Adobe Substance 3D Stager trava na tela inicial "carregando arquivo" e não inicializa, alguém já teve esse problema?

I opened an assembly created in steps, it is very slow because it is made up of many solids. How can I optimize stager speed?

I work for an engineering firm and must generate models with accurately sized decals. For example, when I create a model 11 inches long, I might need to put a label on it measuring 1 inch deep. I create the label in Illustrator to scale, but when it's brought into Stager there's no correlation between the Illustrator scales and Stager's. Furthermore, if I try to put the same decal on different elements in a scene each instance is a different size. How do I control decal sizes in Stager?

I come from a CAD background and just recently foudn the need to render our products at photorealism. I don't know about the rest of you but we CAD users can't live without our Space Mouses. That omission in this product is really, really annoying. Is there any support for them in the development horizon?

Hi, I need some help with workflow and physical lighting.I'm using Stager to recreate an existing real-world retail shop front and I am trying to replicate the lighting as it is in the photographs I've been supplied. The end goal is to have a shop front window template that I can use show different advertising displays to my client. I have about 16 physical spot lights in my scene. Adjusting them one by one, then rendering a scene to see what they look like is time consuming - is there a faster way to do this? Or better way of working?I can't adjust multiple lights when I have them all selected..I cant copy values for one light and apply them to the rest..What are some workflow steps I can take to match the lighting to my source photos faster and more accurately? I feel like im blindly increasing and decreasing exposure, intensity, emitter radius, outer angle and falloff and because there are so many lights it is taking me a long time. Am I making my scene too complicate

Substance 3D Stager has GPU rendering for Windows only, on supported NVIDIA cards.   If the GPU rendering option is disabled while you are on a supported card, there are two things you can do:   Update your video card drivers If you're on a laptop that also includes an integrated card use the NVIDIA control panel application to set Stager to prefer your dedicated GPU instead of the integrated card.

The page for Stager mentions Monterey being optimal but oddly doesn't mention Sonoma. Just trying to confirm that Stager (and all of the Substance aps) will run on on Sonoma? Thanks.

Hi there, I'm pretty new at 3D Stager and I'm trying to essentially build a mockup for a glass product sitting against a very light gray background (I'm using the plane for this) casting a hard shadow on it using a spotlight physical light. Something like this photo below. The problem that I am running into is with the physical light, the background color changes to white, and sort of makes it uneven like a gradient. I have been instructed to keep the background a specific flat solid light gray background so I'm wondering how I could achieve this without having to change the intensity of the lights or changing the material colors etc. One way that "almost" works is using emission on the background and setting my desired color, however, that still won't get me a solid background as the physical light affects it. So I'm wondering if there is any way to tell an object in this case the plane to ignore lights? so the light gray no longer turns into white? even if that was pos

Having issues with ray tracing and normal/height maps! I need the raytracing to render out my hair cards and other opacity working objs but when it comes to the main head, it looks as though the normal map isnt even applied. Here's the two different ones , ray tracing, blocky, real time, correct normals. I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this so it looks like the bottom one with Ray Tracing on? It seems to just acknowledge the low poly surface and not apply the normal map even though there is one.  Textures come straight from painter, here it is in the viewport there: Thank you! 

Why can't i get any depth/height from any of my materials in stager? I've tried exporting from sampler and that doesn't work and when i do try the diplacement feature, its all distorted. 

Does anyone has problems when exporting as GLB from stager ? When I finish a design an I try to import it as GLB to import it on AE, it looks different. I don't know if I did something wrong, I reached adobe support costumer service 3 days ago and I haven't received a reply yet.  

