I have a PDF that is all images with bookmark for each image as a title.I would like to export the pages individually as jpegs and have each page's title be that of the bookmark title? Hope this makes sense. Each page is an image and has a bookmark with the name of that image. I want to wind up with the images all separate, but maintaining the bookmarks as the image title. Thanks

I have a report that is 86 pages the word Earnings is there 494 times - how can I highlight it all at th same time w/out having to go thru every page? Thank you 

I would like to know if there is a way to find out the name of the PDF preset that was was used when exporting a PDF from InDesign. We have many staff designers as well as many contract designers that are creating Print Ready PDFs upstream from Prepress. We have very specific settings that we need, and we want to make sure that the designers are using the correct preset before exporting PDFs (They all have the presets but not all of them are using them). We can easily find the embedded color profile in the PDF, but we would like to verify that they used the correct PDF preset as well. We are in the process of increasing automation, and we are trying to put the burden of PDF creation on the designers, but we need to be able to verify the PDFs are exported correctly.

Hello,Has anyone had difficulty exporting Word documents to Word docs in Acrobat Pro XI after updating to Office 2016? The nested lists are not tagging properly and second level lists aren't nested within list items. I have tested the same document on Mac (Office 2016 to Acrobat X Pro) and PC (Office 2010, 2013 to Acrobat XI and X) with success - but cannot seem to do so with the same document in Word 2016 to Acrobat XI Pro on a PC. The lists will tag something like the following:<L>     <LI>          <Lbody>     <LI>          <Lbody>     <LI>          <Lbody>     <L>          <LI>               <Lbody>

The Initial View settings for Page layout found in Document Properties by hitting Command + D with an open .pdf do not change the Initial View of the document. You can't do anything except Single Page which is the default. I undertand there are options within preferences but selecting or de-selecting those have no effect whatsoever.  This is a new behaviour and I have never had any issues whatsoever with this property before with any documents. 

Please assist with the removal of the previous organization from the account

Good morning,I have a perpetual license of Acrobat Pro, and since Adobe has not been able to give me support, they have referred me to the community.I try to install the program after uninstalling all the previous installations, but apparently there are traces and it doesn't work. I have used AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2021 to remove previous installations, but it doesn't work either.That is, when I install the program, it asks me to log in, I do it, I put the serial number, and then it throws me an error screen, of which I put as attached image.I understand that it must be because of old installations, but I can't get it, I have even tried to remove everything by hand from the windows registry.I hope somebody can help me.Thank you.Jose

Unfortunately, Adobe's aggressive attempts to answer questions from users who need help, without them seeking to get in contact with a real live human being, prevents it from receiving feedback at all.I've been using Acrobat for two decades and it has this bizarre limitation: if you select some text and mark it as a highlight, it becomes really difficult to then select that text to copy and paste it into another document. Once it is highlighted, clicking on the text appears to select the whole highlight, but if you hit ctrl-C or copy, nothing happens. The only way to select that text for copying is to start your selection outside the highlight, e.g. intentionally select a word you didn't want to copy.I signed up for Creative Cloud, it updated to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, I made a highlight, I clicked it and tried to copy it... Hiya!I've been having this issue and our IT dept has no idea. Could it just be that the software is outdated? We have XI Pro. When I add a password and then try to save the file I get a message stating:"The file may be read only, or another user may have it open. Please save the document with a different name or in a different folder.".I am getting this on every new document I create and need to password protect. The documents are not read only and no one else has them open. Any ideas? The process of saving the file with a new name, going back deleting the redundant file, then correcting the "new" name is burdensome and wasting a ton of my time every day. thanks for any suggestions!  

Bonjour, Depuis quelques temps maintenant les applications Adobe ouvrent systématiquement une petite fenêtre "PopUp" proposant différentes options lorsque je sélectionne du texte. Dans le cas de ma demande, lorsque je modifie un fichier PDF sur Acrobat Pro et que je sélectionne du texte, une petite fenêtre s'ouvre avec différentes options de modifcations de texte (gras, italique,...), en dessous, générer une image (le genre de chose que je n'utilise pas), copier avec formatage et couper le texte. Ma question est la suivante :Est-il possible de ne pas avoir cette fenêtre ? car elle pose très régulièrement des problèmes de manipulations et de modifications en masquant des éléments que je souhaite modifier.(texte caché ou poignées de modifications masquées par la fenêtre pop up) Merci d'avance.

