Hi there, I have a fillable form which I add details to before sending for a signature. After I add the details required in each field I then want to send it for a signature. All of the information I add into the form dissapears when I click through to addd the signature fields. How do I keep the information in the fillable form when moving through to setting it up for sending for signature? This was working before the new update.

Hi all, I've been experiencing problems with the comment list that can be found under the 'Comments' tab inside Acrobat. Normally, when I open the comments overview all comments in the entire document are listed. Since a week or two his is not the case anymore. Quite often one or two comments are shown, while there are infact many others. It's not a filter setting as far as I can see. The only way I've been able to get the comments to show up in the overview list is by actually visiting all pages in the documents one by one. Only then do the comments show up in the overview. Am I missing something here? I've actually made a fool out myself by telling people they forgot to save the comments. 😛

Hello, We’re looking for a tool that can take a batch of invoice PDFs generated weekly, split them by customer, and automatically email each one to the appropriate address from a list we provide. Our current system sends too many emails at once and triggers Microsoft 365 rate limits, so we’re exploring solutions that allow better control over batching and delivery. Ideally, we’d prefer something on-premise or with the ability to throttle outgoing mail. Can, and then how can, Acrobat be used to such ends? Thanks 

Until very recently I have been able to compress PDF files using Adobe's online PDF compressor.  https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/acrobat/compress-pdf?x_api_client_id=adobe_com&x_api_client_location=compress_pdf I am uncertain if this was included as part of my photography plan or a free to all service.  However, this morning I tried to use it and was greeted with a "free trial" screen that offered a seven day trial followed by a subscription.  Has Adobe removed this service, or am I missing something?  

I am using Acrobat Professional, version 22.003.20282.0 on Windows 10 build 19044.2251. When I try to copy with formatting, such as copying a table to paste into Excel, I get the error message "There was an error while copying to the Clipboard. An internal error occurred" I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application and I've also tried the repair installation option under Help. Nothing has worked.

While sending a request to sign a document, the recipient sees another name (name of the owner of the card) which I used to pay for the plan). The account is in my name (Suhailo Mamadniyozova). Pls help

Hi. I have an issue with a PDF file which is printed from Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2024.005.20421. Images in a circle are being cropped and do no longer match the circle. When the file is printed from the preview program on Mac, there isn't an issue with this. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this? 

Trying to revert back to the default color for fillable fields, but need the color value to enter.

Just staged a new MacMini M4 running Sequoia 15.3.1, and installed some proprietary plug-ins in Acrobat Pro (2024.005.20414).The plug-ins set their preferences through a Acrobat > Settings > Plug-ins dialog. I'm unable to launch the Settings... dialog, which throws the error message: "Out of Memory. Try to increase the amount of memory dedicated to this program."  I have tons or RAM memory and the hard disk has tons of room on it for VM spooling. I don't know of any way on modern Macs to allocate more memory to applications. Has anyone seen this error before? Any suggestions as to how to fix or workaround?I'm unable to launch the plug-in without being able to set a license server IP in the plug-in preferences dialog.

Hi, hoping for some help with this issue. I send and receive documents for signing and hey sign in the block style and it shows their email and time underneath the sig in blue  but when I sign it just shows signature and email. I have spoken to a support person and they sent me details of what to change but I can't get to the correct account page o get to options. Appreciate it may be becsues of way set up in organisation, but if anyone has any ways of fixing would appreciate the help. Thanks,Shaun 

Hello,I'm using a Macbook 14 inches 2021 with an M1 Max Chip and Sequoia 15.4 After the last update, Acrobat started to behave strangely. I can't access the various tools (either a blank window or a message saying that Acrobat has encountered a problem. Some features may not work as expected.The AI assistant doesn't respond (blank side window)This is after selecting the "Prepare for accessibility" tool and this after selecting the AI Assistant I've uninstalled multiple times either from the Adoube cloud app or directly, ran the Adobe cleaner tool and reinstalled through adobe cloud or from the direct installBut the problem continues to occur.I'm a bit desperate here, and any help would be greatly appreciated !

I can see the post with the same subject, but it's locked (without a solution that works), so I creating a new one. I could not sync highlights between the Android device (Boox) and the PC app. Reading and highlighting on Android and the next step is working with highlights on PC, but I can see them randomly - some documents show them, some not. Is any troubleshooting I can try, or it is still a common problem that hasn't been fixed?

I'm helping an instructor who is having trouble converting powerpoint presentations to pdfs.  She using using Adobe DC Pro 2021.007.20095 with Office 2019 on a Dell Latitude machine with Windows 10 Education version 64 bit.  A message comes up "Adobe PDFMaker files plugin isn't enabled.  would you like to enable it?"  Click yes or No.  We click Yes and the user right clicks on the Powerpoint file and clicks Convert file to pdf.  Another message comes up saying "Adobe PDFMaker files are mssing.  Do you want to run repair mode?  I click Yes and the repair installation goes through.  Do we need to reboot after this?  Is there a patch that will fix this?

We often create guides in Word 365 with fairly complex images or screenshots. For accessibility we include a transcript of the image in an accordion. so that a screen reader user can choose if they want to listen to the transcript or skip it. So using a random image it would look like this, when collapsed, as it would be by defaultbut could be expanded by selecting the arrow besise the transcriptIs there any way to emulate this in Adobe Acrobat Pro?  If I save the Word document as Adobe PDF this functionality is lost so the transcript is either (depending on the state when saved) hidden and can't be viewed, or is there in full, which kind of defeats the purpose. Any ideas or help would be much appeciated. Many thanks

Just downloaded new insurance documents - but all blank pages when opened in Adobe acrobat pro - but in my preview app i can see all the content is there.Checked (very) old files from same insurance company, files i was able to read i acrobat earlier - now all these docs have blank pages.  This notification comes up - along with the blank pages: "This file claims compliance with the PDF/A standard and has been opened read-only to prevent modification." What happened with Acrobat?Is there a fix? 

Seriously, we're paying a monthly subscription and your software is junk. Fix it.

I have a problem signing a document in Adobe using a qualified signature, error pkcs#11 is displayed. I removed and added the module again but no change. Where is the problem? This signature worked before.

After installing the Windows 11 24H2 update (KB5055627), I encountered an issue where Adobe Acrobat 25.1 wouldn't open. The application appeared in Task Manager but didn't launch any window. Solution:Right-click the Acrobat shortcut and select Properties.Navigate to the Compatibility tab. Uncheck:“Run this program in compatibility mode”“Run this program as an administrator” (if selected)Click Apply, then OK. Launch Acrobat — it should now open normally.This resolved the issue for me. I hope it helps others facing the same problem.

Hi, I'm trying to populate a PDF template using various rows of excel data using Adobe Pro. I was able to get most of it to work by making the form fields match my excel columns, but the PDF has 2 yes or no checkboxes that I can't seem to figure out how to auto-populate. My excel data has the column headers right, and for the data I've tried an "X" in either column or a Yes/No but it's not working. Any ideas?

Hello!We're having this strange issue that is causing the font size of text in a field to massively increase after attempting to route for a signature. If we adjust the font size before routing out for signatures, the text looks good but does not properly align in the field and some of it is cutoff towards the bottom of the field.Anyone having a similar issue or know of a solution? Thank you!
