Folgender Fall: Ein mir vorliegender , 6 seitiger Mietvertrag wurde an einer Stelle offenbar nachträglich mit handschriftlichem Text ergänzt. Dieser wurde erst Jahre später als pdf Dokument gescannt und mir zugestellt. Da ich keine Zweitschrift des Vertrages ausgehändigt bekam habe ich deshalb keine Vergleichsmöglichkeit mit dem Originalvertrag. Die betreffende Stelle der Manipulation zeigt eine kursive Verschiebung des Formulartextes direkt vor dem vermutlich manipulierten handschriftlichen Text nach links. Das Originalformular (noch als Download verfügbar) ist dort in Standartschrift eingestellt. I'm using Windows XP Pro (SP3) on a 2.66 GHz, 2 GB RAM computer, and while working in an Adobe Acrobat 9 document, I had just saved the file (CTRL+S) and the document froze and I got a Windows error box that asked if I wanted to send an error report, which I did. When I opened Adobe again, it asked if I wanted to open the last file which didn't save correctly, which I did. Then when I proceeded to work in the document and tried to highlight a sentence I was going to delete, I got an Adobe Acrobat popup box that said "Invalid Annotation Object. OK" but no matter how many times I clicked on "OK," the box kept popping up and wouldn't go away. I tried saving a copy of the document, but the same box was in it and wouldn't go away. I couldn't even work in the document to extract pages or anything else. Huge problem! Does anyone know what can I do to resolve this problem? (This happened on a Saturday when Adobe phone support is not accessible.)

G'day I have set up a PDF with over 200 comments in it and want to lock them so readers can't move them or delete them easily.  I can't see more than a few of them in the right hand side comment window in the tool ... there seems no way to see them all by just scrolling down.  I found if I clicked on what is in the column and highlight each one the lock they all lock at once.  However if i highlight comment on the doc itself and then get a properties window it doesn't lock all the highlighted commentsPlease help individually locking 200 comments is a bummerRegardsAllan

I've successfully create a javasript (see below) to set specified layer's initial states to OFF, which works great except I have to close and reopen the file to confirm. Hi,E-sign is not working and just stuck in loading!Adobe Acrobat recently installed via adobe.com and after the user was assigned the license from adobe admin in the company.Any tip or solution is highly appreciated! 

Last week I created a new PDF file. To do so, I installed the Raleway font family and used it with no problem. Today, I went to edit the file, and when I get to the Raleway sections, it gives me the error: "Cannot find or create the font 'Raleway-Regular'. Some characters may not display or print correctly." and it just displays two black dots for any character I try to add or change. (See attachment.) I experiemented with using it in another file, and I encountered the same problem. Previous enquiries about this problem referenced Acrobat DC, and mentioned that users should enable local fonts. On 2024 Acrobat Pro, that's not even an option to togle on. Please help!

In the attached file, after adding an annotation with Acrobat, the last signature is verified as valid. However, after saving and reopening, it shows that the byte range is invalid.

I’m filling out a PDF as an end user. I have been instructed to use Acrobat *READER*, not Acrobat Pro.The PDF has a button that says “Add Attachment.” Clicking this button does nothing. How do I add the attachment?I do NOT want to use Acrobat Pro to embed the attachment somewhere else, as I do not want to confuse the form provider. I’ve never seen this before. What do I do?

Hello,  my workspace for acrobat is abnormal too large for my 24inch screen. i search around inside the software couldn't really get any setting for the workspace sizing adjustment. May i know any 1 is also facing the same problem like me?   

I need to recover an Acrobat file that I had shared for comments. That file was accidently deleted from the Adobe Document Cloud. How do I get it back? There used to be a a place that showed deleted files, but that seems to have gone away with the newer updates. The file was created and shared with Adobe Acrobat Pro version 2024.005.20320

How do I stop these Adobe pop-ups "Tell us about your experience"?  I find them very annoying whilst working. Quite frankly it's being sat next to an Adobe micro manager seeking your attention and approval but then going to do its own thing regardless.  

Documents that I have saved as PDF's have font changed to symbols for parts of the document. I have restarted my computer and it is still doing this.

When I send out pdf for requesting e-signatures,I received a complaint that when the receipient receives the pdf to sign, it autopopulates their name. (In this case, it says Michael)Then they have to do the extra work to change their signatue style.How can I send the file for e-sign, where the recipient receives a balnk "Type your signature above" column. Currently our users are getting a blank box whenever they try sharing a pdf via email from the Adobe Reader app. All 3 buttons at the top right give the same blank box

Hi Everyone. I cannot save my PDF file to PDF/A format. The error indicates "No output intent". I have already followed the steps in creating the output intent but still no positive result. Anyone can advise any other solution for this issue? Thanks 

Hello, I have a user who is having issues with logging into Acrobat Pro DC. We have spent quite some time with this yesterday. She is assigned as a user in the Adobe Portal and we know that she is in there correctly since she can choose the organization when logging into her account online.The choice to select the Organization comes up there. But the choice never comes up when logging into the application. It immediately goes to the personal account despite putting in the same email address and password.Things tried:1. Removing her from the Adobe Portal and adding her back into it.2. Changing her password within her online account and using that new password within the application3. Deleting all of her AppDate files associated with Adobe4. Uninstalling and Reinstalling Acrobat Pro DC5. Trying on a different computer6. Trying to connect via Google account. (the choice comes up and we choose the organization but it still goes to her personal account)7. Disable Select my profile

I am unable to discover a solution for the problem.  I have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro.  Everything that I use works. What can I do to stop this problem?Thanks. 

Hi I'm hoping someone can assist as have no ideas what to do so let's take a form say page one contains theses in text boxes: so when you click it to type in the name and title disappear for the new data box 1 - Name and titlebox 2 - addressbox 3 subject box 4 - details Above is an example then let's say on page 2 it's where it generates all the information  in a type of letter or document the second page would have preloaded text and the boxes from page 1 that info will populate onto page2 see example below To (box 1) you have enquired about the following property (box 2), please could you explain what your enquiry is about (box 3) What  are your contact details - (box 4) please could someone assist  I just need a guide in how to build this please?
