I have recently been finding that when I use Outlook 2016 and attempt to preview the pdf attachment, the preview zoom must be at 200% or better. This makes previewing the attachment a waste of time. I have adjusted zoom setting in Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have also adjusted window page options in Adobe Acrobat Pro. Sometimes the problem is fixed temporarily but not stably fixed for long. I have recently adjusted in Outlook a Display Setting to Optimize for Compatibility as opposed to Optimize for best appearance.I am wondering if this is where my problem lies. The zoom problem does not appear when previewing Word documents. It is only in the Adobe Acrobat pdf preview.Further, like many other Community users, trying to find the link to post a question is definitely an unpleasant and time consuming experience.

Why does it keep the same name, even if I change the "save as" to a different one?  

I am trying to create a  tabloid/ledger size booklet in landscape in Adobe Acrobat Windows 11.  All the pages I've inserted via images converted to PDF from Photoshop are showing up small in the booklet preview.  I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong or why this is happening.

Where is it? I know I have Acrobat Pro. But if I go to the Protect tool, there is no Redact. Just Restrict Editing, Encrypt, Remove Hidden Information, and More Options. And redacting is not in More Options. I have an up-to-date Creative Cloud subscription, and all applications are updated. Scratching my head…

Hallo,ich habe die Adobe cloud gerade vor ein paar Tagen abonniert. In der Cloud stand ein falscher Kontoname. Da der falsche Kontoname in die Kommentarfunktion von Acrobat übernommen wurde, habe ich ihn im Konto berichtigt. Im acrobat erscheint nun trotzdem noch immer der falsche Name. Hat jemand eine Idee? Was muss ich tun, damit der richtige Namen von Acrobat übernommen wird?

Les pages s'affichent incomplètes, avec des infromations manquantes voire complètement blanches (voir exemple ci-dessous)Jusqu'à la semaine dernière, cela fonctionnait parfaitement. Même mes documents déjà enregistrés sur l'oridnateur et complétés s'affichent désormais incomplets.Pourriez-vous m'aider ? When I tried printing this as a poster this is all that shows. It doesn't give me the option. I had a vid showing the problem but it's too large so here's some screenshots.

I would like to create a "main form" and on the main form have buttons that link to additional forms. So far my efforts haven't worked.

When I look at my 357 page PDF online it is perfect. But when I download and open on my mac desktop - the fonts are all invisible. See attached photo - one online and one in deskop software. I have uninstalled Adobe Pro - did nothing. When other open file it works fine - just not on mine. I was able to open these same files perfect on Tuesday - but not since I upgraded to pro version yesterday. Please help as I need to extract pages and it says its too big online. I'm in Hungary so downloaded from that store (but my language is English).

Our IT department recently upgraded me to a new Windows laptop, migrating all apps, including Adobe Creative Cloud. From there, I installed the latest version of Acrobat Pro, and also updated to the current version 2024.002.20991 | 64 bit. Before the new laptop, I was able to Request e-Signatures directly from the Acrobat Pro desktop app. As of now, after uninstalling and reinstalling Acrobat (plus recent update) and Creative Cloud, I do not see an icon or have the ability to request e-signatures through the Acrobat Pro desktop app.  Among other things, I have tried:- reassigning the registry key to: 1 (as old posts suggested)- switched back and forth between the NEW design and OLD design- logged out/in from Creative Cloud- restarted my laptop I do have a license for Adobe Sign, so I can at the least use the online tool to request signatures, but I prefer to stay within the app. Has anyone else had this same issue? How did you resolve the issue?

I'm guessing the answer will be Pro, but I'm not having much luck finding a side-by-side comparison of the Accessibility feature set. Our organization is downgrading everyone to Standard, and I need to make the case for keeping my Pro license. I remediate PDFs and need to make accessible forms from time to time. Thanks for any advice!

I'm trying to edit the layout of a PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on Windows 11 and have spent DAYS trying to figure out how to move or delete text boxes. No matter what I do, the only thing Acrobat seems to allow is editing the text within a text box.  Let me be crystal clear: I am not asking how to edit text within a text box; every tutorial I could find on the subject seems only to talk about editing the actual text.  What I'm asking is how to select a text box and either move it to a different position or delete it altogether.  Photoshop, for example, has the text edit tool and the object selection tool; if Acrobat has a similar object selection tool, I'll be damned if I can find it. Thanks in advance.

