Printing to Adobe PDF is not working. When I try to print a form in Acrobat to Adobe PDF printer, Acrobat freezes ("not responding") for 10 seconds and then the printing progress will show that it went through. However, it doesn't actually save the PDF anywhere. This is happening from Chrome browser too. I've been using Microsoft Print to PDF (in Acrobat) and Print to PDF (in Chrome) as workarounds, but I prefer Adobe PDF. I have the updated version of Acrobat DC 25.001.20474. Repairing the installation didn't identify or fix the issue. 

I've created a form and it has some font issues. I've made other forms that behave properly with the same font. I've been exploring options for what might be wrong, and I think it could be that some of the forms fonts are not showing as embedded. I used the default of Minion Pro. Is there a way to change these non-embedded fonts to embedded? 

I have a pdf document that is 330 MB. I open it in Acrobat pro, replace a page with only text in it (not images), and close the document. Acrobat asks me to save before closing. I chose "Save" and when it finishes, the document file size is reduced to 40 MB!!The same thing has happened before and I cannot figure out what causes that.These are pdf files I have to send for printing, and I cannot reduce the file size so much!Any ideas??Thanks!

the printing press is giving me this error, how can I take care of it through acrobat? 

I can watch the application attempt to start in Task Manager, and then it dumps out with no visual evidence to the user that anything has happened. She can sign in on another computer and the application with run as the first time startup but, thereafter, the program will not open again. I can long onto the very same computer after her and the program start and runs normally. Whatever this issue, it's contained in the user profile. Steps thus far:tested Citrix and found that Adobe worked as expected there (profiles are completely separate)tested her on a brand new machine: Adobe starts up as the first-time auto run and works as expected until you close it; thereafter it no longer opensremoved the Adobe folders from local and roaming profiles on both machines, then retested: no changeremoved folders again AND removed Adobe folder from UEV: no changeremoved folders again AND renamed entire UEV profile: no change, and it did not appear the profile had reset at all (all desktop items were

i am trying to use adobe acrobat pro (latest version) to create one pdf. But the pdf needs to be as small as possible. so i am trying to get the font which takes least amount of space when used. which font usage is suggested ? (i am currently using courier new)

Hi There, Wondering if anyone knows how to report a scammer to Adobe's legal team? I just purchased a piece of junky software from a company advertising as Adobe on Bing thinking it was Adobe Acrobat. They advertise using the website pdf-format.com, and the company is called Avanquest Software. Funny enough, it looks like they are a publicly traded company. Not sure how they get away with that.  Anyways, I can't seem to figure out where to report them. Any help would be appreciated. What a waste of my time!   

Earlier today, I tried to install the free trial of Adobe Acrobat so that I could quickly edit a pdf I was having trouble with. I went to get the free trial and it asked me for my payment information, as a lot of things tend to for free trials, but underneath the payment window is said "First 7 days free" so I wasn't worried. I entered in all my information, clicked confirm, and instead of giving me a free trial, it actually took my money, and apparently its going to renew this subscription in a month.I didn't want to pay 30$ for this, I needed to edit a single file to adjust it's page numbers, and now it's not letting me cancel and get my money back, any time I go to manage my plan, it just takes me to a white page that doesn't load anything.I've waited a very long time for it to load, and I have fairly powerful internet, and am not having problems with anything else, so I dont think it's a problem on my end. I just want this subscription cancelled and my money back, does anyone know

I seem to have hit the wrong keys by accident and now my Acrobat pages appear like graph paper, laid over the text. It has also changed the edit function, so instead of being able to select text, copy and paste, it surrounds the selection with a think blue box. What have I done?

OK - so it was changed again, and looks permanent as I cannot find a way to get the old esign back?I have dozens of templates that I use to send out to my clients, and then I attach their documents to the templates as well. The new system (and it did this two years ago when it "upgraded" to the new interface) will not allow me to add an attachment like i could before - I get a note saying it cannot process the files - error HOW can i make this work? I have errors all the time when I'm tring to combining files and when I want to save on Onedrive.  How can I fix it?  In the past I saved all the time in Onedrive without problems and about the combine files it's sometimes successful and sometimes errors. 

