Boa tarde! WhatsApp no meu Notebook quando vou abrir um PDF não abre so direto, ele abre apenas salvando o documento para depois abrir se eu quiser? Acontecendo isto a 1 semana Alguem sabe porque?

hi,I have a .tif file which comes from Adobe Photoshop 26.3 (Macintosh) with the following dimensions:Width - 40 mmHeight - 17 mmXResolution - 525.15 ppiYResolution - 525.15 ppiWhen I convert this file to pdf format using Acrobat Pro 2024 (Create PDF from File) the result is the wrong dimensions: 40 x 25.4 mm, instead of 40 x 17 mm.Why is this happening?I opened the .tif file in Photoshop and Illustrator (Windows 11) and the dimensions displayed is correct:  40 x 17 mm.Thankyou!

I have been using Adobe to view and edit PDF files for a very long time.  I work for a low voltage cabling contractor and we look at some jobs that have massive pdf files converted from Revit.  For the past 5 years any time I open a PDF over around 20 MB and scroll past the 1st page Adobe freezes and takes anywhere from 10 seconds to 30 minutes to unfreeze.  I know it is just loading the next page, but why do you not have a progress bar for loading like Blue Beam?  It is very frustrating to see your window greyed out and say not responding.  Then sometimes it just never unfreezes.  I am fed up with this and no amount of ram or more expensive hardware fixes this issue.  My subscription is up on the 20th and I'm done unless someone can give me a fix other than turning off page cacheing or security in the settings.

Por desconocimiento al habrir un Documento lo trabaje con IA para resumen y ahora me preocupa que este en la base de dato guardado y que cualquiera persona lo veo, lea, trabaje o copie cuando todavia esta en borrador y en proceso de registro de autoria y quede despues el mismo autor como plagio si alguien lo puede trabajar sin autorizacion. Queda o no guardado si solo se abrio el pdf y se realizo un resumen con IA. Gracias

Hey guys! My acrobat is crashing.. i cant do anything. I dont even get one of those error notifications so i can't send an error rapport. When i click on the red cross (Macbook Pro) it wont close and when i click 'stop' it won't do anything. Because of it i can't turn off my laptop etc. When i go to 'help' to see if there is an update i should do i cant click on anything. How do i fix this? 

Hello,I tried Output Preview for the first time after I got a new printer (Epson XP-15000).  The Output Preview does show the Epson printer's various profiles (standard, photo, etc); however, all of them shows RGB under Separations, rather than CMYK (see screenshot attached).  Do I need to fix something to make sure the printer shows its color scheme under Separations?Thanks, 

I just wasted a couple of hours troubleshooting this - I created a document in InDesign that has a black background on the first page, behind an image and white text. After exporting the document, the background did not display in Acrobat Pro - although it did display in Acrobat Reader and Mac Preview.It turns out that there's a new Accessibility setting "Replace Document Colors" (that includes replacing page backgrounds), which was turned on by default (at least in the version I had at the time, which I auto-update).I don't know if that new feature ships activated by default - I didn't turn it on myself -  but it's troubling to know that there are folks out there who will be unable to view the document as created because of this invasive Adobe "improvement."I wish I could get those 2 hours of my life back.If you have this issue:Go to Acrobat>Preferences>Accessibility> and uncheck "Replace Document Colors."

Am unable to create/print to a PDF document from within MS-Word or from the internet. I can scan to create a PDF document from within Acrobat.   Complete error message: Your request could not be completed.  Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated.  Try launching Adobe Acrobat.   I have subscribed to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for some time, and I can successfully log in to Adobe.  I checked billing, and can see no problems there . . . all payments are up to date.   Would appreciate some help to resolve this issue.

Dear Forum Users & Mr Adobe...Looking at the Forum, a number of people are encountering the same issue as me...I have had problems opening PDF files progressively over time (past 6 months) and I reached a point where none of the files I had previously opened/edited would open by double clicking the file, or right clicking the file and selecting <File Open>.  I could open via the back door, viz. Open Acrobat then open the file, however the files would eventually lock up & crash...I recently upgraded Acrobat to 64 bit which made the problem worse, such that I couldn't open any PDF files at all.By running the Windows Task Manager I found that Acrobat was running as a background process, force stopping it and restarting did not fix the issue... I de-installed Acrobat and used the AcroCleaner tool for both DC2015 Pro & Reader & DC2022.I then reinstalled Acrobat, via Adobe Creative Cloud, which automatically installed DC Pro 64 Bit.And hey presto, I still coul

I'm trying to allow only numbers in text fields but I can't find a way to not allow currency symbols.  Is there a way to not allow these?

I am using Acrobat 2017 in Windows. I create figures from PDF files for publication, and then put them together in a single PDF file with Acrobat. I want to add page numbers to the file.After I insert the page numbers, however, the line thickness in the figures is modified. The help feature in Acrobat suggests that... ''To prevent overlapping, click the Appearance Options link and select Shrink Document To Avoid Overwriting The Document’s Text And Graphics..." However, I cannot find the appearance option in Acrobat 17, and in any case I do not know whether this would address the issue. I upgraded from Acrobat X to DC (2017), and Acrobat X does not have that problem. Is this a known bug? Any solutions? Thanks, J 

I have a Word document using a simple styles library and no accessibility errors in the Word checker. When I save as an Adobe PDF, the PDF accessibility checker runs without errors and a PAC checker also finds not errors after assigning metadata for PDF/UA compliance. When I review the tags using the reading order visualization, the Heading and Paragraph styles are correctly reflected, but the tags in the document are incorrect. H1 tags are assigned to the paragraph text below the H1 text and the H1 text is tagged as a paragraph.  This also happens throughout the document with the H2 and H3 styles. I can manually change the tags but what could be causing this weird glitch in the tag assignment and not the reading order tool? And can it be fixed? Thanks!

