Hello, I create Premiere Pro templates that contain .aegraphic files. Previously, when importing such a project into another project, there were no problems, but after the 2024.6 update, many customers began to complain about the "Motion Graphics Template Media Undefined" error when importing. Note that not all users have this error, including me, I do not have such a problem. That is, apparently, the aegraphic file version is supported, but for some reason not for all users. Are there any ideas that I can advise customers who have encountered this problem? For now, I recommend that they downgrade to version 2024.5.
Hello, everyone, I need some help. I installed a program Premier Pro, but I can't open it. What it tells me is:Unable to check the status of your subscription.Cannot connect to Adobe servers. You may not have an Internet connection. Check your connection and try again. If the problem persists, see the troubleshooting guide. Error code: 12015.I was subscribed to Premier Pro, then canceled for a period, then I'm back to subscribing again and now the program is not responding. My internet is fine. Tried to troubleshoot the problem as advised in the link, but no result. Maybe someone can suggest a solution to the problem?
Hello is anyone else experiencing problems with the Undo / History steps not populating as you go through editing steps? Since upgrading to Version 22 of Premiere Pro I have been experiencing many cases where the different steps I am taking while editing are not being recorded in History so then either there is no Undo available or when I hit Undo it "Undoes" a action that I took many many steps ago but not the last action and then the results are just crazy. Anyone else experiencing this?
After installing 24.6, I tried using the LTC synch and wasn't able to select it.Video Clip with ch.1 LTC sent by tentacle synch. ch2 camera mic.Seperate .wav file with matching TC.
Hello all. I have googled and searched the Adobe site but can't find the right answer. I shot at 24 fps using Filmic Pro on a iPhone 12. I locked the the shutter speed at 1/48 and also locked the ISO. When I imported the clip into Premiere Pro it shows as "Varibale Frame Rate Detected" under Media File Properties. I know smart phones all record video this way but I thought there was an option in Premiere Pro called "Presereve Audio Sync" that was supposed to fix it. I have opned the clip in the effects panel but I don't see the option anywhere. There is no MPEG Source settings option available as decribed when I search for a solution. I am using Premiere Pro 2024 and working on a MacBook Pro OS Sonoma 14.6. Thanks for any guidance or if I am missing the obvious.
I get this error message when I try to boot PPro 2024 and Media Encoder: "You can’t open the application “Adobe Premiere Pro 2024.app” because this application is not supported on this Mac." Just migrated from Previous MacBook Pro running Sonoma 14.5 It does run Lightroom Classic. What is going on? Did I make a big mstake in "upgrading" to Sequoia?
Why is my footage changing color when I overlay a shape or text animation? When the animation is over, it goes back to the correct color.
I'm trying a very simple line of text sliding across the screen. I write the text.Go to motion in fx panelput text to 1 side and create a keyframe. scrub timeline across to end of clipclick 'motion' - at this point either text diappears or its clipped by something and i cant get whole line to showmove the text to endpointthen when i scrub across timeliune i can see a blue outline moving with only some of the text visible. What the actual f is goung here.? It seems to be clipping the text to the frame width. Any suggestions gratefully received.
I have worked on a large project and put roughly 20 hours in and today when saving the project and re-opening, Premier has a loading project screen and then closes. I have attempted to open Auto Saves and previous saves and received the same thing. I updated my Premier app on my computer and worked, but after closing and reopening, I realized the same issue happened. I am now stuck and cannot open any of my saves. I have included a video that shows the issue I am having. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
Any action that spawns an Explorer window can cause Premiere to permanently freeze. It will never recover, and must be shut down through Task Manager. These actions include:-File > Save as...-Clicking the OUTPUT name in the Export Media window.-Clicking "browse" on the Export Frame dialogue box.-Even hitting the little "setup..." button on the Image Matte Key effect.-Using Explorer rather than Media Browser when relinking footage.-Double clicking a blank area of a bin-And many more. This has happened to me in Windows 10 and 7.(Doing "Reveal in Explorer" does not cause this freezing, since that kind of Explorer window is not a save/load dialogue box that is tied to the program.)This is the most devastating bug I've ever encountered in Premiere. It happens to me a few times a day, and has wasted a huge amount of my time, and my team's time. To me, it is inexcusable that Premiere cannot do something as simple as a "Save As..." without freezing. Here is a forum thread on this bug: https:/
I'm literally having the same problem right now and it's 2019! The new Premiere just came out too, so I don't know why this bug exists. Is there a solution out there? For now, I'm doing this workaround but why won't the tech work properly? My monitor shouldn't matter how color picker interprets footage...I have latest Premiere 2017.0.2. New laptop with Win 10 and Nvidea card. Color picker issue is definitely with display card/monitor setup. I have two monitor setup (laptop and HP Zdisplay monitor) and noticed earlier on that Netflix and Fandango will not view on my HP (2nd monitor). When I view Premiere from this same monitor and try to pick a color it does not work. When I move Premiere to 1st monitor(Laptop ), it does. Quick Solution is to move Premiere to main monitor. I will have to figure out what the display issue is later. No time to troubleshoot today.
