Hi, i'm trying to sign with two certificates, but when i signed with one the document is encrypted and i can't add any certificate more. I have adobe acrobat in mac vers. 2025.001.20521 | Undefined appReally i tryed a lot of things and no works for me.Have any idea how to? I search to sign with certificate in my side and send to another person by email and when open the pdf only can sign. When i use the certificate, ther an three options :- No changes Allowed- Form fill-in and digital signatures- Anotations form fill-in and digital signaturesI tryed to use in the three optiona (one to one) but no fine results.Sure i'm doing something wrong but dont find the solution Please if you have any idea are welcome Thanks in advanceNoe 

There are many improvements in the new Acrobat that are great. If I disable new Acrobat to avoid the things I don't like about new Acrobat, I quickly miss the improvements. However, general visibility and convenience in new Acrobat needs significant improvement. The "solution" to disable new Acrobat is temporary at best: it is inevitable that that option will disappear. Here are a few things I'm talking about. When preferences are set to display documents in tabs and two or more tabs are open, (a) the color of the current document's tab blends in with the surrounding interface and (b) is only slightly different from the color of other tabs, requiring pausing too long to find what you're looking for. It would be nice if the current tab color contrasted more with both the surrounding interface and other tabs. The "plain vanilla" tool icons in the sidebars need color: they are not readily distinguishable. Looking for the right tool is visusally fatiguing , far too much

Good Afternoon,  I am new to Adobe, and have acrobat pro dc right now. I have text field that is in my filliable form, and i want the text to be underlined when someone types in it. Right now, i have been placing lines physcially under the text field box, but i would love to know a way to have the text just automatically be underlined. The only solution i have found was from 2010 in this forum and its suggestions are no longer a part of DC that i can see. Can someone help me out. I attached a picture below of what i mean.Here is my test text field box and when someone clickes in there to type i want it to be underlined. I hope i have explained this well enough so you understand what i mean. Thank you in advance. 

Hi everyone, I'm facing an issue with the Request Signature feature in Adobe Acrobat. The button 'Specify where to sign' seems to be inoperand, I fill the people who I want to request but when I click on the button nothing happens literally. It used to work fine a couple of week ago but now seems to be inoperant. I already tried reinstalling Acrobat but the issue persists, has anyone seen something like that ?      

I know that we can auto-populate information from one text field to another by keeping the same form name. However, I require a text field to populate in another text field if a checkbox is selected. For example, I have two checkboxes:__ CURRENT and __ NEWAmount $________________.Current Amount $ _____________ (auto-populate from amount field if current is checked)New Amount $ _______________ (auto-populate from amount field if new is checked) If current is selected, there is an amount field that is to be populated in another text field. If new is selected, that same amount field will be populated in another text field. Is this possible? 

How can I make a pdf file that has Automatically corrupt  after some time??If it possible in adobe acrobat, i shear a pdf file to an other and can apply some condition like that1:- File corrupt or not open after print.2:- File corrupt or not open after some time like 2 hr or 1 days.3:- File corrupt or not open after second time its open.Please help me, i need to shear a pdf file to some one but i want it will be not open second time because i make it very hard working.

I was reviewing and marking up comments on 26 page PDF that was generated from AutoCAD drawings. Some pages had items that didn't belong, so instead of clouding or lassoing them with rectangles, I tried used the "crossmark" to identify each item to be removed. After going through the 26 pages, I returned to some pages where there shouldn't be crossmarks, but they were there in the same array as when I placed them on a different page. Adobe Help webpage is useless in searching for instructions on how to properly use the crossmark tool.

Since the documents need to be converted to pdf form,my Adobe program is needed,and that doesn't seem any longer to be functioning on my Windows 7 computer.

I am trying to highlight and underline text on a pdf opened in Acrobat, but the highlight tool only works on each individual word, so when I try to highlight an entire sentence or paragraph, each individual word is highlighted with blank spaces in between. It is annoying and jarring to read an entire paragraph like that. On some documents I can automatically highlight continuously but on others it is broken up. How can I adjust the highlight/underline tools so the whole sentence or paragraph is highlighted continuously without spaces in between?What I don't want:What I do want:

I need to crop the white spaces present in some PDF files. I know the "REMOVE WHITE MARGIN" function perfectly, but this function does not remove spaces permanently. That is, if you reopen the file after saving and reopen the cutting window, the original dimensions are still visible. I found an online site that does it permanently, but it's a nuisance to have to upload 20-30 files each time and maybe even tens of MB large, when I have ADOBE ACROBAT PRO and it can't do the same job!

