Questions

I just transferred all of my data and applications from my old Macbook Pro to the new one. I signed the old devicde out of our Adobe Reader account and authorized the new one, I'm signed in but it won't let me print or save any files or do anything. I've tryed uninstalling Adobe Reader and re-installing it and get the same result. Any advice? 

It appears that a specific document is corrupt - somehow...user drafted / combined a document 2 days ago and that worked fineIssue is user created / combined a few PDF's and successfully saved as a new document - document shows as sent in Outlook however recipients did not receive that document.We recreated the document using the same PDF files and issue persists. Both the original and recreated documents were sent and the recipients, including myself, did not receive the file...I suspect that the PDF file in question is corrupted.I have ran a Repair against Adobe Pro but this has proven unsuccessful.Any help please?

HelloI have a client that wants a date drop down field but does not the ability to add text manually.Wants only the date present through the drop down.Is this possible?Thanks

A user in our enterprise environment has been relicensed, and verified e-signing is enabled. Reinstalled acrobat and continues getting "Action needed to request e-signatures". Had them use the online portal acrobat and she then gets "e-signing services are temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." 

Since today, I can't open my PDF files. I was given the runaround between Acrobat and Apple's subscripotion list that doesn't show Acrobat. After a lenghty research and calls to Apple who wasn't able to help becasue Acrobat is nowhere to be found on the subscrition list, I went into Acrobat's Terms of Use. They don't make it easy on us, but I foud out that by going to https://account.adobe.com/plans I was finally able to subscribe. COMPLETE THE CANCELLATION :Make sure you go through ALL the pages of that process until you see the banner that says you've sucessfully unsubscribed! YOU STILL HAVE ACCESS FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE FREE TRIAL :Don't fall for the "it's cancelling right now" becasue it says at the very last that you can re-login with your credentials and still get access to it for the remainder of tthe free trial. What an ordeal...

Hello, I have some PPT slides converted to PDF, in which I'm writing notes on top of. In the first slides, the text I'm writing appears normally, but after a few ones, the text I'm writing has no colour and looks like nothing is written (only the red underlined spelling errors marks appear but below "nothing"). Do you know how to solve this problem? Thanks.

I am working with a large, complex electrical schematic (the PDF is 300+ pages, around 80Mb) that we recieved from a 3rd party. The PDF is supposed to have links that navigate directly from the end of a circuit shown on a given page, to where that circuit continues on another page (which may be in another system/circuit dozens of pages away). There are hundreds of circuit ends that are linked. These "links" are visible on the page (in the Content panel they appear under Annotations), but they are apparently not standard Acrobat links, I cannot edit them, and when I click on they don't link anywhere. When clicked, the only thing that happens is the visibility toggles on/off (although the mouse cursor always shows if there is a link to click if hovered over). See what they look like here when I hover over: This wire end should link to the corresponding end on the page labeled 45/2. I have another schematic from the same 3rd party, and these odd links do actually

We have a pool of volume licence keys for our users and we have been having no issues up to now. When i go to install Adobe Pro 2020, it asks me to sign in or skip at the end as normal. We also just skip as these are a perpetual volume licence key. Normally we just click skip and Adobe Pro 2020 opens up just fine, however not now. When we hit skip, it just says "Sorry something went wrong - Please try launching Acrobat first...contact your administrator" and Adobe Pro 2020 closes down. If you launch it again, the same thing happens. I have tried with multiple users and they are all getting the same thing. Any suggestions on why this might be? It was working fine yesterday as i did an install for a user.

I have bought a new iMac running MacOS Monterey (12.7). My licensed copy of Adobe Acrobat Professional 8, that was earlier runnning on a now dead iMac with High Sierra, refuses to be installed. Is there a way of solving this without having to buy or "rent" a new program. I am mostly using it for extracting pages from or reducing size of PDF files. The free editors lack the extract function as far as I have noted.

