Hi I was editing and my computer crashed and now all of my glitch effects will not show up even after exporting the video. They still show up in the effect control but messing around with any of the settings changes nothing and it still doesn't appear. Ive tried rendering the video, ive tried deleting my cache files, the global FX button is not on. Everything ive searched up to try and do to fix it hasn't fixed it. is there anything im missing> 

Learning premiere pro here. I downloaded a light leak transition from Adobe Stock. I have it in my local templates. Every video I watch shows people just dragging and dropping the transition onto their timeline and it magically works. I see the effect, but the circle/square/triangle thumbnail is still there.  How do I get this transition effect to apply over the two clips in my timeline? Here is a video of what I am doing. I just got a new laptop with a windows 11 system. And I am planning to install an older version of Adobe premiere pro as the size is small. But the web said that win 11 is compatible with premiere pro 2022 or later....   Does it mean I can't install and run versions earlier than PR 2022 on win 11?   I am planning to just use PR 2019 if applicable.   Looking forward to your answer 

We have RED footage that was shot 2 channel mono. When I import the footage into Premiere using Media Browser, then right-click and Create Proxies, Media Encoder creates proxies with 2 channels of audio and connects them to the source clips. However, when we migrated the proxies to another drive and tried to relink, Premiere saw the proxies as being stereo rather than 2 channel mono. I tried creating an Ingest Preset in Media Encoder that had two mono channels (see below); but when I test the proxies by importing them temporarily into Premiere, Premiere is still seeing them as Stereo. I tried creating the proxies in Redcine-X and DaVinci Resolve, and Premiere saw those proxies as stereo. The only way I could get Premiere to recognize proxies as dual mono was to bring a shot from the RED camera into Media Encoder, use an Encoding Preset that was set for dual mono (ironically, it's the same encoding preset that the Ingest Preset in Premiere is using), and bring the rest of the RED shots

Bonjour à tous, depuis peu j'ai un problème étrange. Lorsque j'utilise Premiere Pro, mon navigateur plante (quelqu'il soit) et je ne peux le relancer. En fait il se lance, je le vois dans les processus, mais il n'apparait pas. Je suis obligé de quitter Premiere Pro pour pouvoir l'utiliser. C'est relativement embêtant quand je suis un tuto, quand j'ai besoin de faire des recherches en même temps que le montage etc...Pourvez-vous m'aider? Merci par avance. 

Importing 30 second MP4 video clips (about 30MB) and the video screen is in the upper left-hand corner, about a tenth of the size of the full screen which is green. Why is it doing this and how do I fix it?Thanks

I installed Premiere 25.0 today and all looked good until I realized my Google Chrome crashed. The first time I opened my Premiere it was a fresh project, I just imported my new files and looked at my Gmail when I realized Chrome was closed. I tried opening it many times but it didn't open. This happened to me sometimes with the previous versions, but I re-opened the browser and everything was fine.  Now I cannot do that because I won't load.If I close Premiere, I can use Chrome with no problem, but as soon as I open Premiere, Google Chrome crashes and I can't open it.  What I did to test any problem was: - Disable GPU acceleration in Chrome- Changing my Mercury Playback (CUDA) to Software only.- Use the RESET button in the Settings of Premiere to launch a fresh version Nothing of this worked.I normally leave 6GB of RAM for the PC to work normally, now I bumped it to 12GB to test if the problem was Premiere eating my RAM, but that didn't help. Can you

When editing in a project, at some point it was no longer possible to open or edit a certain sequence. Instead of the timeline, I only see the background of the program. It is possible to switch to other sequences when you are fast enough. In between, the error message “Invalid font conversion” appears. However, as soon as I try to do something or access it after a restart, Premiere Pro crashes. Version: 25.1.0 (Build 73)System: Windows 11 Pro (Build 22631) What I already tried: - import the project, then only the sequence into a new project - same result - change sequence settings to the wildest settings - same result - start PP and reset preferences - same result - start PP without any third party software - same result - delete every audio and video preview and clear the complete media cache - same result - install the newest graphic card driver - same result Screenshots: I already searched the web and did not found a fix or a workar

Moin alle zusammen, ich habe ein großes Problem. Ich habe gestern ein Windows update installiert und einfach auf 'Aktualisieren und Herunterfahren' gedrückt dann bin ich heute früh aufgewacht wollte an meinem projekt arbeiten, jedoch waren alle projekte weg die ich hatte. Ich habe unter der Autosave datei gesucht und alle anderen ordner auch und konnte nix finden. Bitte helft mir irgendwie, verstehe nicht wieso alles weg ist und nicht mehr zu finden.

I have racked my absolute brain trying to fix this, I have gone through every bloody forum. My premiere pro works for about 10 minutes, and then all of a sudden the playback stops. When I say it stops, I mean literally pressing play is totally unresponsive. I can use the scrubber, I can press everything and it will react, but nothing moves, the program screen stops moving. I press the play button, and it doesn't even turn in to the stop button, Here is a list of the actions I have already carried out before you suggest something:- Uninstall/reinstall- Audio hardware options- Restart project/start new project- lowered resolution of playback- changed project settings. - used different videos to see if its a video problem.It is weird because I had a laptop with worse specs before and it was working completely fine, so I do not know what is up.