Does Adobe Acrobat X Pro have Dark Mode that makes the background of a PDF black rather than white and the text of a PDF white rather than black? If so how do I enable Dark Mode? 

Hello everyone,I've been using the Acrobat feature that allows PDFs to open in a new window instead of a new tab. However, whenever I open a second PDF, it always opens in windowed mode rather than maximized, regardless of how the previous window was displayed.I've tried several solutions, including reinstalling the software, but the issue persists. Does anyone know how to fix this?Thank you!

Hello, Since updating to Windows 11 24H2 (Build 26100.1882), Acrobat takes ages to launch. I found out that disabling Security (Enhaanced) -> Run in AppContainer fixes the problem, but that's obviously a workaround.I'm using Acrobat 2024.003.20180 (latest). Attaching the log file.Any ideas?Thanks

I am trying to edit / change the main email address on the account and change it to an already existing email on the account. when I made the change I get a notice that the email already exists. The mail email address on the account no longer exists so I need all communication to come to me. 

Hi All,I have spent quite a bit of time searching on the Adobe website to find an answer to this simple question(?) question.    I am constructing a Sailing Club Manager (SCM) website for our sailing association to replace an existing Joomla site which is very difficult to work with..   In this new SCM site I have built a 'knowledge base' or 'tech library' and have populated it with directories full of pdf files of technical articles,  many of which I have downloaded from the old site and many which I have created.The problem is that neither the old Joomla site or the new SCM site will allow the user to search for words within the pdf files.  Is there a way I can make these files searchable please?   Even if I have to download them off the site,  do something to them, then re-upload (long job) I would be prepared to do this.  I have not bought an Acrobat subscription yet as I don't want to waste my money if it cannot be done. I have tried using AI assistant to add numbers provided in a table within a pdf document. It correctly extracts the data but doesn't complete the addition correctly.  After many prompts, it might get the answer, but then repeats the error when I ask the same question again. I try asking the question in different ways but it is still randomly correct, or incorrect. Unfortunately not reliable at this point 

I want to resize my 600 page pdf to a smaller page size. currently it is 8.5 x 11" and I want to scale it down to 3.5 x 5.7 , ensuring the text and other elements stay in proportion and scale down appropriately. It's very difficult since the file is big. I have tried the "set box pages" , I have also tried the print preflight option. I use a Mac. Nothing is working honestly and it's frustrating. I'm a beginner. Need help asap, thanks. 

I know I can't count the number of redactions in a pdf after they've been applied. I tried the suggested java script from try67 given to kimberlyt8816 on Mar 31, 2017 with both applied and unapplied, saved redaction boxes and it returns "0" redaction annotations.Is there a way to count saved, UNapplied redaction boxes in a pdf document?

I recently relogged into my adobe account and for whatever reason I am unable to delete pages in adobe acrobat because I do not have the pro edition. Is this a new limit on the standard edition or do I have some error with my account? From what I could tell online for adobe's standard plan, I should be able to delete a pdf page, but when I try to in the application it gives me a pop-up to upgrade to pro to be able to delete the page. What is going on here, I have only had the standard plan for 6 months? I have reference screenshots of why this situation makes no sense to me. - Popup in the application - Plan items for Standard and Pro  

I have a drop down. I have company names in the drop down.  i would like the dropdown2 to populate the other address lines when a company is selected from the drop down. is this possible please and thank you!? 

Hello,I am working on trying to automate combining specific PDf files into 1 file using Acrobat Pro DC. Is there keybords commands to combine files, it looks like just able to mouse click. I can open the files in Acrobat but no keyborad key to hit the combine buttons. any help would be aprreciated.ThanksTrevor 

I've been scanning in a lot of old articles. And while I;m scanning in a stack of sheets, I occasionally need to examine a different PDF. Problem is, I can't really examine this other PDF while the scanning is happening.It'd be great if Adobe enabled a separate scanning capability that wouldn't interfere with other uses of Acrobat, i.e., I could have the scanning (or later OCR-ing) happening in the background while I get other work done. 

For the first time, suddenly, I am no longer able to redact documents on Adobe Acrobat. It keeps offering me an upgrade but I already have and pay for Adobe Acrobat. When I do click on "upgrade", it does not react. Not sure what the issue is.
