Hello,I have a PDF file.I scanned my camera userguide to pdf. /HP printer/After ORC that pdf. /online/After I translated that pdf. /google/After I edited. /Adobe Acrobat/Now my problem is there are 3-3 sheet on one page.I would like 1 sheet per page.And I would like A4 size.I try to do it with Adobe Acrobat, but I did not found the solution.Could you help me please?

Hi We are using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 19We noticed that when applying redactions to some documents, that text below the redacted text just disappears. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks  

MacBook Pro, chip Apple M3 Max 18gb  Illsutrator and other applications downloaded freeze contiousluy throughout the day and result in me having to force quite. Is anyone able to help troubleshoot the issue?  ThanksTodd 

Hello,  I would like to ask if it is possible to list all spot colors in Acrobat Reader. If not by integrated tools, perhaps via script? I checked the Acrobat JavaScript reference but could not find anything related to spot colors. Thanks for your time,David

Acrobat was saying that it was fully up to date, was not so I attempted to uninstall the app to reinstall. The uninstall came up with no valid sequence could be found for the set of patches. Then I attempted to use the cleanup tool. The cleanup tool could not locate acrobat and would then crash. Then I attempted to remove everything adobe from my computer. Creative Cloud and all the random various apps that Adobe adds to your computer. Creative Cloud would not unintstall completey, because 'there are other apps that still require Creative Cloud' or something to that effect. I reinstalled Creative Cloud, which downloaded the current version with no issues, but nothing has changed the status of Acrobat. My account states that Acrobat is installed on my desktop, but the open function is grayed out. There is no Shortcut or filepath for Acrobat on my computer. The Cleaner tool cannot repair or uninstall Acrobat because it does not exist and a new Acrobat setup.exe does not work because

I created a text field named [unit_section_totaldef] that sums up the values of other text boxes.I also have 3 fields named: [unit_section_classification][unit_section_baseAP][unit_section_standard.move]I would like to fill in each of the 3 fields with different text based on the value of the [unit_section_totaldef]: 0 - 75 = Class 1 | 1d8+2 | 576 - 150 = Class 2 | 1d8+2 | 4 151 - 225 = Class 3 | 1d8+3 | 3226 - 300 = Class 4 | 1d8+4 | 2 300+ = Class 5 | 1d8+4 | 1 I believe it would be something with the collections fields, but the best I could do was if/elseif statements and thats not efficient.  Can someone assist me with this?

Thank you in advance for your assistance. I am evaluating 8.0 Professional on my pc (XP SP2 w/ 3.5GB of RAM and 2.5GHZ CPU). I want to see if the Professional can modify margins of pdf files that I get from various places but I am not finding anything in the documentation or via google. This should be an easy thing to do, like in MS Word you go to "Page Setup" and change the margins. I cannot find this functionality in Acrobat 8.0. Can someone please tell me how to modify the margins? The document in it's present configuration wastes paper and leaves alot of it blank when it could be printed on. Trying to be a conscientious worker by not wasting paper and Acrobat is not cooperating with me. Thanks, Erik

How do I make a form with a formula so that two numbers from other forms can be multiplied and then divided by the next number? For example, 40000*5%:105?

I worked on a document for two days, making plenty of changes and always saving to the same file. Everything was fine, and all the fonts were visible. However, when I saved the document this time, I received an error saying, 'Cannot extract the embedded font,' and the document was saved. The undo option is grayed out, and now one font in the document has disappeared, leaving only white squares in its place. I also noticed that one embedded font is now marked as 'unknown,' and I can’t change it. This font was used as a subtitle on 90 pages, so it's a disaster 😞

I have a tax form (a 1040) I downloaded from Turbotax then opened using DC and tried to copy and paste text out of it. But DC wanted to copy an entire page instead of a single line or word. So I went to Tools, selected OCR, scanned & saved the form.  But DC still wants to select most of a page instead of just the sections I want. What have I done wrong? To be clear, this is not a scanned form so there's no issue of it not being scanned properly.  Nor is the form one with fields that can be typed in. It's just a simple tax form that's been filled out. Thx

Adobe Acrobat crashes all the time whenever I open a pdf file. What can I do?

