 hello, how can I copy that part of time speed and paste to wherever I want on the clip?  

Hionce I finish editing I have various clips on my timeline.I select the time line and attempt to export the MEDIA1st questionThe default output name is always a clip name example MVI_1234.movIs there a way to tell Premiere to set as a default outputname the projecy name?Using a clip name is confusing and i need to manually select the output folder and change the name manually this is very time consuming2nd questionI created a default output which includes PRORES 422 and various other choicesIs there a way to set this output as the default output so I donàt need to manually select it each timeI ask these questions as I had to manually change every single edit from version 2015 to version 2018 and I need to edit each film sequence separatley for my feature.I found no systems to automatically open in CC2018 although the single clips are in the same disk and folder and each time I had to link them again.If anyone would kindly help this will be wonderfulThanks

I always rendered my videos in Full HD, H.264 using VBR 1 (pass) at around  20-25 Mb and everything seemed to be okay, but at some point Premiere just started to ignore my export settings. Even when I set the max 50 Mb for Full HD, the outcome wouldn't get higher than 5-7 Mb, no mater what codec I chose. The size of my videos also didn't match the estimated size that Premiere suggested because of that.  I also noticed that it never happened when I'd worked with simple and small projects with little to no effects/transitions/etc.; Premiere "ignored" the bitrate setting of much bigger, heavier and complex projects. I tried a lot of stuff and finally fixed it - I had to turn off the Hardware acceleration and use CBR instead of VBR (switching to CBR while still using HA didn't help, as well as using Software Acceleration with VBR; it only worked when I did both things at once). Now Premiere renders my videos with the bitrate I need, though it's much slower.And though ev

Hello Community and thanks in advance for your precious help. PROBLEM: I already edited clips and put effects on them in the wrong aspect ratio because the camera footage was 4000x6000 px e I did not put the aspect ratio i needed, the ono of the reel. (1080x1920).Now, I tried to put all the clips into a new project with the correct dimensions but the effects are gone and the scale of the clips is different. How can I solve this? The only solution I see is start a brand new project and start over, which I would like to avoid.  THANK YOU 

Hello there, when I add an adjustment layer over the image, Lumetri Color is delayed on the MacBook pro M4 max 64GB. I have exactly the same problem on my Macbook air M3 24GB.I simply insert a picture. It doesn't matter if it's a regular picture or a video. It's always the same problem.Example:I'm messing with the exposure in lumetri color left and right and I can see the exposure changing smoothly. I insert an adjustment layer over the picture or video and the exposure movement gets stuck until I release the mouse button. It doesn't make sense. The adjustment layer has no effect. It's completely empty. I don't understand it at all. Does anyone know a solution please? I'm using an adjustment layer for lut and I want it to work the same as in windows. I bought an extremely expensive macbook and such a simple thing doesn't work? Please advise what to do about it? Thank you very much

After a while when editing the timeline audio waveforms started and video thumbnails started to desapire and flickering. I updated drivers for graphics card on pc and it did not solve this. I have also a mac and there is the same glitch. I also selected lut in lumetry color on PC but when I open the same project on Mac then I get different lut applyed. For examle i select Fuji ETERNA 250D Kodak LUT on Pc and on Mac the LUT is SL BLUE ICE. 

Bonjour, Je viens vous voir pour savoir s'il y'a moyen de contourner les mauvais choix des développeurs, autrement qu'en revenant aux versions précedentes ? Je vous explique. Avec la dernière mise à jour pour que ça soit plus "smooth" avec les angles arrondis et tout ça, on nous a éclairci les traits de coupes ce qui est totalement illisible sur la timeline... Je perds trop de temps à retrouver certaines coupes, à aligner des éléments etc à cause de ce manque de visibilité... Sérieusement c'est très pénible et j'espère qu'il y'a une solution pour les faire réapparaître, sans quoi je serai bloqué à revenir à la version précédente sans pouvoir installer les suivantes... Donc si vous avez la solution, je suis preneur 🙂 Je ne comprends pas que l'on vienne nous changer ce genre de choses alors qu'il y'a de nombreux bugs qui ne sont toujours pas réglés : les problèmes de copier / coller des textes, des problèmes dans les séquences imbriquées, etc. 

Hello, im having problem in moving object via transform effect..i set keyframe with position like so:and playing clip after last keyframe nothing changes, clip goes and position wont change but then if i want to change position at that keyframe, after clip moves past last keyframe that object does weird moves all the way even if i didnt change nothing else i want it just to change position in that last keyframe and stand still not to do some weird moves after

Have had no problems importing and running .r3d files in Premiere Pro up until now. Suspect related to upgrade to v25.1. Mac M1 2020Premiere Pro 25.1 Both on existing projects that were created and ran fine under all pre-25.1 versions, and on attempt to import into new projectsl using standard protocol through Media Browser, I navigate to r3d files, or folders in which they are contained, and failure message:"File format not supported."  Cannot figure out why.Under Media Browser>Directory Viewes "RED" is checked and highlighted.I re-downloaded both RED Cine-x pro and Red Apple workflow installer. still negative function. Any advice?

