I have an Acrobat Pro subscription, but I am still unable to use the 'Request e-signature' option. When I try to send out documents for signature, I receive a pop-up 'E-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.' 

I just bought a new Macbook Pro and downloaded Adobe Acrobat onto it, for which I have a standard annual plan.  I was expecting that when I signed in, that my Adobe Cloud Storage files from my old Macbook would be an option on the sidebar, but it isn't there. I was signed in on my old laptop and my iPad, so I thought that it might be because I was already logged into 2 devices. So I logged out of my old laptop, closed the app on the new laptop and restarted it, but still nothing.  I can open the Adobe Acrobat app on my new laptop but it's just completely empty (screenshot attached) and Adobe Cloud Storage is not thereAlso if I click on "Add File Storage", nothing happens. It's like the button is dead.  Thanks

On May 23, Adobe began experiencing issues with combining files.  I'm combining pdf files into one file.  When in process, it freezes on a random file and then issues an "Adobe not responding error".  I have to close out Adobe completely.  The only way it will combine is if I optimize each file then recombine.  This is completely impossible to do since some combined files consist of 50+ individual pdf files.  I've been using this version of Adobe and completing these tasks with absolutely no problem since 2018.  This issue just randomly started happening on May 23.  I have Windows 11 which was installed in December of 2024; no problems occurred since the installation of Windows 11 until the initial occurance on May 23.  PLEASE HELP! THIS IS URGENT!

I have idea to sell javascript enabled pdf as digital download product at etsy and other marketplaces.Little bit confused that i can't find examples of such activity from other sellers?I try to understand -is situation when such products are  not in demand by the market or i just didnt find examples ? Or may be any other reasons making this idea   not viable ?Any ideas ?? 

Acrobat XI standard on windows 10 crashes after 10-15 seconds. Tried may fixes found online and nothing has worked so far. This is a corporate ouned license and they can't figure it out. Their fix is to use Nitro, which doesn't work as well as adobe for my needs. Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks. 

I just upgraded to Acrobat Pro DC on Win7. I am converting MS Visio 2016 files to PDF but it has started adding annoying yellow Sticky Note comment chat bubbles next to every text box. Any ideas on how to convert .VSD to PDF without creating these yellow comment icons?

Hey,I have an Adobe pro DC and I want To make tables accessible as per the standard.As an example, I have made table below. I want to make it read as title says, i.g. Header1 -> Data 1, Header 2 -> Data 2, Header 3 -> Data 3, and again Header 1 -> Data 4, Header 2 ->Data 5...To make Headers read again after each row. Sorry for the hard language, Just to show my frustation ! You dumbasss idiot, how the hell i know which file i have open if you don' show file names ? Why are you picking the tab names from document content ? How the hell i know which document is that before I read the content and title. What if i have two versions for the same document, even if I name it as "abc.pdf" and "xyz.pdf" you are showing the tabe names exactly same because both has same title inside, how will I differentiate once open ? You expect me to remeber  the tab position when i have 20-30 pdf's open ? Who is that stupid fellow agreed to this feature, non sense.

I have noticed recently across several clients that we support that EntraID joined machines are crashing with the following message. Both machines are two different separate clients we manage have reported having crashing issues lately and both are EntraID joined, and both have the faulting module of dsreg.dll - i have no idea why Adobe would be referencing the dsreg file in charge of domain registration in the first place but we need to get some resolution to this since both clients are paying for their support. Both devices crash just shortly after opening a PDF document, sometimes faster than others but usually withn the first 2 minutes of opening a PDF. If I open multiple PDF documents in the order I would like to combine them in, and then choose combine files, the tool combines the files in reverse order.I know an obvious solution to this is open them in reverse order before combining, but wondering if there is a permanent solution for this?Using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC

I am using ToolBox Pharma 6.5 for Adobe Acrobat Pro, Windows 11. When using the Action Types filter in Bookmark & Link Auditor to only scan select Action Types the options chosen have no effect and all actions are scanned.

Hi. I have a PDF document at present. I am going through the document and highlighting certain text which are important to me. What I'd like to do is have a way of copying all the highlighted words/text onto a Word Doc, simultaneously. Is there a way of doing this please? Only the highlighted text to be copied over to word. A quick way, if possible.

I’m trying to convert a PDF document into OCR, but it only processes the first 7 pages — the rest of the 70 pages are not being processed.

This has happened randomly to me several times over the years.  It is so frustrating, signing in and out does nothing, changing the language does nothing.  This is frustrating and I can't believe I'm paying for this application.

I recently upgraded to Windows 11 and now my Acrobat Pro refuses to create JPG files. I'm trying to convert a PDF to a JPG by going to File > Edit > Export To > Image > JPEG but it's not working. Sometimes there will be a split-second optimizing bar at the bottom but no final file saved. Ironically, I can export just fine to JPEG2000, Tiff, and PNG (which I don't need any of these file types!)... but no JPG. I've reinstalled Acrobat twice and still doesn't work. There has to be an easy fix since it doesn't appear to be an issue with anyone else. I have used this trick for, like, 25 years, so it's difficult implementing a work-around or converting the files online. Thanks in advance for any advice!! 🙂 

How do I change the page labels default so that when using uppercase alphabetics, page numbers greater than 26 have a page numbering scheme of AA, AB, AC rather than the default of AA, BB, CC?

Hello,I have the following question for a client where i have Windows 10 64 bit - Office 2016 Pro and Acrobat 2017.When there is for example a Word  document that is located in  c:\users\user1\documents\folder1  the document name is example1 now when printing to the adobe acrobat printer it is always printing to the last location of the folder used the last time.Is there a option so it prints to the same folder where the Word document is located ? So the the path is transferred to the acrobat printer ?My client is using Onedrive where all the files are located so when a Word document is in a folder on onedrive it would be handy when Creating a PDF document the pdf document should also go in the same folder.ThanksBest regardsDidier

Hello, Like many users, I am also pissed off with the "AI Assistant" in Adobe Reader for Windows. I followed the suggestions in this discussion, to no avail. Both check boxes are unchecked, under "Generative AI" in the Preferences of Adobe Reader, and even after restarting the application, I'm still bothered by the "AI Assistant" orange-purple icon in the upper-right corner. Also, if I select some text in a PDF document, I get the "Ask AI assistant" menu. I'm NOT interested in the AI hype. I'm NOT interested in the cloud hype. I DON'T like the new version of Adobe Reader. I just want to be able to remove all the junk the brilliant Adobe executives found good to add and to shove down our throat for some obscure reason. It pisses me off so much... I have work to do... I don't like wasting my time going through obscure menus just to get rid of annoying options, popup menus asking me all the time for services I don't need. I don't want to have to spend my time searching the web h

When I create text of two to three lines in Adobe Pro DC, Adobe breaks it up into two bounding boxes making it difficult to copy and paste as needed. How do I stop this from happening? 

Hi, I need help with a pdf form. Is there a way to auto populate a field based on another field? i.e I have a dropdown field called 'Client Name', what I would like to do (if possible) is to auto populate a 'Client Address' field based on the 'Client Name' field. Is this possible?
