Hi Y'all! I'm a doc editor / turnover assistant and I keep as many version of premiere as I can. I'm upgrading my machine and want to take those with me. CC only has downloads for pr 2025 & 2024, but I need both 2022 and 2023 on my new machine. Any tips?

I have a video with square content and insta 360 video, after export the square is square and the VR is just as edited, but after upload to youtube , it has the navigation button for VR video in the upper left corner and the square video is now distorted, here is a screen shot of the export settings, I went with match source:  what have I done wrong?  this is my first VR edit and upload 

When I get into subfolder bins with Premiere  Pro, I sometimes find that it will not allow me to create any more new bins, even though the folder I'm in already has a number of sub-bins that I have successfully created before.  The "new bin" icon simply stops working, and right clicking to select "new bin" does not work either.  Is this a bug, or is one limited to creating only a handful of sub-bins?

Hi, i'm hoping someone can help me out here. I bought a new pc 2 years ago and i had nothing but trouble with it. In the end i sent it back and was told that it was the Intel intel 13900k that was to blame. So they replaced it with the intel 14900k. Since i got it back it seems to be working OK, but the other day I started to get this weird glitch (See Attached Image) appear when playing back footage. The glitch flashes fast as the footage is playing.  Does anyone know what this could be? I'm just concerned that it's something to do with the PC.  For info my PC specs areNvida 409064gb DDR5 ramWindows 11Footage is stored on an internal Samsung 990 proMedia Cache and Scratch disc are on another internal Samsung 990 proFootage was 4K .mov 4:2:2, 10 bit, Long GOP from the GH6 

Hey, I am editing a video and I wanted to know how I can make a "triangle" shaped movement? Hi I am recently getting a break up at the bottom of my picture when I play back video in premier pro 2025 here is my spec wind 10 GPU Nvidia GTX 3060 12Gb video ram 48 Gb Ram SSD hard disc just updated driver on the to see it it was a prob with the GPU but no diffrent in Prem pro

Hi,Premiere 2025; MacBook Pro 2018; Sonoma 14.6.1When attempting to open project, program appears to crash about 1/3 of the way through loading (based on the progress bar).All other projects and new projects open no problem.Have uninstalled Premiere 2025, reinstalled, restarted; cleared cache; run Creative Cloud Diagnostics (no issues found); reset app preferences; reset plugin loading cache; disabled third-party plugins, duplicated and rename project.Same problem attempting to open previously saved versions from AutoSave folder.Attempting to import the project into a new project results in the same problem (failing about 1/3 of the way through trying to load), same problem trying to view in a new project via Media Browser.Thanks for any advice!

I created a short animation in After Effects (v. 24.6.4). Since I'm more comfortable editing in Premiere Pro (v. 25.1), I imported the rendered clip, added music and finished the edit by adding a copy of the flying bird to the top track and adding a few keyframes so it would fly off the screen at the end of the credits. I applied a Lighten Blend so the credits wouldn't be obscured. Everything went as expected, but during the last few frames the bird reappeared beyond the bounds of the out point of the clip. I'm not sure this is actually a bug, but I'm very puzzled how a video track could be visible beyond the cut. so i updated to the latest Premiere CC: 14.9 (MAC) and now, when I access the MODIFY window from any clip in my bin, I can't exit the window and return to my project as there is not button at the bottom to confirm my mods nor is there a way for me to simply close it down.   What's the fix to this ?  Adobe ?  Anyone ??

Has anyone that has the August update of PP 23.6 have issues getting Protools to open the embedded audio from an AAF export?  I downgraded to 23.5 and it works perfect.  I called Adobe tech support and they said it most likely is a support issue with Protools.  I don't believe the universal AAF file format comes down to Protools not supporting the newest version of PP.  I would say its a bug with PP.  I have attached the screen shot of the Protools trying to open the AAF and it only shows V1 video track... no audio tracks.  I don't even send video in the AAF.  

Hello @Mathias Moehl !   ¿Is there a way to duplicate project items with code or maybe some clever use of blocks?   In my case, I have footage as .mxf with differente languages distribuited along the channels and I want to add them separetly along some audioTracks. I'm using custom metadata to write which languages each file contains and using a forloop with the list lenght and content to add each language to the correct track, the problem comes when I tried to modify the channelmapping based on the language, as when you change the chanelmapping of an item, all uses of that file changes to the new Mapping, for explample, in a file with: ENG,POL,HUN,ROM,RUS,DUT, its adding correctly each language to their respective tracks, but change in the ChannelMapping, at the end of the day all have the DUT audio as it was the last to be iteraded.  This is the function I'm using the separate each language, the If statement checks if the list contains the language and s

Hi,Delete button is greyed out when trying to delete pauses in transcript.Its only 1 single video, not multiple videos, so im not sure why I cant delete the pauses, it doesnt give me the option too, I have to manually cut the video instead 

When I double click on a clip in timeline, sometime it takes me back to the source of the clip at the same frame, which is a multi-cam sequence, and some other times it opens a new source window and displays the multicam view in it. The first action is what I want. How can I always make that happen?

