Hello,I'd like to know how to position elements on the page. Centering especially, but if possibly, I'd like to specify numerical coordinates (ex. 1.25 inches from the left, 5.5 inches from the top).I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro XI.

In the previous version of Adobe reader/writer, I just right clicked, saw properties, selected background color and I was all set.  I do not know how to set text background with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.  Can someone help me?

I need to convert a bunch of individual Outlook emails to .pdf files AND KEEP THE OUTPUT FILES SEPARATE.  I've tried right-clicking on the folder and selecting the Convert to Adobe PDF option, and I've tried selecting emails (from within the folder) and using the Convert to Adobe PDF option, but the output is always a single pdf file.  I've also gone into the Adobe tab in Outlook and turned off "Output Adobe PDF Portfolio" in the settings, but still I get a single output file with no breaks between the individual messages. What I need is this.  If, for example, there are ten messages in the folder, I need ten individual pdf files or, at the very least, I need a single pdf file BUT WHICH STARTS EACH NEW MESSAGE ON A SEPARATE PAGE. How can I do this?  Thank you.

I am using adobe acrobat pro.Whenever my document is signed, an email is automatically sent to the signer with the document to be downloaded. How do I disable that ? I read that i need to contact support, but they do not get it. 

I'm using Acrobat Pro 2020, Windows 10 and Photoshop CS6. I have saved a copy of a Photoshop PDF without layers and without preserving the Photoshop editing capability, and the text is still text when I open it in Acrobat, i.e. I can select the text in Acrobat and it's pin-sharp. But the resulting file size is too large (I need to create a screen res version for the web). So I opened the PDF in Acrobat and printed it using the Adobe PDF print driver - and it got the file size down to the right sort of level, but it converted the text to bitmaps. I don't understand why. The font in question is Sofia Pro, which is installed on my computer. It's clearly embedded in the Photoshop PDF, because if I view that on a device that doesn't have Sofia Pro installed, it displays correctly. But it isn't being embedded in the PDF created using the Adobe Print driver, even though "Rely on system fonts" is turned off, and "embed all fonts" is turned on. Just set up Adobe Acrobat with Azure SSO (Adobe Identity Management), and we are getting prompted to sign in every single day.  When we were using Adobe ID, it would stay signed in for as long as I can remember.There is no setting in Azure for the frequency logins and in Adobe console, it's set to 14 days.  Is anyone using Adobe Acrobat with Azure SSO and not having to login everyday?  If so, how did you set it up?Thanks

I've been converting files into PDF's using the Acrobat website, compiling everything into their own folders then finally all of those folders go under one folder. When I try to download it to my Mac, I keep getting the "Download error, this folder may have been removed and cannot be downloaded." I try downloading one of the individual folders, that works but I can't download any of the other ones(getting the same error message). It's quite frustrating and would like any help thank you.

Hi, Is there any information available on bug ADC-4502288? I have an issue where a font is not loading properly in PDFs. It seems this issue is specific to Macs since others can see the font when using PC with Acrobat.I used Chat support and they mentioned this was the bug number to follow up on. It doesn't seem mentioned in this community and isn't listed in the Known Bugs https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/known-issues-acrobat-dc-reader.html .I just want to confirm this is the same issue I am having and see if there is an expectation for when it will be resolved. Hi everyone,As said I (Asus Laptop, Windows 10) want adobe acrobat (free version, 64-bit, 25.001.20435) to automatically "copy highlighted text into drawing comment pop-up". It seems that there should be an option in the ‘Preferences’ menu for this, but i have nothing related.  Is it a removed feature or something?Thanks you in advance.

Hey!I have an issue with a JavaScript console. I'm a total beginner, never programmed anything but I have .pdf file with open source book but I want to change the font in all 276 pages without having to click each field manually.I was reading forums but every script I found was returning "undefined" or "syntax" error.If you have resolution (even semi-automatic not necesarilly using JavaScript) I would be really grateful.

Tried the esignature thing for the first time What a joke, took me forever to complete the process of adding specific Signature fields and have the copies sent for Signature The recipients received copies with completly different fields to sign and onc esigned I never saw the document again, I merely have a noticfication "document e-signed" but when I click on it, error 404 and my document is nowhere to be seen Bear in mind I have a paid account What a joke 

I have PDFs with editable sections that I fill out and then send to someone else for a signature. I have done this before with no issues. Now when I go to request the E-Signature, all of the information in those editable sections disappears as well as removes the boxes to fill in and place for signature. I need to be able to send these documents with the information that I already filled in. If I back out of e-sign it will still have all the information, just not if its sent for the signature.  I have made sure I am updated to the newest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, newest OS for my computer, disabled new version of Adobe, enabled new version, tried multiple documents, tried online Adobe Sign, checked all settings and security. I cannot figure out what is different and why it won't work now. Any ideas? 

