Hi all / some feedback and soliciting comments...  It seems to be rather involved (that's a word) to have to identify each and every Adobe Acrobat * product in use in our domain/tenant, and grant Admin Consent based on AppID to ensure our users have a seamless consumption experience of protected PDF content. If app registration and admin consent being granted is not done in advance, it's totally reactive and our users will get 'Need admin approval' before they can consume the protected PDF, within our own tenant:We have found a means to register Adobe products but it's rather convoluted and I would like to see Microsoft and Adobe 'do better' for us admins simply trying to give our users a seamless experience where admin consent in Entra is concerned, with as few app registrations as possible in Entra to allow for the necessary permissions/consent across the Adobe Acrobat * product line. Hello, Adobe Acrobat Support Community, I’m working on converting Korean-language PDF files into accessible PDFs using Adobe Acrobat Pro, and I’m encountering an issue during the auto-tagging process. Some portions of text seem to be missing, possibly due to a font issue.These missing text segments are not visible on screen, cannot be read by screen readers, and do not appear in the Content panel, suggesting that they’ve been completely excluded from the document structure.Has anyone encountered this issue before, and if so, do you have any suggestions or solutions for fixing it? How can I create a form template in Acrobat. I understand that I should name all fillable fields, but at the same time how do I make it dynamic in size? I would ultimately like to fill this form template out using an excel sheet. Many thanks for the help, tips and direction towards my goal.

How do I remove the Context Menu item for Combine files in Acrobat... when I right click on a folder in File Explorer?Using Windows 10 vrsion 1809 and Adobe Acrobat XI Pro version 11.0.23

I have created a couple forms for a client and on one form when I open it in Adobe Acrobat on Android the fields are not fillable.  I cannot tell the difference in how the file is saving to find out why it isn't working. I can also open two of the files in the Chrome Browser on my Mac and the form is fillable.  I'm unsure why the Beef Questionnaire is different and why the fields aren't working. I have 5 checkboxes "Check Box1-5" that needs to fill in multi-line text field with their export value when any is checked. Any help is appreciated.

This post is to consolidate the information from dozens of other posts about how to revert to the previous user interface in Acrobat.   It consolidates the information users need to know.   When Acrobat is updated to version 2023, it replaces the traditional user interface that's been in place for the past 20+ years with what Adobe is calling the "Modern Viewer," which has some severe technical problems (missing utilities) and a complete relocation of familiar tools, menus, and quick access tool bars.   In Windows Acrobat: Locate the "hamburger menu" in the upper left corner (3 horizontal bars where the old "File" menu used to be). Select Disable New Acrobat. The updated version cause me to work with the program more time than previous one. for example, the snapshot /  screenshot. It was simple and easy to cut out the picture i want from the PDF file. now I cant print with a simple bottom. and i can't even find out the graphic selection from the printer. It was a easy process to get a job done. now i need to save the snapshot and then attach to another program like word. and print out the image plus i need to adjust the size on the paper from the print. which is not recommand this update version to anyone. 

Good Morning,I have been supplied a pdf file by a client for a print job. When I attempt to open the file in Acrobat Pro I get an "Invalid Color Space" error. I can open and view the file in Firefox. I have tried saving the file from Firefox, but I get the same error once I try and open the newly saved file.Is there another way around this problem other than requesting the native files?Mac OS 10.15.7, Adobe CC Acrobat Pro.

Myself and a colleague, both on Windows 11 Pro machines (updated to the latest version) both are having encountering a complete freezing of Adobe Acrobat Pro when adding text to an existing PDF. For my own laptop, I hardly think this is due to hardware or software limitations. It seems to happen when a few documents are open, and is really slowing down our work. I just did rest my Windows 11 computer to factory settings and re-installed Adobe Acrobat, for which I have a subscription (Acrobat Pro). However, I can no longer see my Adobe Cloud files in Acrobat desktop or Creative Cloud desktop.  1) I am logged into the same account online, in Acrobat desktop, in Creative Cloud desktop and on Adobe Scan on my phone. 2) I can see my files (and specifically my scans) online in https://www.adobe.com/files. I can also see them in Adobe Scan on my phone. New scans appear in the scans folder. online and in the Adobe Scan app on my phone. 3) I cannot see ANY files in Acrobat desktop or Creative Cloud desktop. Thery are totally empty. NOTE: The cloud icon in both indicate that I have used 1.9 GB of a possible 100 GB space, which is correct.4) I have fully uninstalled and re-installed both Acrobat and Creative Cloud desktops at least three times. 5) I have logged out and back into Acrobat and Creative Cloud desktops multi

