I am editing a Japanese pdf using Acrobat Pro. I want to change the font and size of text across all rows in the table all at once, instead of line by line. But after highlighting table, it doesn't allow me to use the editing tool. Instead it suggested I export the page. So I exported it as Excel but it show funny characters, some if which can't be read. Any tips how to fix this?

Hi All,  We distribute documents for clients to complete. Once they’re finished, we download the documents and send them to the provider for signature on the day of the appointment. However, we’ve recently encountered an issue: when we import the completed documents into Adobe, all the text fields are missing, leaving only the signature fields visible. Any ideas?   

Hi, I have an acrobat pro account and recently got a new laptop so I downloaded the app. The app only allows me to sign/fill/view pdfs and not really much else, even though I'm logged in to my account. When I access adobe online it lets me do everything like edit the pdf which the app is not even giving me the option. I also have the app downloaded on my desktop and the app on my desktop does let me edit. Can anyone help with this?

I was using Acrobat to convert a lot of DWF files to PDF without issue.  but today when I try to conver some DWF files, it stopped working with all files. And this message was appeerd: " conversion of this file format to pdf is not supported " I using Adobe Acrobat Pro (32-bit) 2022.003.20263 what can I do to solve this problem ???   

I attended a webinar today about Generative AI for Adobe Acrobat. It was very inspiring, and I tried using Generative Summary on a long book I was working on, just to see how it worked. It was fine. The second time I tried to use it on a different PDF I got the response “No requests remaining. SUBSCRIBE” Is the generative AI included with a monthly subscription? I pay $60/month and the tools show up so why am I unable to use them? When I searched for it most of the answers about credit limits concerned AI with images, not in Acrobat Pro. 

Hello everybody, hopefully I can get some assistance with this as it has been driving me a bit crazy. A user downloaded a fillable form from our schools website and filled out the fillable fields using Adobe Acrobat Pro.  The fillable fields included check boxes, text boxes, and drop down lists.  Whenever the user sends to to get signed using the "request e-signature" feature, the reciever can see all the populated fillable fields minus the drop down lists.  The contenets that were inputed in the drop lists are blank.  She sent it me and I can seem to interact with the dropdow lists but I cannot see or input anything.  Its almost like the drop lists get corrupted when they are sent for e signing. Can I please get some help with this?  I have searched various forms on here and I cannot seem to find anything.   Most of the dropdown list forms pertain to people who are actually making the forms.  This is not a form that was made by me

Why does using the Sanitize Document tool or Remove Hidden Information tool turn text pages into images? The text turns to images of low quality and I can't edit the text in them once I use the forementioned tools.

My NVNe C drive corrupted & failed. I lost Adobe 2020 while active on the C Drive. Replaced NVMe C drive. Attempted to reinstall Adobe 2020 & Adobe wont let. I have softwrae registerd with Adobe, serial #, etc. Can't find how to talk to anyone, a human being,  to release serial # so I can reinstall on new C drive. Am I out of luck or what? Not fair at all. I paid $$$. License is legit.

I have been using Acrobat a long while, though now on a new machine. After I open a PDF and manage a successful highlight-comment or two, suddenly all of the text in subsequent comment pop-ups is being underlined in red, as though misspelled. It's as if the language is switching somehow, but the language preferences in Settings remain unchanged, and it's not a keyboard issue, nor is this affecting any other programs. I have restarted Acrobat several times, but it's always the same (one or two comments work fine, then all others are underlined). Any workaround would be greatly appreciated; it's driving me nuts.

Hi everyone,I use Acrobat Pro.I just sent out numerous contracts from a template. For each, the two signatories and the sender all have their dedicated required fields and signature requests.I currentl have more than 80 signed contrats and I would like to pull a report with the form details of each contract. I have read how to use Prepare a Form and merge them all in one. The problem is that once the contracts are signed, when open on Reader, the only available tools are AI Assistant, Generative summary and Use a certificate. Nothing else. So how can I pull down the fields from all the contracts? I would really prefer not to have to do them one by one, which is an option via the online adobe acrobat via Download Form Field Data. Any thoughts? 

