I have about 15 PDFs that contain links to several about 15 external videos each  - PDFs that were done when Adobe's video player was still in a priimitive state. Now that Adobe's video interface has improved, I want to re-do these links to get the newest Adobe interface but I find this to be inmpossibe without REMOVING the links that are already there.  But the usual way I've found to remove links (right-click on it to see options that include "delete link") does not work. Instead, I see only the choices "Enable content", "Save Video", and "Properties", and when I chose "Properties" it simply gives me a dialog where I can CHANGE its properties, but none where I can delete the attached video so I can add it back and thus benefit from Adobe's improved video interface. If I simply left-click on the icon that I've linked the video to, it just opens the video in the old interface (the crippled one that existed back when I originally linked it).

We have a customer with about 10 machines with Adobe Arobat. All of them are on the same veriosn number and have all the same options, but some of them have options to do things that other people don't have. for example if you use e-sign then most of them don't get the option to password protect a PDF but one of the users does get it, but they are all the same from what I can see.

Just purchased Acrobat 2020 Standard. When creating a PDF from scanner, it tells me it cannot find a scanner. I have an Epson ET 2750 printer. If I select my printer it prints to the screen, but doesn't allow me to finish creating the PDF. It gives me an error screen that says: WIA scanner driver might face problems using "Hide scanner Native interface. Switching to "Show native interface mode. Then I scan. The printer scans and completes. Nothing shows on the screen and then the program closes or freezes. I have ueed Acrobat for many years. But this new version is crap in my book. Pay good money, then they want me to pay for support. Great service. So, any help would be ap;preciated. Ted

A client of mine said she received my request for e-signature from a weird address (which I've never seen before) and it sent it immediately to her spam. This is not the first form I've sent to her this way, and we never had a problme. Does this mean something has been hacked? Here is what it said exactly (minus our document name) [ ** SPAM ** ]|N|pmylett@cpmcomputers.comSignature requested on "___" Everything below is looks legit, so it's concerning. I resent the request for signature and it went through correctly. Has anyone else ever seen this happen?

Adobe Acrobat is crashing for one user under her account, the user has tried different laptops and the same issue follows her. Another user can use the same machine and Adobe is not crashing.  Does anyone know the cause or fix for this issue?

I just received a new MacBook Pro, 16 inch, November 2023 from my company. I'm not sure if the new computer is causing this problem, but now when I use the Snapshot tool, the images that I paste are distorted. I use this tool daily to do my job, and it has never caused me any issues until now, so it seems like an incompatibility with the new Mac. I am using Acrobat Pro 2020, and I've not had reliable functionality for months. I can't even access it today without the spinning wheel of death, or lagging, or the program not responding and closing.This is beyond disappointing for a program that I pay for.

This is in acrobat pro. When I do a find/search for words in a pdf, the program highlights those words, but the default highlight is extremely difficult to see. How can I change this setting as it's horrible. As you can see from the image it highlights the word "eyes" in purple and it's so hard to see when trying to quickly find all the searched terms, it's hard to see at a glance. It used to be actually highlighted. How can I change/fix this? 

I am trying to combine multiple documents in Adobe Acrobat. Once it's combined, I am trying to save it as " Microsoft print to PDF" by pressing Control P button. It does not work. It says kindly use our help page. Why? I have been using it for so long. All of sudden it stopped working. 

My business has 14 Acrobat 10 Pro licenses (and additional older licenses).  When we try to use these licenses, they are rejected because they are listed as being in use.  Only one of the licenses is actually in use; the others were on discarded computers, etc.  I know that version 10 is past EOL, but does anyone know if there is any way to get these license codes reset?

Using Chrome and Acrobat DC, I can open pdfs for a variety of different journals except one, where a blank Chrome window opens, but nothing else????Any advice? 

I've used Acrobat's OCR functionality in the past and have never experienced such a greater loss of quality with lack of text recognition.  I have a large screenshot with rows of data that I'd like converted to text. In my experience this quality is more than sufficient to perform OCR. I enhanced the scan using: to JPEG, Monochrome CCITT Group 4 at the highest quality. After OCR the text is completely illegible. It looks like I downsampled it to 36ppi. Below is the before and after.  

Hi, I'm having the issue with Acrobat Pro 2020 freezing towards the end of optimizing a large PDF file (~1,400 pages) with 100% disk usage on Task Manager. I've been trying to figure out this issue for quite a while and have tried a few things while troubleshooting:Updated to latest software versionRan a repair on the softwareUninstall and re-installed softwareUpgraded to a SSDMove the larger PDF from a shared drive to the local computerReloaded the computer with a fresh Windows install and just had Acrobat Pro 2020 installed and the PDF file locally on the computer I can provide the process dumps I gathered while the issue was occurring. Lately Adobe Acrobat is not working on Windows 11. When opening the application it displays a white screen then closes. I have tried running it in compatibility mode as well as running it as an administrator. This did not help. Before this issue, It opened and wanted to run through the tour every time i opened a PDF. Also, every time I open the application I get the Windows pop-up that requests permissions for the app to make changes. This is concerning to me that an established suite of applications from Adobe have so many issues lately. 

