Start subscribing. edited a movie and now the app just keeps dying.. don't know what to do. I have iPhone 15 PRO Max..
I have encountered issues with video cropping (shot on in iPhone 15 Pro, ios 17.3, shorten / edited in Apple Photos App).1. The imported video frames starts at incorrect frames (vs the ones in iPhone).2. Sound appears to be out od sync with video.The issues is quite common- happened several times to my videos already. This makes editing precise transition between videos shorts very difficult and unable to look seemless.Also the out of sync sound makes the video completely useless.
In Premier Rush under create a new project a directory tree opens and at the bottom a drop down menu displays the letters "Network". Under the Network directory I can only see two files I have shared and cannot figure out how to get the shared folders I need on that list also.I am using an old PC as a file storage as I do not have the room on my editing PC. I am trying to transfer one file at a time to edit without going thru the cloud. The network all works fine, it is just Premier rush I am having a problem. Any help out there?
I used music from the choice in Premiere Rush and once up loaded on youtube i received a réclamation from BIGBAND Entertainment , if i monetize my video i wont get anything, my question is do we have the rights to use these songs? And are we licensed to use them since we pay yearly subscription for the app? thanks
I have used Premier Rush to download 5 videos so far which have been fine. Now today I tried exporting a video (of which I was very proud of and excited about uploading) and it shows error message and media is missing. This is by doing it on my phone. I tried chopping the video and even making another with different videos. NONE of them are exporting and have the same message. When I go to media files, everything is there and opening fine. This is very frustrating and I don't know what to do next!
Hello. I have Adobe photography package and downloaded Premier Rush on my PC. However the app will not open at all. I click on the app and nothing happens. I've tried all the fixes that people have talked about. I've logged out and back into the creative cloud. I've restarted my computer, I've Uninstaller and reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked.Mobil app works just fine.

I'm using Rush on my iPad and storage space is at a premium. I'm wondering if it's ok to delete a video on my device after importing it. I tested it out and that seems to be the case but I'd appreciate actual confirmation. Thank you.
Hi - I think I've found a bug in Premiere Rush. I record many live music performances and regularly edit and export them in Rush. The audio in my final videos has been off for a while, and I've just realized today that it's Rush that is changing the audio settings upon export. For some reason, it sounds like Rush is adding a compressor (audio effect) to my video's audio. After realizing this and experimenting today, I can say that my music consistently sounds quite different in the videos exported from Adobe Premiere Rush vs what it sounds like when playing the video within Rush itself. Playing it within Rush, things sound exactly how they were recorded. Playing an export sounds like the audio has gone through a compressor with a high ratio and a low threshold. Is this the intended behaviour? If so, why? It is super bizarre that Rush would add an audio effect that is quite noticable to anybody who is a music producer on the export without any way to control this. How can I disable
i wanted to use 9:16 dimension and as my video was horizontal it didnt fit so i pinched out but now the background is black
Hi, I have a premium membership in adobe premiere rush. The app keeps crashing whenever I render my 4k video. I am using iphone 13 24fps 4k footage. I have been working on the video for weeks and now I can't render it. Can someone help? Thanks
With the move to get rid of cloud synced files will Premiere Rush be facing end of life in 2024 or 2025? It has been a good segway into teaching premiere pro for students but I wanted to know if it will disappear before next school year so we can plan accordingly.
What does this mean. I thought the Music in adobe rush was free to use?
Thank you, Adobe, you just saved my day! This morning, I had published a video on our church facebook site. People complained it was not loud enough. So i went to Premiere Rush, increased the volume, and voilà, it worked beautifully, and everybody, especially me, was happy! Easy to use! Anita - cbcorgwebmaster
I can't seem to open my projects from Adobe Rush on my desktop. Every time the app opens the thumbnail doesn't even show the regular RU (rush). It doesn't show my projects or anything at all whenever I open the app. I tried installing the earlier versions before the update but none seem to work. need help!
When I try to access my OneDrive files in Premiere Rush, the file finder interface constantly refreshes making it impossible for me to either select media files, or open sub-folders. This has been going on for quite some time. I am running the latest version on Windows 11.
I run Adobe Premiere Rush on an HP Pavillion all in one. I keep getting random green shades and squares in my Premiere Rush rendered movies. My Intel and NVIDIA drivers are all up to date. The solution suggested here doesn't work; my guess is the recommended driver here is not compatible with my Windows 11. Does anyone have a fix for this issue?
Hello, I am editing video's on an iPhone 7 Plus 15.8.1, and for some reason no matter what I do, at a certain point on my editing timeline, audio will simply stop syncing after I try to add any new video's. And I can't even add the link to the video I am editing on here because it is too large a file supposedly.
I have a paid monthly subscription, including Premier Rush, which I have used successfully when impoting videos recorded by Nikon D850. I now use a Nikon Z8, and when I try to open videos I get a message "This file requires the HEVC codec which is included with a Creaive Cloud membership. To upgrade to a paid plan go to: www.adobe/go/video". I am logged into my paid plan, and all apps are up-to-date (Rush version 2.10) when I receive this message.
I used to used the synch feature while it was available, but now I have a bunch of video clips stuck in cloud purgatory. I can see the files on assets.adobe home page, but not in synced files, or mobile creations (despite them being labeled that) or in the creative cloud app. If I try to open them from the home page it directs to the mobil creations folder and says cloud document unavailable and I can't find any way to delete them.I downloaded rush back onto my phone and I'm able to use the clips, but as far as I can tell I cant delete them.I also cant delete my previously synced projects from rush on my laptop. When I select delete from everywhere the project just gets grayed out. I've uninstalled and reinstalled sevral times.My biggest issue is that these video files are using up 67.6GB of my 20BG I actually need for lightroom because I need to edit photos on multiple devices.
I just wish there was an auto-caption option for Rush

Once I have separated audio and video in Rush, how do I leave the first few frames blank but leave the audio playing?
Whatever Adobe Rush used to be it is unworkable, no list view, forced open windows, no clear transitions. It is overworked, over graphicked and a cumbersome tool.
Hello. I recently started to use Premiere Rush on my Ipad 9th Gen for editing videos. When I was about to export my first video (469 MB), I found that it consistently got to 9 percent then would immediately display this error message. I spent the last 2 hours scouring forums and youtube videos for a fix and tried every solution I possibly could. If there's a solution aside from the typical troubleshooting methods repeated hundreds of times already please let me know. Otherwise, save your breath. Either way, I'm beginning to accept that my device's processing power might just be the issue. I've planned migrate the project to my PC that has access to Adobe Premiere Pro and much better processing power and but can't do so since the only possible way of doing that was through the creative cloud that was discontinued as of February 1. Ultimately, I just want to ask if there is any possible way that I could salvage this project or should I just come to terms that my week-long