Running Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2019.010.20069.  I select Create from scanner.  I select my scanner.  I click Scan.  I get the error message: "Please input some valid page dimensions."  The scan tab includes:Scanner: And I have selected my PaperStream IP fi-7300NX scannerPages: Front SidesColor Mode: Drop down is disabled.Resoluton: Drop down is disabled.Paper Size: Drop down is disabled, as is the Width and Height input fields.Quality: Optimize Image Output: Create New PDFSo the application is telling me to input page dimensions, but those fields are disabled, so I cannot enter page dimensions.Why is is the application asking me for page dimensions but then not letting me enter them?Until this is resolved, I cannot scan from Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

I can not get adobe acrobat off my computer. I have researched all the troubleshooting for this and I am still comming up empty handed. I was able to uninstall and remove all the cloud apps but there is still one left (adobe acrobat). This issue all started when I downloaded the desk top app onto my computer and it kept crashing everytime I opened it. I did the suggested troubleshoots for this. deleting credentials and went to delete the app as a last resort and reinstall it. but this is where a second issue occured. I can not delete the app. I keep getting the error "No valid sequence could be found for the set of patches." I did the adobe cleaner and followed the directions, (did this several times just to confirm I was doing this right). I still an not able to remove it from my computer. I thought it might be a glitch on my computer and restarted it and attempted to redownload it and reinstall it. when the install screen appeared it just opened the glitchy app that crashes a few sec

I have a PDF in acrobat pro that I have been editing with text boxes, however, the text box appears on every page rather than just the one I am trying to edit. Do I have a certain setting activated or is this a glitch?

I've disable auto-update but I notice every time Acrobat reinstalls itself, my computer practically comes to a halt.I've looked everywhere to disable this option but can't find it. Is this some sort of spyware?How do you fix this? 

 When I use the rectangle, oval and arrow function it does not appear in the sent copy; the only thing that appears in the sent document is the text boxes.  I have seen in previous threads that you said to turn the touch mode to never in the settings; I have done this and they still will not appear when I send the PDF in an email. 

Creating a global variable when writing JavaScript in a file is is straight forward and obvious, but not when trying to set it in Acrobat via the Use JavaScript tool in Acrobat. This is infuriating. I had functional JavaScript code last Friday that doesn't work today on the same file. See "How to show/hide single layers in browser with JavaScript?" Been on the 'net for about an hour trying to make this error go away.  ALLOWED access to all URLs.  Even turned OFF Advanced Security.  Haven't found the answer.  (Acrobat DC).Have a PDF with hyperlinks converted from MS Word.  The hyperlinks refer to files IN THE SAME DIRECTORY, with some in subdirectories.  Most are PDF files themselves.  Currently on an SD card.  I want to be able to give copies of the SD card to OTHERS and NOT have ANY problems opening the links.  Cannot for the life of me, figure out why the hyperlinks are SO hard to follow.  I don't want recepients to have the same problems as I am having.  Evidently this is an ISSUE on Acrobat READER as well.How can I make these error codes go away and allow users to open the hyperlinks without encountering errors?  They will mostly be using Acrobat READER, I'm sure.  Can I bulletproof the files?

I work for a law firm and the last update has messed up a BUNCH of our medical records. We download them from a medical portal. The Arial font is being converted to Symbols... I have tried downloading them again but the end result is the same. Even old records are not affected and the paralegals cannot review the medical records. I need to report this as a bug. We looked at the different versions installed as the files work on some computers but any of us that have the newest update - the fonts are not converting correctly.  Any help GREATLY APPRECIATED! I cannot go page by page to fix the fonts when some of these records are several thousand pages. How do I send this to adobe as a bug?? I cannot figure out how to roll the udpate back. There used to be a way to do that but I cannot find that option either..... Example:

The adobe acrobat plugins bydefault gets installed the MS Office suite and other supported browsers. The most annyoing situation is when it keeps coming back whenever the office suite is updated. The temporary resolution is when you disable it from the addins in the office suite. But there is a permanenet solution to this too. Duirng the installation of adobe acrobat, just select custom and uncheck the PDFMaker. Here, there will be two options, one is you can select to uncheck on selected plugins or you can select to uncheck PDFMaker completely. After you do this then proceed to installtion of adobe acrobat. This will enable the software not to install the plugins in your system and you are free from the plugins forever.  

Hello! Is it possible to make changes to multiple PDFs that have the same dropdown menu option? I have a dropdown section that have the options YES or NO. For those PDFs that were previously selected with YES, I would want to change them all to NO and vice versa. Is it possible to do this without having to manually change each one? Thank you!
