I have a form that is generated from a job application that I add form fields to so that the interviewer can easily fill out the needed sections. Recently when I am creating the form in acrobat it has been autopopulating field next to text that does not need a field. Originally this was not happening, and I cannot figure out how to get it to stop. I have included a screenshot for reference.  

Hi, this is suddenly a new issue we are experieincing when trying to edit text in a field. This only happens when the field is being edited in the browser which is how we use the form. This never happened before but is now suddenly a problem accross any browser etc. Anyone have any clue how to fix this?  

I've already uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat.  When I open it says i'm not signed in and won't let me sign in. When I run Acrobat Distiller it pops up with this and does not allow me to contact support.  

I canceled my subscription to Adobe Pro last month. however, my credit card is still being charged this month. I have checked my account record; this is the only account I used for a subscription. 

Long-time user:Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release 2024Adobe Photoshop 25.12.0 On Mac: for many years I've been able to scan in a document to PDF with Adobe Scan on my phone or using various scanners to create a Scanned Multi-page PDF. My workflow from that point has been to go to a page, click to highlight the page, and I have been offered the "Edit Image in Photoshop…" option which allows me make corrections and changes as IMAGES in Photoshop and then save the Photoshop document and have that page automatically update in Acrobat Pro. It appears that option is no longer available, in addition to being unable to open a scanned page of a multipage PDF in Photoshop, when I try to do this, the OCR function always activates and attempts to make the entire page 'editable(?!)', creating numerous small image boxes and garbled text boxes that I don't need and don't conform to the intended content of the page in the PDF. Also, what happened to the option of performing OCR o

Hello, I have been trying to create pdfs of CD booklets in my collection. What I'm noticing is that, often, the images are not proportionate to each other. How do I 'standardize' the images and make them all relatively proportionate to each other? I'm attaching an example of what I'm seeing in my results. Thanks,Jason

Is there any method by which we can change the Baground colour of the Dynamic Stamp. ?  

My company recieves pattern files as .dxf from our factory across seas, our patternmakers used to be able to open these and convert to .pdf by right clicking them. Since upgrading a few users to Win11 they are no longer able to do so. Acrobat gives an error "Conversion of this file format to PDF is not supported on 64-bit version of Acrobat."Other posts have suggested downloading the latest VC++ files from Microsoft, but even after completing the installation on two users computers and restarting the device, this functionality is still missing. I've verified the same packages are installed as our Win10 machines that still open and convert these files to PDF's as they have for years. I have also tried Creating a new PDF > Importing .dxf files as suggested in some other posts but it results in the same error message in my intro. The obvious solution would be to ask the factory to just export as .pdf but apparently they charge per thing they do and that's way above me. I’m trying to tag a PDF and fix a hyperlink. When I create the link and tag the surrounding text, the link doesn’t appear in the tag tree, although it’s visible in the contents panel. I’ve tried solutions like removing the content from the container and tagging it again, but that didn’t work. How can I resolve this?

For example v==3 turns red.  I would like to turn red if 9, 15, 21, 25, 27, 29 is entered.   How do I go about doing this?  Do I have to do invidual lines or do I put && between values?My code knowledge is about .01.. I am trying to solve an issue that has been driving me bonkers for quite some time now. I am unable to find anything online. Here is goes: I use Adobe Pro DC and frequently utilize Fill & Sign. Lately however, it only lets me fill on one character and then I have to re-click the box with my mouse to add another letter. Needless to say - that's not going to work for me and I keep defaulting to text boxes. Has anybody encountered that and if so, do you have a fix for me? Thank you in advance!

On the previous version, it was possible to customize the toolbar and include the marquee zoom.On the latest version, it seems the only way to reach the command is through the drop down menu, View > ZoomIs there a way to create a short cut for it? Thanks 

Buenas, si, el tema mío es el siguiente, acudí a la versión gratuita pues para probar que tal iba la cosa, pasa que se me pasó la versión gratuita y lo que tenía en mi cuenta se lo ha llevado para el pago mensual, bueno el primer mes no hay problema, lo pagué aunque no quería entrar a tener la suscripción de pago, ya que se me hace caro para lo que necesito, en teoría el mes vencía el 9 de diciembre, pero no había pasado mucho tiempo y resulta que se me está cobrando ya el mes que sigue, sabiendo que iba a cancelar el mes, no quiero seguir con la mensualidad de Adobe, y ahora que cancelé, me están cobrando 384.000 pesos, ya cancelé y me sale que debo pagar eso, como hago para acudir al reembolso del mes que NO VOY A USAR y no se me cobre ese monto tan exagerado?

