The changes to clips on the timeline are frustrating as hell. The new FX box means that it's virtually impossible to select small clips without zooming in. I don't understand the need for the FX box as most users will have the Effects Controls easily to hand in their workspace anyway and if supposedly making it easier to get to the ECs makes it virtually impossible to select short clips, this is just one step forward and two steps back. Please supply a fix for this infuriating problem that is ruining my workflow.

Hi! I get the message:,,unknown exception in frame 0 in warp stabilizer,, in Premiere Pro Beta, and the stabilizer does not start, it remains initializing but freezes like this, does anyone know why or how I can fix it?

When I open Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) and Adobe Premiere Pro official version, I have 0xc0000142 error, how can I fix it?

I just updated to PP 24.4.0 BETA and AME 24.4 BETA this morning and now I can't export.  Neither 'Send To Media Encoder' or 'Export' options are working.  When I click on either option, the preview window goes blank and nothing happens.iMac Pro 2017Ventura 13.6.3

With the latest Adobe Premiere Pro (Beta) and Media Encoder (Beta) builds we have enabled the support for exporting GIFs with transparency. What does this mean for you? You now have 3 transparency options to choose from: None. No transparency. Dithered. This creates a pattern of transparent pixels to simulate the full range of alpha values. Hard Edges. This creates transparency based on a 50% alpha threshold. To use this feature: 1. Select File > Export > Media, then select either Animated GIF or GIF in the format drop down menu option. 2. Next, scroll down to video and select the transparency menu option you wish to choose  3. Last, select export. Your file will be saved to whichever location you had specified. Please see attached screenshot. This feature is enabled in Adobe Premiere Pro Beta and Adobe Media Encoder Beta.

When creating text - it is not possible to effectively reselect the text or make changes witin the text box. Quite a major issue

When editing the Subtitle text from the Program Display control, the cursor instead of continuing to the next space to add the next word, it jumps to another character. It is hard to explain so I recorded a quick video. see attached. Hope this helps 🙂

When using certain MOGRTs, when I import them into the timeline, i get an error saying that I need after Effects installed.  I have After Effects installed.  I installed AE beta and still get the same error.

Hello,HEVC (h265) is becoming a pretty common format now which I have to work with in Premiere. I receive it from drones, from various Sony cameras like the a7s3, etc - it's great quality and in 10bit 4:2:2 is great for colour grading albeit incredibly CPU intensive.However, even working online (no proxies) I'm having massive headaches with colours when exporting.I've tried both the 2 most recent betas of Premiere and am consistently finding the colour profile is wrong. I've tried playing the exported file (just a standard mp4 h264) in various players and the colours are just night and day different - horribly saturated in a crude way that blows colours; skin tones become burned orange and greens are neon, etc..  See this screenshot of my settings - I suspect "Export Colour Profile" is to blame, but it won't let me change it?! Really annoying and doesn't make sense to me.

  Not sure what happened but I am unableto highlight a single line of text. When I try to select text using the text tool it highlights all lines in t he text box, rather than the single line/word I am tring to select. It is also treating colors very weird and will nto let me only select certain words to color, it is colorizing an area within the text box. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

I am editing some footage in PP Beta and I unintentionally right clicked on a gap in the footage on my timeline and discovered the option for "GENERATE CONTENT." I took the chance and clicked it but nothing happened. It only gives me the option when clicking on gaps. Does anyone know anything about this? 

I'm noticing occasional errors with the Enhance Speech processing on the Windows version of Adobe Premiere Pro beta where I'll get strange glitchy repeated phrases and other artifacts in audio.

PP Beta is nice with its new audio features and all, but I can't stand editing in it. I actually depend on the colors of my clips & markers and them being distinctively different enough for me to categorize scenes. In PP Beta, many colors are so similar that I can't tell them apart. For example, Lavender and Magenta are super similar now. Forest and Caribbean are indistinguishable when on the timeline.... and Violet and Blue are basically the same color.  It's seriously messing with my workflow. I try to only open PP2024, but often times Beta launches instead. I have to open my project through PP 2024 in order for that not to happen. I really wish the colors were the same in Beta as they were in the old Premiere Pro. Anyone else vote for colors stay be consistent? 

