I have Adobe Systems - Adobe Acrobat X Pro on an years old computer. I have uninstalled it on that computer and now I am trying to install it on new laptop, activate it. It throws error and takes me to trial mode.How do I do this?

Hey Everyone, I want to convert my multiple CSV files full of contacts to vCard format for free, as well as in a reliable way. If anyone has a solution to my problem, then let me know, it really helps me out of this problem.

Acrobat will only launch with admin privileges. I cannot open it otherwise. PDF's will not open unless I launch Acrobat, w/ admin privileges, and do file / open to the PDF. I've tried Acrobat / Menu / Help / Repair installation. Reboot after, but does not fix. I've uninstalled Acrobat, reboot, reinstalled, but does not fix. I've uninstalled Acrobat, ran the AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021.exe, reboot, reinstalled, but does not fix. Windows 10, OS fully updated, Creative Cloud and all other Adobe apps are up to date. Any ideas? Hello,  A user is opening outlook with no issues but when we select on a PDF attached via outlook the application goes into a "not responding" stage for a few minuts then will eventually open the attachment.   I have re-installed both outlook and adobe, i have disabled the add in, at the moment we have another PDF viewer that is workign but we need the Adobe.  Any idea?

Hello there 😊 I am having some troubles compressing PDF files:I have  to export file from InDesign as high-res, else it cuts some graphic so it will not show correct. See attached.After that files is about 65 MB, but client wants it to be below 10 MB.I have tried in Acrobat, to compress file. Also online on adobe.com, and on pdfcompressor.comI have attached screenshot of graphic that is being cut, and the original Excel file. Any suggestions how to do this?Best from Jeppe

Hello, I'm drawing a polygon on a PDF and I'd like to create a link from that shape to another file. Once I draw the polygon, I don't see an option to create a link. Can anyone help? Is it possible to create an "irregularly-shaped" link? Thank you.

I am trying to add bates numbering to a document (Document was signed in Docusign). But, Acrobat does not allow me to add the numbering because it is digitally signed.  How can I:Add bates numbering to a digitally signed document?ORRemove the Docusign digital certificates so that I can add the bates numbering?

Hey guys, I'm trying to open a file outside of Adobe, and it's giving me this error. Inside Adobe, it works fine, and it's up to date, everything is fine. Is there anything I can do?

I have two text fields - Text1 and Text2.  Both are fomatted for dates in m/d/yy format.  When I enter a date into Text1, I would like Text2 to populate with a date that is eleven months later, plus enough days to go to the end of that month.  For example, if 7/17/25 is entered into Text1, I would like Text2 to populate with 6/30/26.  Since months don't end on the same day (28th, 29th, 30th, 31st), I'm not sure if this is possible.  TIA for any help.

hello , i am having problem , when i open  a pdf  document the app works like blank page with this message "there was an error opening this document , An Internal Error Occured"  and the strange thing is that no any bars or buttons as usual   only some buttons avalible .for example there is no menue button on the top left as usual but i can see its shadow when navigating by pointer on it and when i click on menue shadow it shows this error"An Internal Error Occured" please solve this problem i read alot of solutins like changing or deleting permissions and reinstalled  many times , win11 pro last update , all drivers updated , creative cloud updated

Hi All, Up until a few months ago, I was able to do a share review for my PDFs - where I post a PDF and more than one reviewer can add comments. Now, when I ask it to do a shared review (where I save the file on our Sharepoint site - setup with subsites correctly), it just hangs...I'm running a Windows 11. I'm running Adobe Version 2025.001.0577I see there's a new, easier option to run, "Adobe Share"  but then our docs would have to be saved on the Adobe Cloud and I'd prefer not to share my documents with Adobe. I think there must be some security setting that has recently been applied - but I can't figure it out myself. How can I look into this matter? appreciate any help. Many thanks,Orly

I tried to adjust the size of my Output Preview dialog box, but I could only make it larger. Now I can't seem to resize it at all and it's taking up a big chunk of my screen space. Clicking and dragging from one of the edges or corners doesn't change anything, and moving the dialog box resets it to the arbitrary size shown in this screenshot:I'm running Windows 10 Pro, version 21H1, OS build 19043.1415.I have two 1920x1080 monitors, and moving the dialog box to the other monitor doesn't solve the issue.I have so far tried restoring my preferences, changing the display resolution, and restarting my computer.  I'd like to be able to set it to a specific size, or at least back to the default size.

Hi, When I create a PDF document from word, the font Times New Roman is getting changed to Times Roman. Here I use the Acrobat Pro Dc for my conversion of word to PDF.   I found a similar blog Times New Roman in Word documents changes to TimesNewRomanPSMT in PDF documents (Create PDF)  explaining the problem.   Is there any solution to overcome this problem?   Can someone please help?

Hi anyone. Have started having issues with Acrobat XI Pro version just shutting down after about 5 seconds.Have unistalled and re-installed and same is happening. This wasn't happeniong pre new year and worked fine until Dec 2019.Anyone able to advise what is going on and how to fix it? ThanksDean

I cannot find the PDF file created from a scanned paper document on a printer.

Ok, so this used to be no problem but somehow cannot extract images from PDF without launching MICROSOFT WORD. When I go into preferences, amazingly enough, my only options to choose from are Chrome or MS products. Once again Adobe managed to make something that was once simple overly complicated and worse.  Why am I not seeing any Adobe products to choose as my image editor? Also: why can't I just extract the images into a folder like i have for like, idk, 20 years??????  The PDF is only images - no text. 

I'm vaguely familiar with how templates work, but I'm trying to create a mult-page intake form. I'm an insurance agent and want a document where I have a main page with mutliple checkboxes (auto, home, motorcycle, etc) that will spawn intake pages for only the ones checked. Some of the field names need to be the same across many pages (like name and address) so they autopopulate. My last attempt at this created new field names titled with P1..... and P2... I'm assuming because it was spawned as a different page number each time. Is this possible and am I on the right track?

Well, I am my own IT admin.When I started using Adobe Acrobat 2020 today, a popup warned me that it was no longer supported and I needed to upgrade.  I bought Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024, which lets me use Adobe Acrobat locally on the computer for three years.  I uninstalled Adobe Acrobat 2020, downloaded Adobe Acrobat Pro 2024, and installed it.  Now, I can't edit PDF files.I am signed in to my adobe.com account, so I should be able to use all of the features, right? Windows 11 Thanks for any suggestions.
