I have both Premiere Pro and After Effects on the lastest version, and use it on Windows 11. My editor recently edited a video for using some AE effects, but I needed to change a few things on Premiere Pro but eveytime I try to open the project, it pops up a message saying "connecting to dynamic link server", and it simply never stops loading. I really need to solve this as soon as possible, would appreciate some help!

I was having a discussion with another editing friend of mine and here's the situation. When editing 4k footage with the intention to export a project in 1080; he prefers to edit in a 4k sequence and then export a 1080 project. He'll scale the 4k up to essentially "digital zoom" in the 4k sequence, because "The downsampling at the end should negate the scaling in 4k."My preference is to edit the 4k footage in a 1080 sequence. I'll do the same "digital zoom" stuff but my sequence is just 1080. I then export in 1080.Thinking about it, it sounds like the same process, just done in a different order. I "scale down" early and he "scales down" at the end. Does this actually effect the quality of the final piece or would they turn out to be the same? Thanks in advance!
I'm using Premiere Pro and I’ve been having trouble with a Motion Array template that's taking an unusually long time to render and export. It’s a 13-second project that includes 100 photos, and when I finally manage to export it, I get an error saying it can't be played in QuickTime Player. Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have suggestions on how to speed up the rendering/exporting process and troubleshoot the playback issue? Thanks!

I've recently come to Premiere Pro after using Vegas for many years, I've found it to be very good and easy to use EXCEPT for the Masking. Can't seem to work out how to edit a mask after its been drawn. Can't find any videos on YouTube, please can someone point me in the right direction, I use this a lot.Latest version Windows 11
I am working on a video that highlights text in an image, in sync with audio.I have been able to create the desired effect where the shape grows from 0% to 100% (left to right) by using the method in this video, using the shape settings on a graphic, where 'horizontal scale' transforms from 0 to 100 using keyframes. However, since the text is in arabic script, I'd like to grow the shape from right to left.I tried to drag the keyframes around, which resulted in the shape decreasing from 100% to 0, starting out on the right. But I'd like to grow it instead: from 0% to 100%, starting on the right. Is this even possible using just Premiere Pro?
Hi My current project exports fine apart from a part of the clip which has shapes with very sharp contrasty edges which just looks very jagged. Small file size is crucial so I don't want to up the quality for the whole timeline. I wondered if there was a way in Premiere Pro to mark out that small part of the timeline for higher quality treatment while leaving the rest of the sequence with current compression settings? Thanks for any insight Dan
Hi guys, All my clips and sequence is at 14fps, however on export there is obviously no option to select 14fps (15fps being closest) and match source puts it at like 14.87 fps.So when I export the video it is duplicating one frame every 14 frames or so and it looks like a tiny lag spike. Thanks! I think in the future I'll just have work at 12fps or 15fps, I don't believe there's any fix for this but thought I'd double check.
Hey guys, I've been having this problem since there was an Adobe update a few months ago. I'm pretty sure it has something to do with my "handles"? Why can't I add a constant power to these audio tracks? What do I need to do to ensure I can always add a constant power and that it will be able to centre between the two tracks? See screenshot attached. Thanks in advance, Fin
Ok so I been having problems with Adobe Premiere Pro suddenly. When im editing video's and press pause I get to see this strange white and black distortion. Also when I export video's they are distorted. See the screenshot attached. Anyone knows what I can do to get rid of this?
Hey, I opened my project today and found that all of my downloaded MOGRT files are OFFLINE! I am tearing my hair out trying to figure out a solution. When I go to relocate the source file (library>application support>adobe>commons>motion graphics) it is GREYED out, however, I am able to access the MOGRT file through my local finder menu just not through PP. What's going on? Can anyone please help??
When rlight clicking>Edit in Audition a small audio clip on the timeline, it creates the new file next to the original footageI would prefer this file to be next to my Premiere Project file Is it possible to change this default behavior?
Hi all! New to Automation Blocks but there are a few automations I am running now that are incredibly helpful. I am hung up on this on project I'd love to share to see if anyone has any ideas.Alright my situation is this; I have a batch of 5 video clips, 1 music track, and 5 png graphics. I want to keep the music track and png graphics the same, but create 125 Adobe Premiere sequences (every combination of clip 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). From my playing around so far (and I still have alot to do) it seems like my best option would be to create the 125 combinations in excel first? Then I am wondering if I'd be able to automate the population of the 125 Premiere video sequences and send them immediately to render out. Hope that makes sense. Let me know if anyone has completed any projects like this or has any automations that could help! All the best and I'm looking forward to hearing from the pros.
Hi there, I'm trying to export an MXF file in Premiere with the audio in stereo but it's not working. Can anyone advise on how to do this?
There is a free VST plugin suite that works directly in ambisonics AmbiX channel order: the IEM plugin suite. It would be ideal for immersive video and spatial audio editing, since it works in the same Ambisonics format as Premiere. Unfortunately the plugins' channel configuration does not work in Premiere. It refuses to switch to 4-channel mode (let alone higher order) and only allows one Mono input, one Mono sidechain input, and one Mono output. It is a standard VST plugin, so why can't Premiere properly connect with it?Premiere Pro version: 23.5.0Platform: Windows 10
I have been using premier for over 6 months now and have had no issues whatsoever. But now for no reason whatsoever, when I start a project and import all my clips they play fine in the preview section, and I am able to drag the first clip into the timeline with no issues. After the first clip is in, the subsequent clips will only go into the timeline with audio. I have tried starting new projects, changing file formats, uninstalling and reinstalling, filming new footage, downgrading to 2019, 2018 versions and nothing seems to be working. And like I said earlier this has never been an issue before yesterday. Help would be really appreciated, as I am working on an important project and I'm stressing😕😕 Title edited by mod
What would be causing the music I am importing from Epidemic Sound to disappear from my timeline completely? I cannot even 'locate' the audio and have to reimport and start all over again.
Seems like there is there is problem with 24.3 Essential Graphics I noticed that moving text layer while essential graphics panel onwill give you huge lag unless panel is turned off. I haven't had this problem til lastest update?I think it might have to do with font thumbnail? that I have noticed it updated on this patch.Well I did everthing I could.I've reset workspace, delete cache~ all the things normal things you need to do in PPro for troubleshoot I do have m.2 nvme, and renderer on Mercury ofc~ I have 4070 ti~ Ram is 64gb~I have memory setting on 58gb on PProI even updated all the drivers.I think I did everything that I could unless I'm missing something but somebody Helppp!
Salve. Soluzioni?Grazie
Does anyone know of a feature in Adobe / Premiere Pro 2024, where I can automatically change the language of existing captions that have already been created in a premiere project, say from English to Spanish? Thank you in advance.
Hi Team, I was using clipname and timecode effect from the older version of Premiere and it was smooth and worked fine. But when I updated to 2024 version the metadata and timecode burnin effect replaced both effects from the video effect folder. I can see the effect on playback but when I export the file, the metadata and timecode is not burning on to the clip. Please help me to rectify the issue.
I would like to know how I can solve this problem, when I import clips in MP4 format , they are automatically cut off of the first 10 seconds in Premiere Pro .What should I do to solve it?Thank you very much
During the export of an Adobe Premiere 2024 project using Media Encoder 2024, black squares appear in places on timeline where a text layer was added. What is the cause and how to fix that? Problem doesn't exist when exporting using native export window in Premiere.
