Buenas. Tengo 5 PDF que están hechos (seguramente) por alguien que debe de tener las licencias de Pantone en su cuenta de Adobe y contiene elementos pintados en dos tintas Pantone más una tinta "DIE" (línea de troquelado) que no puedo convertir a solo CMYK desde mi cuenta (que no tiene esas licencias Pantone). Puedo visualizar el contenido, ocultar y mostrar los colores planos desde la vista previa de salida, pero no hay forma de exportar ni convertir el PDF de manera que esas tres tintas queden incluídas dentro de los cuatro colores de cuatricomía. Alguna sugerencia para solucionar este dilema?

Prior to updating my computer when I hit save new file it would pop up with this window and would show me a list of folders I had recently saved files in. I save a lot of documents so having to search for the folder over and over again is driving me nuts. Why is the recent folders not showing up any more? it just defaults to the downloads folder now everytime.  

Acrobat Pro ignores my correction of a misspelled word (it is undone and the misspelled word appears again in the comment). The word in question is probably still incorrectly stored in the dictionary. How can I correct this or stop it?

Nach einem Restart von Windows 11 mußte mein Adobe Acrobat DC neu installiert werden. Mit meinen Lizenzdaten das Produkt installiert. Jetzt mußte die Adobe ID noch bestätigt werden. Doch jetzt erscheint ein Fenster, daßAktualisierung erforderlichIhr Browser oder Betriebssystem wird nicht mehr unterstützt. Möglicherweise müssen Sie erst die aktuellen Betriebssystem-Updates installieren.Ich habe das neueste Windows Betriebssystem und den neuesten Browser von Firefox installiert. Was muß ich machen, damit Adobe Acrobat DC wieder wie vor Restart läuft.

Normalement, quand on enregistre un fichier (eps Photoshop indesign par exemple) dans un dossier, il garde le chemin vers ce dossier et tous les "enregistrer sous" suivants suivent ce même chemin, et bien plus maintenant, dès que je fais un "pomme S" ou pomme E il re-pointe immanquablement vers mon dossier "documents" et ce, pour toutes les applications.

I need to convert a pdf to word so that I can insert fonts to the top of the page. Every attempt creates a word document that has unreadable mixed characters. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am having issue with an editable pdf I made. When I open the pdf in acrobat the links works fine. When I edit the pdf and save it in acrobat the links work fine. If I open the pdf in google chrome, edit the pdf, print to pdf (to save it), the changes are saved, but the hyperlinks no longer work, with the exception of a mailto link I created. Why does the mail link continue to work, but the hyperlinks do not? I have attached a copy of the editable version and the print to pdf version. In the footer the mail link works but the hyperlink to the website does not. There are also 2 hyperlinks on page 2 that work in the editable version but no longer work in the print to pdf version.

 Hello everyone! I’ve been working on creating a digital product — an interactive PDF — for several months and I’m almost done, but I’ve encountered an unexpected problem. The issue is that the document has the same field names (text fields and checkbox fields) across different pages, which causes them to sync, and changes made in one field affect others. How can I quickly change the names of these fields to make them unique? Doing it manually is not an option since the document has over 10,000 fields.

Hola a tod@s.En mi empresa, a la hora de firmar ciertos contratos, nos piden que el documento pdf tenga la firma digital en todas las páginas de cada documento.Es decir, que en todas aparezca el campo de firma digital y que al hacer clic en cualquiera de ellos se vea el certificado correspondiente.Según leo tras realizar muchas búsquedas, esto no es posible.¿Me equivoco o existe alguna forma de hacerlo?Como alternativa lo único que se nos ocurre es insertar la firma digital en la primera o en la última página y luego una marca de agua de dicha imagen en el resto de páginas, que si bien no tendrán acceso al certificado en sí, al menos el gráfico aparecerá así en todas las páginas.No se nos ocurre nada más.Agradezco que alguien pueda ayudarme.Saludos.

Hi,Everytime i'm opening a new odf file in my computer, my web browser keeps opening, leading me to the Organize Pages tool on Adobe Acrobat website. What should I do to stop this from happening? Thanks

I've created a pdf by uploading (not scanning) a number of photos into a new pdf document. Each time I try to add text or click on a photo it auto-straightens the page/photo which is actually making it crooked and it wants to crop part of the image as the crooked photo. I cannot manually auto-rotate it back to fix it. How do I turn this "feature" off? I am not using OCR and these are not scanned images.All of the fixes online say there is a a box to uncheck in preferences - general or preferences -page display for automatically adjusting pages but this does not exist in my acrobat 2025 version. Please help! 

We use  Adobe Acrobat Pro as our PDF solution on Citrix VDI environment. People want to sign documents with a certificate that is read from a personal smart card. The smart card certificate is read when you want to create a block in the document where you want to place it. If there is no card in the reader it shows that you have to create an ID. So that part works. But when you did the revise and want to sign it at last it says you need to place a smart card..... In the programm of an other software manufacturer (Foxit) it works flawlessly with the same devices, on the same environment. Only the software is different. What can be the problem? And anyone know how to solve this?