I use a MacBook Pro and have connected an external keyboard that includes a number pad. I’d like to assign specific Premiere Pro shortcuts to the number pad keys. However, I’m having trouble doing this. Could you guide me through the process?   Is there a specific setting in Premiere Pro to recognize the number pad keys for custom shortcuts? Or do I need to make adjustments on my MacBook’s system settings?

Hola tengo un problema. Todas las pistas de audio en la linea de tiempo suenan perfectamente, pero al bajarla a la pista a3 no suena. El audio está bien porque lo he comprobado, tampoco está bajado el volumen, ni tengo salidas de audio tipo cascos o algo parecido, simplemente al bajarla ahi no se oye. Tengo dos secuencias con el mismo montaje y en la primera no me pasa, también al abrir la segunda secuencia y copiarlo tal cual me pasa el problema que os comento y en vez de audio en la linea pone "output", espero podais ayudarme gracias os envio pantallazo.

Hello, I programmed my Up/Down arrows to zoom in and out of the timeline.  This works fine when in the timeline window.  Sometimes I am working in the Program panel, and I play, and wnat to zoom in on the timeline and it jumps to next edit in timeline, even though I have disabled all other assignments for the Up/Down key (except nudging in titles) See pict.  How can I not have this happen? If you are going to say just use crtl-plus to zoom, just don't reply.  Thanks!

Recently, with the Sequoia 15.1 update, editing videos with Premiere Pro 2025 became unfeasible, even in small projects with iPhone videos at 1080px. It's simply unfeasible, it's slow even to edit audio and make small adjustments. Not to mention the preview that doesn't play the video smoothly when it's a slightly longer video in 4k, even with a proxy.I have carried out all possible optimization recommendations for both Mac and Premiere and I see no results, even after clearing caches, optimizing the system with CleanMyMac X, among other parameters.Any suggestions?Model: Macbook Pro 16-inch, 2019Processor: 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7 6-CoreGraphics: AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4GB | Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536MBMemory: 16GB 2667MHz DDR4|Thanks!

The amount of tasks that require repeated interactions is far too high. If Adobe support would like user suggestions I have a list that's too long. But I could begin with interactions with clips, clip edges, and clip transitions being far too finicky.  The inability to copy and paste key frames between effects.  And the absolutely terrible/laggy preview performance for any transition work. Oftentimes il clicking or exporting on the hunch that what I've done has worked.

HiIn one of our mac machine we are facing an issue of default keyboard shortcuts not working. Here asome of the things we tried out:1.We tried uninstalling and reinstalling the premier app, also upgrading from an earlier version to the latest one.2. We check the permission for the app seem s also its fine3. We tried to change the keyboard layout in the system prefences of the machine and then restarting the premier app,bu that also doesnot workout 4. we tried to reset premier app prefences to default. but that is also not working5.We tried to locate the keyboard shortcut preset files in the directory "Applications/Adobe/Adobe Prmeir Pro 2025/Adobe PrimerPro2025/contents/keyboardshortcuts/en". , but tose files also seems fine. Please suggeest a solution as soon as possible. Thanks,Evolphin  Team

I have a project that has been broadcast that is now going to BluRay and DVD.    We created SCC Closed Caption files for the broadcast which included screen position so that the subtitles did not occlude lower thirds - if there was a lower third, the subtitles popped up to the top of the screen.  But now, we need to deliver SRT files for the DVD creation, and the SRT export of the SCC captions does not include any positioning info - it's all at the bottom, and now overruns lower thirds and credits.   From what I've read, there are a few 'sub' SRT formats, such as .ssa and .ass which do allow title positioning.   But what I'm reading suggests that this is entirely unreliable across tehcnologies - they may be repositioned correctly in, for example VLC on your computer, but will not be positioned correctly on a regular old DVD player.   Any thoughts from the hivemind on my best approach here?

Estoy editando un trabajo de apenas dos minutos, con poca carga en la calidad de archivos y sin embargo, premiere no corre ni en la linea de tiempo ni los videos en origen. Como que le doy play, corre un segundo y se detiene. Claramente no estoy pudiendo terminar con el trabajo.  Revise mis memorias ram y todo deberia funcionar correctamente. AH! y tampoco me permite trabajar en proxy. Si alquien me puede ayudar, se lo agradeceria. Saludos

Hello, I used the auto-transcription feature yesterday with a series of interviews shot in South Africa in English. Today, I tried to do the same for interviews shot in The Philippines, also shot in English. Yesterday's from SA worked perfectly. The Philippines interviews simply would not transcribe completely. It just came out as random phrases here and there. See attached. These are nowhere near the words she is saying and her accent is not very thick. The audio sounds clear to the human ear. I have a question in to the filmmaker who shot the Philippines interviews to see if he applied some sort of AI to the audio that might make it confusing for... other AI. I'll report back. Has anyone else suffered this issue?