I downloaded forms online and wanted to unlock the forms to combine them all together. However, the spacing or field formatting changed after unlocking the forms: This is the form field that I'm trying to edit:  This is how the form field in the locked version behaves. Even if I backspace all the text, the indent and paragraph spacing above doesn't change:  This is the unlocked version. I'm trying to get the text to start after "Other (specify):"  Does anyone know how to go about changing the form field text properties so that it can be formatted the same as the locked version? I know that you can enable Rich Text Formatting and add the indentation and paragraph spacing, however it reverts back to default when backspaced, which does not happen on the locked version.

I get pdf docs for work with numerous embedded links each month. I have Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat XI Pro, and use Firefox as my browser. Before January 1, 2025, I would simply click on a link, and it would open in another window. BUT the links won't open in docs received from the same source after January 1. Instead I get a message that says: However, I can't find any solution to this issue online or on Adobe, and my company's techs are stumped. I also have the newer Adobe Acrobat 2025.001.20432-64bit. Same problem as Acrobat XI Pro. Any help is much appreciated.

I have a PDF that says it's fillable, but when I open it in Acrobat and Reader, I can't enter any information into the form fields. As soon as I try, it asks for a password. I don’t have the password, and I’m not trying to bypass or recover it.  When I check the file’s security settings, it shows thatfilling of form fieldsprintingdocument assemblysigningtemplate pages are all allowed.So I’m not sure why it’s behaving this way.  Am I missing something? Or is this possibly a damaged or misconfigured file? Just trying to figure out whether I need to go back and ask for a different version.Thanks in advance.Tim

To whom it may concern: We are looking for a solution to analyze the contents of an Adobe PDF file that is part of a discovery that contains 17,155 pages with a wide range of documents.  We would like a solution that does the following:            It should look for payments to anyone, on behalf or or to settle the bill of anyone and organize by payee and payor, providing date, amount, and reason for payment;           It should identify the page numbers HMS..." and also page # in the PDF;           There should be a number of lists, e.g., by document page #, by date, by any o the classifications set out in this email or discovered by AI.           There are headings, see e.g. document page #s 1. 17, 70, 115, 443, 1658, etc. It should provide a table of contents by headings.

I have a book that I am printing with 9 different signatures.  Each signature has 16 pages.  This particular signature is showing all the pages correctly in the preview but is not printing two of the pages.  All of the pages are 8.5x11 printed onto Tabloid/Ledge paper in Landscape.  The two pages that are not printing were created in Adobe Photoshop and saved as a Photoshop PDF, and then inserted into the PDF via Adobe Acrobat.  All the pages are the same size and resolution.  I've highlighted the pages that aren't printing.  Any idea why this might be happening?  I've tried resaving and reinserting the PDFs with the same result.' 

Hi there! I've seen a bunch of posts on this issue, but most of them advise to fix it in Acrobat Pro. My problem is I ONLY have InDesign 2025 (v20.1 x64) I've set the tab order by:Object ... Interactive ... Set Tab OrderWindow ... ArticlesThe form layers (ordering the fields top to bottom) None of these are working when I export the form.  Sometimes the tab order breaks down after the first 7 or 8 fields, sometimes less. I am checking the "Use Structure for Tab Order" when exporting. Can anyone assist? (please do NOT tell me to do it in Acrobat 😂)

I have recently switched from Acrobat Pro DC to Acrobat Pro 2020 (desktop version). I am on Windows 11 Pro. We have a .kpfl library that has been working great with the DC version for the past six months. However, when I try to import the library, I get the error "No file found" - though when I restart the program, the title of the library is found in the list of libraries, but the body is empty. We installed Acrobat Pro 2020 on another Windows machine and found the same behavior.If I send the exact same file to a coworker who uses DC, they are able to import and use the library. I've attempted to get help through Adobe Support and no one seems to understand the problem or know how to fix it. 

I'm using Acrobat Pro 2023 in conjunction with MS Edge to open pdf files on a webpage. The Edge browser locks up when I attempt to open the PDF and the PDF does not open. In Adobe Prefernces I tried turning off Potected View and that resolved the issue. I'm concerned that this method may pose a security risk. Is there somehting else I can try to resolve this?Thanks

 I have installed the Roboto Suite from Adobe Fonts and when I check Adobe CC, it shows that the fonts are installed.  When I go to Adobe Acrobat to edit my documents, only two Roboto fonts from the 28 that should be there populate. I have done everything from rebooting, removing fonts, reinstalling fonts, and more. Has anyone seen this issue and have resolved?
