Anyone else have this issue? It seems like any time I have a caption track, occasionally when I make a cut to the footage I'll automatically find myself way further in the timeline than where I was supposedly making this cut. Adobe please fix!

Bonjour à tous, Je suis débutante sur le logiciel Première. J'ai téléchargé la version 2025, que j'ai désinstallée et réinstallée plusieurs fois pour tenter de résoudre un problème très ennuyeux: je monte ma vidéo sans souci, mais au moment d'exporter le résultat final, Première se fige et plus rien ne se passe...  Le même problème survient dès que je veux faire un rendu sur la timeline. Auriez-vous une idée de comment résoudre ce gros souci ? Mes rushes sont en 25 images par secondes, comme ma séquence. Je tente sans succès d'exporter en format H.264. premiere wont let me import .qt but if you change the file extension to .mov it lets me bring in the file. can you fix premiere to accept .qt files that I've downloaded from Envato elements without giving me a error message?

Previously, in the "Essential Graphics" panel, when you:Created some typeAdded a transform effect above the typeAdded movement to the transform effectAdded a shape to mask the type above both layers The type would reveal itself when it entered the masked area. NOW, in Premiere Pro 2025, no matter where you put the mask, the type is simply masked in its original position and the only way you can reveal type using a mask is with transform controls on the text element itself. This is less desireable because there are no shutter angle controls on text layers and because it has other implications if objects are responsive to the text object. Here is a tutorial that describes the functionality that I am now missing in PP 2025. After updateing to Frame.io 4 I cant seem to copy the text from the comments and paste it into my text editor. My clients usually have allot of notes that refer to text on screen and this feature used to be a real time saver. 

V25.01, Mac OS Ventura 13.6.4I'm dragging a sequence from bin browser into an already open timeline - the clips show on the timeline but they're slightly transparent, image attached (dragged sequence darker blue to the right of the timeline indicator). They can't be selected and undoing Control Z doesn't get rid of them. If I close the sequence and reopen they're not there. I feel I'm missing a command but I'm sure this used to be a simple drag and drop. Incidentally, selecting insert/overwrite as nest or individual clips doesn't make any difference, they show up as individual clips, albeit unable to be edited.

Hi,   I'm developing an audio plugin with JUCE and I've some issues with the audio thread. When I test my plugin, as soon as I change one parameter, I've a lot of glitch and my debugger (Xcode) tells me "UI API called from background thread". My UI calls are not called in the main thread…   I tested my plugin on almost every DAW (Ableton, Cubase, Protools, Studio One, Reason, and so on…) and I've never had this issue. It happens only on Adobe Premiere.   So I was wondering if Premiere put every plugins in the background or if it could be something on my side?   Does anybody already have this issue?   Thanks.

Any update on this problem? I have the same problem, shot on Handycam, MOV files video/audio are in but there's no waveform on a couple of the clips. If there is any update on this problem it would help.   Branched from old thread by mod.

Hi, This seems to happen only with footage shot on an iPhone 15 Pro. I'm working on PP (24.6.4 but it was also doing it on 24.6.3). I have attached a screen grab of the image blown out in the timeline and a screenshot of the raw footage. I have also attached my sequence settings. If I have forgot to add any details you need to know, apologies in advance. Thanks, Lynsey

Hi, Folks. After importing a 2024 project file into 2025, the font for the Mogurt changed.The Mogurt doesn't allow access to the Font. I've requested of the Graphics Dept. to create a Mogurt that will.The Mogurt was created with After Effects 2023. Brought into Premiere 2024 and the 2024 project was imported (not opened) into 2025. Happy Thanksgiving!Bob K.

Hi There, I tried Essential Sound on dialogue but it did a terrible job - how do you completely remove the AI processing from audio clips and return clips to their original sound? I clicked the 'Clear Audio Type' button at the top of the panel but the clips still have the processing on it. Any help much appreciated. I noticed in recent versions of Premiere Pro 15.x that lumetri scope don't update when i make  changes in lumetri panel. It used to be realtime.. Now it gets stuck. I have to click arround and change some tabs and then it works. Here is one exmaple, i dropped all the sliders  but the scopes don't update. Untill i switch some panels and click arround the screen . It as if it's stuck somehow.   In the summer it was fine i remember. 

I recorded some footage without stable surface, so the camera was rocking back and forth. I´m trying lots of effects in Premiere Pro but nothing is working. What can i do? I thin it can be a rolling shutter?

Where can I see what has been changed or which errors have been solved from PP 24.6.3 to PP 24.6.4?

So, I have a very weird problem. I am currently working on a big documentary project. We are working with Canon RAW files (CRM) and proxies out of the camera. We had some trouble with a external harddrive. We lost some files and I had to link the files again in Premiere Pro. One proxie file (mxf) was missing and I accidentally linked it to the corresponding .CRM file. After this I found that of the 45 minutes of interview in total, the last 20 minutes are missing audio/video and I get a LOT of "frame substitution recursion attempt premiere" errors. If I play the original CRM file it has the same problem. No audio after 25 minutes... What happened here? I could edit this interview perfectly fine before. I still have the transcript and I can read the quotes that should be there, but are missing now.Does anyone have an idea of how to get this missing part back?Thanks a lot!

How to intergrate a clip with a alpha chanel information of another clip ?! I exported a clip with 'Alpha Chanel only'(Prores 4444 XQ + Alpha) in premiere pro, and I want to intergrate this alpha chanel information to another clip. I don't know how,,Plz help me!

Quando creo un nuovo progetto, premiere mi fa trovare in time line il progetto precedente, e se lo cancello e riprendo da zero mi fa perdere il lavoro del progetto precedente, sembra sia una unica time line nonostante i nuovi progetti. Why it  is showing like that...my project panel is lagging..kindly anyone help to resolve this

I just installed something called "Frame.io Transfer" and now my Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 application will not start, it reports an error. It was working fine before. I would like very much to try reinstalling Adobe Premiere Pro 2024 from scratch on my computer and see if that fixes the problem, but I don't know how to go about doing that. Can someone tell me how to reinstall 2024 on my computer? I suppose I need to uninstall the present version first? FYI I have no backups in a cloud anywhere, so I really need to install the 2024 software anew.

I downloaded the 3D Transitions template and noticed, both during the preview and when exported, that the text along the sides of the frame switches fonts every split second.  An example of what the text should look like according to the preview: What I'm seeing is a mix of text in my video:What should be appearing:What is flashing in every split second: I'm open to some ideas as to why this is happening.
