Questions

The project appears to be damage and cannot be opened. This error popped up this morning.Steps thus far: Updated Beta. (No luck)Tried importing (No luck)looked for the 2 files that premiere sometimes produces, they don't exist.Is this a known issue or an isolated bug. I have never had an issue quite like this.  

The film impact effects are showing in their dashboard but when I look in the regular effects panels I cannot see them. They used to be in their own film impact folders but now they are not there. If I search them they pop up but that's the only way to find them in the effects panel. I don't know if this is a known bug but I have been using beta heavily and wanted to point this out. by the way I LOVE this beta release. I'm on version 26.0.0 beta build 14

Hello I am just starting my adobe experience and I had adobe premiere installed yesterday with everything working fine. There was a new feature in the beta that I wanted to use but everytime I try to install the beta I get an error at the end that just tells me to retry but when I do nothing changes. 

I’m experiencing an issue with the Object Mask Tool. When I click on it, the tool does not activate. The only way to make it work is to close the project and reopen it again. This issue keeps happening and is disrupting my workflow.

I recently downloaded Premiere Pro 26.0 and when I went to manually mask something by using the Path tool no keyframes appeared. Whenever I move the mask with my mouse keyframes do not appear but they do when I move it with the arrow keys. Why could this be and how do I fix it?

Now that there’s an object masking tool that can track subjects, is there a way to make a text layer or graphic follow that tracked path—similar to what we do in After Effects? If so, that would be a real game changer.

*Feedback* Maybe there is a point to it but it seems counter productive and hiding everything seems like a time buster.  Especially when some of those items in the menu don't have assigned short cuts.  Was it done to help with screen real estate when workiong on ..smalls creens?  Seems like you could just fix the dropdown instead of making it more difficult to do things.  If its a catagory thing, well you have have seperaters and bold type to help that within the drop down menu api.  so why has this been done?  Do people like it like this?  I don't.  I figured i would give my feedback oregardless. 

I've been having a few bugs with premiere pro beta so I uninstalled the app from my computer (imac late 2015, monterey OS) and now it's vanished from the creative cloud. I've tried uninstalling CC, logging out, restarting my computer, and I even logged in using a different account. PREMIERE PRO BETA IS COMPELTELY GONE and I have multiple projects, missed deadlines, and I'm about to put my fist through my computer. I apologize but the frustration is beyond me. What could possibly be the solution? It seems it's something with my computer and not the account.

there's daily updates that reset my custom keyboard shortcuts and other settings i've adjusted, is there a way to sync this or save this across each daily update? beta 26 build 14

I am not trilled by the idea of Gaussian and Directional Blur going legacy. The new Gaussian blur does not have horizontal or vertical setting. The Angle in the new one is only active when aberration is set. But still does not match the legacy one. Directional blur has gone from effect to transition, which does not cut it.

When i attempt to export an OMF or AAF in beta it freezes, but when I downgrade the project file and export it out of Premiere 2025.5 it works perfectly. Specswindows 11 proram: 96gbRTX 4070 tisdd main driveext. hdd for the footage

Beta 26.0 windowsI get unsupported format or damaged file warning (they import into resolve) edit:re-installing helped for one session, next time I restarted the beta, it went back to not recognising the filesgrrr

Hey, so this problem may be a bit niche. The way I'm using Productions is to basically group footage and assets by certain clients. I now have clients where the Production has grown quite large. Think multiple years of footage, hundreds of thousands of files in almost 400 prproj files in that one Production. It sounds a bit insane, but it works really well for finding old clips for reuse.  So I decided to convert one of those monster productions to the new 25.6.0 format, and although my machine has 128GB of RAM it kept crashing the system hard. So I found out the conversion needs more memory...a lot of memory. After settings up a pagefile large enough the conversion used about 350GB of sytem memory at peak, and it took about 4 hours to convert. (Screenshot below, that wasn't the peak though...)  So project version upgrades are not happening often, but if they do it's "a thing" for me. I'm not saying this is a high priority, but if someone could make the conversion process a b

I have been attempting to utilize the object selection tool in Beta. For some reason when I auto track forward or backward, the selection widens or becomes "unattached" to the boundaries of the selection. Any clue to why this is happening?  Example here 

,Hi, I have a user on a MacBook Pro M1, who tries to download Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) he gets an error when trying to download, saying that this version is not supported for M1. We have tried to install on an M4 here it works. Does anyone know if it’s not supported for M1 Macs?           

In Beta 26 build 12, I am getting the problem that crops up now and again. When exporting, the Production name gets appended to the front of the file name.  This bug seems to come and go. It's back.

Hello, I'm the author of a Premiere Pro plugin called "Mask To Transform" which is able to convert the tracked mask into position/scale/rotation keyframes that can be applied to a Trasnfrom effect to e.g. make motion graphics "stick" to an object in the scene etc. My plugin is officially available in Exchange: here's the link https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/cc/105713/mask-to-transform Now with the new masking soluion in Beta my customers are writing to me that my plugin stopped working and it would be amazing if I can make it work with the new (and admittedly pretty awesome) object masking. The problem is that the object mask data sits in a binary file on disk and there doesn't seem to be an easy way to read it.  So my question is: for the purposes of extention development is there a way to somehow read the data stored in these object mask files? Thanks,Kamil

Snap doesn't seem to work in the Beta version even though it's enabled.

Media Encoder (Beta) has not been updated to 26.0, which has caused Premiere (Beta) 26.0 to be unable to use Media Encoder (Beta) for output. It has been two days. When will Media Encoder (Beta) 26.0 be updated? It is so inconvenient.
