflow is:Photo or short 10 second shot using my iphone.Insert into Procreate and then make a short animation using luminous/mixer brush tools and using their animation assist tool.I then stitch together Capcut/Lumafusion on my Ipad then export.I have recently subscribed to Adobe Suite with the intention of making my film/glitches better quality for a larger professional exhibition space.I will stitch together using Premier.My question is:Would you advise me using photoshop/animate/premier to make the glitches at a higher quality?What brush tools in Photoshop/Animate will give me a similar look to the attached work made in Procreate and exported at a higher quality?Any thoughts, ideas, and feedback to this would help me to move things forward.I appreciate your suggestions.Thank you.

When editing on a multicam timeline, the transcript will go away when the playhead hits a cut point.I get it back by going into the multicam edit window and select another angle, or to go to another sequence then return to the sequense I'm working on. Also, not captured, my sequence tabs would randomly switch positions. Not sure if thats related to the previous problem.  Premiere 25.1.0 (build 73)Apple M2 UltraOS Version 15.3.1

Hello! I conducted 4 interviews on friday and I'm concerned that I botched them by not having my camera and/or light settings dialed in. This was my first set of interviews using a new camera and light setup and I wasn't paying enough attention. I am hoping that there is some way to remove this banding that rolls from bottom to top using Premiere Pro; and maybe a tip on avoiding this issue in the future. I saw in another post that someone recommended a De-Flicker plug-in by Digital Anarchy that looks like it would do the trick, but I'm operating on a company computer so getting purchase approval and having IT download and install it could take a while, so I was really hoping there was something in Premiere Pro already that could take care of this.Also, I just uploaded a quick sample to post here, and while the HD version is still processing, the SD version that is currently viewable shows considerably less banding that fades in and out, so just know that what I see in the original is b

Hello, I am trying to render and replace for an AE dynamic link. Every time it says my issue is that I'm unable to match frame size. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

In past versions of Premiere, rendering audio (specifically for a multicam sequence with audio effects applied to the clips inside the multicam) gave a progress status in the dialog brought up by selecting the "Render Audio" option. In v23.1.0, rendering appears frozen despite the clips being read from disk. However, after a certain amount of time, the render will finish correctly and waveforms will appear. On longer sequences, I have no idea how long rendering audio will take because the progress dialog does not advance. This occurs on both macOS 12.6 and Windows 10 where rendering audio only results in a non-advancing progress status. Render In to Out or Render Effects is not affected by this.

I'm on a Mac M1, with the latest Premiere version 25.2.2. After a batch export to H264 using Media Encoder, the video result is distorted, compressed, squeezed),the frame size is indeed 1920 X 1080 but the content is not! it is scaled down on the Y axe, (please see pict.)This happened a couple of time so far, any explanation please? is this a bug?Thank you

I use the transform effect on an adjustment layer to shift the talents frame to the left while I bring in graphics over top. The last couple of months the effect works perfectly in the timeline but upon export it does not show the adjustment layer doing anything and the talents frame does not move. I have tried different codec export settings and also using different renderers like "Mercury Playback engine GPU acceleration" and "Software only" but still nothing. can i directly use keylight extension in premiere pro without using after effects? if yes, then how? 

Hey folks,Would anyone know if it's possible to get all my footage from multiple bins put into a timeline in chronological/creation date? I have been foldering a lot of footage beforehand into shot types and lots of the footage will overlap in creation date in these bins, so I was hoping I could have them foldered like this, colour code them in the bins, then drop 5 bins into a timeline in date created. Premier pro 2025 continuous failure 5/3/2025   Issue Summary:Premiere Pro 2025 crashes consistently when accessing > Settings. The app launches, imports media, and functions in most ways, but accessing any of the > Settings menu triggers a fatal error. All other Adobe Creative Cloud apps function normally.Steps Taken to Troubleshoot (Chronological):1. Initial Trigger & Behaviour1.1. Hi Here is a quick tip.I was struggeling with Mercury Transmit that was not working on my second monitor,Working on Windows PC.I found out that when the premiere pro window is maximized with [CTRL+\] the Mercury Transmit is NOT working on my system.FIX: So I had to make the Premiere Window size to normal size again (with CTRL+\ again) and now the Mercury Transmit is working again.So for me this was my solution to get Mercury Transmit back to work.I hope this helps someone sometime. 

