I can't close the app down or update it or anything it only says this:"Please wait while we work to resolve the issue, then try again. If the issue is not resolved, please contact customer service." But nothing happens. Please help me:)
Hello! First time poster here... I'm not a heavy user of Acrobat, but I DO use it to create Pitch Decks. Normally I create all the slides in After Effects, export as images, and import the images into Acrobat, adding the requisite hot links there. I realize this seems a bit Byzantine to many users, but I can more easily make nuanced fonts with depth and effects there than in acrobat, and it suits my working requirements... UNTIL RECENTLY! Specifically, when I go into "edit" mode to add hot links, the AI assistant AUTOMATICALLY GOES INTO OCR MODE AND CHANGES ALL MY BURNED IN TEXT TO FONT ON EVERY PAGE OF THE FILE. THERE IS NO WAY TO DEACTIVATE THIS OR TELL AI TO IGNORE THE TEXT!!! (Either that or there is no updated instructions on how to access this - and yes I asked LLMs) And what's worse... I CAN NO LONGER DOWNLOAD THE OLDER VERSIONS OF ACROBAT TO REMEDY THIS!!!! This completely kneecaps a workflow I have established.  
Hi there!I have been redacting a document with Arobat Pro and at some point I've clicked something and suddenly there are empty comment boxes all down the side of the document, each one attached to each redaction I have done. I have no idea how this happened so now have no idea how to get rid of them. I dont want or need any of them so is there a way to get rid of all of them together? I've already redacted well over half the document (hundreds of pages) so I really dont want to have to delete all redactions to get rid of the comment boxes unless I absolutely have to.I assume whatever I did is just a check box somewhere but I have no idea where, can anyone help? Thank you.
I am working in Acrobat Pro 64-bit with a PDF which has 1500 comments, and I select "Collapse All" to make Acrobat more responsive, otherwise any actions relating to the Comments Panel are extremely sluggish, aking about half a second to process each click etc. When I select "Collapse All", I find that the tabs for many later pages are not collapsed. In the end I had to wait around 5 minutes for Acrobat to process all the comments to the end of the list before "Collapse All" actually did what it was meant to do i.e. Collapse ALL. Not sure this is a bug, just poor optimisation. I am on a fairly well specced computer, so I'd be surprised if this was the issue.

Es geht nur um das Setzen von Kommentaren, markieren von Texten usw., also keine Bearbeitung von Textteilen oder Ähnliches.Bei unseren bisherigen Versuchen wurden immer nur die Kommentar einer Person gespeichert und die der anderen gingen verloren. Was müssen wir tun, damit wir zeitgleich kommentieren können?
Hi. I have suddenly lost the PDF icon/thumnails while in list view on a Mac. If I look at icon view I can see the preview, or if I expand the size of the icon in list view I can see the thumnail. But I don't want these view options. I have ticked the "Show Preview" in the view options. Please assist. Thanks
I've been trying to print using the custom scale but it won't print the percentage size desire. I've tried from different computers thinking that maybe I press something wrong but I keep encountering the same problem. It used to let me do it without an issue so I wonder what happened

I have forms, that I created witch Acrobat Pro on my PC.When I´m trying to enter Data on any other page, than page one, the cusor jumps back to page one immediatly, so it is impossible to enter any information.Using the wondershare pdf app everything works as ist should. Same on PC with Acrobat.Did anybody have this problem before?I´d be very gratefull for your help. I´m working with Acrobat Pro for more than ten years on PC and liked to continue using it on Mac.Rainer

I'm running the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro via Creative Cloud. I have the recent files to display setting set to 0, so they do not appear on the main screen when I first load Acrobat. But on the left side, under “Other File Storage > Your Computer" I have a folder list of where I've opened recent PDFs from. This is not something I want, as most these folders either get moved, deleted or do not need to be pinned there permanently. How can this behavior be stopped?
I have downloaded a document with 4 video links to my Adobe Reader. I am using an Android phone. I can click on these links to bring up the video page ,but my problem is that when I press "Play" the video seems to take forever to load, and will not play. I don't see any option to delete browser cache on Adobe Reader. Can anyone advise? I want to play & view these videos. Thank you.

I've looked at all the posts and their answers. It's very frustrating. I've done all the suggestions. Still no scrollbar. If I adjust the page size manually -- pull it in or out -- the bars appear for a few seconds then disappear. I can't grab them. I cannot scroll up/down or side to side. Mac Ventura. Acrobat Pro version 2023.006.20320 Any other ideas or will there be an update to fix?
Now we to have manually delete entries in Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\AVGeneral\cRecentFoldersAdd this option in user interface (recent for example).

Home menu no longer shows Scans by me (document cloud) - it used to until a few weeks ago. (Windows 11 Adobe Acrobat Pro application)It was a good way to grab scans I'd taken on my phone in the Adobe scan app. I have tried repairing the app, logging out and back in.
I opened up a PDF this morning to organize some pages and the AI pop-up windows started to come up, and the file crashed and closed. I have tried 10 different PDFs, and the program crashes as soon as I start scrolling through the file. Any ideas what is going on? Never had this happen, and I have a work-related project that must get finished and I am cooked. Thanks in advance.
I work for an organisation that has temp staff every couple of months that needs to open and print PDF documents. We have need for Adobe Acrobat to function in Reader mode on the PC's they use, but these PC's also need to have Creative Cloud and Photoshop installed for other users who have Creative Cloud licenses. I have attempted to do this using the Feature Lockdown Registry bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx = 1, but this seems to not work when Creative Cloud is installed, and still requires a sign in to use Adobe Acrobat at all. I have confirmed that this works without Creative Cloud installed.Is there any way around this?
we have a lot of adobe std/pro users in range of 1,600 assigned users, we are starting to see issues where context menu items like 'convert to PDF' on office files are failing, Combine function is bringing up reader even thought they are licensed to std or pro. this started after installing adobe update yesterday. all the normal defaults for file types appear to be set.
I paid for the AI Assitant Subscription, and it just doesn't work. I tried it on a couple of research papers. I tried it on a simple resume. I even tried it on a document which has almost no specialized formatting. Same message over and over again "Something Went Wrong. Try Again." It's frustrating that a premium feature won't work. And on top of that, it won't even tell me what exactly went wrong. At least give Error codes! Does anyone have a workaround? Oh btw, I tried to do it on the Web app too. Same problem.