Hi! I have a two-page fillable PDF, 1st page is the quote, 2nd page is the finished work order. When the user fills in the 1st page, I need the duplicate fields on the 2nd page to autofill but I need that autofilled text on the 2nd page to be editable and if edited it needs to leave the text on the 1st page intact. I know that I can name the duplicate fields the same so that FIELD01 on the 2nd page will autofill when FIELD01 on the 1st page is filled in (and vice versa) but when the text in either of the two fields is changed, it changes in both. What would I need to do to accomplish this? Would it require specific javascript or is there a way to manage this from the Properties? I hope that all makes sense. Thank you so much!! 🙂

Hello, I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro Version 2025.001.20432 on a MacBook Pro with macOS Sequoia Version 15.3.2 and have had the problem for about 2 weeks that some PDF files are not displayed correctly. Only empty tables appear. It looks to me like the content of forms is not being displayed.

I recently encountered an issue in Acrobat Pro where some fonts or text become invisible after opening or editing a PDF. Has anyone else faced this problem? What could be the possible causes, and are there any reliable solutions to fix this? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,I have a problem with Acrobat Pro DC.After starting Acrobat, whenever I move the window to a new location, the window bar and Acrobat menu bar disappear as soon as I move the mouse back into the application area of the Acrobat window. I can restore the menu byclicking F9 (twice: the first click restores the window bar, and the second click brings up the menu). When I move the mouse out of the window (after restoring the bars) and back in again, the menu will disappear again as soon as I move into the window and then over the the top window bar (but only when I move the cusrsor into the Acrobat window from the side or bottom of the window, not when I move in from the top. It's quite bizar). It very annoying as this happens each time you want to move the window, because you end up having to reset the menu each time.This behavior only manifests itself when the Acrobat menu is visible. If I hide the menu with F9, the window bar stays in place as expected and I can resize and move the

Help! Adobe Acrobat Won't Open Any PDFsI'm experiencing a sudden issue with Adobe Acrobat. In creating a fillable form on Adobe, I am unable to add a field to have someone digitally sign. The fields I am adding are not a normal textbox. The ones I have tried using that say "add a signature field" only allow the person to type normal text into the box. After watching youtube videos, they have a button on their edditing window that says "add a digital signature".  I do not have that button available to me. I will upload a screen shot of my options within Adobe. What do I need to do from here?

I cant open a plain pdf doc on my macbook. I can see the doc on my phone and through a browzer. I have deleted and re downloaded the adobe app and still I cant see it. the doc opens but most of the text is missing.The doc is not corrupted.Please help about to pull hair out. This is what my 26 page doc of text looks like. thanks for any HELP

Moin,ich besitze adobe acrobat 2020 für win und wollte zu mac wechseln. da dies nicht geht, habe ich eine weitere version für den mac erworben. diese installiert und auch 3-4 tage nutzen können. jetzt bekomme ich die meldung meine testphase sei abgelaufen ich möge erneut kaufen. in meinem konto ist die serienummer eindeutig hinterlegt. alle tips bei fehlerhafter anmeldung seitens faq verändern gar nichts. ich weiß nicht wie ich die software zu laufen bekommen soll. da mich der chattservice schon bei dem versuch die systemplattform zu wechsel quer durch die instanzen geschupst hat, würde ich mich über eine praktikable lösung freuen.  

Hi all,For my work I make a catalog and I put this online for our clients to use. Sometimes there is an update so I replace the newest version with the same name. The pdf can be read in the acrobat extention (if installed) Now all the clients are instructed to refresh (command R or control R) so they allways have the latest version. But in the extention from acrobat in Chrome it won't refresh. So even if there is a complete different pdf with the same name it will show the old version. Big problem. In our case it means they are shown old prices etc. If you remove the acrobat extention it works like a charm. But this means that I have to instruct everyone to remove the acrobat extention. Does anybody have experienced the same problem?

Hi folks!I'm got a few hundred PDF forms that I need to replace the first and last name of a retired co worker to mine. I'm using Adobe Acrobat Standard. I've tried using edit - advanced search - search folder for keyword - then find and replace However this gives me an error saying that it cannot be done because it's an XFA form.  Does anyone know of any way I can do this? Perhaps some sort of script I can copy/paste into notepad or if there is another feature I can take advantage of in Acrobat DC? Thank you kindly for your time, Syl
