Hello, I’m encountering an issue when trying to import a video recorded on my iPhone 16 Pro into Adobe Premiere Pro. The software shows an error saying: “This file is not supported.” The video cannot be added to the timeline or previewed. Here are the details of the video:• Device: iPhone 16 Pro• Resolution: 4K (3840 x 2160)• Frame Rate: 30fps• Codec: H.264• File Size: 31.4MB• Duration: 5 seconds• Camera settings: “Most Compatible” mode (H.264)• HDR Video: Turned off• Transfer method: AirDrop using “Keep Originals” option The file appears to be a standard H.264 .MOV file and should be fully compatible with Premiere Pro based on the official supported formats. Other videos work fine, but this particular one (and a few others shot similarly) trigger the unsupported file error. Could this be related to a compatibility issue with the iPhone 16 Pro’s latest encoding or metadata? Please advise if there’s a workaround or if a fix is planned in a future update. Thank y

Why is the sync with CC files feature being removed from Adobe Rush? That's literally the main reason I use Rush. On iPhone when exporting 1080p video at 60fps, the image becomes over exposed with missing colour. This is not seen in the editing preview in Rush, only in the exported video. If the video is exported at 1080p 30fps this does not happen! Source Footage is 1080p 60fps.Has anyone also encountered this? Thanks, Jake

What's that latest update on this? 

I've been a loyal user of The Premier Rush App for years, but this week has been absolutely frustrating! A simple 6-minute video took me a staggering 48 hours to render. The app crashed constantly when opening a project or when rederingbup to 19% Adobe, what is happening? I really need some help here! I'm using an iPhone 16 Pro Max with iOS 18.4. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

In Premiere Rush on an iPhone, it would be real nice when an effect is applied to a track that the effect only goes onto the head or tail and not both. When a dissolve or black or any effect is applied make it so it can be only in one spot where designated, the head or tail of the track.

When some of the users start Adobe Premier Rush , they get error "You do not have access to the Adobe Team Projects Service".  It then does not allow users to create any project and sometimes just become non-responsive.It started doing this recently. Has anyone come across this error.

Why not support iPhone 16 Pro video file?it is not ok!

Any help appreciated.I have been logged into a coworker's adobe account as they no longer use it. Today I changed the name, email and password of the account to my name. But now when I open premiere rush to continue work on a project, ALL of the media has disappeared (not offline). I was working on the project fine this morning. Nothing has changed apart from changing the account name. 

Hi I have a project with short videos and an MP3 soundtrack. Rush outputs no sound. I managed to fix it once by restarting the computer, but now it's not working at all. Everything is set up correctly (audio output, volume, etc), but no sound is output by the app. Any ideas how to solve this?Thank youG

Hi, Here's the story :I have been using Adobe software for a very long time, especially Premiere Pro. my job is to create and edit videos for the social networks of a major French media. I often work outdoors and in a hurry and I waste a lot of time opening my computer and transferring my files, not to mention places where using a computer is rather cumbersome.So I thought that using Rush on an Ipad and having access to my templates via creative cloud, it could make my job easier...But no !Apparently Rush doesn't read Premier Pro .mogrt files...so, folks at Adobe, is there a solution?

I'm experiencing constant crashes with Adobe Premiere Rush whenever I try to select videos. I'm using a Lenovo Yoga Book 9, which has an Intel Arc GPU. After troubleshooting, it seems that the issue is related to the graphics card. Are there any known fixes for this issue, or is Adobe planning to release an update to improve compatibility with Intel Arc GPUs?

Has anyone figured out a good workflow for creating graphics templates for Adobe Rush for multiple users? We're testing out Adobe Rush as an alternative to CapCut or social media in-app editing tools and the only reason we would move to this software is if it gives us 1) The ability to push graphics templates out to people (even if that means sending them a mogrt) and 2) The ability to create auto-captions. Right now it seems like neither of these functionalities exist in the application. Are they coming soon? If not, it seems like a huge oversight for Adobe if they're trying to compete right now.

Hello,I’ve edited a few videos using Adobe Premiere Rush and would like to share them with another Rush user so they can take over and continue editing. It doesn’t necessarily need to be a real-time collaboration — I’m simply looking for a way to transfer the project files to their Adobe Rush account so they can work on them independently.Is this possible? Thanks in advance.   

Is there a looping tool in rush?  I would like to make same change to multiple sections of video.  Thank you.

I have a paid plan for Creative Cloud, yet when I try to queue up and export my media from Adobe Media Encoder, I get the following error (see image).

Hello,It started with the video track not showing in my projects — only the audio track was visible, with a black screen. Now all my projects are gone. I saw the message “Are your projects missing? Connect to Wi-Fi or enable the option ‘Allow sync over mobile network’ in the settings.”I’ve done that, but I still don’t see my projects. I’m also unable to add new media or create a new project — the “Create” button remains inactive. Could you please help me solve this issue? Thank you very much!

So yesterday i open premiere rush and all of my projects are playing double speed, (not an issue with just speeding up a video funciton) they are all set to normal speed. If i create a new project it plays double speed right away, all old projects play double speed, this is only happening on my laptop, surface laptop 3,  running windows 11, never had any issues until yesterday. have been on to adobe support multiple times, tried many things, but no resolution. to me it seems just in general the playback is stuttering fast, even if i use the speed funciton to half the speed of the video it sounds stuttering, im thinking could it be a hardware issue on the laptop? has anyone come across this and resolved?

Every time I upload it won't open any files because it says not supported  on iPad & iPhone ?

Bonjour, je monde des vidéos sur Rush depuis un an ; les plantages étaient réguliers mais là c'est catastrophique, il tourne un temps, puis commence à planter, puis n'arrête plus...J'ai l'abonnement premium et pourtant impossible de synchroniser mes projets sur Ipad Pro pour les récupérer ailleurs 😭 La video fait 1Go ce qui avant ne posait pas de problème, j'ai perdu un temps fou (travailler à ce rythme est infernal vous passez plus de temps à relancer qu'à travailler - et tout recommencer sur une autre appli... aucun support réel de Adobe... format video H264 30fps.
