Hello,How do I change the language of the signature request message that a person receives from me. I want the requests, the invitations, to be in English. Adobe sends everything in the language of my locale, Finnish in this case. I have changed all settings I can find into English with no effect. Any hints on this would be appriciated. Thanks!

Hello Members,I have created a PDF DYNAMIC STAMP, consisting of 4 text fields and 4 checkboxes. When combining PDF files into one, I am getting a dialog box that says:  "You are currently using free Acrobat Reader. You also have Adobe Acrobat installed on your machine, which includes advanced tools.  Click OK to launch Adobe Acrobat to use this tool" This issue started in the last few days.  Not aware of any updates that were downloaded or any change in the systems settings,which still show to use Adobe Acrobat DC as the default when opening PDF files.

Hi community, Up until yesterday I had no issues using Adobe Acrobat for e-signing, however, now when I open any PDF that has been through LEAP (legal software program) I recieve either an "unsupported file" or "protected file" message, or it prompts me to upload another PDF for e-signing, and I am unable to request signatures on the open PDF.  Has anybody else experienced this issue? Please let me know how you have fixed it. 

Hi, I read the post about "Image Alt text fails to display on mouse hover"It sounds like the automated hover-over behavior that we are witnessing for the alt text for some figure tags, shouldn't even be ocurruing based on the Adobe representative's (Tariq Ahmad) on May 12, 2025.But then why do we see it happening at all?Tariq's response never explained why it happens. Unfortunately, because this behavior does happen, and does so automatically, it creates inconsistency in the final product. An inconsistency that end-users may question, especially if those end users are paying for a finished product. Can you provide any more reasons as to why alt text will automatically display in a mouse hover-over winodow for some figure tags and not others given that everything about the accessibility tagging being the same, between the different graphics where we see the hover over for some figure tags and not others?There are no tooltips in this PDF, yet it displays a hoverover of the

Recently Adobe updated my Acrobat to 10.1.2.45. Now I'm unable to past images from clipboard into a pdf document. For example, using another windows program I might copy an image to the Windows clipboard, open up a pdf document, and click on the Edit menu expecting to be able to select Paste and paste the image from the windows clipboard onto a page in the PDF document. However, Paste is faded out in the Edit menu and is unselectable. I was doing this about 10 times a day and now that feature is unavailable to me. CTL-V also does not work.

I have 3 drop down boxes, for which the client should choose either yes or no, but the fields defaults to the same option once the last box is selected. I want the 3 options to be independant from each other. What should i change or do? Thanks 

I was using Adobe Acrobat Pro this weekend to edit some scanned files and the memory leaks were so bad that I had to restart the program many times. HOW IS THIS REAL?!?!?this is hands down the worst program made! imagine all this, and you cant just make the text box grey!i REALLY have to spend half the day learning 3 different programs to so the simplest most basic thing imaginable. im soory to go off,... but HOW IS THIS A THING! how can this company not just make the ONE thing they do usable.am i just missing something? WHAT IS HAPPENING???

I was taking notes on a PDF doc on Adobe Acrobat. Went to File, Save as, PDF/X, then Adobe displayed an error. There were multiple errors, but once I clicked okay and went back to my notes, all my edits were erased. Is there a way to get my edits back, or are they just gone because Adobe didn't save them? 

Yesterday I bought Creative Cloud. Why didn't I get an updated of Adobe Acrobat? The app still says Adobe Acrobat Standard 2020 and it looks the same as before I made the purchase. What's going on? Your help and assistance would be very valuable.I'm using Windows 11, I tried updating the software and it says there were no updates available. It's version2020.005.30774.Thank you, Laurel

Using the Outlook Plug Ins, I of course can covert emails to PDFs, along with their attachements. When I go to bate stamp the converted emails, Adobe does not stamp the attachments nor is the attachment available in the "add file" menu for bates stamping. Is there a user-friendly way to do this?  Especially when you're doing 10s if not 100s of emails at a time. Thank you

Hi, all of a suddent there are all of the messages when I open Acrobat Pro and they take up half the Home page screen.  I don't WANT OR NEED ANY OF THEM.  How do I get this stuff that is irrevelant OFF and stay off.  If I want to go look for that, I'm sure I can find it. I don't appreciate any of this being shoved at me without me turning it on.HELP!  thank you, Vicci

I got a new laptop and when I use acrobat to edit a PDF its making text boxes for every line of text, whereas on my other laptop and also all my other collagues it has it in large text boxes. Please see the pictures. I want it to be like the first image and not the 2nd image which is what I currently have!

I scan documents using an HP ScanJet Pro 2500 F1 Flatbed.When scanning, I set to create a pdf OCR document in size A4 (297x210 mm = 8.27 x 11.69 inches).  However, the pdf document created is not a A4 size but a smaller one (60.7 x 86.1 mm). I can see that seize in the document properties. As the document is smaller, we are experiencing problems when printing it. HP Support says the problem is a bad configuration of my Adobe Acrobat Reader (my version is 2025.001.20643), but I can not find what if wrong in my installation.  All the above also happens in my other PC. Any ideas?Thanks in advance.

I must be missing something simple - I want to move Text and Form fields around the page together, but I can't see an option that allows me to select both simultaneously. What option am I missing?Thanks

Someone give me the solution to export a pdf to a PDF/A file PLEASE ?Once i click here i got the next screen message : then i wait for 5 minutes and i got another error screen message : Then i download what they tell me to, i install, nothing happens, i restart the PC, nothing happens. Then i desinstalled evrything, and installed again via the link they gave me, same s***, same messages, same error, i did evrything 3 times in different orders, nothing changes.Someone have any clue to make this software work ?Thanks

Hi! I recently encountered some problems with recent files in Adobe Acrobat: - First, sometimes the "recent" section but also the "starred" section appear to be empty: i cannot see any file until I wait some time or close the app and then re-open it. It kinda scares me because it seems like I'm able to lose all my files at one point. - Second, when i modify a file and then close it, its dimension obviously increases when I see it in the recent files; however, when I go to the starred files its dimension it's the same it was before I modified it and when I come back to the recent section it's the same one. When I re-open and re-close the file, its dimension increases again, but if I go to the starred section it decreases and so on (although the changes have been saved). - Third, sometimes when I'm modifying a file (and it's been a long time such as 30 minutes) and then I exit it, the app says "There was an error and Adobe was not able to save the changes" so that I loose

Mijn bedrijf is sinds kort overgegaan van Google Drive naar OneDrive. Nu hebben alle Indesign bestanden missende links, geeft Indesign aan bij het maken van een pdf vanuit Indesign dat bestanden beschadigd zijn en sluit dan af. Dit gebeurt alleen met de bestaande bestanden, niet met de nieuwe bestanden gemaakt onder Onedrive. Ook geeft de preflight soms geen fouten aan, maar zie je in het bestand grijze vlakken (missende links) en als je een compleet bestand afsluit en heropent, mist weer alles. Ligt het probleem bij de samenwerking Indesign-Onedrive, of bij Adobe, of Onedrive? De google drive is abrupt verwijdert. Maar wat nu..