Hallo, ich habe nun leider auch die neue Adobe Reader Version 2023.003.20244. In der vorherigen Version konnte man unter Einstellungen --> Allgemein "Dokumente als neue Registerkarten im selben Fenster öffnen" deaktivieren. Ich benötige die Fenster immer separat. Wo ist diese Einstellung hin? Vielen Dank

I used to be able to click on a comment bubble then copy and then paste into a new document (new version of same document edited that needs to go to a 3rd party). It would retain who originated the comment. Now, the only way to transfer comments is to open the comment box, select text, copy, create a new comment box in the newer version, and then paste, and that loses attribution to who added a query initially. Why was that functionality taken away? Is there a better way to do this? I usually only need to copy 1 or two comments and not every time, so export/import comments seems arduous -- easier to copy and paste text.Any help would be greatly appreciated! 

I am having trouble being able to print my pdf to our office plotter in the Arch D Size. I can find the arch D size and the Adobe PDF Settings when I print to PDF, but I need to print to our plotter in the office and can't seem to get it to print it to the full Arch D size.  

Hello,I am using Acrobat X. I have noticed that with some PDF documents I can smoothly scroll from one page to the next.  That is, as I scroll I see the last part of one page and the first part of the next page, but they are definitely separate pages.  In other PDF documents, however, I cannot do this.  Instead, I can only see one complete page on the screen at a time.  When I scroll it simply jumps to the entire next page all at once.  In most cases my preference is the smooth scrolling behavior.  I assume the different behavior lies in how the PDF file was created.  Could someone please tell me what causes this difference?  I actually have the source code for a custom PDF file creator and I want to make sure I create PDFs with the smooth scrolling behavior.Thanks,Ray

Hi everyone, yesterday, I used free trial PDF Tool. I wanted to cancel free trial at that time but I realized that the account I just registered is a wrong account, not real, wrong spelling and It did not have password so that I could not cancel. I have sent email to Adobe but they haven't replied yet. I used my Debit Card to use free trial PDF Tool and I'm really scared that my money will lost. What should I do now? Thanks! 

Hi,I try to highlight a text in adobe acrobat to make it more visible and readable because there is a picture behind it.But when I choose the Highlight tool and set it to white noting happens. If I change the color to something else like pink, the highlight appears. I also checked the opacity, it works for other colors exept the white.  Is it even possible to highlight with white and if so, how could I make it? Thanks!

I have multiple users on Windows 10 who use the windows explorer, right click print option to print their PDF's.  They have Adobe Reader as their default PDF reader and have selected their own shared copier as default, not allowing Windows to set the default printer.  We are printing to a Canon iR-ADV 6860 using the Canon Generic Plus PLC6 driver.When they select multiple files (2-50 files) they never get them all to print.  They get a random number to print and it is not consistant, some times they'll have 3 or 14 or 22 print or any other number of files to print.Has anyone else seen this or know how to fix it?  It's beyond a pain for the users who print on the daily. I have updated both Adobe reader and our print driver to the latest versions.  It used to work before we upgraded our copier but the vendor does not think it's a "them" issue.

Hi there, So today I noticed that the "Export" option disappeared from my Office 365 applications, and was replaced by "Save as Adobe PDF". I assume this behaviour is the result of a recent update to Adobe Acrobat Reader. Of course, one can only "Save as Adobe PDF" once a month, the lovely little pop-up message says, unless one upgrades to Acrobat Pro! Hey, Adobe: YOU DIDN'T ASK. I'm happy to export in the OpenPDF format, thank you very much. You guys make great software (really, among the best), but don't go changing configurations in other applications without warning the user. Who among the average user base is going to know to find COM Add-ins from the Options dialog of each Office 365 application, individually, and disable or uninstall your little hijack add-in? It seriously looks like Adobe is hoping users won't be clever enough to figure that out (or to use Microsoft's Print-to-PDF driver), and may score some additional sales with it. Adobe, you're
