Hi y'all. I imported a solely-audio (no background pictures of whatever) mp3 file (from apple music) into Adobe Rush (latest version) so that I could cut out some of the songs. When I was done, I wanted it to export the edited file as an mp3 file, but it somehow turned the edited file into a MPEG-4 Movie (the first time I'm hearing such thing). So is there something I can do to achieve this? Attached are the before and after files, along with my working environment in Adobe Rush. Thanks!

I've never had any problems with Premiere Rush up until a few days ago, where I noticed and realised that any and all video would be choppy and faster than it should be. I've  checking the framerate which was fine. I've tried changing the video to variable frame rate but that didn't work. I even checked the sample videos that premiere rush has, and they have the same problem. I can't seem to find any sort of solution.

I am using Premiere Rush Version 2.2 (1115) on my iPad with iOS 15.3.1. I can render the videos (shows 100%) but it cannot be saved on Camera Roll on the Ipad. I am getting an error message: "try again later" which is not helpful. What to do?

I've used Premiere Rush to do my first edits for a while and then switch to Premiere Pro for anything fancy. Recently I've been recording some voiceovers with Rush. I've noticed though that while the voiceover appears in the media library when I open the project in Premiere Pro, it doesn't appear in the timeline. Does anyone know why this might be? I've attached a screenshot of one such project showing the voiceover in the Rush timeline, and in the Pro media library but nothing in the Pro timeline. I've seen this with multiple projects now. I've tried opening it in Pro on multiple computers with the same result.

Hello i need to know how can i add subtitles on the adobe premiere rush with the srt and vtt files.

When I try to add media to my original content, Rush can't see the files on my desktop or onedrive. Does anyone know why? I know the media is there and can see it when I first create a project but can't see it when I try to add while editing. Do I need to sync differently? I don't know why this is happening. 

I Have a query.we take image ,video or audio clip and apply a transition.  when  we create a duplicate at that time the transition is not applied to duplicated clip. Thank you

Adobe premiere rush version 2.2 (1115)iPhone 11 iOS 15.3Paid monthly subscription for a personal account, NOT a school accountI've attached a screen recording of my issue. The app was working fine initially. However now I cannot add any titles to my project, once I select a title to add, the blue loading circle keeps buffering and after about 10-15 sec it always crashes. Then when I reopen the app and try to open my project the app crashes once again. My project is 30 mins long. However I'm able to add titles to a fresh project for some reason? Please help me I've put in so many hours and I am a paying customer I really need your service to work.  

I was in the share section of Rush after I completed my video.  I was able to connect to my Youtube with my gmail account.  I then selected my Infinite Grace Marketing channel.  It then said I was connect.  At that point I can back to Rush and click export.  Once it exported it, I clicked on publish.  It completed the published and said there was an error "no channel found".  When you go back to the share page where I have Youtube selected in the settings it says in the status field " No Channel Found for this user".   I have two channels.  How do I fix this?  Can someone please help me.  Thank you. 

Is adobe premiere rush or pro not supported in Samsung galaxy s21 FE? 

I created a video on my Imac and it renders successfully. But I when I look at the video file on my compter it shows the Quicktime icon and not a thumbnail of the video. When I try playing the video with the Quicktime thumbnail I get " The file isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player." I have all different resolutions and different lengths of time and I am still having the same problem. 

Hi there,I created a local non-synched project on my Desktop version of Adobe Rush (Windows 10) and completed the entire edit, ready to export. While opening another synched project (created on my mobile) my computer crashed, and upon restart my non-synched local project has disappeared.How do I recover it? I've tried restarting again, I've tried signing out of Creative Cloud and back in, no luck. It's basically as if the project never existed.

Hi there,  One of my projects on my mobile phone on Rush will not synch. I turn on synch for the project and nothing happens, even if I leave the app open for hours. I've tried it with and without cellular synch turned on, on WiFi, not on WiFi, I've turned synch on and off, restarted the app, opened and closed the project, signed out and back in, nothing seems to work. It's set to synch with the cloud icon, but simply appears to make no effort to upload media.  I've synced previous projects before without issue, and tested synching another project and it immediately started uploading media.  O/S is Android 11Phone is Samsung Galaxy S20FE  

Hello All.  I am sorry if this has been discussed.  I went back as far as I could, but did not see my exact question.When I upload a video from my computer I am able to see if fine.  If I log in from another computer or my phone, I can see the video on the home screen, but whenI select it to play it all that comes up are red exclamation points. Is there a way to fix this?  

So I'm filming on my iPhone 13 and on mobile it isn't letting me import any videos, screen recordings, videos filmed, etc. It just sits there at 0. And on desktop it's not importing and it's saying "The importer reported a generic error" 

We would like to be able to access Google Drive in Adobe Premiere Rush. Are there any directions on how to do this? Right now we can only access files that have beed downloaded onto our desktop computers.  Thanks in advance for your help!

HiI have two subscriptions to CC, as I had more than 2 computors. and use Rush on both of them. So I have my projects spread out. Now I am back to 2 computors and will only have one subscription. But how do I transfer my projects from one account to another? Anyone who knows how to do it?

Hello everyone, I am a new user of Oremiere Rush. (But I have used Première Pro for many years). Recently, while on vacation, I made a short Premiere Rush project to edit and show around some beautiful IPhone 12 4K HDR rushes. After that, when I went back home I downloaded to my computer the video files from the IPhone in order to create a new 4K project with Premiere Pro . I was devastated to discover that the video files that I had edited with Premiere Rush were now only in full HD 1920x1080 in the IPhone and not anymore 4K. I suspect that Première Rush destroyed the source files when I exported the Rush project. Can someone confirm this. Or if I am wrong then tell me how /where I can find the original files? I would very much appreciate this help. 

I want to create a project using a few video clips that I took years ago and I am not about to scroll all the way down to them. Why is there not an option to see specific albums from the google photos app on android or other storage apps such as files in the Adobe Rush Premiere android app?

I've been trying to export a video on adobe premiere rush on iOS. The video has the sharpness parameter turned all the way down to give the imported media a blurred effect, however after exporting the video to my camera roll, the video plays the media with the sharpness turned all the way up, leaving me with a completely different result than what I edited for. Does anyone know what is causing this and how it can be avoided? If anyone experiencing the same issue can speak on how they solved it that would be greatly appreciated. 

I started using Rush about half a year ago to work on a video for college applications (I want to major in film). Today I went back to make a change to a section in the middle of my video, importing a new piece of media to replace it. Usually when importing new media, if there's anything behind it it will be moved to make room, but go right back to its place when you move the new media. This time, however, that did not happen and all of my work (about 2 minutes worth) was completely deleted from the project. I didn't realize until after working for a few minutes, so I can no longer hit the undo button to get the work back. I have a copy saved in another location that I can use as a reference to rebuild it, but is there any way to just get back what I did? Please help.

Rush is up to date. Computer is up to date. Restarted both. Cleared all caches, restarted again. My video is rendering like the attached. Any ideas? I have successfully rendered 7 videos before this.