Have purchased new desktop. Premiere will not import any video files. Photo files or audio files are ok. Have cleared and moved cache files. Removed all plugins. Other video editing programs are ok. Not working on either 2023 or 2025 version. Everything worked ok on previous desktop. Any suggestions please? Many thanks.

I want to develop a premier pro plugin like Mister Horse . I don't know how to set up and environment and test it . If anyone could give proper answer  or helps me . After building i will give the plugin free to you . 

I have a Windows 11 Pro 24H2 26100.3775 computer. My CPU is an Intel Ultra9 285k and my graphics card is an NVIDIA RTX 5080 with the driver version being Studio 572.83. All of these are up to date.However, I was surprised to find that Premiere Pro v25.1 and later versions cannot utilize the NVIDIA or Intel graphics cards for hardware-accelerated decoding. The video format is HEVC 4K 60fps 10-bit 4:2:0. When previewing videos in this format, the task manager shows that the graphics card's decoding chip is not working properly, the CPU usage is extremely high, and the export time is very long. The materials are stored on a local SSD and the software is set to enable hardware-accelerated decoding. Under the same conditions, DaVinci Resolve and KineMaster can both use the graphics card to accelerate the decoding of this format video, but Premiere Pro cannot.At first, I suspected that there was a problem with my computer, so I tried four different computers and also installed various versio

Hi everyone,    2022 Macbook Air M2 user, Sequoia 15.3.2, Premiere Pro 25.2.3   Outcome needed: I'm trying to set up Premiere Pro so that my scratch disk is on an external SSD.    Problem: The scratch disk preferences pane is missing from my preferences. All searching (including on the Adobe site) says it should be there in my preferences, but it is not. I've reset my prefs, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've updated. Everything I've found says it should be there.   I've attached a screenshot of my prefs window showing no scratch disk setting/menu option Any advice would be appreciated.    Rolly 

 i cannot figure out what to even ask to fix this. but the 5.1 wont let me edit or post any clips there all the other channels i create go below all of it and its really annoying. anyone can help?

Hi! I just had the same issue! Spend 3 hours deleting Cache, reinstalling premiere... What helped? Making a new Project and copying the old files into it. Must be some bug.   Branched from very old thread by mod.

Hello Premiere Lovers and experts.I'm working on a project and my client wanted me to update colors etc. but the issue is, there are many texts and i put them in many nest to animate and if i want to change one color i have to get inside of multiple nests like a matruskha babies and it just takes so much time. So i'm curious, is there any way to update texts inside of multiple nest?I added a screenshot so you guys can understand the issue.

Hallo, ich nutze zurzeit eine Erweiterung für Premiere Pro "Cutback" welche mir ermöglicht Untertitel nur mit ein Wort zu machen. Soweit ich weiß gibt es die Möglichkeit selber nicht in Premiere Pro, oder? Dort habe ich nie durchgehend ein Wort Captions, vielleicht geht es auch nicht, aber ich habe beim erstellen von Untertitel schon alles ganz niedrig eingestellt.   Da ich leider ein monatliches Abo haben muss für Cutback, kennt jemand eventuell eine kostenfrei Alternative?   Und hiermit wünschr ich mir dann gerne die Untertitel Funktion für Premiere Pro, Danke!   Im Anhang ist auch ein Bild wie meine Einstellungen für Untertitel aussieht.

I have many project complete on Premiere Pro CS 5.5 and 6 versions.  I would like to migrate them to Premiere Pro CC current version on MacBook Pro M4max.  Can this be done? How should I do it? Please advise.
