Hey team, I am trying to export a short video, all of the settings are correct, I checked the render alpha setting which was also unchecked, and I don't know what else to try. If anyone can help I would appreciate it a ton!
So today just randomly out of nowhere my timeline now has decided that whenever I change the speed and duration of a clip it will move all the clips ahead of it to counter the new speed. Which then make all the rest of the clip out of sync. I am currently editing a music video for my job, but this is really taking a toll on my work. It wasn't doing this about an hour ago, and I'm fairly sure I haven't hit any keys to cause this. Maybe I'm just being totally stupid and have caused such an easy fix but I cannot find anything on this matter online. If anyone could please, please help me I will be your best friend forever. Well, maybe not forever, but I'll be very happy. Please and Thank you. ~ Drew
I edit vertical content, im given the raw footage which is shot at 4k resolution and is shot in person vertically. The footage imports horizontally since when the footage is taken its obviously just being physically turned vertically. My workflow is change sequence settings to vertical (9:16) then add a transform layer to all clips that turn it 90 degrees. Now when I try to dynamic link one of the clips, what happens is that in after effects, the composition is vertical, but the clip imports as horizontal and cuts off, making it impossible for me to use the feature. Now when I want to use after effects I have to render the clip individually and then import it seperatley into a new project which is way more time consuming, and long term has been effecting my projects. Is there a fix to this? I can't seem to find any information? I've tried nesting the clip before linking and it still has the issue. Other things to note, im on most up to date versions, I'm normally editing in 60fps(59.94
I am trying to get characters such as ә and ā into a title on premiere pro. I have the unicode codes but it does not render it correctly. I just get a square. I have tried multiple fonts and nothing works. Any help is much appreiciated!
Running Premiere 25.0.0 in MacOS Sequoia 15.3.2 (24D81). I have a mono .wav file that will not generate a transcript because I get the "no dialogue found" message. There is nothing BUT dialogue on this track. I'm attaching a scren grab. What else can I try to get this thing I'm paying $40/month for to work??
We encountered a strange bug in PP 13.1.3.We have a panel with a textArea. When the panel is undocked, the users press F in the timeline to focus a frame from a track in the source monitor. After that they click inside the textArea in the undocked panel and use the arrow keys to navigate.Instead of navigating inside the textArea in the undocked panel (which pretends it has focus - the cursor is blinking, the outline of the textArea is showing), the arrow keys are controlling the previously focused source monitor (and nothing happens inside the textArea). This also happens with the timeline or the program view, if they were previously focused before clicking inside the textArea in the undocked panel. This bug does not show up if the panel is docked inside premiere, or if the user clicks on a different panel (like essential graphics for example) before clicking inside the undocked panel. So, for fixing this I need to catch the keyup event inside the textArea for the arrow keys and
I don't know what is going on with Adobe lately, but I've tried everything possible from every forum post, youtube video and backwater website discussion group trying to figure out why I can't get my Premiere Pro editor to match when I export my video. I've tried absolutely everything, changing the colour space, downloading custom LUT files, manually tweaking the colours in the lumetri scope editor. But nothing ever seems to match what I see when exported. The videos I'm working with keep going into premiere pro appearing totally different. Changing the colour spaces to REC 709 does nothing, it seems to just flatten what it thinks is over exposed footage, which it isn't. It's a totally normal, room lit shot that keeps going into premiere pro like someone is recording with stadium lights beaming into the scene. Why is it so hard to just make what I see in my editor, 100% match what the videos actually look like, and then keep that consistent all the way to export?
Hello friends,I created a script what loads some morgt clips and fill the text fileds. It works fine in 24 and actually also in 25.But in 25 the the text dont appear in the new Property Panel. The text appeares only in the the Panel: Text>Graphic and also in Effect Controls. If i make some changes in the text fields of the Effect Controls the Property Panel updates and the text appear. Hello all, After creating a new sequence, I have no problem disabling "insert and overwrite sequences as nests or individual clips"; however, after creating a multicam sequence to sync audio, I am unable to unnest the multicam sequence. It only allows me to select V1 and A1 for source patching regardless of disabling or enabling "insert and overwrite sequences as nests or individual clips". I know I can manually go into the multicam sequence and copy paste the contents into the timeline, but I really enjoyed the convenience of being able to drag and drop the multicam sequence into it's multiple video parts.
The editing track (I'm not sure if this is what it's called) so huge now? Is there a way to revert back to the original thinner version? I know how to adjust them but how do I standardise the size across all tracks?
I Need Help On How to Unlock My Video
Hello! I was hoping someone here could advise on the ideal, best settings in which to export my film to send it to SimpleDCP to make a DCP for exibition. Generally when I export I use one of the default settings - but typically I'm going to stream what's exported on Vimeo or something, I have never been tasked with final delivery of the file where the master DCP that will play in a theater will be created. I realize there are many options / variables -- For example -- the final graded verison of the film came from Company 3 (who did the grade) - the EDL they sent me was a ProRes 4444.mov file (1920-x1080) -- Other than a handful of VFX shots I have cut into that file/time line (those files came from my VFX artist as: 1920x1080 Apple ProRes 422 HQ) -- and I added in final mix (stereo, not 5.1). Those are my elements. I did not do the exporting to Co3 for the grading - and VFX artist used the Co3 ProRess file -- I had another editor on to do that deliver
Hello, when my fottage is paused in my timelines the quality of the video is very crisp but as soon as i press play it loses its crispness, it is as if the resolution loses its high quality. I have a new computer and also I have created proxies for all of my higher resolution clips. also when i export it at maximum render quality it still stays low resolution. How do I make it stay crisp in its playback?
