I successfully installed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 in Windows 10, but when right-clicking any file in explorer I get the following error which keeps popping up!This is in Dutch, but says it cannot be start because the parallel configuration is not correct.When I uninstall Acrobat, the error disappears.  Any ideas?

I had Abobe Pro 7 but with the fan not working on the old laptop I can't access it. At one time I had the entire Adobe suite. I paid over $3000 many years back when I was teaching. All I can say is you shouldn't have discontinued Adobe Fill and Sign. I used to be a huge Adobe fan but your customer service and products have gone way downhill. 

I was having trouble viewing newly downloaded PDFs on my Android Phone today. I came here to the community to ask a question. Next thing I know I'm being asked if I want to allow the Creative Cloud to download and install. I chose yes. It downloaded and installed, and when I try opening it, it just keeps on displaying the terms. Over and over again, after I close it and reopen it, it displays the terms. I see no place to accept the terms. Now I'm wondering if I don't really do anything with Adobe except use it to view PDFs do I need or can I use the Creative Cloud?

I bought a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 and installed a freshly downloaded version from the Adobe Website on Mac OS 10.15.1. After login with the Adobe ID I get the following screen and cannot open Adobe Acrobat. My review of available documentation on creating signature indicate that I should find the "signature preference" window but I can find this. Could they be referring to another version and if so, how do I create a digital signature with Adobe Acrobat 9 pro?The source refers to the following:Right-click the signature field, and select Sign Document or Certify With Visible Signature.You can also create an appearance using the Signature preferences: Edit > Preferences > Signatures (Windows) or Acrobat > Preferences > Signatures (Mac OS). 9 Pro does not show "signatures' option on preferences list.Jayne Leuterman

I need to use a copy of a document that I signed without my signature being redacted.  I did not specify that I want my signature redacted, but Adobe has decided that that should be a default setting.  Please, how do I remove the redaction so I can use my document? And how do I stop that from being a default setting?

Hi, I'm using Open Office to create text documents. In Open Office you can convert your text document into a pdf, which I can then open with adobe reader.  In the licensing agreement for adobe software, however, I read you cannot use Reader with other software, plug-ins or improvements that use or depend on Reader to transform/convert pdf into another file type. It also says you cannot bypass disabled features (one of them being the ability to convert from and to pdf). In the Reader EULA I found it says the following: You will not integrate or use the Software with any other software, plug-in, or enhancement that provides PDF capabilities that are only available with a paid Acrobat or Adobe membership or license key, unless we provide or expressly authorize the integration. Notwithstanding this Section 3.3, you may integrate or use the Software with any plug-in that is provided by or previously approved by Adobe. The same warning about disabled features is also

I have five text boxed named Name1, Name2, Name3, Name4 and Name5.  When I enter names into each of these text boxes, I would like to populate another text box, named All Names, with these names.  If I filled in Allan in Name1, Bob in Name2, Charlie in Name3, Donald in Name4 and Edward in Name5, I would like All Names to look like this: AllanBobCharlieDonaldEdward I have tried using this custom calculation script in All Names, but the names all populate on the same line in All Names, not on different lines: event.value = this.getField("Name1").value  +  this.getField("Name2").value +  this.getField("Name3").value +  this.getField("Name4").value +  this.getField("Name5").value; I think I need to insert code for a carriage return after each name.

I downloaded a Will PDF, I removed text that I felt didn't apply to me on seveal pages, moved text around and now have 4 pages down from the orginal 6 pages. Can I change the Numbered list that spans over multiple pages? My employer is trying to use the "Print to PDF" option while in Outlook to turn his e-mails into PDF's. Unfortunately, instead of creating a PDF file, this process creates an endless series of Notepad files to open one after another, each with an identical message about "error printer spooling, skipping, blah blah, etc." These Notepad messages are endless, clogging up the system and forcing a hard reboot.My employer does not experience these issues with any other application than Outlook.My gut reaction is that one of his add-ons is interfering with the adobe printer, and that I should start in safe mode and slowly reintroduce his add-ons to find the culprit. Before I do that, though, does anyone else have any ideas?Thanks!

I use Adobe Acrobat as a journal editor, and recently the font in the comments section has become far too small. Ctrl-e can change the color of comments (but only one at a time), but how do I adjust the font size for all comments back to original size?