Hi, When I try to set up a calculation field in Acrobat, it will not let me do anything. Fields can be selected, but when you click "OK" and the dialogue boxes close, no fields are retained as selected. The same happens when trying to fill in simple or full Javascript. When you click "OK," the field returns to being empty, and in these cases, the "simplified field notation" option is unselected and switched to "value is not calculated." I have tried multiple PDFs exported from InDesign as both Interactive and Print PDFs. I also made a PDF directly in Acrobat as a test. All failed. Is this a known bug? Is anyone else having this? I saw one other post from a few weeks ago, but the solution suggested was to use Windows troubleshooter to maximise compatibility (I tried it, but it doesn't work). Windows 11. 24H2 26100.3775Acrobat Pro 2025.001.20435

We are having an issue with multiple users on multiple machines accross our organisation.As we are unable to determine what triggers this issue nor able to reproduce, i come for advice.  Observations :- Computer freezes/crashes. Windows eventlog shows resource exhaustion events. In these events Acrobat.exe uses 58 to 60 gb of memory. This amount makes sense as devices have 500gb harddrives and 16gb of ram.- Only happens for Acrobat standard users, not reader users. - This happens for multiple users on multiple machines. One user had the issue, got a freshly installed machine, had the issue again, got a freshly installed machine again, had the issue still.- Versions on which this occurs : 2024.005.20392 , 2024.005.20399- Users are on hp hardware (elitebook 650 g9 & g10). Windows 11 enterprise 22h2 version 22621.4751- Users report this happening when they are working on VPN. Happens 20-30 minutes after system boot.- Hard reboot seems to solve this issue. Hello.I import  as always  equations  from mathtype to word  and  convert to pdf  with  word's ''save as''  option.I print it  via  acrobat reader  settings .with my canon pixma mp 640(i also  change  the canon settings).i  always  choose  to math  type the bold  but always in the printable file the ink was  ''normal''.The  last months i  notice that  is very thick.I do not now if  is  a  printer issue  or math type  issue or   acrobat  reader  issue  or all  of them.I attach   8  screenshots(and please tell me  if  you  have  access  to these).Are  screenshots  with  how  it lookes the  font  at pdf  and  ''after'' printing  with :1) original factory  settings(times new roman)  and 2) choosing   cambria  math Also&

       I have a genuine adobe acrobat XI pro license, I want to re-install the software but it shows error message as above (the serial number you entered has been revoked. This product cannot be license.."I chat with the adobe agent but she said the product is no longer supported. so she advised me to post in the adobe forum/communityplease help me. thanks 

During the testing of the latest version, it was found that when adding the cutting marks, they should have been at the cutting position, but instead, the marks appeared in the bleed area. This is a serious bug, and we hope it can be fixed in the next version.

 My license hasn't expired but can not use in add-in of word.Is there any way i can drag a adobe signature field to any location of word and dowload this file to test for power apps.

When I convert from PDF to excel, the formatting turns out like the statements but all the text is in symbols of varying fonts.  Any tips or did I just waste $23.99?

Hi there, Due to a brand change on tables we are now seeing that all the table with rounded corers are coming through to Acrobat as figure tags. Has anyone experienced this and if so was there a simple fix? All advice will be greatly appreciated, Steve

On my Form, I have a dropdown with three items in the list, (Option1, Option2, and Option3) that I want to affect two text boxes, Text1 and Text2.  Option2 in the dropdown has an Export Value of 200.00, Option3 has an Export Value of 350.00 Option1 is the default selection of the dropdown, and with Option1 I want:Text1 to be visible and be a regular text field that the user can edit themself, andText2 to be hidden and have a value of 0.00 If the user selects Option2, I want:Text1 to be hidden and have a value of 0.00, andText2 to become visible and show the Export Value of Option2 (200.00) If the user selects Option3, I want:Text1 to be hidden and have a value of 0.00, andText2 to become visible and show the Export Value of Option3 (350.00) I don't know anything about script writing, I usually just copy-paste scripts that others have posted online, but I haven't found anything yet that meets these requirements.  Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!

As the title says. I hate this thing, but specially I hate this implementation of ramming it down the user's throat. Let me know how to turn if off completely. I have no use for it and want to see any notification, bubble or suggestion go forever. I review graphic design work in full screen all day long and this AI stuff is a hindrance for me.