 I made a document in Pages that contained: 
1. Text typed in Pages
 2. Screenshots of a second document (a PDF) I exported this document as a PDF and opened it in Adobe.  I used Adobe to highlight (in the default pastel colors of yellow purple blue )etc: i. Parts of the Text ii. Lines of text in the imported screenshots I then saved it, and that is my finished PDF.  It looks great in Adobe but I have the following issues:  1. When I open in Word or Google Docs, the stuff highlighted in the screenshots retains the correct pastel shade. But the highlighted text becomes universally bright yellow bc those programs think the highlight there represents a 'Note'.2. When I open in Mac Preview, the stuff highlighted in the screenshots retains the correct pastel shade. But the highlighted text all becomes primary color versions of the pastels.So it appears like

Hi everyone,I've been tasked with getting a hard copy records book to be made electronic for completion online.Some sections have multiple pages of the same form to allow enough lines for people to complete their records.I'm wondering if Adobe Acrobat (or any other tool out there) has the ability to add fillable electronic form fields, but then add a page the same as what is already there and duplicate the page that way? Then I could just change the actual Records Book that the fillable forms are based on to just have one page of each form.Hopefully that makes sense - and keen to hear if there are any solutions out there that can do this!?

I am using the redact tool for the first time. Everything works well but after I have selected the text to redact, hit Apply, and save the redacted version, the document places a blacked out box on every page. For example if I just redact the first sentance on the first page of a 10 page document, there is a black box over my redacted sentance (which I want) but also a black box in that same place on every single page. I have tried this on three different documents. Each document was created from word. I have tried creating the PDF by 1) "save as PDF" in Word, 2) "print" to PDF in Word, and 3) "create PDF" in Acrobat. The resulting PDFs all have the same issue with redact after I apply the redactions. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Version 2020.013.20074.

Hi, While it is in the background (i.e., not even being actively used), Acrobat messes up the pagination. Sometimes, it crashes after that. Normally how the document pages look like: How the pages look like after the Acrobat bug: As you can see, most of the pages are extended to the right side random amounts, while the text stays on the left. This keeps happening with different documents, and I could not notice a pattern so far. Does this happen to others, too? Any workarounds until Abode may fix this bug? Thanks.

Hello, I have Adobe Acrobat X Pro. I recently discovered that after upgrading to Windows 11 Home edition 64 bit, that my version of Acrobat appears to show many of the same PDF files differently than Windows 10. For instance, near the task bar, the bottom of the Window appears to automatically move up. I am not sure if this is just the graphical user interface of Windows 11, or Acrobat, or a combination. I have inquired with Microsoft Community support, and I have found that I am not alone with this type of issue. It may not just be my version of Acrobat, but it occurs in Windows 11. I had used the same viewing options (such as the same percentage) at will show the whole window, but now it shows only part of it unless i drag part of the window. Does anybody know of a possible solution?

Hi all,  I often have to remediate files for Section 508 compliance that come from Word files that are translated from English files into Spanish.  Lately I have come across several issues with some of these files. I have no way of influencing file design, so I have to basically convert what I am given to PDF from Word. I have tried using two approaches: Save As, then selecting PDF and directly Save as PDF File, which uses Adobe PDF Maker. Generally, the latter option produces better results, but there are many issues that should not really happen.  In today's file, these are some of the issues that came up: 1. Parts of text are not tagged at all. These can be entire paragraphs or lines. Text in regular body or in text boxes. I noticed that this file has a lot of footnotes, and a lot of the text that is missing happens to ocur right after the number for the footnote, especially when the paragraph starts in a page, follows onto the other and the footno

Not sure if this is the right spot to lob this, but figure I'd give it a shot. The issue is occurring on a Windows 10 laptop with Office 2016, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Chrome. Chrome is set as the default browser Adobe is set as the default app for pdfs When the issue occurs is:   1. In Adobe, when you click on “send file > email", when it creates the new email with the pdf attachment, while the ext. is .pdf, the icon showing is chrome.   2. If you create a new email and click on “add attachment”.  When you navigate to the location of the pdf you want to attach, it is showing the correct icon, but once you attach it, again, the ext. is .pdf, the icon showing is chrome.   3. When he receives an email with a .pdf attachment, it has the ext. as .pdf, but the icon is chrome, and when you click to open, it opens in a chrome tab, not adobe.   I have pretty much the same setup as the user having the issue, but I cannot recreate. Hi all - I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I have a form (not designed by me) that to complete, the user would fill in a number in a text box, and based on the number, certain values on the form would be circled.  Example: if 50 were filled in to the text box, certain information on the page would be circled.  If 55 were filled in to the text box, other informatikon on the page would be circled.  Is there a way to have a hidden circles around each section of information and then have cirtain circles appear based on the number filled in to the text box?

I am trying to use a checkbox to turn on and off a discount, I've got the script for the discount to work but I cannot get the checkbox to function. event.value=Number(this.getField("fill_122").valueAsString)*-.1 is the script that I have applying the discount, I just need to get my checbox in this case "Con_Check" to turn this discount on and off. Con_Check = checkboxFill_122 = field that the discount is being applied toContract_Discount = the discount that is being applied Trying to use this to show customers their savings with their contract discount.

I have created a fillable pdf document for maintenance department work orders. Maintenance staff will fill out the fillable sections and then have customers sign their signature at the bottom as well as their own signature. I have figured all of that out. However, when I save this document as a copy so that I can save it in the appropriate folder, the original copy also saves with the edits that were made. I need the original copy to remain blank so that maintenance staff can return to it each time they need to start and fill out a new work order.

Previously if I quit Acrobat with an unsaved document open a dialog was displayed - similar to the one in the attached screen snap - asking if I wanted to save the changes.By default the save button was highlighted in blue so I could just tap the "enter" or "return" key to save the document.Lately, however, the button is not hoghlighted. It functions (i.e. saves the document) but, because it is grey, I have to pick up the mouse and click on it.This may seem trivial but it has a surprising adverse effect on my productivity.Does anyone know why this is suddenly happening?