How Can I open multiple Pdf files in separate windows? they are all opening in the same window. And I cant find where I can email Adobe support...Really??? no contact support???? that sucks.

Hallo Community, ich möchte in einem Formular die Eingabe einer IBAN so "sicher" wie möglich gestalten.Die Nutzer kapieren es einfach nicht, trotz Anleitung etc., eine IBAN richtig einzugeben, immer wieder müssen wir die jeweiligen Kunden anrufen und nachfragen, das ist echt lästig und zeitaufwändig. Mache ich es als  Feld (Pflichtfeld) mit 20 Zeichen (DE steht fest vorne dran) finden sich Leerzeichen etc. drin, und dann fehlen natürlich Ziffern, machmal sind sogar Buchstaben drin.Definiere ich es als Zahlenfeld, kann ich nicht verhindern, dass manche Systeme aufgrund Betriebssystem-Voreinstellungen etc. Tausendertrennzeichen setzen, auch dann fehlen natürlich Zahlen. Meine Idee, für die ich aber leider keine Ahnung habe und auch mit viel Recherche und probieren nicht rausfinden konnte, wie es gehen könnte und wie ein entsprechendes Javascript aussehen müsste - Definition als Zeichenfeld (wegen den Tausendertrennzeichen), max UND min.  20 Zeichen- Ein

Hi, I want to sign a PDF using a digitcal certificate issued by my organization. The certificate has been trusted and approved for signing in the Acrobat desktop app. However, it looks like this feature requires the pro version of Acrobat. I signed up for a free trial, but there doesn't seem to be a way to login to this new account that I've created from the app. I checked all of the options in the "preferences" menu and didn't see anything relevant. Note, downloading different versions of the app is not an option. I am using version 2025.001.20474

Today i subscribed to 7 day trial from abobe but my paymebnt was deducted today itself rather than 6th june. What can I do. Please help.

I have Adobe Premium, which includes Adobesign. I only have one licence so cannot use enterprise. Under the new UI, I am now forced merge multiple documents together into one PDF prior to signing. I do not want to do this. I want to be able to upload multiple documents for signature, and keep them separate so I can download them indiviaully. This was available in the old UI. I use the web based brower as the Application is not user firendly and will not allow me to amened the documents for signing while setting it up. Any advice?

Hi, I need help! I've tried almost every combination in Adobe Acrobat and I can't get it to work how I want. Here is the backstory: I have Adobe Acrobat Pro, and only some people in my company have Pro or Acrobat Standard. Only those two apps allow electronic signatures (with certificates, like a time and date stamp). I have to have my collegaues e-sign a pdf and then it needs to go to our client, and they e-sign it. If my colleagues don't have Acrobat Standard or Pro, they can't e-sign it. So I tried "sending document for multiple signatures" to my colleagues which allowed them to e-sign, but it locks the document and then the client (nor anyone else) can e-sign after that.   I know I can add the client's email(s) for their signatories, but we don't always know who from their office will sign.  If everyone had Standard or Pro, this wouldn't be a problem.Does anyone know how to send for multiple e-signatures (with certificates) and then not have the document lock afterwa

Hello, I am looking eagerly for a way to Comply, Deviate or Take exception to every line of a Specification that I recieve from an Engineer. The documents are almost always an PDF.  I've looked into Comment Summary or converting to excell but have had no success. Does anyone have experience doing this?

Hi there I am designing a form in Acrobat Pro DC with the intention of being able to use the same form for a few different scenarios. So for example if "Delivery Note"is selected in the dropdown, a table will display providing options for "quantity", "item code" and "item description". (It's ok if this table shows form the beginning).  My real question is that I would like to use the same form for "Demo Loans" but when this is selected from the dropdown I would like Check Boxes to be added next to each line item in the table that can be checked once the items are returned.  Is it possible to only have the check boxes appear when the "Demo Loan" option is selected form the dropdown?  Thanks for any help.
