Printing from Acrobat pro - double sided printing - prints even pages upside down and backwards. Text and pictures. All documents - If printing from any other non adobe program printing the same pdf it will print fine. Using official HP drivers and it pulls up the same dialog box from other applications and checked all settings they are the same but Acrobat is broken. Works fine single sided printing but need double sided.Updated Acrobat pro to newest version same issue.  Tried "print as image" option - still breaks it up and flips and reverses the text and image into chunks.  Other threads about the same issue mention uninstalling and reinstalling the 32 bit version. Thats not a real answer an neither is print single sided. 

I try to create a PDF document in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC with a form button that calls a JS function. I have a document that I've bookmarked, but I also need to convert it to OCR in Adobe.  How do I do this? when I upload the bookmarked document to a filing service, that service automatically converts the document to text searchable and removes the bookmarking. 

I need to use the WDI report from the forms on the TDA website and draw a pro graph on it or inset a pic on top of graph on page 3 I would like to be able to do whole report add an invoice and send it to my customers with out having to print and scan can you advise me on any of this will adobe help at all or should I cancel it before trial is up

I'm using Adobe Acrobat on my Mac. I tried to print from the Acrobat reader, but nothing happened. I did not receive any error message. When opening the printer dialog manually, I can see it "connected to printer" and then "waiting for the jobs to be completed." However, the printing task just disappeared after that, and nothing was printed. I've tried the following:1. Delete all the setting files and re-open the app.2. Disable the protected mode3. Remove the app - Restart the computer - Reinstall the app.4. I've started having an issue with the Acrobat com plug-in causing Outlook to freeze and then crash.  It is happening everytime I click on the "change conversion settings". After it crashes and I reopen Outlook I get a message saying the com add in has been disabled and asks me if I want to enable it again.  I say yes, but it does not turn it back on.  Instead I  have to go to Adobe and say "repair instalation" which notifies me that the add in has been disabled and asks me if I want to re-enable it.  I say yes and then the add it shows back up in Outlook.  However, as soon as I try and change the conversion settings it crashes again and I have to start all over!   I've tried "repairing" my installation and then completely uninstalling and reinstalling Adobe DC via Creative Cloud and I am still having the issue.  I really need to get this working as I need the conversion function to work so I can do my job!  Help! I have A

I've been editing several different files in Illustrator, saving over the original PDF files, but then the previous versions keep opening in Acrobat. In my files, it shows the updated file on the preview but when I open it on Adobe Acrobat, it's opening the previous version. No matter how many edits and saves I do, it just opens the original file.The only way the changes save is if I save the file under a new name every time I make a change. I have lost so much work as I didn't realise this was happening, and it is frustrating having to change the file name every single time I edit a file. I can see that several other users have had this issue, spanning over at least 4 years, but cannot find a solution anywhere! This has only started happening to me in the past couple of days. Illustrator and Acrobat and my OS are all up-to-date. Please can anyone help?? 

My work laptop recently updated to Windows 11 and ever since then, my Adobe DC Pro seems to have lost its mind. I pay for the version that provides constant updates, so I don't believe that to be the issue and I have not made any changes to my preferences/settings. Since the update to Win 11, when I try to do "Save As Other" < Reduced File Size or Optimized PDF, my files are actually larger in size. One page should not be 890 KB when it has no graphics and very limited words. I even did a uninstall/reinstall. No joy. I constantly get Conversion Warnings but they do not specific what the issue is or how to resolve it. If I was that Adobe savvy, I'd be working for them. I have also noticed that where I used to be able to overwrite a file when reducing the size, I no longer can. It saves it as a temp file and I have to do the process all over again. I have read stuff in the forums but cannot get a simple answer to help me, I cannot get anyone to speak to me or share my s

Hallo zusammen,mein alter Rechner auf dem XI installiert war fährt nicht mehr hoch. Habe die Festplatte spiegeln lassen und auf einem neuen Laptop installiert. Jetzt meldet XI das die Seriennummer bereits verwendet wird und ich innerhalb von 28 Tagen den anderen Rechner deaktivieren soll. Das geht natürlich nicht, da er defekt ist. Klicke ich auf Aktivierung wiederholen komme ich immer wieder zum Ausgangsfenster zurück. Da es sich um eine Kaufversion handelt, habe ich auch nicht die Möglichkeit über das Adobe Konto irgendetwas zu deaktivieren.Hat vielleicht wer eine Lösungsidee?Viele GrüßeRobert

Hi I am getting this error when using zip with Adobe, I am looking at this old thread here: https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat-discussions/adobe-cannot-open-the-file-attachment-because-your-pdf-file-attachment-settings-do-not-allow/td-p/10984499Other's say opening zip files in Adobe will not work, just wanted confirmation if that is still true? Other's recommended editing the Registry to allow Zip files to be opened in Acrobat DC.  Can you help? 