Hi community,since I got a high resolution monitor I can hardly read the menu and elements in stager.I coud not find any place where to switch to larger font in stager, no hint in documentation or elsewhere on Adobe.Does anyone hav same problem, please help.Thank you Hans  

Hi everyone,I'm so sorry if this is a completely stupid question, but this is my very first time working in Stager.I have a model in Substance Stager, I've looked at youtube tutorials for how to make a turnaround animation, and every single tutorial shows the timeline at the bottom. I do not have a timeline.I know Adobe usually has UI Panel resets in their "Window" menu option, but there is not any option to add a timeline panel.I also went through every "show/hide" option and there doesn't seem to be an option to show or hide the Timeline.Is it possible that my version of Stager doesn't have a timeline? Is there a hotkey I'm not aware of? Is there any way to tell if I have a "No timeline" version of Stager?

it seems my plane is turning my object black and white in raytracing mode which is strange because i have other objects in the same scene which are staying their original colour. Anyone know what this could be? if i turn the plane off the colour is kept while in ray tracing mode as seen in third screenshot    

Now, I know that Copilot being ChatGPT4-based, isn't always right. Still, when I asked it about native AS support for Stager 3D, it answered: "Adobe Substance 3D Stager’s version 3.0.0 (Beta), which includes native support for Apple Silicon, was released on March 18th, 20241. This update brought several new features and improvements, enhancing the overall functionality and user experience on Apple Silicon devices."But the new version shows as being Intel on my MBP 16 M3Max. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but I still get "Intel" in Get Info.Is Copilot wrong or am I missing something? Been waiting so long to finally see Stager 3D be native, so I hope it's a user error on my part.

I am sure this has been asked a million times but what is the right way to fix this issue, I wish dimension would support .svg... You can see the smaller text losses its quality in this render, espicially when zoomed in.

Hello, Stagerest. Let me ask you a question about my favorite Stager.In the File menu, under Export, there is an item called "Selected Materials". I believe this menu item outputs a texture image of the selected object or the material selected in the material palette,along with the settings under the specified folder. However, for some reason, it does not output correctly.Sometimes only one, sometimes only 20, are output, even though they are in the same project file.And unfortunately, not all materials are output. Perhaps it is a bug,I have a feeling there might be a workaround technique for this problem. If you have any ideas, please advise.Thanks for reading.BR Toku

Hello everyone, I am currently looking to improve the rendering of this silver 925 bracelet. Is there a way in stager to add an embient occlusion for the engraving part ? The animal head does not constrast enough, ambient occlusion is indeed missing. The animal head is engraved, it is not a texture.Thanks for you support, any idea would be welcome.

Hi, I'm just experiencing MDL Graphs in Designer. But I cannot see how to import the .mdl file into Substance Painter or Substance Stager.In Stager some materials are clearly marked as "mdl" but I can't succed with my own. For example if I make Import / Place Material on Selection and choose my .MDL, a popup message saying this version of MDL file is not supported. This popup also includes a link to "Learn about the Adobe Standard Material" version of .mdl used by Stager, but this link goes to an inexistent page.The .mdl file indicates MDL 1.7Some help ?

This is probably a simple issue to resolve, but I am not sure what to do: I need to make 100+ renders of blister-card packaging concepts (similar to collectable toy action figures).   All of them need to have the same clear translucent material for the blisters. I know how to edit the material in Stager to get the look I need, but Stager does not allow the saving of materials. Remaking the same material 100+ times isn't going to work, but I can not figure out how to remake the same basic material in any of the other Substance programs, and save them somewhere that is accessible in Stager.  This is my process in Stager:1. Import the OBJ file to Stager2. Add the "Default .mdl" material to the model3. Adjust the Roughness down to 0.034. In the Interior section, I change the Translucency to 0.99, and add a slight bluish tint.  -and thats it. Done. In general, when importing any object with rounded corners from Sketchup, some lines appear that cover the surface. Please tell me what should I do to make these lines disappear?   

As an illustrator who mainly uses Stager and Assets to set up scenes for reference images, I would love to be able to subscribe to JUST those two apps. I illustrate children's books for Simon & Schuster, and have posted some short clips on how useful Stager can be in creating digital maquettes for use as reference, experimenting with different camera angles and lighting, etc. I posted about using Stager here: here: https://debbieohi.substack.com/p/picture-books-101-behind-the-scenes I have had many other professional illustrators ask me more about Stager, get all excited, but then lose interest when they realized they'd have to pay a hefty fee for the entire Adobe Substance 3D Suite when they only really needed one app (if they were content with the default in-app asset library).If Adobe allowed creatives to pay a lower subscription fee to access just Stager or Stager + Assets, I am 100% positive many more illustrators would sign up.  I also am eagerly awaiting