I use two very nice computers and am looking for a solution to do all my editing video using Adobe Premiere (always current version through the cloud) on my main computer and then render the project on my 2nd machine using premiere or encoder when I am done so I can move on to the next project. I utilize all the files in a folder on the 2nd machine already, as I used to edit and render on that machine solely.I figured by now there'd be a simple solution, but internet and this forum's search results did not return quick results on how-to. To reiterate what I am trying to accomplish in short: Edit video on one machine with Adobe Premiere. Render that video on a 2nd machine with Adobe Premiere or Media Encoder.Any help would be appreciated. I don't need any sort of long-winded answer if you'd like to avoid that. A simple point in the right direction and I can continue to research. Thanks for taking the time to read and consider.Andrew
I have footage that was shot at 60fps in 480x848, I want to change my sequence to 1080x1920 for Instagram reels, but I'm nervous the quality might change. I usually shoot in 30fps 1080x1920 and export in those settings and have no problems. If I keep the frame rate but change the aspect ratio will it change the quality of the export/upload?
I posted about this problem some time ago and apparently no one esle had experienced it. I just lived with it for a while and it seemed to stop for some time, but now the issue is back. I'm hoping by posting some screen shots this time, others will be able to recognize where my issue might be. A general description of what is hapenning and what you'll see in the screenshots:When I fade up from black at the beginning of a sequence the frames in the dissolve are very pixelated. Once the transition is complete, there are no more pixelation issues, including the dissolve out at the end. In the screenshots, I have captured approximatley halfway through the dissolve in. Hopefully you can see what I'm talking about. The image looks very pixelated, and it looks this way throughout the entire dissolve in. The last shot is how I have it set up in my sequence. You'll see I have black with a 12 frame dissolve in. I know there are other ways I could do this dissolve, and in this case thos
I'm new to the world of preiere so i know I'm not using the correct terminolgy, but I have been editing a multicamera video and despite all of the sources being visible in the 'multicam source sequence', now that I have cut the video with the Multicam Record toggle tool, only one of my cameras is showing anything in the program monitor. All of my camera sources still show up in the selection window but will not show in the compositing window. Will attach some photos to explain. Would really appreciate some guidance! Thanks Am using Premiere Pro 2023.
The text -> transcript option allows to delete long silences/pauses.Except it doesn't identify every pauses, and there still remains short pauses in the file. Is there a way to tell the program to identify even shorter pauses?

Hi guys... so I have no idea what to do here but I need to figure out a way to get a video to work for a client that is using an ancient version of windows... I am confident there is nothing I can do in the export for this? but is there anything I can do to the video post export to make it work for them and run in their version of Windows Media Player? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Alternatively is there any recommendation I can give to my client on a player they could download? Although this would be avoided preferably as I would like to solve the problem for them myself
Hello! I have searched and tried a few different "solutions" but haven't found anything that works yet. System Setup: Core i7-11700, 16GB Ram, Windows 10 22H2, nVidia T1000 4GBSource: DJI Mavic Air 2SSoftware: Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 23.4.0 (Build 56) & Adobe After Effects 2023 23.4.0 (Build 53), Latest nVidia drivers - R530 U2 (531.41) This only happens with footage from the DJI Mavic Air 2S, footage from my GoPro7 Black and Insta360 One R & RS are fine. I've gone through and searched and only found 2 posts on other sites with the same issue and I've tried all the suggestions from uninstalling/rebooting/reinstalling Premiere Pro and AE, checking video codecs installed, changing to CPU render, converting to ProRes422 before importing, and nothing has fixed it. I get the impression it is something to do with how Adobe reads the Air 2S video compression as the video is fine in VLC, and Adobe is fine with every other camera I have. Also, the location of the whi
Hi there !I'm using Premiere Pro CC 2017 and I'm having a hard time trying to use and edit a nested sequence in another projet. What I want to do is to create a call out title template that I can reuse in every other project. So I create the different graphic elements of my call out title, select them all -> right click -> "nest". This unites them in a new nested sequence and creates this green bar. I then save and close the project.I open a new project where I want to reuse and edit the nested sequence. I go on import -> import selected sequences -> and I chose the nested sequence. I end up with this:And here's my problem: I can't drag the imported sequence in my timeline. Well, I can... but only in the audio track, not in the video, duh. The two graphic elements that came with the import are the actual nested elements... but why do they come separately ?Can someone help me out ? What did I do wrong in the process ?Many thanks !
When I go to my sequences and hit auto reframe, it drops the resolution of the clips (all of them) down from a normal 1080 down to 112. It also automatically toggles off my motion controls under the Effects tab, so I have to go in an toggle it back on for each clip in the sequence. I'm using Premiere Pro 2020, and it's fully up to date. So what's going on and how do I fix it?
My old hard drive got fried and I think I have lost all data on that drive. I have had to replace that hard drive and reinstall Adobe on the new HD. I had a big project with dozens of hours of editing gone into it, so I am trying to see if there is a way to recover some sort of data from a Adobe account that I was logged into on 'another computer'. Sorry if this does not make sense. I will be happy to answer any questions to clarify.