Hey, since a few days I can't print PDF files with Acrobat XI (11.0.07). I have tried to print with my own and with external PDF files. With secured and unsecured files. No way.   I see this 2 error windows The document could not be printed There were no pages selected to print   I can print the PDF files with Apple Preview without any problems. I can also print the same PDF files with my browser (Google Chome)   But I can't print with Acrobat Pro.   Joerg

Hello!  I am creating a form with a summary page and then detail pages for each quarter.  I am trying to calculate a sum on the summary page that will show the total amount from the detail page based on the drop-down list selection.  I have a total of 35 rows on each of the detail list pages. Each row contains the same dropdown list and a total field that calculates the unit cost x quantity (which is manually entered).  I need a total sum amount for each item in my drop down list.  I have tried the following javascript but it is not working.  Any suggestions or help?var total = 0;for (var i=1; i<=35; i++) {if (this.getField("1stQtrComponentRow"+i).valueAsString=="Food")total+=Number(this.getField("1stQtrTotalRow"+i).valueAsString);}event.value = total;

Hello, Ever since I installed Acrobat DC it has been harrassing me with "tutorial" pop-ups like the attached. I have searched extensively (both with Google and through the preferences pane) and I can't figure out how to disable these entirely (rather than just dismissing them one at a time [by clicking the X] when they come up). Can anybody help? -Sam 

Still saying I need to purchase Adobe Pro and AI after purchased and receipt emailed to me. I have downloaded it but it doesn't change anything. Suggestions

At our organization, we primarily use Google Drive for file management. Due to this, each computer has the Google Drive app installed locally on the computer so that Drive is accessible through File Explorer. One of our users has recently started reporting an issue. He converts many PDFs to JPEG using Acrobat Pro. Typically, when he selects the convert option, he chooses to export it directly to a Google Drive folder. However, recently when he does this, the JPEG flickers in the folder for a moment before disappearing entirely. He can save it locally and then copy it to Google Drive, but this adds an inconvenient extra step. After I uninstalled and reinstalled both Google Drive and Acrobat, I noticed that I could get PDF files approximately 5 MB and less to export correctly, but anything larger had the same issue. Is there a size limit that I am not aware of? Is there some resolution for this?

I use a Mac computer, and Windows 16, with acrobat pro. I have a friend also with mac that has more options than me in the acrobat section. I only have Create PDF and preferences. But I cannot open the preferences, just a popup asking med to use create pdf cloud service. I want to open preferences in Word to make sure tags are correctly transferred and also links. To ensure accessible result. He has all of these:  I have just these two, in Swedish, create and preferences:How do I get all the options above and access preferences?  

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Reader Version 2025.001.20432 on MacOs Sequoia 15.3.2. Some of my pdf documents look fine but other will not display text, unless it's part of an embedded logo. Has anyone encountered this and how do I resolve it? The started sometime after the most recent adobe update. I've attached a screenshot of an example document. This is supposed from a credit card statement. 

Since updating to Sonoma, pdfs opened with Acrobat Reader show only partial content. If opened with Preview, they show the full content. (Mac Mini with M1 chip, running Somona 14.7.4)  I've tried re-downloading Acrobat reader and checking for updates, but nothing seems to help.  Attached is a sample of what a State Farm renewal certificate looks like; it should have all the policy information, but all the content is missing.

 Hi, I have made a subscription for a monthly plan with Adobe Acrobat Pro on my MAC laptop, everything is working on the web, but not on my laptop. See screenshot below. I could not do any conversion or editing, or even save files, and it comes with this white screen. Please advise

J'ai contacté Canon, la marque mon imprimante, nous avons désinstaller et réinstaller l'imprimante mais cela ne fonctionne pas. Canon m'a dit de contacter Adobe. Merci d'avance pour votre aide. For acrobat pro, when clicking on a pdf in an email, how can I permanently change the default acrobat client to desktop rather than web app?

We've posted a bunch of forms on the internet that require a signature.  The signature field isn't showing up.  When I open the form locally on my computer the field shows up and I'm able to sign it.  Am I correct to assume that signatures will only work if opened in adobe software like reader.  Is there a way to sign forms using a standard web browser like Edge without adobe software? Thanks for the help.