I want to create a supplemental downloadable, interactive multimedia PDF for my Kindle eBook.What's the best way to include features such as GIFs and audio? Is there a link or list of best practices? Is it possible to create a drag and drop puzzle? Plus, I would like the user to answer questions by inputting text into multiple (9) chapter pages, then for all of those answers to be automatically populated into a 2-page PDF form in the conclusion. I would like users to be able to use the free version of Acrobat to edit the PDF. I've been noticing a consistent issue when sending a PDF for review to different people who use their web browser to make notes on a PDF in the Adobe Document Cloud. The comment box appears in the upper right corner of the page, and the position is locked; it cannot be moved to another location. This is happening with different reviewers, and I'm guessing they're using different systems. None of them were familiar with using Acrobat to comment and review documents before this project. One of the project collaborators reviewing each document said that for the note in question, she thought she had highlighted a specific word before leaving a comment. However, when I opened the document, the note was in the upper right corner and there was no highlight. On a related note: It appears that highlighting vertical text causes the highlight to appear in a strange way. Please see screenshots with examples.  Thanks for looking into this issue.Erica 

I just realised that cancelling my anual plan will end up with an absolutely ridiculous fee about £100. Even though this was mentioned at subscripting but the exact fee was not included, making me feel like this is an deliberate trap. My original plan was to use this for my thesis for several month and there were not monthly plan available which is why I subscripted this plan thinking Ill just pay a little extra for cancellation...... At this point I just wonder if the plan will be automatically renewed after a year? Or do I need to cancel it myself? 

Hello! I have two PDF documents and the field names are exact. I would like to take information from the old document and merge it into the new template. Is there a way to accomplish this without cutting and pasting from the old document into the new one? Some of the fields are interactive, texboxes and dropdowns.  Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, we are using Acrobat Pro on MacOS (Sonoma), we have a Business subscription, and all of the users can't use "Request e-Signatures" - Clicking the button does absolutely nothing, no errors, no dialog. Attempting to use it on acrobat.adobe.com does work, as far as we can tell, our subscription does support this offering. Attaching here a screenshot  from the MacOS app and Cloud app. Any ideas what we can do?

hello everyone, I have several fields in a PDF form with the following function:   if(event.value == "") { event.value = "Company Name"; event.target.display = display.noPrint; } else event.target.display = display.visible;  If the default value is not changed, then the text is not printed and that works as intended.  Now I want to make the fields a bit more user-friendly by removing the default text when clicking or tabbing, so that the user can enter their text directly without having to delete the default text beforehand. If they don't enter any new text or click on another field, the default text should appear again. Has anyone here had a similar case?  Many thanks in advance

Hi All, Acrobat pro extract pages when choosing “Extract pages as separate files” then hitting extract im now prompted with a "browse" option to choose file location when previously this would save itself in the same folder. How would i fix this? Thanks,

Curious if others experience this:  when exiting Acrobat and I have unsaved changes, Acrobat will prompt to save upon exiting as you would expect.  If I select "Don't Save", the "Save" button is highlighted instead (but the changes are *not* saved, as what should happen).  This freaked me out the first few times, but now I'm just amazed somehow this hasn't been fixed.  Do others see this?  Screen capture link:  https://streamable.com/vvrhu3   

Hi all, Would someone be so kind as to supply some code for displaying disappearing instructional text in a dropdown list?  I've found plenty of guidance for code that works with text fields, but nothing substantial for dropdown lists.  I'm not a coder, I'm a copy and paster 😀.   I tried adapting the text field examples to my drop down lists, but it negates any selections made from the list, so I'm assuming I need different code to accomplish this.  Thanks in advance!

Hello There,  I am looking for a way to access a shared drive on my Google Drive account in Adobe Acrobat. In Adobe Acrobat Pro DC "Home" menu, I clicked on "Add an Account", I clicked on "Add" Google Drive account. I then needed to sign in to my Google account and click "Allow", for Adobe Acrobat to connect with my Google Drive account.  It was added, but only my "Google Drive (My Drive)" and not the "Shared Drive".Why? And if possible, how to add a shared drive?

Hi! I am trying to change the underline color of this document under the fill in box (I want it to be blue like the text). I tried using Adobe Express but the formating of the entire document was affected. 

A have writtable templates that allow me to add as mush text as desired (there is not a text limit, it appears), but once saved the text area is not scrollable and does not show the entiretity of the text  entered. Help. 

The text is readable.The Highlight tool is turned ON (checked).The highlight tool will only underline text and open a comment.I have  Adobe CC Windows, and everything is up to date. UGGH adobe! Thank you in advance to all kind, sympathetic Adobe users who are also frustrated with the decline of user-friendliness in Adobe apps.