One of the best new features in Windows 11 is easy management of multiple Desktops.  I have a Desktop for each of my jobs plus another for my home life.  Most of the apps I use open up in an instance in each Desktop  - for example, I can have Outlook opened to my job #1 calendar in Desktop #1, and open to my job #2 work email in  Desktop #2.  Butr this is not the case with Acrobat DC.  If Acrobat DC is open in Desktop #1, and I open a PDF attachment in Desktop #2, it sends me back to Desktop #1 - ruining the whole experience of using Desktops  (I don't want PDF files from job #2 open in the same instance of Acrobat as job #1) Adobe: Is there a way to have multiple instances of Acrobat DC running at the same time?  If not, please make it so I can have multiple instances of Acrobat DC across multiple Desktops.  I'm running Adobe Acrobat DC (21.007.20099)

I have hundreds of .msg files that have been dragged and dropped into a file folder on a Windows PC. Is there a way to mass convert these files keeping their same file name from the folder into PDFs? I have Adobe Pro. I know I can create a file folder in Outlook and drop the files there and then from there, I can use the Acrobat tab in Outlook and convert them to PDFs that way. The problem with this way is the file names do not save as what they were named in the original file folder. So I have no way of comparing if the converted PDF files match the files from the folder. And this way did not convert all of my messages. For some reason, does not convert all of the messages and the Status says 'Not an email message'. It therefore was not converted. And I have no way of seeing which ones were not converted, especially because the ones that were converted have a different file name than what they were labeled as in the original file folder.  It would be so easy if Adobe just had .ms

Forms when opening in chrome or edge remove symbols from long press symbols from cell phones ie #5 does ⅝ symbols 

I have received a document, which I have filled out and signed and saved. I am now unable to do any further work (ie: Organize Pages) on this document as it provides a window advising:I have not password protected this document. I fear that my medical practitioner, whom I have sent this document to, will not be able to access it either. I have contacted the company that provided the form to me and they have advised their company does not password protect their form documents. I have a subscription to Adobe. I would like to have the access I pay for in order to have full use of this application. I hope I have provided all the information you require and you will be able to provide me with positive assistance.Thank you.

Acrobat version: 25.1.20458.0Windows 11Brand new install, everything is up to date. Printing to a HP PageWide5200. Files that are a few pages work just fine. Larger files 25+ pages get sent over to my printer completley blank. Have tried multiple files. Works fine on other small-format printers just fine.  Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling Acrobat, drivers, as well as multiple restarts of printer and PC. "Print to image" fix does not work at all. "Document and markups" is selected.

Im creating a form with two radio buttons: CRadio and FRadio both with yes or no option and five text fields: TF1, TF2, TF3, TF4, TF5 to be visible unless both CRadio and FRadio are "No". For the past 24 hours, Acrobat is requiring a sign-in, and after credentials are entered, it requests again, in an endless loop. I've followed all the help screens, including checking that Microsoft Credential Manager is running, adding an exception to antivirus for Creative Cloud. I'm stuck! (I've been a user for years and seen occasional requests for a sign in; this came on suddenly.)

Hello - I'm supporting users with a current version of Acrobat Pro (version 25.001.20432).  I have one user having an issue with her digital signature.  She appears to be able to create the signature - but she needs for the signature to show the additional information just to the right of her name (Stating the document is digitally signed and showing the date).  Below is an example I took from another forum post - not the user's actual signature - but she is missing what's circled in red.  Can someone point to which settings need to be checked/changed to enable this to be displayed? 

We're running the combined Acrobat and Reader 64-bit version. After a recent update, users are getting prompted to login. They are able to close the prompt and proceed, but with the registry entry we have active (below) the prompt shouldn't be appearing.