I am trying in the worst way to find a title/caption that can appear on the screen on word at a time like the audiance is reading the text. A graphic I can control the font and speed of appearance, and without any other flashy graphics like cursers, of lines or boxes or highlights or flashes, etc.. In short nothing other than the words appearing on the screen one word at a time. A very basic, simple and elegant title/caption. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Tried "Appearing out of blur" and I could not turn off the all caps, tried "Dynamic Pro Title Overlays" but could not control the speed, it was fast and only fast. I am a former Corel Video Studio user which helped me to move over to Adobe because Corel did not have the resolution that Adobe can achieve. The video studio on both softwares have some similiar features but at least Corel had basic templates, that were easy to locate, apply and adjust.  I hope someone can tell me where to find simple basic titles/captio

Hi. I'm supposed to work on a video edit that I shot with my Sony a7siii. The MP4 videos are readable with VLC but most of them won't get imported in Premiere, it just crashes. I'm using Premier 2023, I tried installing Premiere 2021 to no avail, Media Encoder has the same bug, I just can't import the files, I can't work and I'm gonna lose my job. I'm on 2023 Macbook Pro M2 Max with 96gb ram. It stays like this then I have to force quit: I've said it already but I'm desperate, this is ruining my life.

Estou com problema depois que atualizei a versão , quando eu importo qualquer video o audio fica lento, tem a mesma duração do video que fica em velocidade normal porém o audio fica lento e distorcido. preciso de ajuda .

Premiere renders my final image output with an extremely decontrasted overall look. The sequence settings color management is set to Rec709, the footage itself is C-Log with a complimentary Rec709 conversion.All settings are correct as far as I am aware in export and color space.Final export settings are Match Source with 4k output. The final exported video is on the left, the premiere timeline is on the right.This seems to be a new issue, prior exports did not have this decontrast happen. I can't handle this kind of mediocrity with this professional software on every new version update guys, please. I've been using Premiere Pro for over 2 years straight. That is over $552 from me to you. I can't play guessing games with professional paid software during 11th hour client work. Build: Premiere Pro 25.0.0, Windows 10 or Windows 11Steps: Export any video with sequence settings color management set to Rec.709, Rec709 footage conversion in Lumetri. 

En Premiere v25 para dehsacer tengo que apretar 2 veces ctrl+z y NO ME PREMITE REHACER, terrible error, necesito que lo solucionen urgente, asi no se puede trabajar

Version of the app: 25.0.0Platform: Windows 11, version 23h2, build 22631.4317The problem: Premiere gets stuck when choosing path to export and I can't move around, the solution is force closing in task manager. Steps to replicate:  Click export Click in location What should have happened: Windows explorer opens and I chose the path to exportWhat happened: Premiere Pro gets stuck and when I try clicking in it, windows triggers the sound as if the windows explorer was open but it's not. Clicking esc won't work.Plugins and extensions: Premiere Composer, Motion Bro, Free audio search, animation studio, envato, magic bullet colorista V, motion 4 and myfx.

I have a very annoying problem which occurs from time to time to me. I've imported media from the go-pro. When viewing them in the source monitor they appear upside down. It only happens to video's taken on the water. It look likes adobe applies some 'intelligence' when importing and decides to rotate the video, probably some wrong horizon detection?I'm absolutely 100% sure that this particular vids are not actually recorded upside down. When playing back in on windows media player, vlc media player, and even after I  uploaded it to youtube (for testing): they all show the video the right way. When using ingest settings the proxies are also created upside down, and the proxies also appear upside down in vlc media player. See screenshot of the original media and the proxy created by adobe. Dragging the into the timeline and than rotate by effect isn't an option. See the image for all the situations.

Hello Guys . so thank God in those couple years we can now write arabic in Adobe product . but After the latest updates and the new text tool i still got some problems  and i hope you can help me : 1- in the legacy title some letters doesn't connect but when i write it on the text tool it connect .. please find the photo Attached 2- the new text tool Add a space after the word as you can see in photo 1   ...so it can't be aligned right3- is there a magic button i don't know that can the legacy tool options come to the new text tool as aligning and all other text things thank you guys hope you can help me cheers.

OK.  Some incompent non-user programmer of you software decided to move the up arrow that allowed you to change all the closed caption font size at once.  Where is it?  And.,.. I would like you to just give me ONE logical reason why this change is a better idea that where it was before.  I dare you.

I filmed a movie with over 800 clips. I had been using Premiere Pro for Mac for 2 years. I decided to switch to a PC.   There are literally thousands of video files in the folder. the ones I want to actually use in the movie, I put an asterik by the name so I have a bunch of files that look like this:mov483.movmov484.movmov485.movmov486***.movmov487.mov  But then I decided to buy a PC. In windows an * is not an allowed character in filesystem. So now PremierePro for PC can't find any of the files with that name.  There are 700 video clips with the name with an asterik added. On Windows the file names look like this: mov483.movmov484.movmov485.movmov486.movmov487.mov I can locate one individually, but I'd have to do the same thing for 700 more files, huh? Is there a way of telling premiere pro to look for that dead character everytime you would look for an asterik?

i have been encoding the same videos for 3 years, i have the latest nvdia drivers and latest premiere pro and media encoder version (25.1) and since the last update encoding is taking extremly long time, 10x longer. my specs:Windows 11 Pro 64-bitIntel Core i7 7820X @ 3.60GHz64 GB ramNVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Tissd's etc...