Hello,I would like to display content of a text field as a math equation (for example, Y= A + Bx + Cx to power of 2 + Dx to power of 3).  I can enter text as Y = A + Bx + Cx^2 + Dx^3, but I want to know if there is a way to enter as true power like below, Thanks in advance 

I am publishing to KDP and pulled all my finished images into Adobe Standard, I combined and it turned it into a portfolio. New user here. So I need to see laid out all the images so I can move them around but I only see file names. When I upload to KDP will I have to put this portfolio into a word document first or upload the portfolio file to KDP anyone know? Answers are hard to come by. Thanks for any help. San Diego. Ich bin verzweifelt auf der Suche nach einer Lösung für mein «TextKommentar-Problem»:Zur Bearbeitung meiner Vorlesungsfolien für mein Studium habe ich bis anhin stets die Funktion «Textkommentar» verwendet und konnte damit übersichtlich und praktisch direkt in meine Vorlesungsfolien reinschreiben. Seit heute funktioniert diese Kommentar-Funktion bei mir nicht mehr. Im Moment, in dem ich den Kommentar reinschreiben will, zeigt es ihn mir noch an (siehe Bild 1), sobald ich dann jedoch weitergehen will mit meinen Folien, verschwindet der Kommentar und wird er erst wieder angezeigt, wenn ich mit der Maus draufklicke (Bild 2). Ich habe es schon mit verschiedenen Kommentar-Einstellungen versucht und auch immer meinen Laptop neu gestartet, aber leider habe ich es bis anhin noch nicht geschafft.Vielen Dank im Voraus für die Hilfe! Bild 1:   Bild 2: 

To compare the translated material with the original, the original file must be placed on the odd-numbered side and the translated file on the even-numbered side. Can I do this if I purchase Adobe PDF? I used a translator because English is not my native language. Please understand that it may be awkward.

We have a massive legal PDF and are creating a smaller fillable form to send to customers to remove duplicate signings. Our legal PDF already has a script that's autopopulating duplicate fields. On the customer form, Identical fields are being created to match the legal pdf for info transfer. We also created a "submit form" button, but have not given it a destination becuase we wanted to ask; Is there a server type that's more convenient when it comes to scripting? If not, what's the script to autopopulate the fields from one PDF to another PDF, how does this work?

In Acrobat Pro 2024, there is a icon panel that covers up my PDFs. That icon panel has Select text, Add a comment, Highlight selected text, Draw free hand, Fill in form fields, and Add your signature or initials. I never use that icon panel, and it is always blocking my view. I always have trouble moving it out of my view because it only goes to the edge of my PDF. Is there a way to disable that icon panel? In addition, whenever I create a post on this forum, I tick "Email me when someone replies," but I never receive any emails. I checked both my Inbox and my Spam. HOw do I get emails?

Hi there,Running Windows 11, up-to-date system and up-to-date Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat DC. I have my preview pane visible when going through my files, and sometime in the last 2 weeks PDFs no longer show up in the preview pane. Instead, windows explorer freezes for a few seconds and then shows an Adobe Acrobat "An Internal Error Occured" pop-up. I tried clearing out my temporary files, and tried creating a "2022" folder in C:\Users\(user)\AppData\Local\Adobe\Acrobat\ which was suggested in this thread. Neither worked. All other file types (.jpg, .doc, etc.) show up in the preview pane just fine. Any suggestions?  

I am having a problem regarding href handing when converting html files to PDF files using Acrobat.  My html file has a thumbnail image with an href link to a larger image.  The images and the html file are all in the same directory, let’s call it ‘foo’.  The href is simply: <a href="somefile.JPG">. When I create a PDF file from this html file using Google Chrome, everything works fine.  But when I use Acrobat, the file path is wrong.  The problem is easy to see.  The colon is being left off the drive identifier.  So when I click on the thumbnail in Acrobat, the link fails because it is looking for: file:///C/foo/somefile.JPG (colon missing), when it should be looking for file:///C:/foo/somefile.JPG (colon found).I was using Acrobat for a few days and it seemed to be working fine.  But now every attempt to convert html files with hrefs to images produces this error (due to the ‘C’ not ‘C:’ issue).  I’ve searched extensively for a

Hello, I am having trouble with the Adobe PDF Converter within the Windows (Windows 11) printer settings. When I go to click "Printing Preferences" on my "Adobe PDF" printer, my "Adobe PDF Settings" tab within the window is cut off. I provided pictures of what it looks like, and what it's supposed to show. I've looked a good amount into this and tried the refresh screen (Win + Ctrl + Shift + B), maximizing the window, going into Adobe settings and running the "Repair Installation" tool, deleting Adobe Acrobat and reinstalling it, updating the graphics drivers, and still nothing. I'm not sure if this is a Windows Host Process issue, or the Adobe PDF Converter Driver issue but I've gotten no response I'm kinda stumped. 

Acrobat start searching immediately after a certain amount (3??) characters are typed in the search field. Depending on document size it seems to ignore any additional typed in character which completes the 3 chars to the actual intended search string.This results inA) a delayed appearance of further typed characters in the search field, since Acrobat is busy with searchingB) search result containing only these first 3 typed characters ignoring following charactersExample:search string is "diagram"Acrobat starts search after "dia" is typed in and any further character "gram" is not seen since input is blocked. If search is finished or due to any other reason the input is accepted again, I can add missing character "gram". However as results I see "findings" like "diameter", "dialogue" and even "diagram" and obviously string "gram" all starting from 4th position is ignored. Deleting last character(s) and typing in again dose not help. Search is not updated.Only help is to cut