We have an issue with request signature with one particular email. This has only recently started happening but individual emails comes back as undeliverable to me and then a separate one to say sent -although it appears on my document list as sent (and she can see them if she logs in ) but does not receive an email to say they are pending for signature. We have contacted our IT support and the emails are not getting stuck in the anti-virus/malware so they cannot help but insist the email is white-listed. We have no issues with requesting signatures from another other email.Thank you

I have been having persistent issues with requesting e-signatures for a few months.  Most recently, our IT Administrator set my Product Role to "Acrobat Sign Account Admin" in an attempt to resolve the issue.  This has not worked.  I have tried various other suggestions in other posts in the support community without success. The specific errors I receive are:Adobe Acrobat Pro (desktop): After clicking the "Request e-signatures" tool, designating where to sign, identifying the recipients, and clicking "Prepare document", I receive a pop-up stating "File upload failed.  We were not able to successfully establish any connection with the server.  Kindly save your agreement as a draft and try again later.  Error code: 500"Acrobat (web): After clicking "Request e-signatures", I receive a pop-up stating "Contact your administrator.  This feature is disabled in your account, contact your administrator for access."Adobe Sign (web): After clicking th

When is Adobe going to fix/restore the ability to actually see the guides when the user is pulling them in? Also, PLEASE fix the problem of the ruler cutting off the top edge visibility of documents. Neither of these issues existed in previous Acrobat versions. It's very frustrating! So much $$$ for this subscription and sub-par product!

Hallo zusammen,  ich habe eine Firma und würde gerne eine PDF-Datei, auf der noch Felder ausgefüllt und signiert werden muss, per Link an meine Mitarbeiter teilen, sodass diese ständig Zugriff auf diese Datei haben. Diese Können dann selbstständig die Angaben ausfüllen und den Kunden unterschreiben lassen. Ich weiß, dass es diese Funktion gibt, da ich in einer anderen Firma schon nach diesem Prinzip gearbeitet habe. HI, ich habe eine Gruppe mit 10 Optionsfeldern angelegt. Insgesamt benötige ich 8 Gruppen mit jeweils 10 Optionsfeldern, die jeweils um 45 Grad gedreht sind, so dass sich ein Kreis ergibt. Leider kann ich keine neue Gruppe anlegen.Ich habe gedacht, ich könnte einfach auf duplizieren gehen...Dann wird leider nur neue Optionsfelder eingetragen. ich brauche aber weitere Gruppen mit Optionsfeldern. Hat jemand eine Ahnung, wie ich das hinbekomme? Danke!

Hello everyone, I've been encountering a frustrating issue with Acrobat Pro DC lately. Whenever I try to create a PDF from a Word document, Acrobat doesn't seem to recognize some of the fonts installed on my system. Specifically, the problem occurs with custom fonts that I've downloaded and installed recently. Here’s a bit more detail: OS: Windows 10 Pro (64-bit) Acrobat Version: Acrobat Pro DC 2023.003.20269 Fonts: Custom fonts like OpenDyslexic and Lora Steps I’ve taken so far: Ensured that the fonts are properly installed on my system and they appear correctly in other applications. Checked that the fonts are embedded in the Word document before converting it to PDF. Tried reinstalling Acrobat Pro DC. Cleared the font cache on my system. Updated my graphics drivers, just in case. Despite these steps, when I open the PDF in Acrobat, it either substitutes the fonts with default ones or doesn’t display the text at all. Has anyone else experienced similar issues or have any suggestions

Hallo.Ich habe das Problem bei einer Mitarbeiterin das sporadisch (seltenst) PDF Dateien Kryptisch dargestellt werden.Ich habe die identische Adobe Acrobat DC Reader Version installiert, ebenso die selbe Windows 10 1909 (18636.592) Version, die selben Schriftarten (FONTS).Habe bei Ihr auch schon eine Komplette Neuinstallation von Adobe samt vorherigen Cleanen, jedoch auch ohne Erfolg. Wenn das Dokument gedruckt werden soll, kommt es genau so Kryptisch gedruckt.Hier unten die Bilder, das erste Kryptisch von meiner Kollegin, das zweite von mir Normal.Die verwendeten Schriftarten im PDF Dokument sind Arial, Arial Bold, Verdana Bold.Das PDF wurde von einem Lieferanten erstellt mit Amyuni PDF Converter version 4.5.3.3 falls das relevant sein sollte.Hoffe von euch hat jemand einen Tipp, habe bereits 2-3 Stunden im Forum gesucht, aber nach was soll ich suchen wenn ich die Fehlerursache nicht genau beschreiben kann.Danke im voraus
