How do I get rid of the Acrobat welcome screen. It is standing in my way...

When I produce a PDF from InDesign that contains internal links to specific sections within pages (not to just the pages, but a specific heading or other specific anchor point within the page), Acrobat respects the user's zoom level (i.e., inherit zoom). For example, I'm working at 200%, and I click on a link that's endnote superscript marker, clicking that link takes me to that specific endnote, retaining the 200% zoom (or whatever other zoom level I'm at). When I view that link in Acrobat, it's set to: - Go to a page in this document > Use Named Destination (with the Named Destination being the Text Anchor created in InDesign) This is the ideal functionality; a user is working at 200%, they click the link, and are redirected to that link's destination within the document (for example, an endnote at the bottom of the page, within the Endnotes sections, at the end of the document), retaining the zoom level. In InDesign, I'm creating Hyperlink Destinations (of the

Hey, does anyone have experience with Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack? I have been using Adobe Acrobat Pro for a year now and after reading the description of the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack description, I don't really see any difference except in the price (the PDF pack is twice as cheap). I mostly need it for creating contracts: combining and organizing PDF files and gathering digital signatures. So just wondering if with PDF back it would be enough. I'm only using the program maximum of once a month so looking into other options and perhaps changing to DocuSign as they have monthly plans and not annual like here in Adobe.   Thanks!

Hi There, I am trying to print multiple pages on one sheet but it keeps only printing one page at the smaller scale. See image below - page prints exactly like the print preveiw.  Any suggestions? Kind regards.

I have two list boxes:  Environment and Services. In the "Environment" list box, I have P, N, S as options.  I would like the "services" list box to be disabled if they select S as an option.  Is that possible? If not, do you have any advice as to what I could do instead of using a list box for the environments?  It must be possible to multi-select so I have considered checkboxes, but I am unsure if a calculation can be used on a checkbox.  Please help.  Thank you so much for any assistance.

how to find out the changes made to the PDF file before receiving it 

I am trying to send - or distribute - a form via our Sharepoint server but I can't seem to figure it out?I have entered the SharePoint server url then it just opens a new window and the only option is gives me is 'cancel' at the bottom? Im not sure what I'm missing or doing wrong. If I press cancel it returns to Acrobat and I get the error "Default Document Library could not be created. Please contact the administrator of the SharePoint site."As far as I know, all the shareing permissions have been set to 'anyone'  Anyone able to point me in the right direction?

Hello, I bought and downloaded AI picture generator, and it seems that since I did this my AI assistant is not working. It just sits in processing document.  I have gone in and cancelled my subscription with the AI picture generator, but it doesn't seem to have helped.  I've tried multiple pdf's and it's just sitting on processing document.  

Ich habe folgendes Problem: Ich möchte über Formularfelder einen Mittelwert bilden. Das hatte bisher auch funktioniert. In einer Datei vor drei Monaten habe ich dies getestet. Dort funktioniert die Berechnung. In der aktuellen Version von Acrobat pro kann ich allerdings keine Berechnungen mehr durchführen. Weder ein Script, noch eine einfache Summenbildung funktioneren. Ich lege drei Felder an, in zwei Felder werden Zahlen eingetragen. Das dritte Feld gibt mir den Mittelwert oder testweise die Summe aus. Sobald ich die Felder für die Berechnung auswähle (bei Summe) und auf OK klicke, übernimmt er nicht die Felder, sondern es bleibt einfach leer.  Auch wenn ich versuche das Script einzubinden für den Mittelwert, wird der Inhalt einfach nicht übernommen.  In der gespeicherten Datei aus November 2024 kann ich das Script sehen. Sobald ich aber dort auf Summe umstelle, passiert das gleiche. Auch dort kann ich das Script dann nicht mehr hinterlegen. Es bleibt einfach

Hallo zusammen,seit wir die Rechner auf Win 11 prof. umgestellt haben, lassen sich die .pdf aus Adobe Acrobat Pro nicht mehr als .jpg Datei speichern.Funktioniert weder über Speicher unter - unten Format auf .jpg umstellen, noch als exportieren als Bild.In beiden Varianten wird der Vorgang ohne Fehlermeldung durchgeführt, erscheint aber nicht im Zielordner.Es betrifft aber ausschließlich das .jpg Format, alle anderen Formate erscheinen auch im Zielordner.Hat jemand eine Lösung für dieses Problem? Im Netz habe ich bisher dazu nichts gefunden.Vielen DankOliver

In order for us to complete a process we are using PDF Creator's Wait and Collect feature which allows us to print but it stores it in a queue to merge all documents into 1 then we use Adobe Acrobat to insert digital signatures and etc.  Is there way to print to the Adobe Pdf, and let the various documents wait in a queue then merge them at the same time? We have several documents that are pulled from various sources so it makes it time consumng going back and forth between Adobe Acroabat and PDF Creator. 

Hi, not sure if anyone else has noticed this... could do with a hand if anyone has any ideas... I have been cutting and pasting text from a PDF for an age with absolutely no problems... now it has become so bad, it is sometimes quicker to re-write.I've attached an image to show what I get - turns it to a yukky format, and can not recognice vast areas of text. This file has no security features. First image, this is when I edit text - looks lovely and crisp.... As soon as i try to copy, I get this....   Help much appreciated.

I know this has been covered previously, but for some reason, I'm not finding the answer to exactly what I need.  I have a document, that will need 3 E-signatures.  The (Signer) is requesting that I send it just to them, once they sign it, they will forward it to the other 2 for signatures.How do I set this up if I don't know all 3 signers?Thank you in advance.

Reading a post from 3 years ago about adding more languages for accessibilty I'm wondering if any progress has been made in this regard. I prepare PDFs for accessibility, including Pacific languages, for an organisation that by law must make PDFs accessible to screen-readers. At the moment I can't find any way of doing this for the languages my documents are written in.

I have downloaded multiple daily pdfs from my brokerage account and modified them to create one pdf  with the number sections that I need to manage my finances.In trying to convert this pdf of many pages to an excel file, I'm getting numerous issues.1) The line by line entries as displayed on the pdf , eg. beginning balance      100, etc. show up as multiple pdf lines to one row in excel (as text instead of lines of numbers).  I have tried converting to .txt but the problem there is that the converter doesn't seem to recognize that each line is a separate line with an end of line/return character at the end and the result is a jumbled mess of lines running together.If I could get the conversion to a .txt file that emulates how the pdf looks (with each line showing separately), I figure I can copy and paste from my text editor into excel and work with it that way.Any ideas as to possible remedies to this problem?  I'm happy to answer more questions as neede

I am very new to writing scripts in PDF and have so far been able to learn a lot just from reading discussions here in this community so thank you to all those that contribute with questions and answers.   As seen in the attachment, I have a table of checkboxes in my form.  It is already set so that only 1 box per column can be checked but I am wondering how to also make it so that the user can only check boxes in the same row.  For example, if user selects the first "AddAlt1" CB that has an export value of "Cont1", then in "AddAlt2" CB and "AddAlt3" CB, only the boxes with an export value of "Cont1" can be selected.

I have a Topaz LK462 and have installed all the supporting software drivers and adobe Plug-in.  Problem is, I did all the recommended settings but when I go to Tools/Certificates the Digitaly Signselection is greyed out?   Whats going on.
