Buenos dias, estoy haciendo uso de producto Acrobat Pro 64 bit, y veo que hay un error que al momento de imprimir un documento cuando selecciona escala de grises (blanco y negro) no hace el cambio sigue mostrandose a color y al imprimir sale a colores; esto no sucede en la version Acrobat Pro 32 bit

Hi, I'm trying to print a large image using the Poster option, but when I add "Cut Marks" and print it they either end up outside of the paper if I print the page at 100%, or I'm forced to shrink the picture to include cut marks. The poster needs to be in full size so I can't do that. I don't understand why the Poster option seemingly adds a border rather than shifting everything a little bit so there is a border included without changing the size of the paper. Am I doing something wrong? Is there no way to add cutmarks without changing the size of the picture or the paper?I added a screenshot to show what I mean. Here I have made the poster into a PDF first.

Hello,I have recently compressed a large PDF file and notice that in the 'properties' section under 'more info/where from' it has a really long link showing that the file has been compressed in Adobe. Is there any way to remove this as it is a massive eye sore. Screenshot attached. Thank you.

Any fix on Adobe Acrobat Standard not proceeding on installation and will seem to see Reader as an Acrobat Standard version?

Hi there, I am looking for a way of javascript searching and finding the very last visible form field name.  I have 10 buttons named "8 base 2" through to "8 base 10". I need javascript to be able to find the latest visible button and either in the case of the minus button hide the latest one or in the case of the plus button show the next one. I have attached an example of the layout. No scripting added yet. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Steve

No matter how many times I instruct Acrobat "NO - I do not want it to be the default pdf reader.  Also Do Not Ask Me Again."       As well as refuse to allow Adobe Creative Cloud to re-install Acrobat plug ins for my Office Suite. The nagging messages show up each time I start the program. Earlier, in 2019 there was a similar post on this forum.  The solution (then) was to go into preferences General screen and shut off "Tell me if Adobe Acrobat is not my default PDF application."  HERES THE DEAL: I uncheck that options and apply the choices.  But the next time I start, the check box is re-engagedSo can anyone tell me how to stop this.  There is a delay of up to 30 seconds while Acrobat does these checks every time I want to open a PDF, which is disruptive and something that a version 1 of freeware software would do, not one of the flagship companies.

Hi! I've run into an issue with alt text.  I add the alt text in InDesign and export the file as a pdf to Acrobat Standard. 'Create tagged pdf' is ticked. The alt text moves across fine. However, when I insert a page into the pdf in Acrobat Standard, the hover function of alt text (and sometimes the entire alt text!) disappears. This also happens if I add the alt text in Acrobat Standard and then add the new page.If I add the alt text after inserting the page, it seems to be staying. However, this is incredibly inconvenient for my work and team since we need to add the alt text in InDesign regardless, so we would be doing the job twice. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a solution?

Hi I have a colleague (colleague 1) that sends another colleague (colleague 2) documents to sign, previously with no problems. Now when colleague 1 sends documents to colleague 2 and colleague 2 wants to sign, it instead of just inputting the signature when clicking sign, it opens up the box where she needs to type her signature. Colleague 1 have testet it with me and when i recieve the document i can sign it by just clicking sign, as it is supposed to do. Colleague 2 gets document from others as well (colleague 3) where the box for writing your signature appears, but it also show a drop down of names/signatures she can chose from which are not signatures she has added. Some of them are just names of some excel sheets she has on pc. Names that have apparently been saved from previous forms made when booking flight tickets for her famiy etc. Not able to delete those.  Anyone here knows whats going on? I would think that it is a setting in colleague 2's pc, but maybe not a

I'm combining multiple documents for board papers all year round and I was wondering if there is a trick to adding page numbers automatically to my Agenda/ table of contents pages once combined in Adobe pro?Often the pdfs I'm creating are over 100 pages and I manually trawl through the combined files typing on the content page the page number that each attachment is on but having a way to automatically do this would be life changing.i.e Content Page will look like the belowItem 1                        p. 2Item 2                       p. 10Item 3                       p. 25Item 4                       p. 30Item 5                       p. 32Item 6           

I have designed a fillable form that includes a dropdown list allowing the user to enter custom text.  However, when the fill & sign feature is used if the user enters custom text I receive an error stating "Drop down default value not present in options" and I am not able to proceed with the allowed custom text.   How can I ensure that custom text can be used in a drop down using the Fill & Sign feature? Thanks! 

My Adobe Acrobat Pro DC starts up in selection mode and I would like it to start up in pan mode.  Is there a way to change this default method of start up?Thanks,TT

I made template certification file throught illustrator, then exported to pdf.Client love to edit the template himself on Acrabat,  and he want me lock other elements on that file but just keep the name/date editable.how can i do it?should I rasterize the background (to make the other element to a raster image) but just keep the name/date editable in Illustrator, then re-export it to PDF?or i should set password for protecting the PDF file?  if client forget the passaword, then that file is useless, is that practibale to use password?Any suggestions? i haven't done any Acrobat setting before, please give me advice. AI has proven useful as a Deputy Prosecutor; but the cases I can use it on are severely limited. I don't have time to be clever to get around this. As you might imagine peoples lives and property are at stake. But in the most serious cases I am denied AI support. Your product Adobe Pro is worth every penny I spend on it. However the AI is a great disappointment. Primarily because it is so good and I am disappointed that I can't use it where it would be of value to me personally and society in general. I have a 45 page PDF report in which I've created several links to pages in the document and attachments.I've discovered how to force the links to open in a new tab (in Preferences) for me but when the document is opened by others the link opens in the same window as the document requiring them to open the document again to continue reading.Is there any way of forcing links to open in a new tab or window for everyone regardless of their Preference settings?

Checkbox LICENSES has a Mouse Up action to hide/show textbox Text4 with the following script:if (event.target.value === "Off") {this.getField("Text4").display = display.hidden;} else {this.getField("Text4").display = display.visible;} Button Clear Form has a Mouse Up action to reset a form. I checked the checkbox LICENSES, textbox Text4 appears so I can enter some information.When I clicked on the Clear Form button, the checkmark was cleared from checkbox LICENSES and the information I entered was cleared from textbox Text4. However the textbox Text4 itself stays visible. How to re-hide all fields that were originally hidden after I Reset A Form? Thank you.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening? Trying to highlight a document but the cusor is HUGE.
