my app keeps crashing/exiting whenever im editing. It crashes every 5 mins or so that i cant continuously work on the projects
For the past week or two, exporting videos has been taking a ridiculous amount of time. 3-4 minute videos are taking 25 minutes to export. Similiar size videos used to take 3-5 minutes - if that. I'm editing on desktop. Rush is up to date - I even reinstalled. My computer is updated. My WiFi is fine for every other device. Is there a known issue with the current version? Should I rollback?

Hello! I would like to be able to start editing a video on my phone using the 'premiere pro rush app' and finish editing on my laptop using the 'premiere pro rush desktop app/premiere pro'. I understand that using the 'Icloudsynchronisation' will no longer be possible, but is there still a way to do this? Please help! Kind regards, Roos
Is there any way to align the text (using the titles) to right, left, center etc. etc in.Premiere Rush?

I'm joining the other users who've been having issues with Rush ever since the launch of the iPhone 16 line-up. Regardless of the video type none of my media files are getting imported anymore and have rendered Rush useless for a solid 85 days now. You'd think they'd have fixed it by now, instead I keep on paying for a service I can't even use and have been asking for a partial refund. I only had good experiences with Adobe support so far, but this issue sees me agents literally leaving the chat left and right, which leaves me speechless. So this is what you call support? When does this get fixed!?
See attached error - same when ever I try to export an existing project on my PC, YouTube or anywhere. I have exported earlier versions several time before. I have tried everything recommended in various blogs - nothing helps. Tried going back to earlier Rush versions, reinstalling display drivers etc. I have removed all media from teh timepoint identified in the error message (see attchment) but the same error messgae and time point keeps coming up. I have spent more than a day on this and must say the software seems unusable at this point. Can someone with the right skills look at my Rush project and tell me how to fix this? Otherwise I will have to start over again on another software product!
I got 5 Gb left on my phone's storage and would like to export a video that just only 250 mb. But it seems Adobe Rush has been failed to export all the time. It always goes 12% on export progress and then error message popup and turn back Adobe Rush to the application main screen. I use Google Pixel 7 and never export 4 mins of video clip before. All not long video clips it work properly. Is it the limitation for this application?
We are looking at cancelling several work accounts for Adobe Rush as it still does not have the ability to collaborate with co-workers. Adobe Express offers this, but not Rush. ClipChamp from (gulp) Microsoft has this, but not Adobe Rush. ClipChamp is actually very comparable and will probably be the direction we go. It really does not look like Adobe has put much time or energy in developing Adobe Rush since it is introduction, which promissed collaboration early on as one its upcoming features at the time, which was why we adopted it as a company.
This app crashes all the time while editing any video. The biggest problem is the app crashing while exporting a video. How do you solve the Exporting issue?
Having an issue where Rush won't allow me to import certain JPG files to timeline. On iPhone 11 pro max iOS 13.3.1 The funny thing is the program will allow me to import iPhone camera photos, and even JPG's from my old camera. But anytime I try to import a JPG from my Sony a7iii it gives me unsupported media error. Any help?
I change a channel nam on my YouTube account about a month ago and Adobe Rush still does not recognize the channel name change. It's still showing the old channel. This is preventing me from uploaind videos to the channel using Rush.
Hi.When you are fixing this issue?When i use my old laptop (Intel i5 1135 and Intel IrisXe graphics) Premiere Rush is working fine but if I try to use it with my new laptop (Intel Evo i7 155 and Intel Arc graphics) Premiere Rush is crashing every time!!! I have tried new drivers and everything but it's not working. When you are going to fix this issue??? Markku

I do not understand why you cant access any of your Rush projects on any other devices?? Now that Adobe have removed the sync option its completely impossible! What if i had bought a new device so was no longer using the one where the files are currently stored, how would i access it then? I cant, I would loose all of my work. WHAT A JOKE. Adobe really need to look into this, defo cant be the only one.

Hello, it's disappointing that Premiere Rush is supported on so few Android Phones, and mostly old phones at that! I appreciate that Adobe wants to verify that it works, but with so many phones available on Android, it seems Adobe is destined to disappoint the majority of Android users! I'm still using Premiere Clip on my OnePlus Nord, and was before that on a Moto G6 - it works great on both these Android devices, but obviously it being no longer supported, Rush is the recommendation!! But Adobe has decided to do things differently, which means that users of Premiere Clip can't upgrade, because most Android phones are not supported on phones that use Clip. Yes I know there is a page with supported devices - sadly this doesn't help address the issue, and it would mean getting an old phone, because Adobe doesn't appear to support new phones, because they have yet to be verified - a very sad catch-22. Since I received an email saying that Premiere Rush will be included in my subscription plan this week, I decided to install an hour ago. I was playing with it, but then an alert appeared saying that I only have 3 exports with the free initial plan. Is this an error, isn't it added to my subscription yet, or is this exactly what is supposed to happen?
I have the Rush with my photography plan. when i want to share/export a video it keeps popping a window that says "This file require the HEVC codec which is included with a Creative Cloud membership. To upgrade to a paid plan go to: I went to the location and its not found. I got on with support chat. he took remote control of my computer. He changed lots of things. one which caused one of my games to not work. he finally came to the conclusion that Windows 11 doesn't have a Media Feature Pack. I can't find a way to get it either. does anyone know what to do? Yes I have a paid plan. Version 2.10 PCWindows 11 Version 24H2
The picture of my videos has disappeared, it's completely black. It says media file is missing. How can I remedy this?

When uploading a video from my phone (Samsung S23 Ultra) into Adobe rush. The audio isn't matching the video when I'm speaking ie it looks out of time. Even after publishing it's also out of time. This has happened on multiple occasions now. So far I've cleared cache, no change. Note- when I play the original video file in standard gallery in my phone the timing is fine
I would like to have support for multiple audio tracks separated on the timeline when imported, rather than it merging into one, and ability to pull Title metadata from the audio track if it exists. If I look at the audio details tab, it shows multiple left and right channels, i.e. if I have two tracks, it has L, R, L, R. But I have no idea which track is which without listening to them one by one. The imported video asset has metadata titles for each track.Premier Pro do separate them into different tracks, but Rush does not. But it also seems like Premier Pro does not pull the metadata Title for those tracks.