MacOS13.2 (22D49) - Premier Pro Beta 24.3.0 Build 33 - Window Tab/Essential Graphic tool does not display in the Workspace.- Restarted the computer- Restarted the application- reset the workspace- I copied a premier beta file from previous work and refreshed the workspace. My experience is that the tool is not displaying anywhere when clicking in from the Window tab. Also, it is not selected. 

Hi @everyone, does anyone know if there are any plans to roll our the text-to-video functionality or integration? There are many great tools out there and it seems Adobe is behind the curve! Or perhaps this is a more suitable question for Adobe Firefly?However,  video gaze correction with AI would be great feature, especially for short clips for social marketing purposes. 🙂

Looking to understand if this is an issue. Before the update to the current Text panel (caption panel), caption files would just be placed in one of the video tracks, when nexting those sequences in other sequences, the captions would show inside the video track (similar to how markers would be visible in nested sequences). From here you would be able to export this new nested sequence and choose to export captions or embed captions, depencding on the specific need for the production. In my workflow, I start with a main "broadcast" sequence and then create another sequence that has only a shorter element of the main sequence. The idea is to create different/shorter versions of the same content for various end-points. In the process of creating those shorter productions I was able to just place my captions in the main sequence and essentially edit out the parts of the captions that I didn't need for a shorter video, and I was able to export a sidecard or embed those cropped/edited

I am in the beta 24.3 build 33 and when I double click a clip in the timeline where it used to bring it to the source window where I could work with it, now it brings up a dialog box to "edit offline file".  How do I go back to what used to be the default behavior? 

It is still very difficult or rather impossible to draw a mask with multiple vertex without a few bezier vertex popping up. And yes I do not drag my mouse. These few bezier are difficult to disable with alt clicking (often get a different icon). This behavior has been present since day one. For a non bezier mask I have to start with a rectangular to be certain I get no bezier. But this workaround can be somewhat cumbersome.

I'm having issues opening a fairly large project file. After the start-up screen disappears, the premiere beta window opens up but nothing is displayed on the screen. I have no idea what could be causing this problem other than possibly the program itself. I've opened it up with the normal Adobe Premiere and it seems to work fine but when I open up the project file on Beta, it doesn't display anything. I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like after it loads up. I do frequently open this project file on an iMac and on PC when I'm working from home but the last save I opened up were both from the iMac. Not sure if there's something there since I'm kind weary of opening up the same file on two different operating systems. I'd hate to say the file may be corrupted, but since it opens up on the ordinary Premiere, it may not be. Since I don't use many of the Beta's new features, it may be time to switch to the ordinary Premiere program. Has this happened to anyone? Could it

It seems to me that each release of Premiere Pro Beta is getting slower and slower over the past couple weeks.  Is anyone else noticing this?  Or are my projects getting progressively larger and more complex?  Perhaps I should spend a day trying to use the non-beta Premiere Pro to remind me how unusably slow it is.  LOL   Thanks for all the work you all put in to this every day.

The workspace is not showing anything. It just keeps showing me an empty page, I tried changing workspace, non of it works 

I have a long conversation transcribed in beta 24.3.0 on Mac Studio, MacOS  14.3.1. 1. When I search the transcript, quite often it finds results (eg 1/12) but the arrows to skip to each result do not actualy move the cursor through the transcript.  The result number  increments (eg 2/12) but the text stays the same.  Bug or misunderstanding? 2. I can't work out how to move the video to a position in the text.  For example I see something in the transcript and want to hear it.  I can see the time when that occurred and have to scroll manually through the video to get to that.  Missing feature or misunderstanding?
