Ultra Key is not removing green. It's supposed to be simple, click on the eye dropper then move to the green screen, click and it should be gone. It should be, but for me, nothing happens. I've reset preferences... I'm out of ideas. Has someone encountered this before? Have I left something out in the process? Is there a solution?CheersPatrick 

Hi all I’m running into the following problem, and I hope someone can help me. I can’t use Premiere 2025. I don’t get an error message, but it launches the loading screen and then shuts down. I’ve tried reinstalling all of Adobe and updating my drivers. When I switch my graphics card from studio to gaming mode and vice versa, Adobe 25 does start, but only until I get the message: "Initializing GPU - please stand by for playback. This process is required after new installations or driver updates." After that, Premiere shut down again. I’m working with a GeForce RTX 4080, so I don’t think that should be the issue. Premiere 24 works fine. Does anyone have a solution for me?

Is it available to import markers data into a sequence in Premiere Pro?

Picture this, I am working on my lyric video and I go to add some motion blur using the shutter angle tool right, and I look for the transform effect, and it's nowhere to be found. I don't know if my software is bugging or if it has been replaced by something else in the update. Any information helps!

This is the first time I've ever run into this bug. I recently edited content that I can hear just fine. When I test it in other platforms, the sound is also clear, but when I try to transcribe the audio, only a few clips show up transcribed and the rest are "no dialogue found." Additionally, my export settings have been the same for months, but for the exports uploaded today, I have no sound on TikTok. I can hear them fine on my phone, but there is no sound when uploaded. When I upload them to Capcut, they transcribe fine, but when I export the premiere pro mp4 through capcut, there is no sound when uploaded on TikTok. I uploaded on Instagram. Instagram couldn't transcribe, but the sound shows up fine.  I've restarted Premiere several times and checked to ensure it was updated. I uninstalled it and installed it again. I'm stumped and have no idea what's happening. I'm using macOS Sanoma 14.6.1, and the most updated Premiere pro. I have my Shure MV7X mic connected to my Focus

Hello All. I'm working on a short film. I'm on a PC. Windows 11. Premiere Pro 23 because 24 was fantastically buggy and I never change versions in the middle of a project. What I'm doing is editing on a 23.98 fps timeline/sequence with a variety of footage: Main camera is a BMPCC 6K pro in Braw 8:1 compression. For some shots in places we couldn't take a larger camera we shot in 8K 24fps on a Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra (the Ridley Scott phone). The BM footage is 23.98 and the phone says it's exactly 24fps. We are cutting the movie on a timeline set to 2048 x 858 pixels because many festivals like this for Scope 2.39:1 projection. I do my preview files at Prores 422HQ and I keep the timeline pretty much rendered at all times...so I don't have to deal with a long render at the end of a day before exporting. But...that's if I'm exporting to Match Source.My question is: can I have these 2K timeline settings and export the movie in 4K?I've actually done this already...back when the

Hello, I hope all my friends are healthy and blessed. Do any of my friends know how to cut automatically? auto cut adjustment layer based on label?for example i have 2 video tracks, i label them yellow and red, and the 2 videos have different color types sourced from Canon and Sony cameras, Of course I also made 2 track adjustment layers with different color settings, to unite them so there is no color difference. if the video is only 1-2 minutes it doesn't matter i cut it manually, but what if I have 4 different cameras, and a long duration, is there a faster way than this, or auto-cut the adjustment layer according to the label color on my video Thankyou so much!

Hello, I have some questions about Premiere pro. 1. Is there any function to search about markers? For example, If I named a marker "chapter 1" and wrote comments like "the beauty and the beast", can I search the marker with searching with the keywords like "chapter 1" or "beauty"? 2. Can I export clip data into xml files? For instance, as you can see in this image, I gave "tvn_exchange" into Tape Name. So, is there a way to export clip metadata files including the information that this Tape Name is tvn_exchange? 

I have a color matching problem. I have graded c300 mk3 MXF footage on my timeline and exported it as ProRes422. I have not changed any of the export specs. This is what the timeline looks like: When I open the MOV in quicktime player, this is how the colors look. It is slightly desatured and doesn't match the timeline: Then I take the file and bring it into Adobe Encoder and choose the vimeo 1080 preset which pops out an mp4 for me. I upload that mp4 to dropbox and vimeo and the colors still look bad. I'm not just seeing this issue with this one client and this one file/footage/camera type. This issue is occuring with another client's footage as well. I asked some friends about it and they think its an issue with Mac because they said when they export something from their timelines on a PC, the colors in their export don't deviate from the timeline. If my export doesn't match my timeline, which colors are the client seeing? Are they seeing the colors that I see on

CC25 version gets stuck on "import Files..." If I run  app.project.importFiles([file.fsName], true, bin, false); 30 times in a row. It gets stuck once or twice randomly. When can we expect a fix?  Same code same files work ok in cc24. 