I've gotten used to older versions and each time I'm adjusted it seems that something has changed and it's really aggrevating.Once upon a time when you moved a video track up the audio would move down in the same manner. Then it didn't move up but it was still connected so when you moved it sideways it would atleast be attached and synced. Now it's not attached at all, even when the options say that it is. I went through and edited a few sequences with the video thinking that the audio was still attached, but it was all messed up. Now not only do I have to start over but I need a way to keep them together so I'm not constantly dragging & clicking the audio with the video to move them around. It's really irritating and has slowed down my workflow; especially since they don't move onto another track automatically. You guys are quickly becoming less useful than mac by trying to appease everyone. What, if any, way is there to connect the sound & audio so that they're right where I n
Hello everyone, I have searched the forums and couldn't find an answer to this very troubling issue. Also I have contacted Adobe chat support 3 times already and no one was able to help me thus far (in each time I had to restart the computer to see if those changes would have worked, but none did, so now I decided to try the forum). I would be very grateful if someone could help me. I'll try to provide every information about the issue and my specs. I have installed Premiere Pro about a week ago. I had never used it before on this computer. From day 1 I have the same issue with every project: The preview screen in the "program monitor" is completely glitchy. It gets black, gray, blank or just purely bugged (as in the print below) if I add any text (100% of the time) or some other video effects (in this case seems to be random). The only way to make the image reappear is if I keep adjusting the size and position of the Program Monitor panel. I must constantly change its size and
Hello,I have an issue mapping Shift+Numpad numeric keys (from 3 to 9). They automatically send the corresponding number (3 to 9) into the Timeline Panel's timecode. Even more weird is that is overriding Autohotkey mapping entirly.Ctrl+Numpad keys work as expected, it is the workaround I am using. These shortcuts seem to be hardcoded outside of the Keyboard Shortcuts panel.Since Shift+Num 1 and Shift+Num 2 do not behave in the same way, I decided to post this observation as a BUG instead of a discussion. If Anyone has knowledge how this mapping can be undone, please comment along.Tested the same problem since Premiere 2023 through 2025.Cheers.
I'm trying to enhance the audio on my short film I'm making for class but when I select my audio, go to essential sound and to enhance. It still tells me to select a mono or stereo clip. How do I fix this. The original audio was diegetic sound from my shots if that helps.
I'm new to premier and having an issue as I'm trying to put together video clips from Xbox gameplay. The xbox video clips are exported directly from Xbox Live and they come exported as 720p 60fps video clips. In VLC player all video clips play smoothly, no issue. When I add them into Adobe Premiere Pro as a sequence, some of the video clips in the preview player play with a stutter/jumpy and pixelation issue. While others will randomly seemingly play smooth consistently. What's worse is when I export the media using that method or the Adobe media encoder, the video clips in the sequence that played in the preview stuttery have the exact same export quality where they play really messed up. I have uploaded my video issue to YouTube so you can directly see it and I have the source video files on dropbox if you want to try it yourself. Is there anything I am missing for settings that need to be done to get all xbox sourced video clips to be smooth when exported in Premier? I
Out of the blue, the Lumetri colors suddenly do not work at all in both the color tab, or in the Lumetri presets in the latest version of Premiere. I installed the latest driver for my NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 graphics card, and it still will not work - unless I turn off the Mercury CUDA acceleration, which of course slows things down immeasurably...And then it only works intermittently when pressing on a slider (say, for saturation...as soon as I let go of the slider it stops the saturation changes). I just tried the "Brightness and Contrast" effect and they don't work either (unless I turn off the Mercury CUDA acceleration, and hold the slider down). Any suggestions? I did recently buy a new Dell U2412M monitor for my second screen. could that be the culprit?
This feels like it should be obvious but everywhere I've searched I've not quite a found an answer to my question. So apologies if this is. I've create a production with folders, including one which I've called SCENES which I've used to hold a number of projects, each with one sequence for each scene. I had assumed that I would be able to make a new project (e.g. FULL-EPISODE) in my production where I could combine all the finished scenes together into a single main sequence. And if I then made any further edits to a single scene, those changes would be reflected in the full episode main sequence. I've tried importing projects and draging sequences from projects into a new main timeline but if I make any further updates to those scene sequences I don't see those changes appear in my main sequence.Am I missing something or is what I'm trying to do not possible? I just want a way where I can construct scenes and then combine them (maybe changing their order) and make furth
When we do a voice over : i select the track in the timeline and i press the "microfon" symbol.Works perfect. Now normally when the journalsit makes a mistake, we stop and do again or we pick in half the way. The SYmbol on the sequence still works. But i normally use the voice over shortcut (in the screnshot: i added it to the numlock 1 button). And that worked always before. But now on Adobe Premiere 22.4 on PC, that doesnt work any more. He always says: you can not record without enabling at least one track for recording ?? Thats wierd because the track is on, we just used it? Anybody seeing this issue? Or ever worked this way ? Thx in advance
I have imported a single .mogrt file into Premiere and was able to edit it. My only option seems to be saving it as a template, which is not a single file. Does Premiere allow me to save the changes as a single .mogrt file? Thanks
Hola muy buenas, tengo un problema de exportacion en premiere y es que cuando exporto mi video se ve mas oscuro y saturado. He hecho la solucion del metraje y sigo teniendo el mismo problema. Agradecería cualquier ayuda. Un saludo
I have a customized window Premiere layout. With my 2025 upgrade, I notice that everytime I "Export" my sequence, the sequence window disappears. After exporting, when I return to "Edit" mode, to see my sequence window again, I have to go to Window/Layout and pick a default window first, and then pick my customized window setting to see my sequence window again.
Gracias!