Hi there, I am running into an issue where I have the unified x64 Acrobat Installer installed on my PC using the TRANSFORMS switch with a custom mst file created with the Adobe Customization Wizard to allow the product to open and work as reader for unlisenced users. I have a web app that launches acrobat with a PDF that works with the x64 bit Reader and x32bit Reader, but both products are slow at launch. I noticed that the unified installer after some customization is quite snappy, but when I attempt to have my web app launch a PDF it starts Adobe in the background and then stops it almost immediatly. I reviewed some logs and the issue points to Adobe launching, but the quiting due to being unlisenced even with the unified installer set to run in reader mode when unlisenced.  

Hi zusammen, möchte gerne mit Adobe Acrobat pro folgendes tun: Habe ca. 900 Ordner in mehreren Ebenen (bis zu 6)  in diesen sind etwa 3000 PDFs.Diese muss ich zu einem strukuriertem PDF mit Inhaltsverzeichnis zusammen führen.Die jetzige Struktur soll erhalten bleiben, die Ordner und Dateien haben keine durchgängige Nummerierung. Wie gehe ich das am einfachsten an? Vielen Dank schon Gruß

HelloI have installed Adobe Acrobat X version 10.1.16 on a Windows 10 PC. Now this PC is being exchanged for a new laptop and I would like to migrate the programme, so that i can continue to use it.Can I somehow read out the licence key? An Adobe account is currently not linked in the programme.Or is there anyway i can transfer the Acrobat X to the new Laptop? Best regardsLeon

We use a program that holds records.  In this program, we click on attachments that are PDFs and they open in a browser window using the Adobe plugin.  Across multiple terminal servers. Every week we are getting trouble tickets from users saying they cannot view documents.  We go in, try to view a document, and we are getting the error 104.     The ONLY way to fix this, is running the "Repair Installation" feature within Adobe Acorbat.  We have tried using IE, Edge, Chrome, Firefox.  No help.  We have tried running the bProtectedMode registry edit, no help again.      This has been a problem for many years, as seen on these forums themselves, across everything from server 2008 and all the way til now on server 2022, and everything between.      Has anyone ever found a permanent working solution?

Hello everyone, Just a quick question.  I work in an enterprise enviroment that we currently have 1200 machines with office 365 32bit installed with both 32 bit reader and those with 32 bit adobe pro.  The question that I have is, as we plan on moving slowly to 64 bit office 365, can Adobe Reader and Pro 64 bit work with a workstation that has Office 365 32bit?   Just was wondering for the leg work that I am going to have to do. lol

Previous versions made this real easy.  But, I can't find the graphics in this version.  I have to outline numerals with circles on pdf documents for work.  Thanks.

Hello,I have a 278 pages PDF file and I'm trying to add the same hyperlink to multiple pages of the document but I don't know how to do it.I've tried using buttons but it's not working since I'm going to use the PDF in a note taking app (like GoodNotes, Notability etc) and they just don't show up in the app. Adding 20 links in every page is madness, what can I do to solve the problem?Thank you in advance!

Help!Every time I think I'm on the last steps of this project I end up coming across an issue that requires me to backtrack and do several hours worth of work from scratch again.Please tell me it's possible somehow to change all the text boxes in a document to multiline boxes? I have a 605 page document and as I was finalizing I realized that the boxes that need to be multi-line, aren't. While lots don't need to be multiline, I'd rather convert the entire project than have to redo many hours worth of work.

How can I fix adobe acrobat to maintain the kerning I completed in adobe illustrator? In illustrator, the kerning is applied however adobe acrobat and all microsoft office applications do not maintain the kerning with letters such as Jo, Ta etc

I'm trying to create a form where the recipient is able to add a row to a table (it is for an invoice form where freelancers list all the projects they are doing). I'd like to not have a form with a massive table if the freelancer is only doing a single job or two. Is there a way to do this?

I am completely new to doing javascript, and I am trying to complete a form to show or hide a particular text field.  I know there are posts on performing the hide/show condition with a checkbox using javascript; and if all else fails I will use this.  However, I am wondering if it is possible for hiding or showing a text field using a date picker field?  For example, If the date field is blank, I want the text field to show, and if a date is selected the text field goes away.  Then, if the date field is cleared out, the text field reappears. Make sense? Thank you, TJ

Hello Adobe Community, My research seems to be failing me. It's likely the search criteria I'm entering, but I'm looking to create a fillable form for workforce management tasks. In essence, I'm using JavaScript to create Custom Calculation Scripts.  I have a dropdown which has several options for department. If a user populating the form selects one of five options (total ~15 options), a separate text field and checkbox is supposed to appear. I can figure it out if I configure the script to look for a single dropdown selection, but I'd like to configure it so if a user chooses any of those five options, the text field will be displayed.  Any syntax or KB article you can throw my way would be super useful. Anything I've come across doesn't quite meet my requirement.

I stopped using Acrobat because the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack doesn't allow me to fill in the PDF forms I'm sent to complete. Is this right?