I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 2022.003 and can't get the PDF to JPEG export to work...Steps:- 1 page PDF -> Export To -> Image -> JPEG ->  Enter in location and filename -> SAVE and the save screen disappears, but there is no JPEG file generated. This has worked fine in previous versions.- Running Dell XPS laptop, 2021 model- Running Windows 10, latest updates- I uninstalled, rebooted, ran the Adobe Acrobat cleaner, rebooted, reinstalled the software, rebooted and it still doesn't work.Like I said, it worked before...? Suggestions?Thanks

I've recently bought a new computer, and when I installed Adobe Acrobat on it, I realized that it looks much more different than the old one. So one of my longest running problems has been a comment box that ignore my prompts to delete them when I dont have a use for them. as soon as I hit "delete", it is instantly returned. How do I delete these vexxing little boxes for good?

I can't save a pdf into a client folder. The icon is greyed out and Save on the tool bar does not work Why can't we get answers from Adobe? I tried asking the AI assistant andit was no help at all

I cancel two months ago and blocked the card, and changed card they still took money and there's no way to contact. I will be reporting.

I'm able to upload and access my Adobe Cloud Storage from Acrobat Reader on android phone and Acrobat for Chrome, but not in Acrobat desktop app. There is no option to upload to cloud and when doing a save-as Adobe Cloud Storage option is available but save button doesn't work and shows red exlamation triangle (but no explanation). I am logged in ok to my Adobe account in desktop app and in prefs 'show online storage' options are selected. I think I may have seen others having this issue, but couldn't see an obvious resolution. Can anybody help? I have tried repairing Acrobat and also pathing to latest update, but makes no difference. Thanks

I have send a document to sign to a group of people. All but two of them have signed the document. The two have not received the document, nor can they sign it after I send it again due to the password protection. There also seems to be no way to remove the password protection. What can I do? 

I purchased Adobe , which was specifically acquired to allow installation across multiple computers in our organization. I am the IT Administrator responsible for managing these licenses.The issue: When attempting to install the software on a new computer, I receive an error stating "The Serial number is already in use by the maximum allowed computers. You need to deactivate another computer within 24 days to use this product." all the installed software (since 2018) wasn't signed in, just installed. since 2018 many employees left and had new arrived and never had problems.Adobe support told me that I should deactivate the software for every employee that leave from the 'Help' menu, but there was no option to do it (picture attached). the support guy just repeat that this is EOL product and he cannot help.Since the activation check occurs online against Adobe's servers (we don't have a local license server), Adobe must have the capability to see which machines are counted against

Does anyone know if we are able to pick the columns we need in the "in progress" section of the agreements? It's highly frsutrating that is shows me as the sender and not the receivers details. I'm signed into my own account so of course I'm gonna know I sent it!!! I can't see what my colleagues have sent so that column is extremely useless. TIA

Hello! I am having an issue with sending out an adobe form through e-sign with javascript prompts to hide/show fields based on certain check-boxes being checked. In the form itself everything works fine, you check one of the boxes and certain fields are made visible while others are hidden, to make it as easy as possible for someone to fill out and not mess up. However, when sending this through Adobe Sign, none of that works as intended. All the hidden fields are visible, and the checkboxes do not work as intended. Is this just something that cannot happen, or am I doing something wrong?

Hi. I am using the Acrobat mobile application. Apparently, if I underline content in a PDF, the app does not give me the option to “Save” to the cloud, so that the underlined content is saved in the document, and I can view it underlined from another device (the desktop app, for example). This can be done from the desktop application. Does the mobile app not have this option or is it done differently?

Hello, I've been trying to check whether a pdf is searchable, and if it's not, automatically do OCR Action to the document. Until now, I've found two ways of doing it (not efficiently). My question is about the function search.available. I read in the Acrobat JavaScript Scripting Guide that the function can determine if searching is possible. But when I used that to a pdf that is unsearchable, its result was confusing. It said "true" even though it was clearly false. I'm very new to JavaScript, can you guys show me how to use the function in a correct way? Or do you have any idea on how to check whether a document is searchable other than the activation of Read Out Loud function and search for specific word(s)? Thankyou very much! 🙂

Hi, I am trying out calculations in Acrobat Pro and I am running into an issue with a calculated field that seems to have the correct value but is displaying the value from another calculated field.  I say it seems to have the correct value because when I click into the field, it shows the value I expect and calculations that are dependant on that field seem to be calculating correctly.  The save_fort_con field in the attached pdf is showing 3 when it should be showing 1 as it is a direct  reference to the att_con field. It seems to be displaying what is in the save_will_wis field which is coming from att_wis. There shouldn't be any issue with calculation order as these are completely different sources of  data. I have been copy/pasting calculated fields to save a lot of effort on this complex form but maybe that is not good practice? I don't see how that could be the problem but it's possible.  Any help would be appreciated. 

Hi there  I am trying to convert word to PDF and some of the text is pulling accross jumbled. This only occurs on my computer as my college can do it on his and it comes accross fine. Using Markpro font. I have checked for updates, uninstalled and re installed app, checked fonts are installed but still no luck. any ideas?
