Hi all, I received help previously for a script to calculate duration between 2 times, however it doesn't work if we have nightshift times (i.e. from 10pm to 5am). If anyone could help to adjust it for nightshift that would be appreciated. I'm filling out a form for a friend to come to the US to study. I have this Gov't form but I cannot get it signed.  First, I tried to get him to sign it the normal way but the software will not allow me to send it to him. I guess when I sign first the document is then unsignable.  Then I tried the bulk sign and put his email on it and then mine and then created/marked area for the signature but tells me that he can't sign it. He's in China and I'm in the US. My signature is using my pre-created signature because I have an Adobe Paid account. He's signature is written because he doesn't have a paid account is just writing his signature.  1. How can I tell if this is the document or the software? 2. What are the conditions for this to work to work properly? 2. For multiple signatures, are the same fields signed or can I have them sign different parts of the same document?  I'll reproduce the document again and post screenshots later

I want to create a document which includes a video. It also contains a couple of screenshots. I'm trying to articulate how I would like to create a mobile application.  I've created a document in PAGES and it works nicely, but to send it to others I need to put it in a format everyone can use. So, when I convert my PAGES doc to Acrobat, the video appears as a still.  What can I do?

I Have a form I am building that I would like to indiate a multi line address to populate. I have read a few forums but I am not clear where the various texts should go. Should they be in 2 separate boxes? (selection box directing to a second box?) Screen shots might help because im having trouble visualizing it.  Right now I have 1 Dropdown box. Before you jump on my case, let me point out that yes, I did search for this issue, and yes, I did find lots of responses, and yes, I did try them multiple times, and no, they did not solve the problem. Windows 11, Acrobat Pro.I recently changed my subscription from lots of apps to only Acrobat Pro, and now I have this problem.I've uninstalled, run the Acrobat Cleaner, reinstalled, turned off the security settings, and tried to run both of the preflight functions.  Multiple times, with hard reboots.The only profile ever displayed anywhere is one that I made earlier, in an attempt to figure out what the issue was. That profile (library) cannot be deleted, BTW, even by an uninstall or the cleaner. I am only able to run Preflight by using this custom profile, since nothing else is displayed anywhere. Unless I can get that function working there is no reason to subscribe to Acrobat at all. This is simply a bug report. I've come across a rather strange issue. When I choose the "Save as Adobe PDF" option in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat adds these superscripted 6s where spaces should be in the text. I have tested this quite a few times, and the issue appears to be with a font I am using, "Work Sans", when I italicize the font (using Microsoft Word's italic formatting option, NOT an italic version of the font itself). This issue does not appear with other fonts I have tried. The text renders fine in Microsoft Word itself, it's only when converted to a PDF that this happens.My fix for this has just been to not italicize the text - I can't use a different font because this is one of our brand fonts, but I wanted to report the bug either way. It's very difficult to know if this is a Microsoft Word (latest version) issue, a font issue (Work Sans OTF, downloaded from Google Fonts), or Adobe Acrobat issue (latest version). I am trying to merge two PDF-files. But Adobe says that the files are not supported. Even though they are regular PDF-files and I have tried with several different files. The files are not big at all either. What is wrong?

Il y a juste des cases à cocher, et lorsqu'une personne le rempli et l'envoi à l'autre personne, le PDF n'est plus remplissable.Est-ce qu'il y a une solution lors de la création du PDF ? Je l'ai créé directement depuis InDesign et ensuite exporté en PDF interactif. Merci d'avance pour votre aide !

Hello everyone, I have seen a few 3D PDFs that you can rotate and view the object from all sides. I would like to know if I can create them through the Adobe programs? All of my search seem to point to CAD or rendering a 3D look but not being able to rotate the object. Thanks for any leads.

Bonjour  J'utilise cette fonction pour extraire sous forme de tableau les datas d'un formulaire ( un CERFA officiel) dont j'ai 200 versions par mois .    Cette fontionanlité fonctionne très bien sur 50% de mes PDF  Elle ne fonctionne pas sur les CERFA manuscrit , c'est compréhensible .  Par contre , elle ne fonctionne pas non plus sur les CERFA compléte par l'utilisation de champs dynamique : je ne comrpends pas pourquoi et c'est très problèmatique pour moi !! Hello, I have installed Adobe Acrobat Pro 64 bit ( Version 2025.001.20474 ) from following official site.After I re check the details from menu so its showing only Adobe Acrobat.(Image-01 attached)However Version 2025.001.20432 / 64 Bit ,  it showing Pro clearly.(Image-02)Anyone face this issue?Appriciate your reply on this.Thanks

Greetings I’m using Acrobat Pro DC 2021 and have been trying to print a form bearing a validated e-signature with no success. When viewed on the computer as a pdf file, the signature is valid and bears a green tick.Whenever I print the pdf file, the signature bears a yellow question mark and says the signature is “not verified”.   I’ve tried all the following:Checked for updates (none available)Picked “Document and Markups” in the “Comments and Forms” section when giving the print commandPicked “Document and Stamp” in the “Comments and Forms” section when giving the print commandDownloaded the file again and attempted the entire process again Still no luck. Hello How (on earth) can I get my "Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (64 bit)" to open files in a maximised window?I had tried maximising the window and closing using Shift/clicking of the "X" top right... but this is ignored.I hav also tried editing Preferences ==> Documents ==> ticking: "Restore Last View Settings when re-opening a document" ... but this is ignored.I need to process LOTS of PDF documents. This is driving me insane. Why have Adobe made this so hard?J

     I cannot install or use any Adobe Creative Cloud or Acrobat. When launching creative cloud, it just stays at initializing. Then, nothing. I have tried EVERY recommended step in your forums, even other ones from around the web.  At this point I'm looking into other software, the deciding factor here is wether or not you can provide and actual solution in a reasonable amount of time. I have used the creative cloud cleaner tool and the acrobat cleaner to completely remove any trace of adobe products.  I have run SFC /Scannow and dism **** /restorehealth commands to rule out windows corruption. The issue is occuring on a Windows 10, 64-bit machine. This is not in a domain environment with any group policies or network restrictions active. Should be straight forward, but clearly double clicking an exe to install something is out of the question these days. Hi, I have a new MacBook Air. Before I had this laptop, in Acrobat Pro I could go to Tools, View More, Add a Stamp, Stamp Palette and have proofreading marks to add to a pdf. Now if I go to Tools it doesn't show View More, so I can't access any stamps. In regular Adobe Acrobat, I see the stamps palette but it isn't proofreader marks. How can I can back to access of those stamps in pdfs? Thanks.