I'm having a new issue exporting XMLs from Premiere 25.1.0 and importing into Resolve 19.0.1. When editing a vertical timeline in premiere, I rotate my footage 90 degrees to match the timeline and scale is set to 100. When I export the XML, it's importing into Resolve at half the size with massive black bars surrounding a tiny image. The Zoom level in the video tab is 1 x 1. The footage shows as full resolution in the File tab and the rotation is translating through the XML. I have attached a screenshot. This has never done this before. Any ideas? Translation report is clean.

Hi. I've recently update to premiere 2025 and I'm having a really strange issue. As I've said in the tittle, everytime I import something to the timeline there's a small chance my PC completly freezes. It can happen with anykind of file, .mp4, gifs, pngs etc. And it's not a thing of one file in specefic, it can happen with any file.I still hear things, like if I have music on the background I still hear it while the screen is frozen.After a minute or two my screen goes completly black ((The backlight of my monitors is still on))And after a couple of minutes my PC unfreezes again, I have to restart premiere since the preview doesn't work after this happens.This only happens to me with the most recent version of premiere. No other game, app or premiere version does this to me so I don't think it's an issue with my laptop.I've tried many things like updating drivers, chaging my laptop settings to performance, checking if one of the rams was not correctly installed, resetting the layout in

For the life of me, I dont know why my GPU has never gone past 4% even with huge render projects. And I cant render export large GB projects. 

I am trying to send a portion of an edit in progress but the out point makes no difference in stopping the video at that spot.  Any way to correct?

For work I have to edit 1-2 hour long talks where I have to cut out certain sentences. I was doing it in Premiere so I could use a transcription and other shortcuts but they want us to do it in Auditon multitracks.We would use Premiere but it turns out when you bring a Premiere XML timeline into Audition, it will RENDER OUT WAV files of all your cuts instead of keeping the source mp3 intact . I tried making a Phython code to have Audition bring in a Premiere timeline and link the original source audio but that also failed. ANY feedback is greatly appreciated!! Just want to import the cuts I made in Premiere into Audition WITHOUT rendering out wave files, just want the edit information and linked to the original source mp3.

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new to PP.  The problem I'm having is that when I apply the Lumetri color effect and then select the mask tool it "crops" the entire clip, revealing the clips below it on the timeline.    This first image is with Lumetri color added to the clip.  It looks like its working just fine.  However the second picture is what happens after I click the mask effect.    Here is a video of what its like when it happens https://youtu.be/Si35RPm9DZ0

Hi everyone, I have a 10 minute video that is made up of smaller videos, with captions. I want to export each individual clip, with captions, so that I have short videos to share on social media. However, everything I've tried has failed to do this. Any idea what I can do?

I am currently running on Vista Prof.getting new PC with windows 8.1 with a free upgrade to Windows 10 later in the summer.Can I install my current Premiere Pro CS5 on Win 8.1 and will it later run under Windows 10?

Hi, I am having difficulty understanding something.    I am learning about Master clip color correction. So the tutor duplicated a sequence, and he cuts it into several pieces and he named it 'multiple clip', and then he goes back into the source- lumetri color and if he changes it's lumetri it affetcs all the pieces in the time line. and he also gets red lines under the fx of all those pieces.    now here where am lost.    suppose in my priemer pro  the main  sequence's name is 'A'  and  duplicated one's name is 'Z', and I cut Z  into several pieces.... .  now  in my case which one is the master clip and which one is the source file?  A= the original one= master clip and also source file?   Or   B= the duplicate one = master clip, not source file.    and also I am not having any red lines under my fx  in time line panel. I want the red lines. What I have to do to get it?thank you.   &n

the playhead is stuck while editing on laptop connected to charging but run smoother while on battery tried every possible edits didn't work anything at all.

I'm trying to import RED footage through Media Browser and the spanned clips are not automatically combining. I've tried different computers, uninstalling and reinstalling Premiere Pro 2025 all the way to 2022, just "import media" as well as dragging and dropping media. Nothing seems to work. Here's a screenshot of my Media Browser. I feel like there's gotta be a simple solution where I just need to click a setting option, something like "automatically combine spanned clips."
