After endless angst and frustration with the "new" Acrobat interface, which was so different from the prior interface, I found this post on "How to restore the classic Adobe Acrobat "Single Page" view feature". Eureka!! Finally, a solution.  So I'm reposting here for other Adobe users frustrated by the new interface.   https://dev.to/jdrch/how-to-restore-the-classic-adobe-acrobat-single-page-view-feature-3812Directions: Adobe Reader and previous versions of Acrobat DC had a Single Page view feature in which the mousewheel and arrow keys turned the document page instead of scrolling.To restore it in newer versions of the above, click the highlighted icon shown below at the bottom of the right side panel of the Adobe application window and ensure you have the same options checked: Specifically, check Singe-page view and Fit height and uncheck Enable scrolling.

I am able to remove the Bates numbers, but now I need to remove the footer for many documents.  I did not see an action for this.  Thank you

 A constant issue at my workplace is that many PDF documents need to be signed by more than one party.  We are always jumping through hoops printing and signing in ink and re-scanning.  It would be nice if there was a simple yes/no selection when signing to choose if the document should become read-only after signing, or remain unprotected to allow other signatures.  

Having an issue where when I print my plot from AutoCAD, it disappears when sent to the printer. Any insight on how to fix this issue?

Every time I rotate one or more pages, Adobe moves me back multiple pages in the PDF.  For example, I am working in a 149 page PDF.  I click the rotate icon to rotate Page 142.  I am then immediately moved within the PDF to Page 110 without having hit another key.  If I go back to Page 142, it did properly rotate but this is beyond annoying and  I am so increasingly sick of Adobe.  

I needed to enter pdf files and thought that I didn't had Adobe  so I applied today for AI assistant for Acrobat and acrobat Premium  need to know which Abode Acrobat software I need to use on Ipad Pro,  Galaxy S24+, and Windows desktop and if my subscriptions are actual because I  also have other PDF software which U want to delete 

I have an Adobe Pro Acrobat subscription. For several days now, I am unable to sign into the desktop app. Previously, I was always signed in. When I sign in, it does nothing. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled and have the same issue.  I could change my password which I have not done.   I am able to access the iPad app with no issues as well as see my documents online.

Hi everyone,I’m experiencing a frustrating issue on my Windows 11 machine. All of my PDF files, whether on my desktop or elsewhere, will not open when I double-click them to launch Adobe Acrobat. Nothing happens at all — no error message, no loading, nothing.The strange part is that if I right-click and choose to open the PDF with Chrome or Edge, it opens just fine. But obviously, that’s not ideal.This problem only started recently. La verdad es que hace un un tiempo que tengo este problema, si bien tengo cuenta adobe acrobat pro cuando abro un PDF no están todas las herramientas disponibles y me pide que prueba abobe acrobar pro gratis (?). Estoy logeada, de hecho desde ahí voy a la cuenta y verifico que la cuenta está activa, la suscripción vigente y no hay problema con el pago. De hecho si quiero comprar la suscripción no me deja porque ya la tengo. Es el cuento del eterno retorno, no me deja usar las herramientas full porque no tengo suscripción a pro pero no puedo suscribime porque ya posse el plan. 

Hello,   I am supposed to create an IngramSpark compatible PDF/X.  IngramSpark documentation states:     Please do not include Spot colors or ICC profiles in your file as these can produce unexpected results during processing. ICC profiles applied to 100% black text often convert to a shade or percentage of gray (less than 100% black). This will result in text in your book that is not solid black. If text is intended to appear as solid black, including Spot colors or ICC profiles can cause delays in receiving a correct proof.   They also mention to use Distiller and InDesign:     Acrobat Distiller, Export from InDesign PDF/X-1a:2001 or PDF/X-3:2002         But I don't have InDesign, or Distiller, I only have Acrobat.  My book has no color, mostly black text and some gray lines, but of course I want my black text to be 100% black when printed.    I found the discussion here Generate PDF wit

Is there a way to change checkbox style with a script?

I have a client that struggles with his invoicing, so to assist him, I created an invoice 'template' PDF form for him to use for his invoicing. When he goes to use the invoice template, he need only enter his info and print it to his printer. My question: How do I have certain bits of text that I want visible on the PDF, not print on the paper copy he generates? I've done this before with form elements such as buttons; however, with regular text, I don't seem to have the option to select "Visisble but don't print." Thanks in advance! Best,Kristine P.S. I'm using the new, modern Acrobat, unfortunately 😖, so I would not be at all surprised if Adobe has removed that feature given the dismal overhaul Acrobat has been undergoing.

  The first screenshot shows that 100 GB cloud storage is included in my subscription plan. But the creative cloud storage shows 25 GB of 0 GB used. In that case I can't successfully upload my files to cloud. I couldn't even use any functions attatch to the cloud service

Commenting a text file is extremely slow. Comment - text appears seconds after typing. All rendering disactivated - didn't improve.

Our team of authors use the comments checkboxes in Acrobat Pro DC to mark a comment as completed. This has been a mainstay of our review procedure for a while now but all of a sudden we can't use the feature any more. I can see the checked checkboxes that I make myself, but when I look at another person's work, all of the checkboxes are blank, no matter that they checked them themselves. This means that we are suddenly actioning comments twice or more, and being confused as to what has and has not been done. One user cannot even see empty comment checkboxes in other authors' pdf outputs, even though the 'Show checkbox in comment note' option is switched on. How can we fix this please, it is an integral part of our review process and I don't want to have to rework our process if at all possible.

I bought a trial pro plan for a week and soon I realized that I was not going to use it, but I have not been able to cancel it since the first day! Why is there no option to delete the subscription!!!?

I'm using Acrobat Pro 2022.003.20281 on a Mac OS 12.5. In past versions I could dock the Quick Actions Toolbar to the top of the window, but in this version of Acrobat, it hovers in the upper left, sometimes covering art that I need to see when zooming in. Is there a way to dock it so it isn't hovering, or at least temporarily hide it? The attached image shows how it is "floating" above the window. I need it to not float so it doesn't cover my PDF workspace. Thanks!  

I have a fillable form with calculations - it works perfectly fine for me. However for my client one field does not compute, it just stays at zero. I have checked that the field format is number. I have checked that all decimal places are the same for all the fields involved. I have checked the field calculation order. I have redone the calculations for the field in question and resaved the PDF, and the problem persists. Is there anything else I can try? If is tough fixing something that is working fine on my end.

I work for an attorney and am redacting documents for production.  I have run into two problems.First problem - I have made redactions to a document, but when I click on "Apply" the programs stops responding.  I have closed the document.  I have closed the program and opened it again, then brought up the documents.  No matter what I have tried the redactions will not apply and allow me to save the documents as redacted.Second - I need to delete some pages from a redacted document.  I click on "organize pages" and click on the pages I want to delete, I get a message that those pages cannot be deleted because one or more pages are already open.  However, in Adobe I only had one document open.  How can I find out where the pages are being used in another document?Thank you so much for your help.Judy C.

I'm having difficulty having the calculations in the following order to calculate automatically. However, I'm getting the results I need for only 1 row instead of all 3. For example I want the value of 100 to multiply by 66% (which is CORRECTLY calculating in the 2nd row)But then when I want the value of 100 to multiply by 8% (but the results arn't calculating correctly and giving me the results of the 2nd row). Same applies for wanting the value of 100 to multiply by 7%. (CALCULATION SCREENSHOTS BELOW!) Can anyone help?!
