You need to add where when people want to check their work out it's not cut off where you CAN'T see the full video. You guys should add an update where you could make the video where you could make the video full screen, and before exporting it. I have a picture showing you, what I mean.    Mod note: I changed your title slightly.

I would like you to put keyframes because it is not enough for the app to be good, but there is no way to make cool animations 

Hi, I followed all the instruction videos and as said first thing is to create a project and import the video fragments. All I see afterwards is a black screen. No possibility to playback the imported media.  What to do?

Whenever I try to export a video to either post on facebook or even to just save in my computer I cant export it. it says "Could not obtain upload ticket" What does that even mean?

Hi! I'm having problems with exporting a project that I have edited in Premiere Rush. I have exported the project successfully before. But when I try to export it now, the program produces other files (see the screenshot below), but not the MP4. (Also: When the rendering seems to be complete (since the process has counted down to 0), there is no blue "Finish"-button.) Any ideas on what may cause this?

Good evening. I recently started editing a short video, with .MOV footage at 60 FPS 1080P. Earlier today, the project opened just fine, but after coming back to it once I left the app, the project won't open anymore. It's happened twice today already, and I have +6GB of free storage on my iPhone 11. What is happening and how can I fix it?

Hello,I have a problem with the files I created in adobe rush program.I am working on two of my computers. On one I created videos. I want to open them on the other, however, they do not load properly. You can't see the image, only an exclamation point. They look like the picture I can send.Please explain what the problem could be due to?

I want to add videos to the project but not all of them appear, some appear, and the ones I recorded are not there, is there a solution to make them appear?

Hello all, So I need some help with a serious problem I'm having: so I was working in Premier rush on a Youtube video (@MatronicTV) when I get a popup saying to the effect that an error has occured; I get the spinning rainbow ball of death, so I do Comm>Option>Esc and force quit it. Now this is NOT what I'm complaining about; my computer is 12 years old so I'm sure this problem has to do with my old operating equipment. This is also why after I have finished a certain amout of work, I close the program so that I don't lose work. It's not an ideal situation but it'll have to do until I get myself a new compluter. Now on to the actual problem: after I forced quit the program, I try to reopen PR but find that nothing happens, it does not open. So I go into Finder>Applications and do Command>Open but I get the popup saying "The Application Adobe Premier Rush" is not open anymore. So what in the world is this? I'm paying money to sub to this application and n

I have inserted a graphic (.png) and resized and positioned it in the frame so that it works in all formats.When initially previewed it renders correctly, but when the format (e.g. to vertical, the graphic reverts to full size and original position.It's also reverts in all other formats. The sizing and placement is not sticky. Help!

For the life of me, I cannot get the Adobe Rush app to share/render a video on either my Samsung S20+ or my Galaxy Tab 7. I've tried every export option, but each time the render fails. All I'm making is a two minute highlight reel of a family trip, so I wouldn't expect this to be challenging. Any advice?

I can't seem to find a solution can you help?  I have 2 parts of a video on 2 separate rush files, I want to copy it into the other video but I don't want to loose the cuts and music and voice overlay. I want it to be all separate parts but when I try it becomes 1 audio and video. Can u help pls?

I just got this app and I'm testing now. And i've made a small video and at first when I just tried To import videos, they never showed up. And now I use the camera part of the app and I have the videos to edit. But then I don't know how to export them or has it the App crashed on me like it has before, can anyone help?

Hi guys I am on editing/ choose from Files to import a video -as an example C005system brings a video with the same number , BUT from another file and not the one i choosei need to go out , rename the name of the video and after its ok. It's very difficult and it takes time when i have a lot of videos to work with - and usually in have a lotwhat do you suggest ;;; Thank you

I was trying to color grade some video I captured with my drone and wanted to lower the playback resoloution because the video would skip durring playback. I decided to see what perpare for playback did and it came up with and error saying that the hvec codec needed a subscprtion to use and it just made the video playback a balck screen.

携帯から10分くらいの短い動画をほぼ完成間近まで出来ているんですが、そこから作業するとすぐアプリが落ちます。何度立ち上げてもすぐ落ちて、動画編集出来ません！携帯の容量は余裕あります。再起動や試せる事はほとんどやりました。今までもこういう事が結構あります。バージョンアップか、何か対策してもらいたいです。

I created a few projects, each with a few clips, on Adobe Rush mobile and turn on the cloud sync. Eventually, it told me it was done syncing to the cloud. I turned on my PC. PC gives me a notification that files have been added by Adobe Cloud. I have confirmed this as I see the clips in the folder on my computer. However when I open Rush on my PC, it is not showing me the projects that I have added on mobile. How can I get the projects to appear so I can edit them from my PC?

When I go to the setting tab on the computer I can use whatever mic I want. But the app on the phone has no place to select use external mic. When I plug in the external mic on the phone the audio levels stay at red, clipping and nothing registers. As soon as I unplug the external mic fron the phone all audio functions normally.
