In the javascript below I would like to combine multiple results. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro. I use the same set of pdf forms for all of my projects. When I am carrying information over from one project to another I typically copy and paste. Today I highlighted text to copy and paste into the other form and my text was deleted and replaced with a c. When I tried to paste into the other document all that appeared was a v. Didn't have this problem until today.

Hi, I am using Windows 11 Pro and downloaded Acrobat Desktop. I have had this issue before in 2023/24 but uninstalling and re-installing Acrobat worked. Now, if I uninstall and reinstall it opens acrobat and I can use it whilst it is open, but as soon as I close Acrobat it will not re-open, any way, in normal or admin mode, etc. I find that in task manager acrobat has opened, but it does not open, show up in the taskbar or if I use "alt+tabs" to switch between windows. I have tried all steps on "support" and relevant discussion threads.It is now more than a week and I am having to uninstall and reinstall acrobat every time I want to use it. This whole process takes about 40 mins, so it is not very efficient. I have resorted to downloading a Nitro trial. Before I give up entirely, does anyone have any idea?

Running Sequoia 15.3.1Acrobat 24.005.20414Mac Mini M2 Launch Acrobat, immediately closes and get Unexpectedly Quit notice.I uninstalled / reinstalled twice, but it's still not opening. I haven't loaded any new software, no updates or changes. Any ideas?

Hoping someone can help with this issue as I'm sure there's an easy fix but I just cannot sort it!  For years I have used my actual signature to sign documents however I now cannot do that. When I click the button that used to have my signature I now only get an Adobe created version which I cannot use. I try and delete it but it refuses to disappear so I am just stuck with it. Having had a look I cannot find any settings to use my personal signature and on the odd occasion it does appear it will just revert back to the Adobe version the very next time. Any pointers? TIA

I was writing this pdf and suddenly the program crashed. I recived an message that there was an error but when I restarted my mac my important document was gone. Please help me to recover it! I want to mention that I had a PDF document open that I underlined (it was saved with the changes made), but I also had a new document open that I was writing at the time and it was not saved, it did not appear after the error. 

i am not able to edit pdf document though my plan includes acrobat pro. It keeps on prompting me to reactivate my subscription.

I'm accustomed to  being able to right-click icons that I have placed in my PDFs and find a choice labeled 'Create Link'. And  when I click that I get a dialog asking me to specify the link's details. Now, however, on two separate PCs (one of which has an Acrobat installed for its first time this very day). when I right click any of my icons and choose the Create Link option that appears, nothing happens. (Even though I'm not using Rich Medla, I put that as  one of my topics in order to  alert people who're knowledgeable in this general topic., though I have the imprssion that the problem has a deeper cause.)

I am not able to open PDF file using acrobat PDF, and and error display "A running instance of Acrobat has caused an error" is shown. Not sure why. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hi - can anyone help? I am on Windows 10, version 22H2 I have updated the latest Adobe Acrobat app on my PC.  However once installed i am clicking "sign in" to get into my account & retreive my documents, but nothing is happening....i am directed to no sign in page, simply nothing happens. I can sign into my account online, but i need the App version to complete for the purposes i require. I am stuck & stressed!  Any help appreciated

Preparing a form and would like to include an action - SUBMIT button. I cannot find the button option. I go to customize toolbar and it's not an option there either (see ss 2).  ss1 ss2  

Hi - I have been a CC subscriber for years, so haven't had the need for Acrobat Reader in some time. I have a client I'm designing a fillable form for, and would like to be able to view it as she will see it using Reader - so that I can walk her through the steps. If I attempt to install Reader, it automatically detects that I have Pro already installed and won't proceed. Is there a way to have both apps installed and active at the same time? 

I upgraded to Sequoia 15.4 and after doing so the Share File (email) option does not work any longer.  No erro message, just a blank screen.  Normally it would drop the file into the start of an email in MacMail.

Why am I getting an "Upload error - Forbidden" when trying to upload a PDF to the Cloud in Acrobat. It worked earlier this week.The file size is 4659 KB.

Having an issue on Adobe Acrobat Pro, version 2024.005.20421, on Apple macOS 15.3.1, where I have an already made PDF file with over 100 pages in it, and a fully fleshed out bookmarks section. Also tested this with the same file on Windows and had the same issues.  When I delete bookmarks in the bookmarks section, it removes them, as seen in the bookmarks menu. When I save the document, close it, and then reopen that saved document, the previously deleted bookmarks return. If I delete pages in the PDF file, save the PDF, close the PDF, and reopen that new PDF saved file, the pages are still removed, which is good.  How do I permanently remove the bookmarks that I delete from my file? Especially without completely removing all bookmarks. This issue even happens on a brand new PDF, so I would wager that the PDF in question in not the cuplrit. This also happens across multiple Apple computers. I've checked the file security settings and nothing seems to

Acrobat crashes when creating pdf/A-1b file from Sibelius music file. 

I have a pdf form I need to fill but I'm having problems with images. I can add text in the "text box" but when I add an image it goes behind the "image box" in the form, i.e. is not visible "Bring to front" and "Bring forward" won't do anything. Apparently the form itself does not have any issues since my colleague can add the images. I use Acrobat Pro online with Macbook.

It is taking way too long for pdfs to open and to close.  I have Acrobat 2017.  Anyone suggest a solution?  P.S. I have cleaned out my Temp file and emptied the Recycle bin, did not make a difference.  Thanks
