Hi there. I've been experiencing crashes with Premiere Rush as of late. I'm not sure if it's because of iOS 17, but everything I try to do on Premiere Rush, it always ends up crashing. Even after reopening it and trying again, it still crashes 30 seconds later! No matter what I do to fix it, uninstall and reinstalling it, deleting a few things to make storage, etc. Nothing seems to work. Premiere Rush desperately needs a patch to fix this constant crashing. It's getting increasingly frustrating, especially when I'm in the middle of editing or trying to export a video. I really hope that this issue gets sorted out, so me and other users of the app can have a much easier time with their videos. Thank you.

Estoy usando un iPad Air 5 generación pero es muy lenta la app para cargar los archivo, ademas cuando estoy viendo el preview del video desafortunadamente tiene que cargar primero para poder ver la edición fluida, cosa que en davinc resolve esta muy rápido, he probado esta App porque tiene algunas cosas que necesito que Davinci no, así que por eso hago este publicación para saber que puedo hacer para mejorar esta experiencia.

When you add music or a voiceover to your project, you might not want it to end abruptly. Transitions are useful for fading or merging between clips of audio or video.   1. Select the clip that you want to apply the transition to. Rush will display an orange border around the clip once it's selected!       2. Select Effects from your toolbar to bring up your options. Select Transitions from the bottom row to see your transition options. To fade audio, use dissolve  To fade video, choose between dissolve, fade to black, or fade to white. You can also create a bolder transition using wipe, slide, or push in any direction.     3. To adjust the length of your transition, select Transitions from your toolbar then select Duration. If you move the slider to the right, the clip will fade in or out slowly. Keep the slider to the left for quicker transitions. On desktop, you can also select the transition in your timeline and

Onde estão as ferramentas avançadas de edição  de áudio prometidas no modo pro ? 

I have 2 problem.1)  have applied for 1 month try period but you guys charge me for the whole year. When I asked you to cancel subscription you told me that itwas not refundable. 2) as soon as I tried to use it once my period was over and you charged me for the whole year, program crashes while rendering, it changes the quality of video segments randomly and changes the color how the video looks like. 

I can't find exponential gain or consistent power in the audio effects.   Mod note: Title was changed to reflect the issue.

Je n'arrive pas à  exporter une vidéo  monte

I am adding overlays and Graphic texts to a video and when the video is playing the graphics look blurry. However; once I stop the video the graphics are clear.  I have checked all of the settings and I don't know why this is happening.  

my rush video projects had disappeared. I had last signed in to edit it around 2 -3 months plus ago. Had tried log in, out and in again with the correct account but couldn't find any projects at all.  Please assist. Thanks!

Hi WHen I open rush on both my andriod I find I have multiple copies of some of my projects - most without a thumbnail. I have tried uninstalling Rush, and signing out of cloud. NOt sure what to do next ANy ideas - thanks

I have paid for thr pro version, and I can't get 30 seconds into editing and the app keeps crashing. Please Someone help me fix this, it is very annoying. 

Hello, how may i add music to my videos and what preference music app should be used for best results? Thanks in advance .  

I am using the iPhone 11 Pro. I have 4 video clips os varying length that I've put together from footage taken on my GoPro. Some is 4K some is 2.7. 24 FPS. It's all cropped to one aspect ratio. There is no audio- no music and the audio on all the videos is muted. The only effect I'm using is to speed up the clips. Total length of the video is around 3 minutes, and I'm trying to export in 1080 with original frame rate. I've also tried exporting in every other available frame rate to no avail. When the export bar is nearly full, the app simply closes. No error message, nothing. It just crashes. Why??? This is such a waste of time if you can't export. Why would I ever pay for this if I can't?

I have an intro slide in my videos and they keep panning.  The setting for panning is off but the slide/clip does it anyway. How can I make it stop?

So I've been using Premiere Rush (MOBILE) version for a few years now to edit my short form content before positing it on multiple different platforms, and recently have been running into more and more occurrences of stretched video clips while importing a video clip to edit? I've included a photo below of the dilemma I'm running into, and haven't seen any forum discussions on how to handle it regarding the mobile phone edition, so asking for any and all help please n thanks! (doesn't happen with every video clip either, just a random few?? You can see in the below photos what it's supposed to look like vertical, and what it looks like in the edit (stretched))

I'm not able to import mp4 videos (18 seconds long) on my Samsung Galaxy S21 anymore. I have enough storage and a fiew month ago it worked fine. I have already unistalled and reinstalled the app. Can anyone help me?

I am using Motorola Edge 40 phone with Android 13 on it and I am unable to download it from playstore but I am able to download it for Motorola Edge 30 with Android 13 version. Please add support to this phone.

I have lost the majority of my videos when I made a reinstallation of the Rush app. Prior to that I have had many problems with exporting videos as the app crashes on the phone. I have restarted the phone, but still the same problem.So this is the last time I will ever use this bad program

Whenever I try to import a video taken from my iphone (HEVC; .MOV), it only importa the sound and not the video. Hopefully, Adobe Rush can support this format in the future. 

right now it's possible to view and edit video files from Sonys Alpha 6700 in lightroom. However, such imports into rush fail still afterwards. It's not possible to view the lightroom files directly from the cloud, neither is it possible to import them after selecting them from the files directly.  i would expect Rush to support such formats.

 How do I delete people & unwanted ppl in the background out of the video? 

I'm creating my first project with Premiere Rush. I would like to edit my clips and preview my project but I can't see my video above timeline tools and clips. It's all black.