Hello Adobe peeps!Despite best efforts, I cannot reconnect my TikTok account to allow direct exporting from Premier Pro. This occurs in both Premier Pro 24 and 25. I am on Windows 11 23H2. I connected ages ago and had no issues until an export failed the other day and so my first step was to sign out and attempt reconnect but now I appear to be stuck. Steps: 1) I go to Export2) I expand TikTok and click Sign In3) I get redirected in my browser to TikTok detailing permissions that will be granted to Premier4) I click Continue5) I'm redirected to the Adobe CC account page 6) The status of the Sign In button in Premier doesn't change Things I have tried: 1) Deleted all history, cookies, from my machine2) Removed Premier as a connected app in TikTok3) Tried to connect in both PP24 and PP254) Tried with the CC app open5) Googled Halp! 🙂

Hi all, I'm completely new to adobe premier pro and I am struggling with an issue. I have applied an ultra key to my green screen so the background is now black where my green screen was. However, there are areas outside the green screen i'd like to remove without cropping the video. I have watched hours of youtube videos and the way to do this seems to be using the free drawer tool within masks, higliting the area you want to remove with the tool and then it turns black same as the area where the green screen is. The issue i'm having is when I draw the area using the free drawer tool nothing happens (please see image). Does anyone know why the area selected isn't automatically turning black like I see on so many youtube videos. Any help greatly appreciated

Hey all.  I'm really needing something that takes me out of the background of my bedroom where i'm doing my videos (full transparency, deep budget issues 🙂 ).  What are the best recommendations? (especially on a budget).  

Problem: spent hours doing a green screen edit, fixing lighting and colour/shadows etc, then when I export I get a completely different image. Looked it up and I am not the only one: this trick seems to fix it for most. for me, that solution brought down the intensity but then showed greenscreen backdrop.    OS: Sequoia 15.2 Computer: Mac Mini, Apple M4 Premiere Pro version 2025 (latest, was just downloaded days ago)   Video was shot on a Google Pixel 9  original footage specs: dimensions: 1920 x 1080 codecs: HEVC, MPEG-4 AAC Colour profile: BT.2020 HLG (9-18-9)   screenshot of original footage:       all effects to colour was using the Ultra Key effect controls:     this is what footage looks like after edit when ready for export , followed by what it looks like when exporting/exported. last shot at the end is wondering about the "auto color" setting that seems to have happened upon export     after search online it seems

Hello!Coming from avid you can select the playhead even when your mouse is above the clips in the timeline and move the playhead around. This is helpful because currently in Premiere you only have the small space above the timeline to select the playhead, and if you have markers on your timeline and you accidentally click it it throws the playhead to the beginning of the section which is not ideal.  In avid you can move the playhead around anywhere in the timeline, then you can change it to selection tool when you want. Is this possibel in Premiere? Thanks!

I really need some help here.  I had just finished editing this yesterday and tried exporting it but then it just suddenly stopped and shut down premiere pro, I opened it back up thinking it was just my laptop then I tried exporting it again but this time there was an error that wouldn't let it export. I saw that my footage was missing and wouldn't play (mind you there are snippets of audio and other clips that would play just not the main footage), So I went into my file explorer to see what the problem was and got this error code trying to play the video:0xc00d36c4 as well as this message:We cannot open file.mp4. This may be because the file type is unsupported, the extension is incorrect, or the file is corrupted.  Ive tried just about everything to restore it but can't seem to find anything that'll work unless I pay and even then I don't trust it.  The Image link will show you the properties details which are missing and If I can edit them or

No matter what I do premiere pro just gives me the spinning wheel on my pc, I have cleared the cache, proxied footage, turned off hardware acceleration, uninstalled and reinstalled, reverted back to earlier versions I'm loosing it at this point as the spinning wheel appears on almost every action... I'm using Mac Studio 2023 with M2 chip and 128 GB of ram on the latest updates. 

Without fail, whenever I work on a project where I try to use lumetri curves, if I scroll I am unable to edit within the panels. What I mean is that if I go under hue saturation curves and go to, for example, hue vs saturation, and scroll down a bit so that I can see more bellow the line then the edit tool goes away until I scroll higher up. Also, if I click to a differnt part of lumetri, such as to basic correction and then open up curves again, it auto positions the hue vs saturation screen too high and I am unable to edit until I scroll back up. Even if I were to lower my timeline panel down so that I could see more of the lumetri panel, if the color edit bar is too high up it still won't let me edit it. 

On your left like I recive the video. On your right how I try to fix the frame, using a video effect that let me move the four angles separately.Buuuuuuuut... My husband, the subject, says that in this way he looks like Shrek and he ask me a better solution.Some ideas? Thank you.
