Hello,I, along with some colleagues from our International Unit, have been using the Adobe Pro version primarily for its signing feature. However, we've encountered an issue where our signatures, once certified and opened by other parties, display as having unknown validity (please refer to the attached screenshot for details). For comparison, I've also attached a document received from a partner, whose signature appears validated.Could anyone in the community advise on why our signatures aren't being validated like our partner's? Are there specific settings or updates that we need to implement to fix this problem?

Tags may have attributes set for them by Attribute Classes instead of directly set per object.The Accessibility Checker ignores RowSpan/ColSpan attributes set in Attribute Classes for data cells of a table (<TD> elements).In particular, tables will fail "regularity" even though correct RowSpan/ColSpan can be verified as existing in the Attribute Class of the data cell. For example, the attached table fails even though the cell with c has ColSpan correctly set to 2 in an Attribute Class. When the Attributes from the Attribute Class are duplicated to the Attribute Object (even though this should be unnecessary), then it passes. 

I added Acrobat app and signed in. When I hit Acrobat app in a message the side panel opens and the Share as link won't do anything.  

Hi there, I've been usuing adobe acrobat for ages but in the last week I am no longer able to edit pdf's like I usually can has something changed?

I have a .png file and a number of PDF's  and I need to write a batch file to add the png file to the pdf's as a watermark.Does anyone know the command line codes that can perform this without human intervention? There maybe 2 file with a total of 50 pages, but the idea is to not let humans manually add the watermarks, where mistakes can be mande.

Hoping someone can help me with a specific requirement I have. I have included an action button in my pdf to make certain fields in my form read only. I have written the javascript code for it and it works perfectly. I need to include a second action button that would reverse the 'read-only' fields back to being eidtable but this second button should be executed only on a successful password entry. Can someone please help with the javascript code that is required for this second button? Thank you!

Company purchased Acrobat 2020 tool, I've installed it and after logging in I'm constantly getting a message - "Sorry something went wrong - Please try launching Acrobat first..."

Virtually every time I initiate a Word-to-PDF conversion from within Word, I get this error message. I have had CC since its inception, and I have had Acrobat Professional licenses going back to about version 4,5, or 6.I have signed in and out of CC more times that I can possibly remember. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat more times than I care to admit. Yet this keeps happening, practically on a daily basis.What is going on? How do I fix this? Am I the only one with this problem?

I have a PDF file whose size is much bigger than I would expect. Using Acrobat Pro option 'Save As Other->Optimized PDF' and then Audit Space Usage I can see that the problem is that there are embedded fonts  However when I go to the Fonts page it shows no embedded fonts Is there anyway to reduce this file size?I have no need for any embedded fonts.  If I am using one 'by mistake' I am happy to change the font to one that does not need to be embedded if someone can tell me how to do that.The fonts listed for the document are

Hi, I use Adobe Acrobat Pro on my Windows Desktop PC. Till now, I used the localy installed Outlook to work with. Now Microsoft says, that to local version is depreciated, so I should only work with Outlook.com (on the web). Unfortunately, when I press "Print" in Outlook.com, I can only find the "normal" PDF-Printer next to my other printers. In the desktop version of Outlook, I had the possibility to print the email as a PDF-document including all attachments. Is there a possibility to include my attachements even in the print from Outlook. com? I used this function for every email I want to save. Thank you for your help. With kind regardsAndreas

Uploading  .pdf files to SharePoint libraries fails to promote the Title field.  This is only observed with PDF files. All fields are promoted except the document title field.

Hi there, I wish to cancel my subscription to the Acrobat Online Service. I subscribed as I thought for a few months because I needed to edit some documents and although I did get some use out of it, I found the online version generally hard to use and not suitable for the purpose. Mostly I wanted to highlight text on some PDFs and though I did mostly manage to do this, I found it faster and easier in the end just to use a highlighter pen on hard copy. The most recent job I tried to do was to fill in a form online but for no apparent reason it kept saving the filled-in text at 2.5 pt which was illegible and in the end I used Apple's free Preview Markup Tool to do the same job. I have generally been a big fan of Acrobat over the years and have recommended it to many people so I was disappointed with its performance in this context. When I try to cancel this morning I find there is a cancellation fee of almost eu100 which I think is very unreasonable given t

Unser Team wurde auf Windows 11 umgestellt. Wir nutzen Acrobat Pro um Schriften in Kurven umzuwandeln für Druckaufträge wo Kunden die Schriften nicht umgewandelt haben. Dazu nutzen wir das Tool Prelight, Schriften in Kurven umwandeln. Seit Windows 11 geht das Tool nicht mehr. Egal in welchen Einstellungen.Ich würde gerne wissen wann das Problem behoben wird, in englischen Community Tools schreiben Menschen vom selben Problem.  Leider aber bisher nur schweigen von Adobe zu diesem Thema. 

Documents sent through Adobe eSign are printed to "Save as PDF" and the text appears jarbled. See below:If I print to Adobe Printer the text appears fine, but is flattened and I cannot highlight specific text.There are other form fields in the same document that are not set as "Multi Line" that appear fine no matter how the PDF is saved/printed. It's just this larger multi line text field.I'm grateful for any information on this.

i export the file from indesign, replacing the file that i just viewed in acrobat. i view in acrobat and its the previous file, it used to update.. am i missing something?

I recently changed my email and I am able to log in, but I cannot change the branding for e-sign. I need to update the redirect link and when I try to open e-sign branding the page gets stuck. I am using the paid version.
